Deck Knight

I'm really stuck between Korski and Deck_Knight's movepools, as they both have opposing but equal goodies that jas lacks. Seeing how Deck is currently the underdog, he earns my vote.

I was seriously thinking about voting for Korski. But I realized that the only reasons I had to do that were flavour ones. I don't want QD.
