Pokémon: Four Arms
Franchise: Ben 10
Type:

Stats: 110 / 135 / 105 / 50 / 80 / 70 | BST: 550
Abilities: Iron Fist / Heatproof / Sand Veil
Movepool: Close Combat, Superpower, Hammer Arm, Earthquake, Brick Break, Fire Punch, Thunder Punch, Ice Punch, Drain Punch, Knock Off, Bulk Up, Stone Edge, Poison Jab, Heavy Slam, Bounce, Stealth Rock, Power-Up Punch, Bullet Punch, Mach Punch, Cross Chop, Bulldoze, Stomping Tantrum, Body Press
Flavour/Design: Four Arms is a member of the Tetramand species, a warrior race that reside on a desert planet. As such, its typing is well justified. Most of his attacks are based on his usual fighting style - punching and feats of strength. Heatproof comes from their armor plated skin which is notably fireproof in classic continuity and heat resistant in reboot continuity. Sand Veil is common for desert based Pokemon.
Competitive Analysis: Four Arms is a potent physical attacker with solid 110 / 105 / 80 bulk. 70 base speed outpaces most walls, and with 135 base attack and high power STABs allow it to dismantle most Pokemon. Iron Fist Thunder and Ice Punch allows it to threaten the various Flying types that are resist its STAB combo. Priority also improves its offensive match up. Pops up in every Ben 10 game.

This lsate ends arbitrarily whenever I feel is appropriate but probably in like a week or so. Let's say September 27th just to have a deadline I can probably fail to meet.

" Don't think you're special just because you were given an Attribute Energy by the ancients! "
Pokémon: Helios-MK2
Franchise/Origin: Bakugan
Type:
|

Ability: Battle Armor | Mold Breaker | FARBAS RX* (Removes terrain on switch-in. prevents terrains from beeing summoned while a pokemon with this ability is in battle.) (HA)
Notable moves: Thunderbolt, Discharge, Flamethrower, Power Gem, Earth Power, Air Slash, Hydro Pump, Dark Pulse, Fire Blast, Dazzling Gleam, FARBAS D2*, Dragon Claw, Psych Up, Work Up, Inferno, Twister, Zap Cannon, Haze, Dragon Pulse, Hyper Beam, Rock Slide, Zing Zap, Fire Punch, Brick Break, Aerial Ace, Crunch, Waterfall, Play Rough, Fly, Earthquake, Flash Cannon, Steel Wing
Signature move: FARBAS D2, Status, Steel, Recovers 50% HP if hit by a damaging move.
Signature Item: Zukanator. boosts Helios' SpAtk by 1.5x.
Signature Item 2: Maxus Gear. Reverts Helios-MK2 into his Maxus form. functions like a Primal Orb.
Signature Item 3: Twin Destructor. Helios' special attacks hit twice. second hit has its damage halved.
Stats: 80/110/85/125/85/105 (590 BST)
Reasoning:
Fire/Steel due to him beeing a Pyrus (fire element) Bakugan and steel because hes a cyborg.
Battle Armor because well, his robot parts basically act as armor. Mold Breaker & FARBAX RX:
FARBAS RX: Nullifies the opponents Gate Card and nullifies all the new opponent's abilities for a limited time.
Thunderbolt, Volt Cannon & Discharge: discharge because of his ability Discharger, Volt Cannon & Thunderbolt due to his ability Hyper Electric cannon.
Fire moves because, well, hes a Pyrus type bakugan. Hyper Beam due to his Battle Gearm, Zukanator's attack.
all non-fly, non-steel, non-fire, non-hyper beam, non-work up & psych up, non-FARBAS D2 moves due to his Maxus form. wich i did make btw.
fly because well, a lot of bakugans fly.
Haze: Defuse Quasar: Returns the opponent's power level back to its base level.
Psych Up: Exceed Charger: Makes Helios MK2's power level equal to his opponent's.
FARBAX D2: FARBAS D2: Repairs all damage done from Helios MK2's body.
Zukanator & Twin Destructor: Helios' signature Battle Gears. the Zukanator is a cannon, wich simply ups his power and allows him to fire a powerful beam, however the Twin Destructor fires multiple times.
Maxus Gear: (intended for Ubers)
Pokémon: Helios-MK2-Maxus
Franchise/Origin: Bakugan
Type:
|

Ability: Maxus Energy* (This pokemon's Rock, Ground, Flying, Fairy, Dark and Water moves deal 1.5x damage.)
Notable moves: Same as Helios-MK2
Stats: 80/130/100/160/100/120 (690 BST)
Reasoning: Maxus Helios has the energy of all 6 attributes.(Pyrus, Darkus, Aquos, Subterra, Haos, Ventus.)
Stats: all Bakugan have some sort of physical strength, they're also all very sturdy to somesome degree. Helios himself isnt very fast, however. he dos however, have very powerful attacks.

