Pokémon: **Azula**
Franchise: Avatar: The Last Airbender

Stats: 71 / 95 / 75 / 130 / 80 / 109 | BST: 560
Abilities: Competitive | HA: Merciless
Movepool: Fire Blast, Flamethrower, Blue Flare, Thunderbolt, Thunder, Discharge, Heat Wave, Fire Punch, Fire Lash, Dark Pulse, Sucker Punch, Pursuit, Taunt, Knock Off, Brick Break, Throat Chop, Close Combat, Inferno, Will O Wisp, Flame Burst, Nasty Plot, Switcheroo
Flavour/Design: Azula is the princess of the Fire Nation, brother to Zuko and daughter of former Fire Lord Ozai. Her typing comes from not only her being a prodigy Fire Bender, but from her sadistic, manipulative and malicious behaviour and tendancies. Her abilities reference her competitive nature and her ruthlessness in carrying out her goals. The electric type moves reference her accessing the primiere Lightning bending technique.
Competitive Analysis: A powerful Pokémon, Azula can quickly place defensive teams under stress with its Nasty Plot boosted attacks, potentially being backed by Merciless. Azula can also serve as a decent Choice Scarf user thanks to her high speed.

Pokémon: **Moon Knight**
Franchise: Marvel Comics

Stats: 105 / 135 / 95 / 60 / 80 / 99 | BST: 574
Abilities: Technician
Movepool: Close Combat, Superpower, Brick Break, Psycho Cut, Night Slash, Slash, Zen Headbutt, Shadow Ball, Sky Uppercut, Bulk Up, Swords Dance, Agility, Elemental Punches, Psychic, Focus Blast, Psyshock, Mach Punch, Aura Sphere, Hidden Power, Lunar Dance, Moonlight
Flavour/Design: Marc Spector was a mercanary until he was betrayed and left for dead by his boss. He eventually awoken at the foot of a statue of the Moon god Khonshu, took it as a sign and not only got revenge, but dedicated his life to fighting crime. Fighting type due to his ex-military background making him an extremely skilled combatant, and his frequent psychotic episodes, and less frequent dream powers and prophetic visions lends to the Psychic type. Moves are a combination of typical STAB, some cutting attacks referencing his weapons of choice and a few moon related utility moves.
Competitive Analysis: While facing competition with Mega Gallade and Mega Medicham, Moon Knight has the advantage of being able to hold items, and having access to powerful Technician boosted STAB priority.

Pokémon: **Sun Wukong**
Franchise: The Journey To The West

Stats: 105 / 115 / 90 / 110 / 80 / 125 | BST: 625
Abilities: Prankster / Infiltrator | Bi Jue*
Bi Jue - Takes half damage from Fire and Water type attacks
Movepool: Close Combat, Superpower, Brick Break, Sky Uppercut, Bulk Up, Agility, Elemental Punches, Focus Blast, Mach Punch, Aura Sphere, Hurricane, Air Slash, Aerial Ace, Bounce, Fly, Tailwind, Swagger, Blizzard, Icy Wind, Heat Wave, Dragon Dance, Nasty Plot, Rock Slide, Stone Edge, Stealth Rock, Glare, Transform, Cloud Ride*, Staff of Iron*
Cloud Ride - Flying type | 110 BP | Physical | 10 PP | 95% Accuracy | 20% chance to lower foe's speed
Staff of Iron - Steel type | 100 BP | Physical | 5 PP | 80% Accuracy | Lowers foe's Defense by one stage
Flavour/Design: Sun Wukong is the star of the famous Chinese folk novel Journey to the West. His typing references his proficency with summoning winds and his means of travel via a flying cloud, seen in his Flying type, and him being a master martial artist, shown via Fighting type. Him being a trickster is shown by his abilities Prankster and Infiltrator. His signature ability Bi Jue is a call back to specific spells he uses to grant him resistances to Fire and deep water. Glare calls back his Body Immobilizing Spell, his rock type moves reference him originating as a stone statue. His signature moves call to his cloud riding abilities and his magical Iron Staff respectively.
Competitive Analysis: A powerful and versatile sweeper, Sun Wukong can either be a set up sweeper with Dragon Dance, a Nasty Plot wallbreaker or even use cheese tactics like Prankster Glare and Transform.

"I am indeed human. However, I am one who stands atop all races. The Seven Deadly Sins', Lion's Sin of Pride, Escanor."

