overreaction much? lol

Here's a creative set btw:

Scizor (M) @ Flying Gem
Trait: Technician
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spe/ 4 HP
Jolly Nature (+Spe, -SAtk)
- Bullet Punch
- Bug Bite
- Swords Dance
- Acrobatics

The main reason this set is useful is that it beats SD Scizor's non-steel-type counters much more cleanly. It easily 1hko's Jellicent with acrobling, can 2hko Gliscor with Acrobatics even after Poison Heal recovery, and still is strong enough to beat the bulky psychics. It needs Spikes to ko spdef jirachi, but its sweep isn't stopped by jellicent anymore. It also gives you an out vs. things like Conkeldurr who you'd be forced to use Superpower against and wind up being "revenged" by drain punch+mach punch, and keeps your health up by not having LO so you're revenged/worn down less easily. Pairs up great with Balloon Heatran, Specs Toed, and your own trapper like Magnezone who eliminates stuff like Skarmory.
Oh god this thing. I faced it once and it totally KO'd my Vaporeon out of the blue, and then I was kind of screwed because my team really depends on its wish passing. Yeah it's definitely an effective set, great lure for shit that normally has no trouble with Scizor. Definitely can give my vouche for this one.

iirc Flying Gem Technician is actually glitched, as PO factors in the boosts in the wrong order so Technician activates before the Gem or something. Basically Scizor's Acrobatics is 1.5x more powerful than it should be because technician activates when it shouldn't.

Don't take this as fact, but I remember being told this when Acrobatics Scizor was doing crazy amounts of damage during VGC testing on SkarmBliss server. I could be completely wrong, or it could just be fixed by now; if someone could confirm either way then that would be cool.

Heatran (F) @ Shed Shell
Trait: Flash Fire
EVs: 248 HP / 100 SDef / 160 Spd
Calm Nature (+SDef, -Atk)
- Rest
- Sleep Talk
- Lava Plume / Flamethrower
- Roar

This is a set I've been using a bit recently and it works far better than I expected. Obviously this isn't really anything new, as RestTalk Heatran was reasonably common in DPP. The main difference is Shed Shell, which means Heatran can become almost a full-stop to a lot of Drought teams that rely on Dugtrio, Sleep Powder or residual damage to beat standard SDef Heatran. I've been using stuff like Aromatherapy Roserade / Celebi and Heal Bell Blissey alongside this to remove Sleep since we all know how unreliable Rest can be with the new BW Sleep mechanics. Forretress also works really well with it to remove hazards which can be annoying if Heatran is already asleep and trying to switch-in, as well as having okay defensive synergy. Lava Plume has the burn chance which can be nice for stuff like Gyarados trying to switch-in, but iirc Flamethrower gets the KO on BU Breloom after Stealth Rock whereas Lava Plume doesn't.

I guess its there, just watch at the ev spread and its item. BULK!
This is negated by Leftovers to an extent (longevity for Sandstorm and such) and raw Power (Everybody hates Machamp and its Dynamicpunch), so a bulky Machamp would be similar, but more frightening. 105 Attack uninvested doesn't really cut it relatively speaking in higher tiers. I could be COMPLETELY wrong though.

please tell me how 100 base with a positive nature and 208 atk ev's is considered uninvested nowadays? Check my post :P
Im aware of the leftovers-sandstorm matter, thats why i suggest machamp with leftovers. The fact is that there's a lot of bulk that's lost

i repost this, so you dont mess with the investment idea =)

Machoke -BUK Bulky utility Knocker-
NoGuard @Eviolite
208 atk 116 def 184 spdef // Adamant

-Dynamic Punch
-Knock Off
-Ice Punch/Stone Edge
-Rest / Substitute

The resttalk heatran seems cool, though i'm not sure if shed shell should be the item of choice.

A set been using is

Victreebel @ Life Orb
Trait: Chlorophyll
Nature: Modest
Ev's: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
- Protect
- Weather Ball
- Hidden Power Ice
- Giga Drain

from much testing I've found protect is the most useful for its fourth move. It makes mind games with scizor disappear and it scouts faster scarf like Terrakion

Victrebell tends to be 100% walled by heatran but it's generally a great poke if you pair it with dugtrio or some heatran lure.

Kangaskan @ Leftovers
Nature:Impish
Ability: Scrappy
252 HP/180 Def/76 SpDef

Rage
Return
Rest/ Sucker Punch/Protect
Sleep talk/ Endure

This set, if played right, can be pretty devastating. It works excellently in a team with a dual screener, and with someone who can boost his speed or defensive stats. Rage is rarely ever seen, and kangaskans bulk with some screens is stupid high.

