Pokémon: Denki Kaminari
Franchise/Origin: My Hero Academia
Type: Electric
Ability: Static/Volt Absorb
H. Ability: Indiscriminate - All non-contact moves hit everyone on the field.
Moves: Iron Head, Thunderbolt, Flash Cannon, Volt Switch, Wild Charge, Knock Off, Dark Pulse, Power Trip, Taunt, Flatter, Charge Beam, Zap Cannon, Signal Beam, Energy Ball, Psych Up, Thunder Punch, Nasty Plot, Stored Power, Snarl.
Stats: 75/50/65/150/90/145

Reasoning: Denki Kaminari. Electric because of his quirk Electrification, which allows him to absorb and discharge mass amounts of electricity. For Static, here's a direct quote from the Mha wiki: "With his Quirk activated, Denki gains a defense mechanism that shocks those who touch him, leaving them slightly paralyzed." For Volt Absorb, he can absorb electricity as much as he can discharge it, something that came very in handy recently in the manga. Indiscriminate references his super move and core drawback, he can't aim his attacks with support gear. Most of his movepool is electric-type attacks. Dark types are also abundant, referencing him being the fandom's most likely culprit to be the U.A. traitor, said concerns only being relieved in the two last chapters. Stored Power also represents how his quirk works. Stats are that of a Special Sweeper.

“I don’t know how to deal with this.”

G-Max
Pokémon: Crona
Franchise/Origin: Soul Eater
Type: Dark
Ability: Unstable / Black Blood - User takes only 66% of damage from contact moves, and 33% of contact moves are reflected back on the attacker.
H. Ability: Moxie
Mega Ability: Black Blood
Notable moves: Night Slash, Knock Off, Taunt, Bug Buzz, Perish Song, Roar, Screech, Lunge, Horn Leech, Nasty Plot, Extreme Speed, Swords Dance, Sacred Sword, Outrage, Counter, Dragon Rush, Psycho Cut, X-Scissor, Stone Edge, Cross Poison, Air Slash, Snarl, Hyper Voice, Boomburst, Dream Eater, Uproar, Leech Life, U-turn, Giga Drain, Vacuum Wave, Stockpile, Swallow, Spit Up, Roost.
Signature moves:
Screech Beta | Dark | Physical | 90 Base Power | 30PP | 80% accuracy | 30% chance of target flinching. Both Sound and Cutting.
Screech Alpha | Dark | Special | 90 Base Power | 30PP | 80% accuracy | 30% chance of target flinching. Both Sound and Cutting.
Signature G-Max Move: G-Max Nidhogg Alpha | 130 BP | -- Accuracy | 100% chance of target flinching. Both Sound and Cutting | Dark
Stats: 120/90/90/80/125/95
Mega Stats: 120/110/120/100/135/115

Reasoning: Crona is Ragnarok's meister of intentionally unclear gender, and initially worked for Medusa due to being an experiment made to be a Kishin. Dark due to being an insane serial killer, which also explains Unstable. Moxie comes from Crona/Ragnarok getting stronger by eating souls. Black Blood is Crona’s main power, which is artificial blood made by Medusa. It can harden, heal wounds, and counter-cutting attacks. Movepool, aside from STAB, is mainly sound and cutting attacks. Signature moves and G-Move are the soul resonances that Crona uses in the show. The mega form is when they fuse with the black clown, another of Medusa’s experiments.

“No mercy for the wicked. Your minions have lived because I allowed them to; ordinary foes might win my mercy, but my sworn enemies do not.”

Pokémon: Weiss Schnee
Franchise/Origin: RWBY
Type: Ice
Ability: Defiant/Snow Cloak
Notable moves: Ice Beam, Blizzard, Triple Axel, Ice Shard, Icicle Crash, Freeze-Dry, Frost Breath, Calm Mind, Tri-Attack, Psychic, Psyshock, Hyper Voice, Moonblast, Moonlight, Dazzling Gleam, Fairy Wind, Charm, Play Rough, Aura Sphere, Acid Armor, Surf, Flame Charge, Flamethrower, Fire Blast, Fire Spin, Thunder, Thunderbolt, Flash Cannon, Swords Dance, Mirror Burst, Ancient Power, Power Gem, Shadow Ball, Earth Power, Hydro Pump, Spikes, Stealth Rock, Earthquake, Stone Edge, Baton Pass, Rock Polish, Whirlpool, Pursuit, Secret Sword, Sacred Sword, Vacuum Wave, Sing, Extreme Speed
Signature move: Summoning | Normal | Status | - BP | 15PP | Makes a Substitute out of the latest Pokemon she knocked out. The substitute has the same stats and moves as the fainted pokemon except for HP. It still has ¼ of Weiss’s. Weiss can’t attack while the Substitute is up, but the Substitute can.
Stats: 87/90/75/120/75/120

Reasoning: Weiss Schnee is one of the protagonists of RWBY. She is a Huntress, a former student of the now-defunct Beacon Academy, and the former heiress of the Schnee Dust Company. While Weiss uses all kinds of elements, she is best and most familiar with Ice Dust. Also, she has been nicknamed the Ice Queen and is based on Snow White. Defiant comes from her “Fight” response to her father’s abuse. She refuses to take his shit and even gets him arrested. Her partner Blake even said that Weiss is the embodiment of Defiance. Snow Cloak comes from her being used to the cold weather in Atlas. Her movepool is vast and varied, representing her versatility with Dust. Summoning is the peak of her semblance, bringing a copy of foes she defeated in battle to aid her.

