Pokémon: Deku
Franchise: My Hero Academia
Type:

Stats: 85 / 129 / 85 / 80 / 65 / 109 | BST: 555
Ability: One For All*
One For All*: Boosts the power of all attacks by 40%. 40% recoil added on all attacks.
Movepool: Close Combat, Double Edge, Earthquake, Focus Punch, Drain Punch, High Jump Kick, Superpower, Body Slam, Brick Break, Focus Blast, Bulk Up, Bounce, Sky Uppercut, Smokescreen, Fly, Detroit Smash*, St. Louis Smash*, Air Force*, Black Whip*, Fajin*, Danger Sense*, All Universal TMs and Tutors
Detroit Smash: Fighting | Physical | 90 BP | 10 PP | 95% Acc | 20% chance to confuse foe. Punch Move
St Louis Smash: Fighting | Physical | 110 BP | 5 PP | 85% Acc | 30% chance to flinch foe.
Black Whip: Dark | Physical | 80 BP | 10 PP | 90% Acc | Harshly lowers speed of target. Partially traps them for 2 to 5 turns
Air Force: Flying | Special | 75 BP | 15 PP | 100% Acc | High critical hit ratio.
Fajin: Fighting | Status | - BP | 5 PP | - Acc | Accumulates all damage the user deals for 3 turns. Adds the damage to its next successful attack afterwards.
Danger Sense: Psychic | Status | - BP | 5 PP | - Acc | Raises user's evasion by one stage and reveals the move with the highest BP on the foe's side of the field.

Flavour/Design: Deku is the main protagonist of My Hero Academia. He was born Quirkless (hence Normal primary) but later on received the quirk of the number one hero after proving his valor. The quirk is one passed down from generation to generation, exponentially getting stronger and more difficult to use as it gets passed along, hence why by the time Deku receives it, it's ridiculously powerful but also has huge blowback for the user. It is later revealed that all of the quirks of the previous users are also within OFA and Deku now has access to them. (Most of the non Smash sigs). He emulates All Might so he has copied and created his moves and his move naming pattern of [Insert US Location] Smash. The rest of the moves are based on stuff Deku can do with his powers and such.
Competitive Impact: Deku is a very powerful wallbreaker, but comes with severe longevity issues, making him a good example of a glass cannon. Some of the signatures look powerful, but with Deku's frality it's unlikely he can use them to their full extent.

Signature moves:
Argalia Lock –
– 75 BP – 10 PP – 90% - Deals dual-type damage, with Steel as primary type and Fairy as secondary type. 30% chance to paralyze the target.
Z-MoveRequires Air Slash and Astolfonium Z – Ride of the Hippogriff –
– 210 BP – Deals damage using the target's Defense instead of Special Defense. Ignores target's Defense stat changes.
Z-MoveRequires Argalia Lock and Lunar Astolfonium Z – Vulcano Caligorante –
– 185 BP - Deals dual-type damage, with Steel as primary type and Fairy as secondary type. Deals damage using the target's Special Defense instead of Defense. Prevents target from fleeing or switching out as long as user remains in battle.
Stats: 78/78/60/75/70/112 (BST: 473)

When holding a Lunar Astolfonium Z during battle, he will change into his Saber Form.
Stats (Saber): 78/91/69/92/85/130 (BST: 545)

Reasoning: Fairy-type as primary type due to his design containing copious amounts of pink, his capricious behavior, his ties to the moon for attempting to steal it from the heavens, and his warped morality. Steel-type due to being a paladin of Charlemagne and often wielding multiple metal weapons in battle, like an ordinary sword and the Trap of Argalia. The Trap of Argalia, the spear used for one of his Noble Phantasms, is represented by his only signature move that is not a Z-move, the rest are Z-Moves based on his Noble Phantasms, the two that were specifically used as his Noble Phantasm in Fate/Grand Order. Argalia Lock has a chance to paralyze the target instead of disabling certain moves like Disable and Taunt due to the paralysis better presenting its ability to make its target unable to fight due to movement and spiritual-based binding. Astolfo's numerous amounts of Noble Phantasm is canon are (partially) to blame for his massive movepool, a bunch of which fits his knightly status, his obtuse and manic personality, and the usage of the Noble Phantasm, La Black Luna. La Black Luna is the result of his ability to learn many sound-based moves that fits the Noble Phantasm thematically such as Boomburst, Uproar, and Perish Song. His stats are very much inspired by his parameters, most of which increase in rank when he is a Saber as shown in Fate/Grand Order. This notable parameter (and therefore base stat) increase resulted in his Saber form being locked away by a thematic and different version of his Astolfonium Z to provide some sort of balance to his Saber variant being strictly better in almost all regards, similar to Ultra Necrozma being also locked away by a Z-Crystal. His primary ability is Super Luck, owing to a very high Luck parameter of A+, which is assumed to be very much highlighted in many parts of Type-Moon's works featuring him. Simple became his hidden ability due to his capricious and reckless, sanity-evaporated nature, with high impulse and little in the way of analysis. Unlike Bidoof and Bibarel, the choice of Simple is not for a lack of intelligence but for his unusual ways of using it to his advantage and to accentuate his want for independence despite often being forgetful about such machinations, especially during folklore when he totally forgot why he wanted to steal the moon in the first place in the Matter of France, thus making this case of carrying Simple as an ability more like Swoobat.

