LapBreath(Lead?)

Nature: Bold/Modest

252, Sp. ATK
252, HP
4, Def
Item: Quick Claw

Surf
Frost Breath
Thunderbolt
Roar
Explanation:
Lapras' decent defences, and attacking stats, combined with its incredible HP make it a great choice for a lead. The hax of quick claw allows Lapras to be able to roar out a stronger lead, before they can do much. With a good Special Attack, you can take out those fire types with ease. Thunderbolt lets you take care of common revenge killers(DIE, SCIZOR, DIE!!!), if you're lucky with a quick claw. On top of that, the STAB of Frost Breath, plus the Sp. Atk. upgrades(especially if you have Modest) make it a tough wall. Surf, for those pesky fire Pokemon, such as Magmortar.
It's weakness namely comes with a Magnezone. With both steel and electric holding up the thing, it'll force this variant of Lapras to switch out... or make them switch out. Volcarona is the same deal due to its fire/bug typing, yet it can't pose too much of a threat, thanks to Roar.
While a LapBreath lead is commonly useful, it may be wiser to choose a different lead. Remember Lapras' weakness to stealth rock if you chose to have a LapBreath that's not in the lead.
While it's a useful battle partner, and can take down a vast majority of leads and revenge killers, you'll obviously need some other Pokemon. Especially with LapBreath's inability to set-up.