VIOLENCE: REQUIRED
VIOLENCE: ACQUIRED

Name: Hank J. Wimbleton
Type: Fighting
Ability: Adrenaline (Berserk for Attack)
Moves: Machine Gun (From Austin Carter in V2), Snipe Shot, Karate Chop, Arm Thrust, Close Combat, Detect, Sacred Sword, Throat Chop, Slash, Night Slash, Protect, Laser Focus, Calm Mind, Axe Strike (From Camilla in V2), Flash Cannon, Zap Cannon, Thief, Brutal Swing, Bind, Feint Attack
Stats: 80/110/80/90/70/90 [BST 520]
Justification: Hank's Bread and Butter is his skill with all sorts of weaponry, as well as his ability to hold his own in hand-to-hand combat, so that's the Fighting type there. Adrenaline refers to how Nevadeans get stronger when closer to death. He has used an ungodly amount of weapons, and that's his movepool.
1627356926335.png

Name: M.A.G. Hank
Type: Fighting/Electric
Ability: Unaware
Moves: Same as base, + Thunderbolt, Thunder, Thunder Punch, Thunder Wave, Discharge, many more forms of Electric coverage, Focus Blast
Stats: 110/120/100/120/70/60 [BST 580]
Justification: Deimos having successfully resurrected Hank by throwing him into a machine, he has now become part MAG, though little of his IQ has been resurrected with him. He now packs powerful electrical charges and sheer brute force, but is more sluggish.

Pokémon: Akira Otoishi
Origin: JoJo's Bizarre Adventure
Type: Electric
Ability: Red Hot Chili Pepper* / Punk Rock / Long Reach
*Red Hot Chili Pepper: In Electric Terrain, multiplies all stats by 1.3x. In any other terrain (other than neutral), halves all stats.
Stats: 60/109/98/83/90/97 (527)
Notable Moves: Thunder Punch, Wild Charge, Overdrive, Thunderbolt, Volt Switch, Skitter Smack, Sucker Punch, Thief, Arrow Shot (see Orion in CCv2), Close Combat, Mach Punch, Bullet Punch, Fire Punch, Power-Up Punch, Charge, Thunder Wave
Reasoning: Guitar man acquires Stand and steals shit. His Stand is Red Hot Chili Pepper, which can charge itself with electricity. When fully-charged, one of the strongest Stands in the series (and at very long range, when most comparable Stands are short-ranged), but it loses power quickly. Since it's only shown absorbing electricity from its surroundings rather than attacks, the corresponding custom ability is Terrain-dependent. Long Reach is due to the whole long-range Stand with the powers of a close-ranged Stand thing. Also Punk Rock (and Overdrive) due to the fact that Akira Otoishi himself is an aspiring rockstar who can pull out some pretty sick guitar moves. Skitter Smack and Sucker Punch due to the fact that Akira can and does have RHCP spy on people and attack when they aren't expecting it. Thief because he steals shit. Arrow Shot because he briefly owned the Stand Arrow. Close Combat and the punch moves because like most people with powerful Stands, he tends to resolve problems by having his Stand punch things.

Tia Lightning.jpg

Pokémon: Tia Lightning
Type: Dragon/Electric
Ability: Lightning Rod
Moves: Zing Zap, Spark, Nuzzle, Discharge, Volt Switch, Dual Wingbeat, Bind, Disable, Draco Meteor, Attract, Fly, Pin Missile, Hyper Beam, Magical Leaf, Solar Beam, Solar Blade, Fire Spin, Thunder Wave, Light Screen, Reflect, Safeguard, Rest, Rock Slide, Protect, Icy Wind, Sandstorm, Rain Dance, Sunny Day, Hail, Whirlpool, Will-O-Wisp, Facade, Swift, Helping Hand, Weather Ball, Rock Tomb, Sand Tomb, Bullet Seed, Icicle Spear, Mud Shot, Rock Blast, Brine, Avalanche, Psycho Cut, Venoshock, Electroweb, Air Slash, Flamethrower, Hydro Pump, Surf, Ice Beam, Blizzard, Thunderbolt, Thunder, Earthquake, Fire Blast, Tri Attack, Substitute, Sludge Bomb, Spikes, Endure, Sleep Talk, Shadow Ball, Heat Wave, Muddy Water, Iron Defense, Toxic Spikes, Aura Sphere, Seed Bomb, Dragon Pulse, Power Gem, Focus Blast, Energy Ball, Earth Power, Flash Cannon, Leaf Storm, Gunk Shot, Stone Edge, Stealth Rock, Grass Knot, Sludge Wave, Electro Ball, Scald, Hurricane, Venom Drench, Dazzling Gleam, Pollen Puff, Terrain Pulse, Rising Voltage, Corrosive Gas, Scorching Sands, Meteor Beam, Scale Shot, Toxic, Smack Down, Double Team, Aurora Veil, Infestation, Nature Power, Confide, Heal Bell, Tailwind, Shock Wave, Water Pulse, Gastro Acid, Worry Seed, Defog, Incinerate, Hidden Power
Stats: 70/100/65/125/70/125 | 555 BST
Reasoning: Tia attends school on an island called Midgard, home to an existence known as Type: Dragon ('D' for short), a branch of humanity with control over dark matter, the essence of dragons. Naturally, she is a part of this existence, hence her Dragon typing. (Thanks to Kili, she was even convinced in her upbringing that she was a dragon, having a name short for Tiamat and horns created by biogenic transmutation.) She is also Electric-type (and has moves to match) because, just as her surname suggests, she specializes in generating electricity. It tends to come from her beacon-like horns, thus Lightning Rod. Additionally, she gets Dual Wingbeat because her fictional armament (a tool to facilitate her control over dark matter) is a pair of wings.
Light novel Volume 6 spoilers: To stop "Green" Yggdrasil from rampaging at the expense of Yuu Mononobe, Tia used electrical signals to hack into its core, thereby gaining the ability to Bind things with vines and to interfere with dark matter transmutation, the latter of which roughly translates to Disable.
As for the rest of the movepool, Ds like Tia can transmute dark matter into anything within their imagination and capacity, so it consists of TM/TR/Tutor moves from Gen V onward (Volume 2 of the light novel was published just before X&Y) that are universal and/or can be logically connected to such transmutation.