Pokémon: Miyuki Shiba
Franchise/Origin: The Irregular of Magic High School (JP: Mahouka Koukou no Rettousei)
Type:
/

Abilities: Winter Front
Signature ability - Winter Front - x1.5 power to user's Ice-type moves.
Other Moves:
: Psycho Cut, Quick Attack, Pound, Double Slap, Return, Endeavor, Retaliate, Hold Back, Icicle Spear, Avalanche, Ice Shard, Icicle Crash, Triple Axel, Pursuit, Punishment, Counter, Reversal, Force Palm, Wake-Up Slap, Low Sweep, Acrobatics

Signature move:
Luna Strike -
-
- 100 BP - 5 PP - 95% - 50% chance to paralyze target.
Stats: 62/54/54/150/150/90 (BST: 560)

Reasoning: Psychic-type due to being a magic user with noticeable amount of Psions, Partial Normal-type references her partially artificial upbringing made to support her brother, Tatsuya Shiba, as an emotional and mental partner. She may fit in with realmons that are mainly Normal type to serve specific purposes targeted towards certain goals in mind (Porygon line, Castform, Type: Null/Silvally). Her only ability, Winter Front, gives her a 50% power to Ice-type moves, which she is very proficient in and uses to a great extent. Luna Strike is one of her magical abilities that do not very much adherence to her icy affinity, so it shows up as a signature move that is also boosted by STAB and sports a high paralysis power to reference its body-binding potential. Her slight proficiency in marital arts and physical combat gives her a respectable, if somewhat useless, Physical movepool that includes various Fighting moves. The CAD she uses is the Flying-Type Specialized CAD, which is taken literally with various Special category Flying-type moves. Her ability to learn a minor number of Fire-type moves is due to one of her magic abilities, Inferno, sharing the same English name as the Fire-type move Inferno. This allow justification of Inferno being also used to generate heat instead of her more common usage of it to manipulate the absence of heat (Ice-type moves). Because of her Yotsuba heritage and birth as an augmented magician, her stats include very high Sp. Atk and Sp. Def base stats, one of which (Sp. Atk) is very close to Mewtwo's.

Akko final design

Pokémon: Akko

Signature moves:
Shiny Arc | Fairy | Special | 100 Base Power | 10PP | 100% accuracy |
Shiny Ax | Fairy | Special | 90 Base Power | 10PP | 100% accuracy | Use the target's defense to calculate damage.
Shiny Hook | Fairy | Special | 90 Base Power | 10PP | 100% accuracy | Prevents targets from switching.
Shiny Sprinkler | Fairy | Status | - BP | 15PP | User and allies lose status conditions and negative stat drops.
Shiny Balai | Fairy | Status | - BP | 15PP | User and allies are immune to Ground-type moves for 5 turns.
Lyonne | Fairy | Status | - BP | 15PP | All allies are healed by 50% of the user's health.
Signature Z-Move: Shiny Ballista - Converted from Shiny Arc using Makmurium Z | Fairy | Special | 180 Base Power
Stats: 120/45/95/95/95/90
Stats (Mega): 120/50/120/120/120/110

Reasoning: Atsuko Kagari, more commonly known by her nickname Akko, is the number 1 fangirl of Shiny Chariot and the main protagonist of Little Witch Academia. Normal/Fairy as she’s a witch, albeit due to being from a non-magical family, having a low work ethic at first, and having most of her magic unintentionally drained from her by Chariot herself, she was arguably more muggle than witch for the first half of the show. Competitive due to her relationship with Diana. She very much disliked the Cavendish at first due to her greater skill at magic, attitude, and seeming flawlessness. Not helped by her own insecurities about her own magic. Transform references her skill with the Metamorphosis spell. Encore, Decorate, Charm, Follow Me are her showman tendencies, born from Chariot. Prankster and Nasty Plot represent the chaos her impulsiveness and recklessness cause. Dream Eater and Nightmare are from her adventures in Sucy’s mindscape in “Sleeping Sucy”. Signature Moves are the First to Sixth Words to Arcturus. Her mega form represents the seventh. The Seven Words of Arcturus are seven special words that form a spell with the power to break the seal of Grand Triskelion, World-Changing Magic. Grand Triskelion, the ability, represents how using the world-changing magic needed the support of everyone across the nation.