Heatblast_omniverse_official.png

Pokémon: Heatblast
Franchise: Ben 10
Type:

Stats: 80 / 80 / 90 / 130 / 80 / 90 | BST: 550
Abilities: Flash Fire / Solar Power | HA: Blaze
Movepool: Fire Punch, Thunder Punch, Stone Edge, Stealth Rock, Fire Blast, Flamethrower, Overheat, Meteor Beam, Earth Power, Rock Blast, Heat Wave, Power Gem, Solar Beam, Sunny Day, Pyro Ball, Rock Slide, Morning Sun, Magma Storm
Flavour/Design: Heatblast's species lives on the surface of a small star, hence the sun related ability and moves in it's moveset. He is a living breathing being made out of fire, plasma and rocks, hence the typing. His moves are are reflections of his nature as a fire type, with Pyro Ball being comparable to Heatblast's usual move of choice.

Pokémon:Ash Ketchum
Franchise/Origin:Pokemon(Anime)
Type:Normal
Ability:Heavy Lifter
Heavy Lifter:This Pokemon's contact moves do 1.3* damage against targets that weigh 330 kg or more.
Notable moves:
Physical:Body Slam,Double Edge,Quick Attack,Brick Break,Drain Punch,Storm Throw,Circle Throw
Special:Thunderbolt,Thunder,Electro Ball,Water Shuriken,Scald,Hydro Pump
Status:Recover,Stuff Cheeks
Stats: 100/110/75/90/65/120

Reasoning:Haha Ash Ketchum go brrrr. The Fighting moves and specifically the throws are there because of Ash's insane physical abilities, particularly in the throwing department. The Special moves are because of Pikachu and Greninja.
the mod's title is crossover chaos so i'm pretty sure that characters from pokemon, even human ones, are illegal

Pom Pom.png

Pokémon: Pom Pom
Type: Flying/Fighting
Ability: Aftermath / Unburden / Sticky Hold
Moves: Floaty Fall, Acrobatics, Bounce, Close Combat, Bludgeon (from Gail), Gunshot (from Hector Barbossa), U-turn, Fling, Detect, Focus Energy, Gen 8 universal TMs
Stats: 150/131/44/40/54/101 | 520 BST
Reasoning: Pom Pom is a balloon thing like Drifblim, so he has a few aspects in common: Flying typing, Aftermath, Unburden, Acrobatics, Focus Energy, universal TMs, and bulk. (Aftermath in particular is supported by the Poopsmith's fate in Doomy Tales of the Macabre.) He is well versed in martial arts, hence the Fighting typing and Close Combat. Sticky Hold comes from his ability to store objects in the outer layer of his body. Floaty Fall and Bounce are inspired by his use of jumping as a means to approach or evade, as in Summer Short Shorts and the Strong Bad Email named after him. The former also shows his skills with a Bo staff and his ability to make a clean getaway, thus Bludgeon and U-turn, while the latter also inspires Detect. Gunshot is based on his tendency to carry a gun around (e.g. In Search of the Yello Dello), and he gets Fling from his throwing strength demonstrated in theme park.

Pokémon: The S Is for Sucks Dragon
Type: Dragon/Fighting
Ability: Guts / Intimidate
Moves: Acupressure, Blaze Kick, Coil, Dragon Rush, Earthquake, Facade, Glare, High Jump Kick, Iron Tail, Jaw Lock, Knock Off, Low Sweep, Mach Punch, No Retreat, Obstruct, Poison Jab, Quash, Roar, Spikes, Taunt, U-turn, Vacuum Wave, Waterfall, X-Scissor, Yawn, Zen Headbutt
Stats: 110/120/90/80/80/100 | 580 BST
Reasoning: What started out as a failure preceding the creation of Trogdor, Strong Bad celebrated five years later. Dragon typing is obvious, Fighting typing and Guts represent its beefy limbs, and its angry eyebrows and daunting physique bring Intimidate to mind. It has a move for every letter of the alphabet because the aforementioned celebration was in the form of an alphabet song.

Pokémon: Kili Surtr Muspelheim
Type: Dragon/Fire
Ability: Flash Fire / Regenerator
Moves: Mew's TM/HM/Tutor/TR movepool starting from Gen 5 + Transform, Draco Meteor
Z-Move: Calamitous Muspelheim - Dragon, Special, 185 BP | Works like Beak Blast, but negates contact moves in addition to burning the attacker. | Requires Draco Meteor and Muspelheimium Z
Stats: 100/80/80/100/140/80 | 580 BST
Reasoning: Vritra's only begotten daughter, as it were. She uses dark matter—the essence of dragons, a mysterious material capable of being transmuted into just about anything—as a means of creating counterfeit DNA (hence the connection to Mew) and healing wounds (thus Regenerator). (Volume 2 of the light novel was published just before X&Y.)
Her Fire typing and Flash Fire come from her tendency to immolate things, and her eponymous technique (called "Calamitous" after one of the Volume 2 chapters, and as a padding of sorts) involves spreading infinitesimal particles that explode on contact.