Pokémon: Escanor
Type: Fire
Ability: Sunshine - Transforms into Sunshine mode in sunlight. Effects of sunlight are doubled while he's on the field. Transforms into The One form in harsh sunlight. Moonlight being used by anyone instantly reverts him to normal for a turn.
Moves: Fire Blast, Flamethrower, Blue Flare, Thunderbolt, Thunder, Discharge, Heat Wave, Fire Punch, Fire Lash, Dazzling Gleam, Moonblast, Aromatic Mist, Disarming Voice, Echoed Voice, Hyper Voice, Sing, Hyper Beam, Giga Impact, Psychic, Calm Mind, Sucker Punch, Play Rough, Shadow Claw, Swords Dance, Hone Claws, Close Combat, X-Scissor, Sacred Sword
Sig move: Cruel Sun | Fire | Special | 180 BP | 10PP | 100% Accuracy | Requires a recharge turn.
Z-Move: Divine Spear Escanor - Converted from Cruel Sun using Whodecidedthatium Z. | Fire | Physical | 300 BP | Can only be used in The One form.
Stats(Normal): 75/25/25/25/25/25
Stats(Sunshine): 100/120/100/120/100/120
Stats(The One): 100/160/180/160/180/120

Reasoning: Quite possibly the most broken thing to ever get in this mod. Fire as he is the embodiment of the sun and its power. Sunshine is his literally God-given magical power. He's defenseless at night and the ultimate force of nature at daytime. He is stated to be the strongest of the seven deadly sins, and proves it in multiple occasions. And this is a series where curb stomp battles are literally everywhere. And that's also not counting his The One form, a form obtained by the greatest amount of sun hitting him at once, and a form comparable, if not greater, than the gods of the series. Movepool is mainly Fire moves with coverage. Blue Flare is a very powerful Fire attack that is very similar to Cruel Sun. Speaking of which, Cruel is Escanor's signature move. Nothing special, just a buffed Blast Burn. Divine Spear Escanor is an attack usable solely in the The One form. Stats show the normal form's weakness, Sunshine's incredible power, and The One's invincibility.

"Revelry in the dark."

Pokémon: Tokoyami Fumikage
Type: Dark/Flying
Ability: Dark Shadow - Tokoyami has Dark Shadow fighting for him.
  • The Shadow is essentially a free substitute that can attack.
  • HP is a ¼ of Tokoyami’s health.
  • Fire, Electric, and Fairy are super effective.
  • Dark and Ghost attacks are absorbed like Water Absorb.
  • Sound attacks and Infiltrator can strike behind it.
  • All damaging attacks get a second hit as half as strong, a ¼ as strong in the sun.
Moves: Knock Off, Taunt, Lunge, Nasty Plot, Swords Dance, Foul Play, Substitute, Sucker Punch, Pursuit, Dark Pulse, Night Slash, Drain Punch, Bulk Up, Agility, Tailwind, Acrobatics, Brave Bird, Air Slash, Shadow Ball, Shadow Claw, Crush Claw.
Signature Move: Black Ankh | Dark | Status | 15PP | Increases the user's Attack, Defense, and, Special Defense stats by two stages each.
Z-Move: Sabbath - Converted from Black Ankh using Angelium Z | Dark | Physical | 140 Base Power |
Stats: 120/90/100/120/110/100
Reasoning: Dark due to his powers drawing strength directly from darkness and his goth persona. Flying because he has a bird for a head, a raven specially, and has recently gained the ability to fly as well. Dark Shadow is his quirk, a second consciousness that can fight as well. It gets stronger in Darkness and weaker in light, reflecting its weaknesses and strengths in the game. Black Ankh is a special move he developed in the Provisional Licence exam. Sabbath is a special move he created as a compliment to the Black Ankh. His stats represent tendency to rely on his quirk at the start of the anime, although he uses Black Ankh to up his physical stats in the provisional license arc.