Pokemon: Orochimaru
Franchise/Origin: Naruto
Type: Poison\Dark
Ability: Sturdy/Protean
Mega Ability: White Snake: Contact with this pokemon results in Badly Poison.
Moves: Night Slash, Knock Off, Taunt, Lunge, Nasty Plot, Dark Pulse, Swords Dance, Snatch, Snarl, Acid, Acid Spray, Gastro Acid, Sludge, Sludge Bomb, Toxic, Cross Poison, Gunk Shot, Poison Jab, Thunder Punch, Ice Punch, Fire Punch, Low Kick, High Jump Kick, Jump Kick, Drain Punch, Return, Facade, Quick Attack, Fake Out, Stockpile, Swallow, Spit Up, Knock Off, Substitute, Flamethrower, Shadow Ball, Hyper Voice, U-Turn, Play Rough, Calm Mind, Focus Blast, Thunderbolt, Thunder, Flare Blitz, Flame Charge, Fire Lash, Earthquake, Earth Power, Spikes, Toxic Spikes, Stealth Rock, Moonblast, Dazzling Gleam, Air Slash, Sacred Sword, Secret Sword.
Sig. Move: Curse Mark | Dark | Status | 5PP | 80% Accuracy | 90% of badly poisoning the target. 10% of giving the Curse Mark status.
Curse Mark
  • Afflicted get 1.2x to all stats.
  • Orochimaru drains 10% of the afflicted health each turn.
Stats: 130/70/95/120/105/80
Stats(Mega): 130/80/115/145/130/100
Reasoning: Poison because of his snake motif. Dark for being one of the most straightforwardly evil characters in Naruto. Sturdy for his extreme durability and unwillingness to die. Protean for being one of the only characters to master all 5 basic nature transformations without kekkai genkai, and aims to master all jutsu in the world. His mega's ability references his ability in the white snake form, his blood vaporizes upon contact with the air and becomes poison. His movepool represents the vast quantity of jutsu he has. The Curse Mark is how he has immortality. While I couldn't put that in without making him broken, the other effects work nicely in pokemon. His stats reflect that of a special tank. His taijutsu and speed aren't that extreme, but he can take great damage and deal damage right back.

Image result for one piece smoker

Pokémon: Smoker
Type: Fighting
Ability: Justified
H. Ability: Logia - Non-super-effective physical attacks have no effect. Super Effective attacks nullify this ability for a turn.
Moves: Power-Up Punch, Superpower, Close Combat, Helping Hand, Counter, Force Palm, Protect, Laser Focus, Double-Edge, False Swipe, Mach Punch, Return, Facade, Toxic, Belch, Baton Pass, Quick Attack, Fake Out, Encore, Endeavor, Stockpile, U-Turn, Smoke Screen, Haze, Bulk Up, Knock Off, Taunt, Lunge, Fake Out, Agility, Hyper Beam, Smog, Clear Smog, Feint, Extreme Speed, Lock-On, Pain Split, Poison Jab
Stats: 110/100/80/80/80/90

Reasoning: Smoker the White Hunter is a Marine officer and the Base Commander of G-5 Marine Base. Fighting and justified because he has the fairest and reasonable sense of justice in One Piece. Lugia because of his Smoke-Smoke Fruit, a fruit that allows the user to create, control, and transform into smoke at will. Moves are varied but mostly STAB, Normal, and Poison moves.

“Unless we can face that which pains us... we can never truly sparkle! ☆”

Pokémon: Yuga Aoyama
Type: Fairy
Ability: Dazzling
H. Ability: Pétillant - Opponents can only target Yuga when he’s on the field.
Moves: Moonblast, Play Rough, Dazzling Gleam, Flash Cannon, Aurora Beam, Bubble Beam, Charge Beam, Hyper Beam, Ice Beam, Psybeam, Signal Beam, Simple Beam, Solar Beam, Thunderbolt, Thunder, Shadow Ball, U-Turn, Dark Pulse, Heal Pulse, Dragon Pulse, Water Pulse, Protect
Signature Move: Navel Laser | Fairy | Special | 90 Base Power | 15PP | 100% accuracy | 10% chance of burning opponent. | 20% chance of lowering accuracy
Stats: 75/65/95/125/100/80
Reasoning: Fairy because he’s dazzling and shiny like fairies, also he’s french and the fairy type came from the pokemon version of France. Dazzling for the same reason. Pétillant, french for sparkling, again alludes to his bright nature and also references the time he drew the attacks of multiple students from various schools to attack him in the provisional hero license arc. Most of the moveset is ranged beam and blast attacks. Navel Laser comes from his quirk. Fairly bulky special attacker stats reflect his canon fighting style.