Don't Blink
Pokemon: Weeping Angel
Franchise:
Doctor Who
Type:

Ability: Quantum Lock
Quantum Lock: Gains +2 priority when foe switches in. -6 priority otherwise.
Notable Moves: Touch of an Angel, Stone Edge, Accelrock, Head Smash, Extremespeed, Ancient Power, Roar of Time, Future Sight, Agility, Teleport, Power Gem, Defog, Stored Power, Nasty Plot, Throat Chop, Roost,
Touch of an Angel:
|
| -- BP | Non-contact | -6 priority | Forces opponent out and lowers their HP to the lowest it has been for the match.
Stats: 93 / 124 / 94 / 114 / 81 / 20 (496 BST)

Reasoning: Statues don't move do they? Well at least not when you look at them. Weeping Angels turn into stone statues when they are observed, known as Quantum Locking. When not being observed they are incredibly fast and deadly and can literally move faster than a blinking eye. So don't blink. This characteristic is represented in their signature ability where they move incredibly slow with -1 priority when a foe is on the field with them. The moment a foe leaves the field to switch however, they move at astonishing speeds. Their signature move, Touch of an Angel, comes from their ability to send foes back in time with just a touch, essentially killing them in the present time. Other moves Weeping Angels can learn come from their other means of attacking such as Throat Chop (reference to snapping necks), Stored Power (feeding and powering up from displaced energies) and Nasty Plot because they are known to be a sadistic with their victims. Rock moves and time-based moves are inherent to their main features. Finally Defog comes from them blowing away any potential hazards to them.

Pokémon: Black Spermatozoon
Origin: One Punch Man
Typing: Dark
Ability: Defiant / Regenerator / Born With a Blast
Born With a Blast: Changes to Golden Spermatozoon below 50% HP (irreversible). Gains Poison-type/Poison status immunity in Golden Sperm form, but Autotomize and recovery moves will fail in this form.
Moves: Sucker Punch, Comet Punch, Double Slap, Beat Up, Brutal Swing, Hammer Arm, Mega Punch, Power-Up Punch, Close Combat, Stockpile, Spit Up, Swallow, Stored Power, Power Trip, Bullet Punch, Shadow Sneak, Autotomize, Bulk Up, Minimize, Acid Armor, Double Team, Recover
Stats: 135/135/75/65/65/95 (570)
Stats (Golden Spermatozoon): 135/145/125/75/105/115 (700)
Reasoning: Black Spermatozoon is a Mysterious Being AKA a Monster, more specifically a Monster Executive of the Monster Association. His power is to replicate himself as long as he has enough cells in stock in his own body. He doesn't like to be looked down on, which often happens due to his size and appearance. He doesn't have any fancy abilities in terms of offense, but his punches' strength is nothing to scoff at. As a Monster Executive, he is classified as Dragon-level, the second highest possible classification and the tier below God-level. And that's just in his base form, as Golden Spermatozoon is easily one of the strongest characters in the entire series. In that form, he gains the properties of gold like acid resistance, but he is unable to split himself, so he loses his replication and regeneration. He always leaves a few unfused cells however, so multi-hit moves can still be used.

Pokémon: Hiruko
Typing: Normal/Electric
Ability: Power of Alchemy / Steel Release / Inhaling Maw
Steel Release: This Pokemon has the Steel-type when taking damage.
Inhaling Maw: This Pokemon draws Special moves to itself to raise Sp. Atk by 1; Takes 1/2 damage from Special moves.
Moves: Rasengan, Raikiri, Copycat, Moonlight, Discharge, Electric Terrain, Thunderbolt, Thunder, Electro Ball, Smokescreen, Iron Defense, Acid Armor, Crunch, Hyper Fang, Blue Flare, Counter, Magic Coat, Mirror Coat, Metal Burst, Stockpile, Bullet Punch, Hyper Beam, Power Whip, Bind, Circle Throw, Dizzy Punch, Comet Punch, Drain Punch, Substitute, Extreme Speed, Agility, Quick Attack, Attack Order, Defend Order, Bide, Earthquake, Fissure, Sludge Wave, Muddy Water, Disable, Imprison, Hypnosis, Double Team, Instruct
Signature Moves: Rasengan | Normal | Special | 90 Base Power | 15PP | 100% accuracy | 20% chance of flinching the target
Raikiri | Electric | Physical | 70 Base Power | 15PP | 100% accuracy | High crit rate. Draws Electric moves to itself until the end of the turn.
Stats: 60/70/100/70/60/120 (500)
Reasoning: Hiruko was a ninja who was discontent with his lack of talent, so he created a technique to steal other people's talent (That's why he's primary Normal-type). He stole four people's bloodline-passed techniques, the Storm Release (represented by Electric-type and some moves), Swift Release (represented by his high speed and some moves), Steel Release (represented by Iron Defense and unique ability) and Dark Release (represented by Inhaling Maw, counter moves and Blue Flare). The chimera technique he created involves using the light of the eclipse (Moonlight) and turning himself into a blob (Sludge Wave/Muddy Water). Over the course of the movie he steals other characters' techniques such as Naruto's Rasengan and Kakashi's Raikiri.