Pokémon: The S Is for Sucks Dragon
Type: Dragon/Fighting
Ability: Guts / Intimidate
Moves: Acupressure, Blaze Kick, Coil, Dragon Rush, Earthquake, Facade, Glare, High Jump Kick, Iron Tail, Jaw Lock, Knock Off, Low Sweep, Mach Punch, No Retreat, Obstruct, Poison Jab, Quash, Roar, Spikes, Taunt, U-turn, Vacuum Wave, Waterfall, X-Scissor, Yawn, Zen Headbutt
Stats: 120/120/100/80/80/100 | 600 BST
Reasoning: What started out as a failure preceding the creation of Trogdor, Strong Bad celebrated five years later. Dragon typing is obvious, Fighting typing and Guts represent its beefy limbs, and its angry eyebrows and daunting physique bring Intimidate to mind. It has a move for every letter of the alphabet because the aforementioned celebration was in the form of an alphabet song.

Pokémon: Deen
Type: Steel/Fairy
Ability: Forever Functioning - Deen is immune to status conditions. (Hard-coded)
Moves: Regigigas' movepool + Meteor Mash, Spirit Break
G-Max Move: G-Max Core Fuel (Steel) - Boosts the Attack, Defense, and Special Defense of the user.
Stats: 200/100/100/50/100/50 | 600 BST
Reasoning: Deen is described as a mobile doll crafted from Rare Sacred Iron by the Colony of Faeries. It stands over 30 feet tall, and each of its hands is the size of two humans. Even if it was infected with a disease it would not fall; the forever functioning magic being will always stand up. (Source: light novel, Volume 2)
Its Gigantamax form is a reference to how Asuka Kudou uses her Gift, Authority, to augment its size and power such as in Volume 4.
Just as Black Rabbit is similar to Lopunny, Deen is similar to Regigigas. However, it's at least 2.5 times as large (and similarly dense, so...safe to say it weighs at least 999.9 kilograms?) yet not as significant, so its base stats are adjusted accordingly.

- Jump Kick
Reasoning: Lum is an Oni alien who comes to Earth and falls in love with Ataru. Her appearance gets all the boys to fall in love with her. She can fly, and use powerful electric shocks (that get stronger when she's angry). She can also absorb electricity, making her own shocks stronger. She chases Ataru around when he tries to avoid her, shocking him in various ways. Lum's horns can relieve the symptoms of diseases. She has fangs and occasionally bites with them. She did a jumping kick once, and sometimes uses a wood hammer (like many characters in the show). Lum uses various alien devices, including strength pills (Bulk Up), fossil revivers (Ancient Power), air conditioning ice blocks (Icy Wind, Ice Shard), memory erasers (Amnesia), weather controllers (Rain Dance, Sunny Day), boomerang disks (Boomerang), sticky guns (Sticky Web).

Thor can project powerful lightning, open portals and redirect energy. He can fly and control the weather, creating rain, winds or hail. The hammer is strong enough to destroy planets, with or without blasts.

Shazam @ White Herb
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 SpD
Jolly Nature
- Acrobatics
- Superpower
- Thunder Punch
- Recover
Reasoning: Shazam starts as a normal boy named Billy Batson, but by saying the name of a wizard, a lightning bolt strikes him, turning into a superhero with the wisdom of Solomon, strength of Hercules, stamina of Atlas, power of Zeus, courage of Achilles, and speed of Mercury. He can dodge the lightning and use it to strike others, though he can also just project it from his hands. Shazam is capable of flight, and can heal wounds of himself or others using lightning. He can even share his power with those he considers family.

Reasoning: Charmcaster can use magic to move objects, teleport, and float in the air. Her magic normally takes the form of lightning. She carries a magic bag with magic flowers, a staff that projects beams, mana balls, and magic powder in it. She summons Stone Creatures that can form armor around her. Her magic also took the form of fire once. She uses a variety of spells.
  • Atherfo: Petal Dance, Petal Blizzard

Type:

Ability: Telepathy | Intimidate | [HA] Anticipation
Moves: Psyshock, Extrasensory, Expanding Force, Thunderbolt, Discharge, Brain EMP (see Storm), Charge Beam, Dark Pulse, Signal Beam, Sludge Wave, Calm Mind, Thunder Wave, Mind Reader
Stats: 61 HP/53 Atk/53 Def/145 SpA/100 SpD/70 Spe (482 BST)

Saki Hanajima @ Assault Vest
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 SpD
Modest Nature
- Brain EMP
- Psyshock
- Dark Pulse
- Charge Beam
Reasoning: Saki was born with the ability to sense electric waves, which everyone emits from their brains. Sensing waves essentially allows her to read minds, as well as sense the good or evil in someone. She can also control waves, and cause mental damage by emitting Poison Waves, which can even kill someone. Saki is dark and mysterious, and has an intimidating aura to others around her. She previously wasn't able to control her powers, but after meeting Tohru, she's been able to keep her mind calm and under control.

Had a good streak of new subs but don't have time to come up with anything decent this week.

Fuck.
Pokemon: Geralt of Rivia
Franchise:
The Witcher
Type:

Ability: Anticipation, Witcher Mutations, Defiant
Witcher Mutations: Accuracy cannot be lowered and draining moves inflict damage on foes.

Notable Moves: Oiled Silver Sword, Close Combat, sword-based moves, Flamethrower, Fire Punch, Aura Sphere, Mean Look, Swagger, Reflect, Light Screen, Hypnosis, Bulk Up, Nasty Plot, Calm Mind, Destiny Bond, universal moves such as Substitute.
Oiled Silver Sword:
|
| 90 BP | Non-contact | 30% chance to poison and deals supereffective damage to Dark-type Pokemon..
Stats: 93 / 114 / 84 / 87 / 71 / 91 (540 BST)

Reasoning: Mainly based on his book appearances, Geralt of Rivia is a monster slayer known as a witcher. As a child he was subjected to mutations and experiments that granted him super human strength, senses and the ability to use spells known as signs. A side effect of these mutations allow him to ingest otherwise poisonous decoctions that further enhance his abilities. This is represented in his signature ability. He has access to Anticipation due to having encyclopedic knowledge about monsters and common enemies from his time at Kaer Morhen. His hidden ability, Defiant, comes from him being defiant in the face of destiny.