Meet the new Fairy Tail | Fairy tail juvia, Fairy tail girls, Fairy tail anime

Pokémon: Juvia Lockser
Franchise/Origin: Fairy Tail
Type: Water
Ability: Drizzle/Rivalry
H. Ability: Logia - Non-super-effective physical attacks have no effect. Super Effective attacks nullify this ability for a turn.
Notable moves: Waterfall, Surf, Scald, Hydro Pump, Rain Dance, Aqua Ring, Soak, Nasty Plot, Life Dew, Water Pledge, Water Pulse, Water Spout, Whirlpool, Ice Beam, Blizzard, Giga Drain, Thunder, Moonblast, Attract, Thunderbolt, Protect, Frost Breath, Acid Armor, Draining Kiss, Thunder Wave, Icy Wind, Charm, Play Rough, Body Slam, Hyper Beam, Aurora Beam.
Signature Move: Water Lock | Water | Special | 50 BP | 20PP | Traps target and deals ⅛ of the target's health every turn.
Stats: 120/45/130/100/130/60

Reasoning: Juvia Lockser is a Mage of Fairy Tail and is a former S-Class Mage of the now-disbanded Phantom Lord guild. And lover/stalker of Gray Fullbuster. Water type for obvious reasons. Drizzle because ever since her younger years, Juvia has had the ability to conjure rain, although she has no control over it, the rain appearing to merely be dictated by her emotional state. Until her fight with Gray, she never even saw the sun, period. Rivalry because she is obsessed with Gray to the point of considering anyone who shows affection towards him a rival. And when Meredy threatened him, Juvia's resulting murderous intent scared even Erza. Logia because her body functions remarkably similar to a logia user. Movepool is full of Water attacks and Ice attacks from her connection and Unison Raid with Gray. Acid Armor from her liquid body. Attract, Draining Kiss, Charm, Play Rough, and Body Slam all represent things she wants to do to Gray.

She did, in slate 34.

This shit tastes awful. Combine the two most horrible tastes you can imagine- like motor oil and someone else's vomit.
Pokemon: Gwen Dylan
Franchise: iZombie
Type:

Ability: Strong Jaw, Brain Food
Brain Food: When an ally or opposing Pokemon is defeated, Gwen gain the effects of that Pokemon's ability and gains 25% HP.
Notable Moves: Soul Bite, Double Edge, Body Slam, Headbutt, biting moves, Destiny Bond, universal moves such as Substitute.
Soul Bite: 90 BP | 100% Accuracy |
|
| 10(16) PP | heals user by 50% of damage dealt
G-Max Move: G-Max Consumer of Souls
G-Max Consumer of Souls: Requires Soul Bite |
|
| heals user 25% for each fainted Pokemon in the battle
Stats: 91 / 108 / 93 / 63 / 92 / 87 (534 BST)

Reasoning: Gwen Dylan is the main character from the comic, iZombie. She passes for a human and even retained her personality and memories from before she died and became a zombie but in order to maintain her humanity, she must consume brains. As a gravedigger she has access to the brains of the recently deceased but eating brains to keep her healthy has the side-effect of temporarily gaining the memories and personality of that brain (she also lives in a crypt in the cemetery because why not?). This gives her the signature ability, Brain Food, and the signature move, Soul Bite. The move, Soul Bite, gets its name from the actual soul of the person's brain that gives her memories and personalities of the deceased. Typical zombie biting, increased strength and stamina explain the rest of Gwen's regular moves, stats and ability.

Final volume spoilers: When a Lovecraftian extra-dimensional being that consumes souls of entire worlds comes to feast on Earth, Gwen is given the option to sacrifice the lives of her friends and family to save the world or survive and watch the world be destroyed. Of course this is a comic book with a happy ending and she instead decides to do what zombies do best: turns into a giant and eats the brain and souls of the Lovecraftian abomination. She also becomes a nice Lovecraftian abomination because the writers completely ran out of ideas by then.

Z-Move: Fortifying Blast - Normal, Physical, 200 BP | Targets everything adjacent to the user. Substitutes the user's Speed for Attack. Hits Ghost for neutral damage. If the user is Korosensei, he enters his Absolute Defence form. | Requires Explosion and Korosenseium Z
Stats: 90/50/90/80/100/190 | 600 BST

Form: Korosensei-Absolute-Defence
Ability: Sturdy
Stats: 1/1/255/1/255/1 | 514 BST (HP hard-coded to 1)

