Screw the Narga and Mistoltin, Loputousu beats them both in coolness!
The bonuses may not be all that impressive(only +5 to Resistance), but it has a sexy ability. The enemies' attack power is halved while it is equipped, so something like 54 power would become 27(Like in the picture above) before the fight begins. If Narga didn't exist, it'd be the best weapon in all of FE4. Too bad you can't use it, haha.