As a witcher he wields to swords, one steel and one poison, which he coats in a variety of oils that are poisonous to monsters. In particular his silver sword is effective against magical beasts such as specters and werewolves. His prowess with the sword gives him access to his signature move and sword moves. Other moves he has access to such as Flamethrower, Aura Sphere, Mean Look, Swagger, Reflect, Light Screen and Hypnosis are based off the signs, Igni, Arden, Yrden, Axii, Quen, Heliotrop and Somne respectively.

Other moves such as Calm Mind and Nasty Plot come from him meditating to hone his abilities and strengthening his signs, Bulk Up comes from taking potions to enhance his strength and finally Destiny Bond comes from his shared destiny with Ciri.

Pokémon: Black Spermatozoon
Origin: One Punch Man
Typing: Dark
Ability: Defiant / Regenerator / Born With a Blast
Born With a Blast: Changes to Golden Spermatozoon below 50% HP (irreversible). Gains Poison-type/Poison status immunity in Golden Sperm form, but Autotomize and recovery moves will fail in this form.
Moves: Sucker Punch, Comet Punch, Double Slap, Beat Up, Brutal Swing, Hammer Arm, Mega Punch, Power-Up Punch, Close Combat, Stockpile, Spit Up, Swallow, Stored Power, Power Trip, Bullet Punch, Shadow Sneak, Autotomize, Bulk Up, Minimize, Acid Armor, Double Team, Recover
Stats: 135/135/75/65/65/95 (570)
Stats (Golden Spermatozoon): 135/145/125/75/105/115 (700)
Reasoning: Black Spermatozoon is a Mysterious Being AKA a Monster, more specifically a Monster Executive of the Monster Association. His power is to replicate himself as long as he has enough cells in stock in his own body. He doesn't like to be looked down on, which often happens due to his size and appearance. He doesn't have any fancy abilities in terms of offense, but his punches' strength is nothing to scoff at. As a Monster Executive, he is classified as Dragon-level, the second highest possible classification and the tier below God-level. And that's just in his base form, as Golden Spermatozoon is easily one of the strongest characters in the entire series. In that form, he gains the properties of gold like acid resistance, but he is unable to split himself, so he loses his replication and regeneration. He always leaves a few unfused cells however, so multi-hit moves can still be used.

Pokémon: Hiruko
Typing: Normal/Electric
Ability: Power of Alchemy / Steel Release / Inhaling Maw
Steel Release: This Pokemon has the Steel-type when taking damage.
Inhaling Maw: This Pokemon draws Special moves to itself to raise Sp. Atk by 1; Takes 1/2 damage from Special moves.
Moves: Rasengan, Raikiri, Copycat, Moonlight, Discharge, Electric Terrain, Thunderbolt, Thunder, Electro Ball, Smokescreen, Iron Defense, Acid Armor, Crunch, Hyper Fang, Blue Flare, Counter, Magic Coat, Mirror Coat, Metal Burst, Stockpile, Bullet Punch, Hyper Beam, Power Whip, Bind, Circle Throw, Dizzy Punch, Comet Punch, Drain Punch, Substitute, Extreme Speed, Agility, Quick Attack, Attack Order, Defend Order, Bide, Earthquake, Fissure, Sludge Wave, Muddy Water, Disable, Imprison, Hypnosis, Double Team, Instruct
Signature Moves: Rasengan | Normal | Special | 90 Base Power | 15PP | 100% accuracy | 20% chance of flinching the target
Raikiri | Electric | Physical | 70 Base Power | 15PP | 100% accuracy | High crit rate. Draws Electric moves to itself until the end of the turn.
Stats: 60/70/100/70/60/120 (500)
Reasoning: Hiruko was a ninja who was discontent with his lack of talent, so he created a technique to steal other people's talent (That's why he's primary Normal-type). He stole four people's bloodline-passed techniques, the Storm Release (represented by Electric-type and some moves), Swift Release (represented by his high speed and some moves), Steel Release (represented by Iron Defense and unique ability) and Dark Release (represented by Inhaling Maw, counter moves and Blue Flare). The chimera technique he created involves using the light of the eclipse (Moonlight) and turning himself into a blob (Sludge Wave/Muddy Water). Over the course of the movie he steals other characters' techniques such as Naruto's Rasengan and Kakashi's Raikiri.

Pokémon: Worst End Boss Ever
Type: Poison/Fairy
Ability: Stench / Rough Skin
Hidden Ability: Rapid Fire - Special attacks hit twice when the user is at 20% HP or below.
Moves: Sludge Bomb, Dazzling Gleam, Flash Cannon, Flamethrower, Gunk Shot, Play Rough, Steel Roller, Heavy Slam, Megahorn, Double-Edge, Horn Attack, Toxic, Shift Gear, Leer, Lock-On, Laser Focus
Stats: 50/100/150/80/150/50 | 580 BST
Reasoning: In Skills of an Artist 6, End Boss, Strong Bad tried to draw a pixel-style end boss, and this is how it turned out. Its most prominent features are dog poo and cotton candy, hence Poison/Fairy with Stench. The spikes on its body are represented in Rough Skin, and the tank at its base gives it Steel-type moves and Flamethrower.
In Stinkoman 20X6, the Worst End Boss Ever appears as the gatekeeper boss (ironically) of Level 10, taking a mere 5 hits to defeat, thus the low base HP and the heavy involvement of 5s and 10s in its other base stats. Its Hidden Ability, Rapid Fire, is based on the quickening of its shots when it has taken 4/5 hits. Because it rams into things with its frontal spike, it gets Megahorn, Double-Edge, and Horn Attack. Lastly, the many eyes on its body call for Leer, Lock-On, and Laser Focus.