Reasoning:
  • Typing: He is a genetically modified human, therefore Normal-type. Ground comes from his canon weakness to water and likely invulnerability to electricity.
  • Immunity: Toxins do not harm him (as a student of his, Manami Okuda, learned the hard way).
  • Movepool: Mostly derived from the Reddit respect thread, which mentions feats and personality traits including his Mach 20 speed (Extreme Speed, Quick Attack, Sonic Boom, Fly, Agility), robust tentacles (Slam, Wrap, Power Whip, Protect, Endure, Block) that can turn into drills (Drill Run) and have varying degrees of adhesiveness (Sticky Web), preference of sparing opponents (Hold Back, Play Nice), mach whispering (Confide), precognition (Detect), regenerative power (Recover, Refresh), skill at teaching (Instruct), willingness to protect his students (Ally Switch, Quick Guard, Wide Guard, Quash), afterimage technique (Double Team), molting technique (Substitute), keen sense of smell (Odor Sleuth), beam attack (Hyper Beam), ability to burrow into the ground (Dig), tendencies as a neat freak (Haze, Decorate), tendency to look down on others (Taunt), ability to brew up a storm by spinning around (Rapid Spin, Sand Tomb, Hurricane, Defog, Whirlwind, Sandstorm), natural Camouflage, ability to Harden his skin, thick mucus (Gastro Acid), liquid form (Acid Armor), throwing strength (Fling), extraordinary tongue (Lick), intensive revival surgery (Healing Wish), ability to kick up a load of dirt as a self-defense technique (Earth Power, Sand-Attack), possibility of exploding ((Misty) Explosion, Self-Destruct), teeth strong enough to break down metal (Crunch, Bite) and burrow into the ground (Dig), and alleged ability to break through a concrete jail cell by repeatedly running into it (Double-Edge, Tackle) or creating sound waves with his tentacles (Boomburst) albeit at the expense of those around him.
  • Absolute Defence form: A last-ditch survival technique that he demonstrated as part of the Class 3-E field trip to Okinawa. In an explosive flash of light, he shrinks himself to a compact head and morphs the rest of his body into a translucent, slightly less compact outer shell. In this form, his durability skyrockets (to the point of being comparable to Sturdinja), but he is left unable to do anything but talk.

Other things

Pokémon: George the Volcano
Type: Water/Rock
Ability: Volcanicity* / Rain Dish / Harvest
*Grants the user the resistances of a Fire-type (including Fire, downgrading the quad)
Signature Move: Wild Minerals - Rock, Special, 85 BP, 100% Acc, 10 PP | If the target is Water-type, its Special Defense is lowered by 1 stage.
Other Moves: Water Spout, Steam Eruption, Hydro Pump, Scald, Liquidation, Ancient Power, Stone Edge, Rock Slide, Earth Power, Earthquake, Bulldoze, Energy Ball, Hyper Voice, Hidden Power, Mega Punch, Smelling Salts, Wake-Up Slap, Natural Gift, Nature Power, Stockpile, Swallow, Spit Up, Life Dew, Wish, Attract, Captivate, Sweet Scent, Recycle, Refresh, Purify, Rain Dance, Soak, Stealth Rock, Roar, Swagger, Confide
Z-Move: Grab Life by the Conkers - Water, Other | The user recovers up to 50% max HP and has all stats boosted. Affects adjacent allies in Doubles/Triples. | Base: Life Dew | Z-Crystal: Volvium Z
Stats: 150/100/120/100/60/5 | 535 BST
Reasoning: An iconic character in the YouTube Poop fandom, George here is a strange type of volcano that spews filtered water instead of lava. (Volcanoes are ordinarily fiery, hence the effect of Volcanicity.) His self-proclaimed "handsome volcano rocks" make his Rock typing obligatory (and prior to that, "rain filters down" explains Rain Dish), thus his Rock-type signature move is obligatory because Ancient Power is rubbish and Power Gem doesn't fit. As for his coverage: he gets Ground moves due to being stuck in the ground; Mega Punch because he has big fists; Hyper Voice and Roar after the first commercial; natural, healing, and status-cleansing moves from the idea behind filtered water; and personality-related moves (Attract, Swagger, and the like) from how he behaves in the second commercial. Speaking of the second commercial, the fruit he happens to have in the beginning of it is the inspiration for Harvest and Recycle.
(Sorry for the potato quality, but it gets the point across.)

Pokémon: Deen
Type: Steel/Fairy
Ability: Forever Functioning - Deen is immune to status conditions. (Hard-coded)
Moves: Regigigas' movepool + Meteor Mash, Spirit Break
G-Max Move: G-Max Core Fuel - Steel | Boosts the Attack, Defense, and Special Defense of the user.
Stats: 200/100/100/50/100/50 | 600 BST

Reasoning: Deen is described as a mobile doll crafted from Rare Sacred Iron by the Colony of Faeries. It stands over 30 feet tall, and each of its hands is the size of two humans. Even if it was infected with a disease it would not fall; the forever functioning magic being will always stand up. (Source: light novel, Volume 2)
Its Gigantamax form is a reference to how Asuka Kudou uses her Gift, Authority, to augment its size and power such as in Volume 4.
Just as Black Rabbit is similar to Lopunny, Deen is similar to Regigigas. However, it's at least 2.5 times as large (and similarly dense, so...safe to say it weighs at least 999.9 kilograms?) yet not as significant, so its base stats are adjusted accordingly.

Pokémon: The S Is for Sucks Dragon
Type: Dragon/Fighting
Ability: Guts / Intimidate
Moves: Acupressure, Blaze Kick, Coil, Dragon Rush, Earthquake, Facade, Glare, High Jump Kick, Iron Tail, Jaw Lock, Knock Off, Low Sweep, Mach Punch, No Retreat, Obstruct, Poison Jab, Quash, Roar, Spikes, Taunt, U-turn, Vacuum Wave, Waterfall, X-Scissor, Yawn, Zen Headbutt
Stats: 120/120/100/80/80/100 | 600 BST
Reasoning: What started out as a failure preceding the creation of Trogdor, Strong Bad celebrated five years later. Dragon typing is obvious, Fighting typing and Guts represent its beefy limbs, and its angry eyebrows and daunting physique bring Intimidate to mind. It has a move for every letter of the alphabet because the aforementioned celebration was in the form of an alphabet song.

