Pet Mod Clean Slate 2

Tyranitar: 155 base Attack STAB Technician priority borders on anti-competitive. Technician would also boost BOTH INDIVIDUAL HITS of Dragon Darts and Gear Grind, giving them like 200 BP, which is bonkers. Here are some calcs for it:
252+ Atk Technician Tyranitar Gear Grind (2 hits) vs. 252 HP / 252 Def Weezing: 360-424 (107.7 - 126.9%) -- guaranteed OHKO
252+ Atk Technician Tyranitar Gear Grind (2 hits) vs. 252 HP / 252 Def Dunsparce: 580-688 (143.5 - 170.2%) -- guaranteed OHKO
-1 252+ Atk Technician Tyranitar Gear Grind (2 hits) vs. 0 HP / 252 Def Scrafty: 198-234 (53.3 - 63%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
252+ Atk Technician Tyranitar Gear Grind (2 hits) vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Necrozma: 276-326 (82.3 - 97.3%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
252+ Atk Technician Tyranitar Gear Grind (2 hits) vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Togekiss: 306-362 (84.7 - 100.2%) -- approx. 6.3% chance to OHKO
Froslass: Every other weather setter beats Froslass in addition to a bunch of other stuff. Buff its bulk.
Silvally: The old version would have been cool, fun to play around with if slightly completely broken. This is fine though. It doesn't have any Fairy coverage, which is a fairly critical type right now, so consider giving it one of the two viable Fairy moves.
I think I would prefer a second opinion on Mega Ttar.
Froslass’s main niche is to quickly set up Aurora Veil and switch out, similar to Ninetales-Alola. I will buff it’s bulk a little though.
I’m sorry, but I completely don’t understand your concern about Silvally. It literally carried coverage for everything, meaning countering it was completely impossible. Just because a Protean mon has low type coverage doesn’t mean it can’t be threatening (ex. Greninja). Overall I feel it was too broken even for me and tbh, it may need to be nerfed a bit more.

By the way, I apologize to everyone if I'm coming off as a little blunt. That's not my intention- your subs are mostly pretty cool! I'm also not a veteran of this like the mods, so take everything I say with a grain of salt.

- Ice/Fighting - You know the rules, and so do we
- 90/85 bulk isn't good - a Weather Setter needs to have enough bulk to switch in on really any strong attack
- What's the point of revenge killing when you're susceptible to getting RK'D yourself?
- 100 Special Attack is super weak - I don't know if you're trying to go bulky or go offensive because the stat spread feels like a jumbled mess.
1.
The pokemon submitted can be altered in any way, whether that be through typing, stats, abilities, and/or movepools.
2.That's the point It's frail but fast so it can get AV up

3.Glaceon is faster the then most of the metagame only being speed tied by Unown-S and Shaymin-Sky and Shaymin-Shy cant switch in if your talking about Choice Scarfers then ok it's out speed by Scarfers that's a way to keep it in check

4.Ok I kind of agree with this point I minght buff this but I dont want it to be to powerful just very fast since it's main goal is to be a AV setter

ok winners:
Hail setter goes to Tuthur:
:ss/abomasnow-mega:
Name of the Pokemon: Mega Abomasnow
Role(s): Special Wallbreaker, Aurora Veil, Tank
Type:

Abilities: Snow Warning
Stat Distribution: 120/90/120/130/120/60 | 640
Movepool Additions: Slack Off
Justification: M-Abomasnow is a slow nuke. There is not much that can switch into both its Blizzard and Earth Power (Centiskorch and Cursola), and thanks to Hail it can chip its checks. M-Abomasnow also has great bulk (backed up by Slack Off) that allows it to comfortably switch onto most attackers, helping it to find opportunities to setup Aurora Veil or fire off strong Blizzard. However it has a mediocre defensive typing and most offensive Pokémon can hit it for super effective damage. Its base Speed is also extremely low, which makes up for its excellent bulk, and limits its opportunities to come on the field.
I wanted to make a slower Ice-type since we already have Octillery and Weavile which are fast and frail Ice-types. CS2 also doesn't have much slow wallbreakers, so this could fill this niche. Also fast AV setters are often to much for their tiers (Ninetales-Alola in SS and SM UU, Sandslash in SM RU and NU), whereas slower like Vanilluxe is SSRU and Abomasnow in SSNU are fine, so I went for a slow AV setter.
Abomasnow-Mega @ Life Orb / Light Clay
Ability: Rock Head
EVs: 172 HP / 252 SpA / 84 Spe
Modest Nature
- Blizzard
- Earth Power
- Aurora Veil
- Slack Off
Hazards goes to Scoopapa:

Name of the Pokemon: Duraludon ( Resub )
Role(s): Hazard Setter, Defensive Pivot, Trick Room Abuser
Type:

Abilities: Berserk / Mirror Armor | Bulletproof (HA)
Stat Distribution: 114 / 127 / 98 / 131 / 123 / 32 | 615 BST
Movepool Additions: Spikes, Curse, Doom Desire, Earth Power, Earthquake
Justification:
- Access to Stealth Rock and Spikes
- Dragon Tail + Doom Desire + Spikes is all kinds of synergy
- low speed + Gyro Ball + Curse gives it potential as a bulky sweeper, especially with good SpD
- lacks recovery outside of Rest
- Mirror Armor is strong with 3 Intimidate users in the tier, as well as Fire Lash, Apple Acid, and Cotton Down.
Glue 1 goes to pileosand:

Glue 2 goes to Anaconja:
:sm/naganadel:
Name of the Pokemon: Naganadel
Role(s): Offensive Pivot, Defensive Pivot, Hazard Setter (Toxic Spikes), Special Wallbreaker, Stallbreaker
Type: Poison / Ground
Abilities: Mold Breaker / Beast Boost
Stat Distribution: 103/79/103/139/103/103 (630 BST)
Movepool Additions: Recover, Toxic Spikes, Earth Power, Whirlwind
Movepool Removals: All Dragon-type moves
Justification: ub adhesive the gluemon haha
Naganadel is a powerful special wallbreaker that can opt for Choice Scarf, Choice Specs, or Nasty Plot. It can also use a more utilitarian set with 3 attacks + Recover, a stallbreaking set with Substitute, or even a defensive set with Toxic/Toxic Spikes + Whirlwind. Its speed is pretty low relative to other attackers, however.
For our future plans, we have 1 last major slate left. However, before that happens, there will be a balance slate. The exact details of what will be up for changes isn't exact, so I'd like to get some playtesting in with these new additions as much as possible before the slate is dropped.