Pokémon: Tia Lightning
Type: Dragon/Electric
Ability: Lightning Rod
Moves: Wild Charge, Spark, Discharge, Volt Switch, Dual Wingbeat, Bind, Disable, Draco Meteor, Attract, Fly, Pin Missile, Hyper Beam, Magical Leaf, Solar Beam, Solar Blade, Fire Spin, Thunder Wave, Light Screen, Reflect, Safeguard, Rest, Rock Slide, Protect, Icy Wind, Sandstorm, Rain Dance, Sunny Day, Hail, Whirlpool, Will-O-Wisp, Facade, Swift, Helping Hand, Weather Ball, Rock Tomb, Sand Tomb, Bullet Seed, Icicle Spear, Mud Shot, Rock Blast, Brine, Avalanche, Psycho Cut, Venoshock, Electroweb, Air Slash, Flamethrower, Hydro Pump, Surf, Ice Beam, Blizzard, Thunderbolt, Thunder, Earthquake, Fire Blast, Tri Attack, Substitute, Sludge Bomb, Spikes, Endure, Sleep Talk, Shadow Ball, Heat Wave, Muddy Water, Iron Defense, Toxic Spikes, Aura Sphere, Seed Bomb, Dragon Pulse, Power Gem, Focus Blast, Energy Ball, Earth Power, Flash Cannon, Leaf Storm, Gunk Shot, Stone Edge, Stealth Rock, Grass Knot, Sludge Wave, Electro Ball, Scald, Hurricane, Venom Drench, Dazzling Gleam, Pollen Puff, Terrain Pulse, Rising Voltage, Corrosive Gas, Scorching Sands, Meteor Beam, Scale Shot, Toxic, Smack Down, Double Team, Aurora Veil, Infestation, Nature Power, Confide, Heal Bell, Tailwind, Shock Wave, Water Pulse, Gastro Acid, Worry Seed, Defog, Incinerate, Hidden Power

Pokémon: Kili Surtr Muspelheim
Type: Dragon/Fire
Ability: Flash Fire / Regenerator
Moves: Mew's TM/HM/Tutor/TR movepool starting from Gen 5 + Transform, Draco Meteor
Z-Move: Calamitous Muspelheim - Dragon, Special, 185 BP | Works like Beak Blast, but negates contact moves in addition to burning the attacker. | Requires Draco Meteor and Muspelheimium Z
Stats: 100/80/80/100/140/80 | 580 BST
Reasoning: Vritra's only begotten daughter, as it were. She uses dark matter—the essence of dragons, a mysterious material capable of being transmuted into just about anything—as a means of creating counterfeit DNA (hence the connection to Mew) and healing wounds (thus Regenerator). (Volume 2 of the light novel was published just before X&Y.)
Her Fire typing and Flash Fire come from her tendency to immolate things, and her eponymous technique (called "Calamitous" after one of the Volume 2 chapters, and as a padding of sorts) involves spreading infinitesimal particles that explode on contact.

Pokémon: Ryukyu (Ryuko Tatsuma)
Type: Normal/Dragon
Ability: Strong Jaw / Tough Claws / Multiscale
Moves: Return, Frustration, Body Slam, Crush Claw, Hyper Fang, Strength, Slash, Cut, Dragon Claw, Dragon Rush, Outrage, Dragon Tail, Fly, Dual Wingbeat, Wing Attack, Crunch, Jaw Lock, Earthquake, Body Press, Metal Claw, Bind, Superpower, Protect, Roost, Whirlwind, Defog, Dragon Dance, Bulk Up
Stats: 120/100/100/60/80/60 | 580 BST
Reasoning: Ryukyu's Quirk, called Dragon, lets her transform into a large western dragon. In this form, she can fly and possesses enhanced strength and durability, the former particularly in her jaws and claws. However, she maintains her humanity enough for Normal/Dragon to be appropriate.

Z-MoveRequires Air Slash and Astolfonium Z – Ride of the Hippogriff –
– 210 BP – Deals damage using the target's Defense instead of Special Defense. Ignores target's Defense stat changes.
Z-MoveRequires Argalia Lock and Lunar Astolfonium Z – Vulcano Caligorante –
– 185 BP – Deals dual-type damage, with Steel as primary type and Fairy as secondary type. Deals damage using the target's Special Defense instead of Defense. Prevents target from fleeing or switching out as long as user remains in battle.
Stats: 78/78/60/75/70/112 (BST: 473)

When holding a Lunar Astolfonium Z during battle, he will change into his Saber Form.
Stats (Saber): 78/91/69/92/85/130 (BST: 545)

Reasoning: Fairy-type as primary type due to his design containing copious amounts of pink, his capricious behavior, his ties to the moon for attempting to steal it from the heavens, and his warped morality. Steel-type due to being a paladin of Charlemagne and often wielding multiple metal weapons in battle, like an ordinary sword and the Trap of Argalia. The Trap of Argalia, the spear used for one of his Noble Phantasms, is represented by his only signature move that is not a Z-move, the rest are Z-Moves based on his Noble Phantasms, the two that were specifically used as his Noble Phantasm in Fate/Grand Order. Argalia Lock has a chance to paralyze the target instead of disabling certain moves like Disable and Taunt due to the paralysis better presenting its ability to make its target unable to fight due to movement and spiritual-based binding. Astolfo's numerous amounts of Noble Phantasm is canon are (partially) to blame for his massive movepool, a bunch of which fits his knightly status, his obtuse and manic personality, and the usage of the Noble Phantasm, La Black Luna. La Black Luna is the result of his ability to learn many sound-based moves that fits the Noble Phantasm thematically such as Boomburst, Uproar, and Perish Song. His stats are very much inspired by his parameters, most of which increase in rank when he is a Saber as shown in Fate/Grand Order. This notable parameter (and therefore base stat) increase resulted in his Saber form being locked away by a thematic and different version of his Astolfonium Z to provide some sort of balance to his Saber variant being strictly better in almost all regards, similar to Ultra Necrozma being also locked away by a Z-Crystal. His primary ability is Super Luck, owing to a very high Luck parameter of A+, which is assumed to be very much highlighted in many parts of Type-Moon's works featuring him. Simple became his hidden ability due to his capricious and reckless, sanity-evaporated nature, with high impulse and little in the way of analysis. Unlike Bidoof and Bibarel, the choice of Simple is not for a lack of intelligence but for his unusual ways of using it to his advantage and to accentuate his want for independence despite often being forgetful about such machinations, especially during folklore when he totally forgot why he wanted to steal the moon in the first place in the Matter of France, thus making this case of carrying Simple as an ability more like Swoobat.