Usagi Tsukino Sailor Moon Sailor Form - Manga

Fits the theme for, well, read the damn name.
Pokémon: Sailor Moon
Franchise: Sailor Moon
Type: Normal/Super:

Queen Serenity:

Abilities: Normal/Super/Eternal: Klutz/Super Luck/Victory Star (HA)
Queen Serenity: Pixilate
Moves: Moonblast, Moonlight, Dazzling Gleam, Fairy Wind, Charm, Play Rough, Supersonic, Screech, Hyper Voice, Tearful Look, Recover, Jump Kick, High Jump Kick, Double Kick, Double-Edge, Air Slash, Hurricane, Brave Bird, Aerial Ace, Moon Princess Halation, Moon Spiral Heart Attack, Rapid Spin, Heal Pulse, Moongeist Beam, Swift, Boomburst, Fleur Cannon, Disarming Voice, Baby-Doll Eyes, Sparkly Swirl, Focus Blast, Aura Sphere, Surf, Flamethrower, Ice Beam, Thunderbolt, Flash Cannon, Power Gem, Shadow Ball, Earth Power, Hydro Pump, Tri-Attack, Thunder Wave, Dark Pulse
Stats: Normal: 70 HP/100 Atk/70 Def/110 SpA/90 SpD/110 Spe (550 BST)
Super: 80 HP/110 Atk/70 Def/130 SpA/100 SpD/120 Spe (610 BST) (Use the Moon Kaleido Scope key item. Can be used again to reverse back.)
Eternal: 100 HP/120 Atk/70 Def/150 SpA/100 SpD/130 Spe (670 BST) (Use the Eternal Tiare key item. Can be used again to reverse back.)
Queen Serenity: 120 HP/100 Atk/100 Def/180 SpA/130 SpD/150 Spe (780 BST) (Must hold the Silver Crystal item in-battle.)

Silver Crystal: Restores 1/16th of the user's HP if its a Fairy-type. Other types not gain a effect, and will instead deal 1/16th max HP damage for Dark-types. If the holder is Sailor Moon, it transforms her into Queen Serenity (like Primal Reversion) and heals for 1/8th of the user's HP every turn. Cannot be knocked off if the holder is Sailor Moon.

Moon Princess Halation |
| 30 BP | Special | 20 PP | 100% | Hits 2 to 5 times.
Moon Spiral Heart Attack |
| 120 BP | Special | 10 PP | 100% |
Z-Moves: Moon Tiara Action |
| 175 BP | Special | 1 PP | Requires the user to hold the Moon Tiara (Z-Crystal), need Moonblast in their moveset, and be in either Normal or Super form to use this move. | Always deals a critical hit.
Silver Moon Crystal Power Kiss |
| 200 BP | Special | 1 PP | Requires the user to hold the Holy Moon Chalice (another Z-Crystal), need Moonlight in their moveset, and be in Eternal or Queen Serenity form to use this move. | Restores 50% of the user's max HP and cures non-violate status.

Reasoning: OK, a lot to take in, but here we go. Sailor Moon is the true identity of Usagi, and since Fairy types are related to the moon, she's that and along with Normal for being a human. Eternal has the Flying-type instead for her new wings, and just pure Fairy for Queen Serenity due to her being a god. Klutz for her clumsiness, Super Luck for her great power, and Victory Star for something spacey sounding. Most of her moves are either filler or related to some of her attacks. 4 of them are her signature moves. She also has 4 different forms, each becoming more and more powerful, with Queen Serenity being a goddess. Statspread is just mostly opted to her magical girl status, though she does have some physical prowlness. She also fights off evil, which does include Dark-types, meaning that they can prove to be a death to her, from more damage to straight up OHKOing them. Also, she gains some attacks representing her other Sailor Senshi teammates, just to give her some reconition.
Twilight the Alicorn of Light.png

Pokémon: Twilight Sparkle
Franchise: My Little Pony
Ability: Soul-Heart | Friend Guard | [HA] Levitate | [Mega] Fairy Aura
Moves: Moonblast, Psystrike, Heat Wave, Ice Beam, Air Slash, Defog, Power Gem, Me First, Mimic, Calm Mind, Roost, Hyper Voice and Fleur Cannon.
Signature Item: Twilightsparknite (Allows Twilight Sparkle to Megaevolve)
Base: 100 / 80 / 55 / 115 / 120 / 95 (565 BST)
Mega: 100 / 90 / 70 / 130 / 160 / 115 (665 BST)
Reasoning: Twilight Sparkle is Fairy/Psychic type because she is the Element of Magic (hence why Psychic), while Fairy comes from the nature of her magic focusing on light one, which Fairy type is quite involved into.
Flying typing for the Mega comes to show that her flying capabilities got expanded enought for it, plus so the ability slot gets free for the perfect ability, Fairy Aura.

