Alright folks, this is my first time hitting 1800+ on this ladder after months of trials and errors, a truly emotional journey in my book. Introducing: MEGA GARD + WET BULL BO:
https://pokepast.es/971e48baed73fab5
*Update: I am at Rank 1 now.
- Mega Gardevoir exceeded my expectations as elite heavy hitter. Although its typing is bad defensively compares to sth like Floette or Meganium in this particular infection of Dark & Ghost beasts, Gard’s raw power and better coverage are still respectable, with no typical checks of Floette could switch-in freely such as Glowking, Aegislash, Corviknight, Pex… -> Therefore, Gard totally dominate Bulky team even harder. It deserves a ranking in the upcoming VR.
- Tauros Aqua is also a special case for me. Shoutout to fluff!! for emphasizing how well it could trade into hostile offensive teams thx to combination of decent speed tier, Aqua Jet and underrated Intimidate ability to check Gambit, Blaziken, Cinderace, etc . Recommend to use Bulk Up + Mystic Water set. If you are greedy, an Adamant Nature Wave Crash can 2HKO Clefable with ease while still maintaining the vital speed against Glimmora and Samurott. Move this bull from C to B- please.