Signature move:
Ena Cradle –
– N/A – 20 PP – —% - Rain version of Aurora Veil which sets up a Reflect/Light Screen combination clone for 5 turns. (8 turns if holding Light Clay) Fails if rain/heavy rain is not the active weather.
Stats: 71/93/73/73/70/75 (BST: 455)

Reasoning: Pure Water-type due to being a sea human, a primordial version of the humans in his universe, with no Normal-type in sight due to his hibernation ability distancing him from other similar characters, a tie in to having Rest in his movepool outside of universal TMs. Swift Swim as regular ability due to enhanced water-breathing capabilities and being able to swim much more efficiently than regular land-dwelling humans. Torrent as Hidden Ability due to his personality showing an aggressive and more confrontational side, which is also the reason why some of his moves include Knock Off, Stomping Tantrum, and Snarl. This is another reason why he has usually higher coverage than it would seem. Surging Strikes, straight from Urshifu, is due to needing a strong Physical Water move that highlights how much his is attuned to the Water-type and rain, which also ties into Ena Cradle being a new signature move to support rain teams, also referencing by name the raiment the sea humans have that separated them from their land descendants. Stomping Tantrum, fitting due to his lack of age-biased experience of the world around him, is the only Ground move he really learns because of his needless grudge against land humans for giving up godly gifts for materialistic and mundane avarice. Surging Strikes might be just there for protagonist bias, but that aside his stats show he has quite high of a base Attack stat for someone of his caliber, showing how much his temper and impulse can factor into his attempt to work in combat. His base HP stat of 71 references the percentage of surface area that the real-life Earth's ocean covers.

"You came into this world just a little bit more fortunate than others. And by chance, you only just happened to be crafted well. My whole entire existence was just a vehicle to elevate your own inflated self-worth!"
Pokémon: Suigintou
Franchise/Origin: Rozen Maiden
Type:

Abilities:
Arrow Molt
Signature ability - Arrow Molt - At the end of turn if the user has been damaged by a damaging move or has lost HP due to indirect damage (poison, toxic, burn, sandstorm, hail, recoil, etc.), each adjacent opponent takes damage equal to 1/16 of their maximum HP.
Other Moves:
: Wing Attack, Steel Wing, Sacred Sword, Night Slash, Outrage, Lunge, U-Turn, Assurance, Pursuit, Brutal Swing, Feint Attack, Foul Play, Sucker Punch, Lash Out, Punishment, Dual Chop, Revenge, Aerial Ace, Dual Wingbeat, Shadow Sneak, Spirit Shackle, Chip Away, Quick Attack, Psycho Cut

Stats: 66/115/60/108/82/94 (BST: 525)

Reasoning: Dark/Flying-type due to her black wings and her personality often seen as sinister, sadistic, arrogant, spiteful, etc. Arrow Molt is based on her feathers being sharp enough to work as weapons by themselves like Skarmory, which explains her capability to learn Steel Wing, which was once Skarmory’s signature move in Generation V but is still often attributed to it for being the only realmon to know the learn via level up for a long time. The NOMAD anime of Rozen Maiden shows her conjuring up shields and swords using her malleable feathers, thus learning various slashing and cutting moves and various protective and defensive moves, despite not being very apparent in other adaptations of Rozen Maiden. This composite combination of Suigintou give her a large movepool, which also includes her ability to conjure and use spectral blue flames, which results in Will-O-Wisp and Heat Wave as coverage, despite Flying-types already often getting Heat Wave as special coverage.

Pokémon: Jiraiya
Franchise/Origin: Naruto
Type: Fire/Grass
Ability: Sturdy/Pervert - Pokemon of opposing gender can not switch out, use non-damaging attacks, or dodge Jiraiya's attacks.
Mega Ability: Sage Mode - Jiraiya's attacks are 1.2x Base Power and don't miss.
Moves: Attract, Flamethrower, Fire Blast, Fire Punch, Flare Blitz, Inferno, Flame Charge, Eruption, Fiery Dance, Magma Storm, Heat Wave, Petal Blizzard, Petal Dance, Energy Ball, Frenzy Plant, Ingrain, Grassy Terrain, Sunny Day, Solar Beam, Seed Bomb, Hyper Beam, Earthquake, Stone Edge, Close Combat, Synthesis, Strength, Leech Seed, Poison Jab, Power Gem, Fake Out, Trick Room, High Jump Kick, Extreme Speed, Knock Off, Sucker Punch, Night Slash, Liquidation, Scald, Surf, Aqua Jet, Water Spout, Aqua Ring, Dazzling Gleam, Moonblast.
Sig Move:
Rasengan | Normal | Special | 100 Base Power | 15PP | 100% accuracy | 40% chance of flinching
Z-Move: Massive Rasengan - Converted from Rasengan using Gallantium Z. | Normal | Special | 200 Base Power
Stats (Base): 110/90/115/110/115/60
Stats (Mega): 110/95/135/115/135/110
Reasoning: Fire from his main chakra nature. Grass from his resonance with natural energy. Sturdy from his resilience and how much it took to kill him. Pervert from his perversion, constantly spying on women's baths and getting caught, sometimes on purpose. Sage Mode references the canon ability. The ultimate ability of summons, allowing one to wield mix natural energy with their own chakra, greatly increasing their abilities. Attract for obvious reasons. Movepool is huge, referencing his wisdom and a large array of abilities. Rasengan and Massive Rasengan are one of his signature jutsu, taught by Minato.