Soul-Heart comes from her caring that much for her friends, after all, friendship is magic, same with Friend Guard, Levitate is so the base form can fly without actually having the Flying type (Examples of this such as Hydreigon and Flygon can be seen around).

Lastly, for the movepool:

While small, it contains reliable stuff. Moonblast comes from basic energy blasts of magic, Psystrike comes from her telekinesis, Heat Wave from her being able to actually make a sudden wave of heat, Ice Beam comes from her being able to manipulate ice too, Air Slash comesfrom her being able to manipulate air, Defog comes from her being able to just make a wave of wind, Power Gem and Fleur Cannon come from her capability to shoot beams of this fashion, Me First comes from her being able to copy moves from the opponent at sight (which also includes Mimic for this reason), Calm Mind comes from her being able to learn it with a TM (same with Roost) and Hyper Voice from her capability to manipulate sound.

Pokémon: Joseph Joestar
Type (Young): Psychic/Fighting
Type (Old): Psychic/Grass
Ability: Prankster / Emergency Exit / Hamon Master (see Jonathan Joestar)
Stats (Young): 100/110/70/110/70/110 (570)
Stats (Old): 110/70/110/70/110/100 (570)
Notable Moves: Me First, Rope Trick*, Clacker Volley**, Future Sight, Psychic, Low Kick, Focus Blast, Power Whip, Wood Hammer, Seed Bomb, Solar Beam, Grass Knot, Foul Play, Knock Off, Taunt, Parting Shot, U-Turn, Volt Switch, Brave Bird, Stone Edge, Lava Plume, Eruption, Nature Power, Earth Power, Power Gem, Flash Cannon, Liquidation, Hydro Pump, Bulk Up, Nasty Plot, Morning Sun, Recover, Spiky Shield, Sticky Web, Thunder Wave, Trick
*Rope Trick: Physical Psychic-type, 80 BP, 10/16 PP, 100% Accuracy. Traps target and lowers their Speed by 1. Contact.
**Clacker Volley: Physical Fighting-type, 120 BP, 10/16 PP, 75% Accuracy. If the move misses, deals damage next turn. Non-contact, but affected by Hamon Master anyway.
Joseph Joestar @ Life Orb
Ability: Hamon Master / Prankster
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Clacker Volley
- Rope Trick
- Knock Off
- Bulk Up / Me First

Joseph Joestar-Old @ Leftovers
Ability: Prankster / Hamon Master
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpD
Calm Nature
- Recover / Morning Sun
- Sticky Web
- Thunder Wave / Foul Play
- Parting Shot / Rope Trick

Reasoning: The second JoJo, Jonathan Joestar's grandson, a tactical genius who later becomes a real estate guy. He's Psychic-type because of his incredible talent at predicting people, growing into full-blown divination when he gets his Stand, Hermit Purple (which is why he gets Future Sight). Fighting-type on Young Joseph, Hamon Master, and Morning Sun because, like Jonathan, he uses Hamon to fight. Grass-type on Old Joseph because his Stand, Hermit Purple, takes the form of (purple) vines. Prankster, Foul Play, Knock Off, and Trick because he generally prefers fighting with trickery rather than brute force. Emergency Exit, U-Turn, Parting Shot, and Volt Switch because of the Joestar Secret Technique. Me First comes from him predicting his enemies' lines and saying them before they can. Rope Trick and Clacker Volley are things he did. Low Kick because of that time he tried to trip Santana, Focus Blast because he needed a special Fighting move somewhere, Power Whip and Grass Knot because vines, Wood Hammer because he used a hammer once I think, Seed Bomb because he exploded a cactus. Brave Bird because it's a move about crashing into something while flying, and he crashes planes a lot. Solar Beam, Stone Edge, Lava Plume, Eruption, Nature Power, Earth Power, Power Gem, and Flash Cannon all come from how he ultimately beat Kars - by focusing a beam through the Red Stone of Aja to cause a volcano eruption and launch him into space. Liquidation and Hydro Pump because he attacked a cop with soda. Bulk Up because he's buff. Nasty Plot because Plans. Spiky Shield because of that one time he hid Hermit Purple under his shirt to try and hurt DIO when he attacked. Sticky Web because while Hermit Purple isn't exactly sticky, it fits well enough (plus it totally fits for him to have some form of entry hazard). Thunder Wave because he can use Hamon to produce electronic signals. Finally, he gets Recover because of that one minor time he was revived with DIO's blood.

