Electric/Grass Not a fan of using Electric to "help Sun combat Rain", due to prior experience. And with Dragon, there will only be a continuance of intra-species wars - GameFreak has already done that.

My own typing would've been Electric/Fighting, but I was inactive for the submission period. Dang. Definitely think Electric is the way to go, though.