"Although I am a descendant of the First Hokage, it's true that I don't know how to use Wood Release. And compared to him, who was able to use medical ninjutsu without even making seals, it's true that my own ninjutsu is nothing to brag about. And it's true that I'm a woman… but I'm definitely not a weak woman… What I inherited from my grandfather isn't just simple 'power'. My true strength comes from that which was passed down from the First to each generation afterwards… Don't underestimate the Will of Fire!"

Pokémon: Tsunade
Franchise/Origin: Naruto
Type: Fighting
Ability: Anger Point/Sturdy
Mega Ability: Rebirth - Regenerator + Natural Cure
Moves: Power-Up Punch, Superpower, Close Combat, Counter, Force Palm, Double-Edge, Mach Punch, Thunder Punch, Ice Punch, Fire Punch, Low Kick, High Jump Kick, Jump Kick, Drain Punch, Mega Punch, Dynamic Punch, Sucker Punch, Flamethrower, Shadow Ball, Hyper Voice, U-Turn, Play Rough, Waterfall, Liquidation, Hydro Pump, Thunderbolt, Thunder, Flamethrower, Inferno, Earthquake, Earth Power, Air Slash, Hurricane, Wish, Recover, Healing Wish, Toxic, Bulk Up, Calm Mind, Attract, Energy Ball, Solar Beam, Power Whip,
Stats:120/135/90/80/90/85
Stats (Mega): 120/165/125/80/125/85
Reasoning: Fighting comes from her mainly physical fighting style. Anger Point comes from her temper, beating Jiraiya within an inch of her life. Sturdy comes from her Senju powered resilience and chakra, taking insane damage and getting back up soon after. Rebirth comes from her ultimate healing jutsu, Creation Rebirth, a healing jutsu so powerful, Tsunade is practically immortal while the jutsu is activated. Movepool is mostly physical punching moves, but a large amount of variety is hiding in there. Tsunade has control of multiple elements, but is not nearly as proficient in them.

"I refuse… to let this happen! I am Orochimaru! I am immortal! I will not die here! Destined to discover the true meaning behind everything! Destined to take control of everything in this world!!"

Pokemon: Orochimaru
Franchise/Origin: Naruto
Type: Poison\Dark
Ability: Sturdy/Protean
Mega Ability: White Snake: Contact with this pokemon results in Badly Poison.
Moves: Night Slash, Knock Off, Taunt, Lunge, Nasty Plot, Dark Pulse, Swords Dance, Snatch, Snarl, Acid, Acid Spray, Gastro Acid, Sludge, Sludge Bomb, Toxic, Cross Poison, Gunk Shot, Poison Jab, Thunder Punch, Ice Punch, Fire Punch, Low Kick, High Jump Kick, Jump Kick, Drain Punch, Return, Facade, Quick Attack, Fake Out, Stockpile, Swallow, Spit Up, Knock Off, Substitute, Flamethrower, Shadow Ball, Hyper Voice, U-Turn, Play Rough, Calm Mind, Focus Blast, Thunderbolt, Thunder, Flare Blitz, Flame Charge, Fire Lash, Earthquake, Earth Power, Spikes, Toxic Spikes, Stealth Rock, Moonblast, Dazzling Gleam, Air Slash, Sacred Sword, Secret Sword.
Sig. Move: Curse Mark | Dark | Status | 5PP | 80% Accuracy | 90% of badly poisoning the target. 10% of giving the Curse Mark status.
Curse Mark
  • Afflicted get 1.2x to all stats.
  • Orochimaru drains 10% of the afflicted health each turn.
Stats: 130/70/95/120/105/80
Stats(Mega): 130/80/115/145/130/100
Reasoning: Poison because of his snake motif. Dark for being one of the most straightforwardly evil characters in Naruto. Sturdy for his extreme durability and unwillingness to die. Protean for being one of the only characters to master all 5 basic nature transformations without kekkai genkai, and aims to master all jutsu in the world. His mega's ability references his ability in the white snake form, his blood vaporizes upon contact with the air and becomes poison. His movepool represents the vast quantity of jutsu he has. The Curse Mark is how he has immortality. While I couldn't put that in without making him broken, the other effects work nicely in pokemon. His stats reflect that of a special tank. His taijutsu and speed aren't that extreme, but he can take great damage and deal damage right back.

Exclusive Move: Discharge
Stats: 88 / 68/ 84 / 115 / 92 / 95 (542 BST)

Reasoning: Clone Force 99, also known as the Bad Batch, are an elite squad of Clone Troopers. Being clones they are the same species and belong in the same sub. Their stats and learnsets are based on another Star Wars clone, Boba Fett, but due to their unique mutations they each have slightly different stats and access to a unique move and ability to distinguish their specialties:
  • Hunter, the leader of the Bad Batch, is known for his planning, tracking and laying traps. This gives him the ability Stakeout. He also uses a knife, which is represented as Smart Strike.
  • Crosshair, the designated asshole of the team, is a highly skilled sniper. He stays away from close-quarters combat and picks off his targets from a distance. He has a habit of never missing, hence No Guard. He is also focussed when he uses his blaster... you get the idea.
  • Wrecker, the muscle of the group, is exceptionally strong. He's not known for barrelling through enemies with sheer force but also blowing things up. Because of this Sheer Force and Explosion is what makes him unique.
  • Tech, the brains and mechanic, doesn't see as much combat as the others but when it comes to disarming security, sabotaging machinery and repairing ships, he's the guy. Because of this he gets the ability, Techinician, and the move, Gear Grind.
  • Echo is not genetically enhanced like the others but has physical enhancements instead, half of his body is made of cybernetics. His body seems physically frailer than the others but his ability to hack into things and control networks gives him not only an ability and move to set him apart from his brothers but also Electric as a secondary typing. Because of this he can learn Discharge and has the ability, Download.