Pokemon: Giorno Giovanna
Franchise: Jojo's Bizzare Adventure
Type: Fairy
Ability: Steadfast / Regenerator / Gold Experience
Signature Ability: Gold Experience | If the user is holding an item, excluding Requiem Arrow, heals 1/16th HP every turn
Stats: 80 / 105 / 80 / 115 / 95 / 80
Moves: Bullet Punch, Bulk Up, Calm Mind, Close Combat, Doom Desire, Drain Punch, Earth Power, Flash Cannon, Giga Drain, Growth, Haze, Horn Leech, Iron Head, Leech Seed, Magnet Rise, Moonblast, Power Whip, Recover, Recycle, Superpower, Synthesis, Trick, Wish
Signature Moves:
Sense Acceleration | Fairy | Physical | BP: 90 | Acc: 100 | PP: 24 | 30% chance to flinch

Mega Evolution (must be holding Requiem Arrow): Giorno Giovanna-Requiem
Type: Fairy ---> Fairy / Steel
Ability: Steadfast / Regenerator / Gold Experience ---> Gold Experience Requiem
Signature Ability: Gold Experience Requiem | This Pokemon cannot take direct damage.
Stats: 80 / 120 / 105 / 140 / 110 / 100
Description: has a dream
Fairy cuz relation to life/nature (see tapus+comfey)
Steadfast cuz his resolve, Regen cuz healing properties, GE cuz his ability to turn inanimate objects into living things
Gets the punchy moves, some grass moves cuz his ability to create plants, Trick since he was a former thief
Sense Acceleration works the way it does cuz his ability to imbue life into already-living objects causes one to think theyre moving but theyre not (hard to explain sorry)
Mega is broke because GER is broke; GER resets actions to zero, hence inverse Magic Guard

a couple resubs, why not

"Good grief... I can't let a kid who likes dogs get hurt!"
Pokémon: Iggy
Origin: JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Stardust Crusaders
Type: Ground
Ability: Sand Force / Scrappy / Illusion
Stats: 55/120/90/90/110/90 (555)
Notable Moves: Scorching Sands, Earthquake, Earth Power, Odor Sleuth, Crunch, Rapid Spin, Gyro Ball, Slash, Aerial Ace, Dual Wingbeat, Substitute, Follow Me
Reasoning: Iggy is a dog with a Stand, who was once the king of New York's stray dogs, until he was caught by his fellow Stand user Muhammad Avdol (human), and eventually sent to join the Joestars and company to fight DIO's minions in Egypt. His Stand, 「The Fool」, can shape sand into almost anything. It grows stronger in the desert, hence Sand Force, and can even make fake copies of people, hence Illusion. In addition to Scorching Sands, he gets the Ground-type and a couple "standard" Ground moves to fit. Odor Sleuth because of his keen sense of smell. Crunch because that's how he finishes off Pet Shop. Rapid Spin and Gyro Ball reflect the wheels found on the "standard form" of The Fool (see Carkol). Slash and Aerial Ace because he slashes Pet Shop as well (while it's not with a sword, I feel the sword technique Aerial Ace is named for in Japanese still fits given that he slashes, y'know, a bird.) Dual Wingbeat because The Fool can grow wings and glide (note that while this wings don't move, neither do those of Palkia or Druddigon, who also get the move - In Japanese, "Dual Wingbeat" is just "Double Wing", and the move description doesn't mention actually flapping the wings either.) Substitute because he does that. Follow Me because he redirects an attack meant for an ally towards himself in a notable scene of his.

Like most other JoJo characters, his stats are based off of his Stand stats, and he gets Scrappy because I don't want Cookie Butter to murder me. His stats are skewed in favor of his defenses as opposed to HP because his Stand doesn't reflect its damage onto him (because its "body" is just yet another sand construct), but Iggy himself is far more frail than almost any other JoJo character and is much worse at recovering from injuries than the human characters are.