The benefit of rage is that it doubles as an attack, and it can't be taunted, so it's a reliable boosting move, especially with scrappy allowing it to hit ghost types

here's a log of a match where it swept. Keep in mind this isn't the ideal tier for him in this match, but what ever

While we find the idea of Scrappy-Rage not too bad, I consider the idea of using a moveslot for a move as weak as Rapid Spin a waste; granted, that it is the only boosting move Kangaskans have, but the secondary moveslot is usually given to Drain Punch for perfect coverage - one of the Scrappy's selling points.
Otherwise there won't be a lot of situations to setup with Rage, since it is awefully underwhelming and slow for a Pokemon with rather medicore offensive stats. We haven't found out (yet), why exactly the opponent deterred Skarmory from just phazing away Kangaskan.

In any case, you should really drop Endure - firstly, because it has nothing to do on a set without Reversal, secondly, because Kangaskan is supposed to be bulky in this set, and thirdly, because it is redundant with Protect. Drain Punch is the way to go, but as a boosting receiver, it unfortunately is outclassed by a bunch of other Pokemon with access to Swords Dance (such as bulky Garchomp in DW).

Politoed @ Leftovers
Trait: Drizzle
EVs: 252 HP / 6 Def / 252 SDef
Calm Nature
- Scald
- Toxic
- Substitute
- Encore

Not your average Politoed. While I wanted the Special Defense EVs because I thought investing in Defense was the wrong way to go, what I'm here to talk about is Substitute. Substitute not only eases prediction, but it also provides a cushion against enemy walls. Gastrodon, Ferrothorn, pink blobs, Jellicent, etc. are all put at a disadvantage when you use Substitute. From there, you can proceed to Encore their attack or simply poison them.

tehy

Banned deucer.
Oh no, don't encore my hazards. Not to mention, why would you cut your own hp on a weather setter? Not a terrible set, but what's the point of sub? You can just hit on the switch with toxic. Jellicent has toxic, and the "pink blobs" can just seismic toss you in the face. I guess you can play complex games with toxic and encore, but most switchins will just pound you until you die anyhow.

What about Zwealous?

I ran some damage calcs and it is so ridiculously strong
Not so much usable because of it's abyssimal speed, but i gave it a go and it took at a few while it lasted.

Zwealous@ eviolite
252 atk 252 hp 4 spdef
Adamant
Outrage
Crunch
Fire fang
Thunderwave

This 2HKO's practically all Tyranitar to put it in practicality.

I would be a really big fan of Zweilous if it weren't for the drop in accuracy- that said, I've always wanted to use him on a Gravity team!

Honestly, what's the point of that Zweilous set? Let's take a look at it (relevant) current stats, factoring in the boosted Defenses by Eviolite and the boosted attack by Hustle:

348 HP / 442 Atk / 264 Def / 265 SpD / 152 Spe

This goes along with a pretty notable 20% drop in accuracy. Now, let's take a look at another powerful Dragon, Dragonite. Let's say I'm using Muscle Band Dragonite with an EV spread of 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Def with an Adamant nature and Multiscale as ability, factoring in the Attack boost from Muscle Band:

386 HP / 443 Atk / 227 Def / 236 SpD / 196 Spe

As you can see, Dragonite has superior Attack and superior Speed. They have very similar bulk, and that's with Dragonite not having Multiscale intact. Zweilous' bulk is only slightly better (assuming no Multiscale for Dragonite), it has inferior power, no move to hit Steel-types outside of a weak Fire Fang, no boosting move such as Dragon Dance, no Roost, no special moves, every move is instantly as accurate as Stone Edge, etc. Honestly I would never use Zweilous in OU.

How bout Bastiodon?

Sassy Nature
Sturdy
252 Def/252 SpD/4 HP
Leftovers

Stealth Rock
Protect
Counter
Taunt

Stealth Rock is obvious here. Protect is useful for pretty much anything. Counter is used with Sturdy, making it a great revenge killer.

I'd be a fan of Zweilous if it wasn't for the fact that it relies so heavily on eviolite and pretty much is outsped by any attacking threat. Losing 20% accuracy just makes things worse for it.

Edit: Mold breaker and hazards say hi to Bastiodon.

Can we seriously stop recommending NU mons? Beyond extremely stupid niches they are totally outclassed by other mons in OU and UU.

Bastiodon has 4x weaknesses to two of the most common attack types in the game, Fighting and Ground, and a regular weakness to Water. If you're really set into using Bastiodon, though, use Metal Burst over Counter. Metal Burst is like Counter and Mirror Coat combined, making it much better.

either way it's not taking a Close Combat from Terrakion without sturdy being activated. Counter is dependent on the amount of HP damage done, so 252 HP will do the job.

Yeah but 252 Def and SpDef looks way cooler. Just imagine the extra armour plating on Bastiodon (instead of the extra flab yuk). Pretty sure Ventura did the right thing for everyone in this case.

But that disregards the "(and good)" part of the title. Creative sets are only relevant if they have an actual niche. Outside of random stuff like Leech Seed, max HP is strictly better, so at that point you're making it worse just for the sake of being different.