"Good grief... I can't let a kid who likes dogs get hurt!"
Pokémon: Iggy
Origin: JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Stardust Crusaders
Type: Ground
Ability: Sand Force / Scrappy / Illusion
Stats: 55/120/90/90/110/90 (555)
Notable Moves: Scorching Sands, Earthquake, Earth Power, Odor Sleuth, Crunch, Rapid Spin, Gyro Ball, Slash, Aerial Ace, Dual Wingbeat, Substitute, Follow Me
Reasoning: Iggy is a dog with a Stand, who was once the king of New York's stray dogs, until he was caught by his fellow Stand user Muhammad Avdol (human), and eventually sent to join the Joestars and company to fight DIO's minions in Egypt. His Stand, 「The Fool」, can shape sand into almost anything. It grows stronger in the desert, hence Sand Force, and can even make fake copies of people, hence Illusion. In addition to Scorching Sands, he gets the Ground-type and a couple "standard" Ground moves to fit. Odor Sleuth because of his keen sense of smell. Crunch because that's how he finishes off Pet Shop. Rapid Spin and Gyro Ball reflect the wheels found on the "standard form" of The Fool (see Carkol). Slash and Aerial Ace because he slashes Pet Shop as well (while it's not with a sword, I feel the sword technique Aerial Ace is named for in Japanese still fits given that he slashes, y'know, a bird.) Dual Wingbeat because The Fool can grow wings and glide (note that while this wings don't move, neither do those of Palkia or Druddigon, who also get the move - In Japanese, "Dual Wingbeat" is just "Double Wing", and the move description doesn't mention actually flapping the wings either.) Substitute because he does that. Follow Me because he redirects an attack meant for an ally towards himself in a notable scene of his.

Like most other JoJo characters, his stats are based off of his Stand stats, and he gets Scrappy because I don't want Cookie Butter to murder me. His stats are skewed in favor of his defenses as opposed to HP because his Stand doesn't reflect its damage onto him (because its "body" is just yet another sand construct), but Iggy himself is far more frail than almost any other JoJo character and is much worse at recovering from injuries than the human characters are.

"I can't handle reality...! It's too frightening...!"
Pokémon: Strength / Yuu Koutari
Origin: Black★Rock Shooter (2012)
Type: Psychic
Ability: Anger Point / Iron Fist / Wimp Out
Stats: 100/160/90/90/25/105 (570)
Notable Moves: Ally Switch, Strength, Mega Punch, Bullet Punch, Dynamic Punch, Fire Punch, Focus Punch, Hammer Arm, Mach Punch, Shadow Punch, Thrash, Outrage, Lash Out, Court Change, Lava Plume, Eruption, Dragon Pulse, Flail, Machine Gun (see Austin in CCv2)
Reasoning: Some schoolgirl who decided it was easier to fight constantly than actually deal with her problems, and so swapped places with her alternate self from the emotional pain dimension (who had become self-aware because Yuu suffered that much) and started living on a giant Rubik's Cube. Psychic because Yuu and Strength are the characters with the best understanding of the Otherworld and Strength-as-Yuu has a bunch of weird powers and shit. Anger Point, Thrash, Outrage, and Lash Out because she's gotten pretty easy to piss off after not dealing with her feelings for a whole decade. Iron Fist and a bunch of punching moves because of her big metal gauntlets. Wimp Out because, like I mentioned, she fled to another world rather than deal with any more of her genuinely awful life. That's also why she has low Special Defense (according to Disarming Voice's description, "emotional damage" is an acceptable form of special attack). Her high Attack is because she's really fucking strong and also partially to compensate for not having STAB. Court Change because Strength-as-Yuu is a B-Ball player with mysterious powers. Fire moves and Dragon Pulse because of the weird flame dragons that burst out of the ground when she's fighting Insane Black Rock Shooter. Machine Gun because her gauntlets are also guns because why the fuck not I guess. Ally Switch because of the whole "Yuu and Strength swapping places" thing and Strength because duh.

Signature G-Max Move: G-Max Planet-Crossing Fist - Normal type, lowers target's Defense and Evasion by 1, can hit any target in Triple Battles (in case you're in some freaky universe where Dynamax and Triple Battles exist at the same time)
(Gigantamax can only be entered with Makoto Tobita absorbed)
Reasoning: Mana Eimiya is a giant youkai girl (49 meters and 46 centimeters, please don't just say 50 meters she's very sensitive about her height) assigned to defend the Earth from alien invaders (yes, really). Normal because she was formerly a normal human girl before merging with a giant youkai, Fairy because youkai are kinda analogous to those and also she does the soul-absorby thing like Magearna. Iron Fist (and all the punching moves) because she punches things a lot. Pressure because she just kind of has the vibe when she's really mad at something. Flame Body (and all the Fire moves) because at her full power she has a body temperature hotter than the sun, as said by the embodiment of the sun herself. Spirit Break and Draining Kiss relaet to the soul absorption thing. Extreme Speed because she goes realllllyy fast at one point. Sacred Sword and Wood Hammer because she uses a sword dand hammer once each. Seismic Toss and Vitalk Throw because she throws monsters sometimes. To the moon, even. Hyper Voice and Surf because her voice can cause large ripples in water apparently. Hyper Beamm and Focus Blast because she got the big energy blasts. Play Nice is basically how she ends the conflict with that "embodiment of the sun" i mentioned earlier. By hugging the sun. Not a representation of it, the actual sun.

Her form changes reflect a certain detail in her own story. Namely, she's normally a lot weaker than she "should" be (which is still very strong), since she's supposed to be eating human souls, but she refuses to (for obvious reasons). Eventually, her future husband Makoto Tobita tricks her into swallowing him, finds out he can somehow survive this, and that becomes her new powered-up state. The G-Max move.... near the end of the series she grows to 4946 meters tall and starts punching aliens that are on the other side of the planet.