Pokémon: Dead Master
Origin: Black★Rock Shooter
Type: Ghost
Ability: Gluttony / Lightning Rod
Stats: 110/100/70/70/110/70 (530)
Notable Moves: Shadow Bone, Bone Rush, Shadow Claw, Wrap, Power Whip, Recover, Crunch, Megahorn, Wild Charge, Will-o-Wisp, Lash Out, Burning Jealousy, Dual Wingbeat
Reasoning: Black★Rock Shooter's nemesis, but also kind of her girlfriend. Ghost because she had "dead" in her name, she's got a skeleton army in the 2012 anime, she can possess people in the OVA, and in Innocent Soul she's literally dead (and I don't just mean that in the "she dies at one point" sense). Gluttony and Crunch because her version from Innoscent Soul eats a lot (mostly souls but she also ate a teddy bear in her sleep). Shadow Bone and Bone Rush because of those skull things she can attack with. Shadow Claw because she does have claws technically. Wrap and Power Whip because she has chains a lot of the time. Recover because her 2012 anime version can resurrect endlessly as long as Yomi's around to experience emotional pain - which she's sorta made of hence Lash Out and Burning Jealousy. Megahorn because she has horns also. Wild Charge because her fully awakening in the 2012 anime involves a lot of electricity. Will-o-Wisp because in Innocent Soul she occasionally gets an eye flame like B★RS does. Dual Wingbeat because she has wings, and even attacks with them at one point in Innocent Soul.

Shiny Arc | Fairy | Special | 100 Base Power | 10PP | 100% accuracy |

Shiny Hook | Fairy | Special | 90 Base Power | 10PP | 100% accuracy | Prevents targets from switching.
Shiny Sprinkler | Fairy | Status | - BP | 15PP | User and allies lose status conditions and negative stat drops.
Shiny Balai | Fairy | Status | - BP | 15PP | User and allies are immune to Ground-type moves for 5 turns.

“I don’t know how to deal with this.”

G-Max
Pokémon: Crona
Franchise/Origin: Soul Eater
Type: Dark
Ability: Unstable / Black Blood - User takes only 66% of damage from contact moves, and 33% of contact moves are reflected back on the attacker.
H. Ability: Moxie
Mega Ability: Black Blood
Notable moves: Night Slash, Knock Off, Taunt, Bug Buzz, Perish Song, Roar, Screech, Lunge, Horn Leech, Nasty Plot, Extreme Speed, Swords Dance, Sacred Sword, Outrage, Counter, Dragon Rush, Psycho Cut, X-Scissor, Stone Edge, Cross Poison, Air Slash, Snarl, Hyper Voice, Boomburst, Dream Eater, Uproar, Leech Life, U-turn, Giga Drain, Vacuum Wave, Stockpile, Swallow, Spit Up, Roost.
Signature moves:
Screech Beta | Dark | Physical | 90 Base Power | 30PP | 80% accuracy | 30% chance of target flinching. Both Sound and Cutting.
Screech Alpha | Dark | Special | 90 Base Power | 30PP | 80% accuracy | 30% chance of target flinching. Both Sound and Cutting.
Signature G-Max Move: G-Max Nidhogg Alpha | 130 BP | -- Accuracy | 100% chance of target flinching. Both Sound and Cutting | Dark
Stats: 120/90/90/80/125/95
Mega Stats: 120/110/120/100/135/115

Reasoning: Crona is Ragnarok's meister of intentionally unclear gender, and initially worked for Medusa due to being an experiment made to be a Kishin. Dark due to being an insane serial killer, which also explains Unstable. Moxie comes from Crona/Ragnarok getting stronger by eating souls. Black Blood is Crona’s main power, which is artificial blood made by Medusa. It can harden, heal wounds, and counter-cutting attacks. Movepool, aside from STAB, is mainly sound and cutting attacks. Signature moves and G-Move are the soul resonances that Crona uses in the show. The mega form is when they fuse with the black clown, another of Medusa’s experiments.

Denki Kaminari | World War Series Wiki | Fandom

Pokémon: Denki Kaminari
Franchise/Origin: My Hero Academia
Type: Electric
Ability: Static/Volt Absorb
H. Ability: Indiscriminate - All non contact moves hit everyone on the field.
Moves: Iron Head, Thunderbolt, Flash Cannon, Volt Switch, Wild Charge, Knock Off, Dark Pulse, Power Trip, Taunt, Flatter, Charge Beam, Zap Cannon, Signal Beam, Energy Ball, Psych Up, Thunder Punch, Nasty Plot, Stored Power, Snarl.
Stats: 75/50/65/150/90/145

Reasoning: Denki Kaminari. Electric because of his quirk Electrification, which allows him to absorb and discharge mass amounts of electricity. For Static, here's a direct quote from the Mha wiki: "With his Quirk activated, Denki gains a defense mechanism that shocks those who touch him, leaving them slightly paralyzed." For Volt Absorb, he can absorb electricity as much as he can discharge it, something that came very in handy recently in the manga. Indiscriminate references his super move and core drawback, he can't aim his attacks with support gear. Most of his movepool is electric-type attacks. Dark types are also abundant, referencing him being the fandom's most likely culprit to be the U.A. traitor, said concerns only being relieved in the two last chapters. Stored Power also represents how his quirk works. Stats are that of a Special Sweeper.

Three familiar faces, one slightly tweaked.

