The kife in counterstrike is the single most impractically excellent weapon ever. In that game what is more humiliating than having an M-16 and getting killed by a terrorist with a knife from behind?

Don't be noobs. Half-life 2's gravity gun was unmatched when it came out and it is still fun as hell to shoot paint cans at zombies and cover them in white.
 
paint cans? more like toilets. i played at a friend's house and man did I have fun blasting everyone with toilets, lol.
 
I agree with everyone that says the gravity gun is the coolest weapon ever. Besides that, I think lightsabers in jedi knight games like outcast and academy are really fun.
 
The Toothbrush from Earthbound.

I mean, what other weapon is so compact that can also BLIND people. And it's only like 3 bucks to buy.

The Guass Gun from Half Life. Charge it up, then watch your enemy be killed instantly with a blast of energy. Or, you can shoot it at the ground and go flying. Admit it, flying may not be useful, but it's fun 50 feet in the air.

Gravity Gun is fun too.

Not as stupidly flashy as the SoS but infinitly better. You don't even need to heal because you are literally invincible. God Roy sucked.

Actually, the Gauss Gun has been central to all Half-Life speed runs since the beginning of time.

They're from FE 4, widely regarded as the best game in the series. The legendary weapons and the stat bonuses they grant in that game are beyond insane. (Just as an extra aside there's a legendary katana for your swordmaster that gives 20 speed[making him untouchable] and 10 skill, which makes him critical a crapload more. Not to mention it has like 30 might and doesn't weigh him down at all.)
 
All i have to say is the Mega Man's Mega Buster/X buster/ Arm Cannon is the coolest weapon. A Gun with charge up capabilities and after he rocks you with it, it steals your powers.
 
the most fun weapon ever was player 2: red link in the legend of zelda 4 swords......serves the bastard right for stealing my force gems!
 
Definitely agreeing with previously mentioned Lulu's dolls/MGS Box(fuck yeah)/Soul Edge, a few other ones I love the most:

I can't find a good image of it on dumb google but I liked the High Frequency Blade in Metal Gear Solid 2 a lot and it was one of the handful of redeeming qualities in the game other than my sig.