Pokémon: Korosensei
Type: Steel/Ground
Ability: Infiltrator / Sticky Hold
Moves: Iron Head, Drill Run, Dig, Sand Tomb, Flash Cannon, Steel Beam, Earth Power, Double-Edge, Extreme Speed, Slam, Rapid Spin, Quick Attack, Hold Back, Tackle, Wrap, Explosion, Self-Destruct, Hyper Beam, Boomburst, Sonic Boom, Power Whip, Crunch, Bite, Fling, Lick, Fly, Misty Explosion, Hurricane, Recover, Refresh, Substitute, Protect, Detect, Endure, Defog, Whirlwind, Haze, Taunt, Healing Wish, Sticky Web, Gastro Acid, Block, Agility, Acid Armor, Harden, Sandstorm, Camouflage, Odor Sleuth, Play Nice, Confide, Double Team, Sand-Attack, Instruct, Decorate, Ally Switch, Quick Guard, Wide Guard, Quash
Z-Move: Fortifying Blast - Steel, Special, 200 BP | Targets everything adjacent to the user. Substitutes the user's Speed for Attack. If the user is Korosensei, he enters his Absolute Defence form. | Requires Steel Beam and Korosenseium Z
Stats: 100/50/90/70/100/190 | 600 BST

Form: Korosensei-Absolute-Defence
Ability: Sturdy
Stats: 1/1/255/1/255/1 | 514 BST (HP hard-coded to 1)

Reasoning:
  • Typing: His body cannot be harmed by substances that are poisonous to humans (as a student of his, Manami Okuda, learned the hard way), and his beam attack makes Steel more logical than Poison. Ground comes from his canon weakness to water and likely invulnerability to electricity.
  • Abilities: He gets Infiltrator from his ability to slip past assassins’ defenses and Sticky Hold because he can make his tentacles sticky (as in counteracting the stunt of Karma Akabane threatening to shoot while falling off a cliff).
  • Movepool: Mostly derived from the Reddit respect thread, which mentions feats and personality traits including his Mach 20 speed (Extreme Speed, Quick Attack, Sonic Boom, Fly, Agility), robust tentacles (Slam, Wrap, Power Whip, Protect, Endure, Block) that can turn into drills (Drill Run) and have varying degrees of adhesiveness (Sticky Web), preference of sparing opponents (Hold Back, Play Nice), mach whispering (Confide), precognition (Detect), regenerative power (Recover, Refresh), skill at teaching (Instruct), willingness to protect his students (Ally Switch, Quick Guard, Wide Guard, Quash), afterimage technique (Double Team), molting technique (Substitute), keen sense of smell (Odor Sleuth), beam attack (Flash Cannon, Steel Beam, Hyper Beam), tendencies as a neat freak (Haze, Decorate), tendency to look down on others (Taunt), ability to brew up a storm by spinning around (Rapid Spin, Sand Tomb, Hurricane, Defog, Whirlwind, Sandstorm), natural Camouflage, ability to Harden his skin, thick mucus (Gastro Acid), liquid form (Acid Armor), throwing strength (Fling), extraordinary tongue (Lick), intensive revival surgery (Healing Wish), ability to kick up a load of dirt as a self-defense technique (Earth Power, Sand-Attack), possibility of exploding ((Misty) Explosion, Self-Destruct), teeth strong enough to break down metal (Crunch, Bite) and burrow into the ground (Dig), and alleged ability to break through a concrete jail cell by repeatedly running into it (Iron Head, Double-Edge, Tackle) or creating sound waves with his tentacles (Boomburst) albeit at the expense of those around him.
  • Absolute Defence form: A last-ditch survival technique that he demonstrated as part of the Class 3-E field trip to Okinawa. In this form, his durability skyrockets (to the point of being comparable to Sturdinja), but he is left unable to do anything but talk.

Pokemon: Mara Jade
Franchise:
Star Wars
Type:

Ability: Force Mastery, Infiltrator
Notable Moves: Lightsaber Throw, Force Choke, Blaster Shot, Psychic, Psyshock, Future Sight, Psycho Cut, Secret Sword, Sacred Sword, Focus Blast, Aura Sphere, Vacuum Wave, Dark Pulse, Zen Headbutt, Close Combat, Nasty Plot, Calm Mind, Recover, Light Screen, Reflect, Meditate, Telekinesis, Aeroblast, Thunderbolt, Swords Dance, U-Turn, universal moves such as Substitute.
Stats: 73 / 114 / 74 / 107 / 71 / 101 (540 BST)

Reasoning: Since Star Wars Legends is getting officially acknowledged again, here's one of the most notable characters from it: Mara Jade. She was the Emperor's secret assassin, smuggler and spy in the most dangerous parts of the Galaxy and of course Luke Skywalker's potential murderer/apprentice/wife and eventually Jedi Master. With a history like that, it's no surprise she has learned a variety of dark and light side Force techniques (Aeroblast, Thunderbolt, Force Choke, Dark Pulse, etc.), Lightsaber combat (Psycho Cut, Swords Dance Sacred Sword, etc.), smuggler skills (Infiltrator, Blaster Shot, U-Turn) and hand-to-hand combat (Close Combat, Zen Headbutt).