Pokémon: Woodman
Type: Grass
Type (Mech): Grass/Steel
Ability: Download / Mold Breaker (HA)
Ability (Mech): Iron Fist
Stats: 100/50/40/130/160/90 (570)
Stats (Mech): 100/140/80/100/100/50 (570)
Notable Moves: Leaf Shield (see Wood Man in Crossover Chaos v2), Leaf Storm, Energy Ball, Giga Drain, Flash Cannon, Leaf Blade, Meteor Mash, Psychic, Psyshock, Thunder Punch, Thunderbolt, Volt Switch, Moonblast, Recover, Moonlight, Taunt, Parting Shot, Sticky Web, Trick Room
Wood Man-Glitch @ Leftovers
Ability: Mold Breaker
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 SpD or 252 HP / 4 SpA / 252 SpD
Modest Nature / Calm Nature
- Sticky Web
- Recover
- Parting Shot / Volt Switch
- Leaf Storm / Giga Drain

Wood Man-Glitch @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Download
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Modest Nature / Timid Nature
- Leaf Storm
- Flash Cannon
- Psychic / Thunderbolt
- Parting Shot / Volt Switch

Wood Man-Glitch-Mech @ Leftovers
Ability: Iron Fist
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SpD
- Meteor Mash
- Leaf Blade / Leaf Shield
- Thunder Punch
- Recover

Reasoning: You know Wood Man, right? The Robot Master from Mega Man 2, a winner in Crossover Chaos v2? Well, this is also him... kinda. Grass because he's wood. Download because he's a computer virus and Mold Breaker because he breaks several laws of reality. His stats reflect how he is in the SiIvaGunner canon - extremely powerful in terms of reality-breaking abilities, but utterly hopeless in a physical fight. (He couldn't hurt Smol Nozomi. Not the Smolitzer, Nozomi herself. She didn't even have to attack him.) He also has a mech form that's more proficient in physical fighting, but hasn't been shown with his other abilities. That form of him gets Iron Fist because he punches stuff I guess. He gets a decent amount of Grass and Steel moves for the obvious reasons. Psychic moves due to his general weird powers. Electric moves because robots get those. Recover because he can just reattach limbs that fall off. Taunt and Parting Shot because he's decent at both cracking jokes and getting the fuck out of there. Sticky Web because his mech form can fire nets. Moon moves because, well, see below...

Pokémon: 8-Bit Beast
Type: Grass
Ability: Strong Jaw
Stats: 100/130/40/100/90/110 (570)
Moves: As above + Crunch, Ice Fang, Fire Fang, Thunder Fang, Psychic Fangs, Sacred Sword, Dragon Claw, Shadow Claw
8-Bit Beast @ Life Orb
Ability: Strong Jaw
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Meteor Mash
- Crunch
- Ice Fang / Thunder Fang
- Thunder Fang / Leaf Blade

Reasoning: Type stays the same because it's still the same goofy wood robot, just as a werewolf. Strong Jaw and biting moves because big teeth, claw moves because big claws, and Sacred Sword because it has a sword too.
Epic double-post (with my votes)

G-Luke's Moon Knight
Pika Xreme's Joseph Joestar
Ticktock's Sailor Moon

For what was meant as a grand finale, this was a pretty small slate, huh...
epic triple-post
End of Gen 7

Congratulations to G-Luke, Bobsican, and myself for winning with Moon Knight, Twilight Sparkle, and Joseph Joestar! G-Luke gained the title Infinity War.

I'm closing votes right now, but I'm not starting next slate just yet. Mostly because I'm waiting to see what ToadBrigade does.

See you then!
Revisions Slate

With Crossover Chaos v2's revision slate submissions closed, it's now onto that of Crossover Chaos Expanded. It's the same as it was there - anyone may propose a revision to any winning sub. Feel free to discuss Gen 8 mechanics here, I don't give a damn.

Submissions for this special slate end... eventually. The schedule's a little fuzzy right now.
IRON GIANT - Movepool and signature move revision and signature item removal proposal
- Double Iron Bash,
+ Meteor Mash
"Superman" is no longer a Z-move, has the same PP as Explosion and is in the Iron Giant's movepool. The unnamed corresponding Z-Crystal is removed.

"The user rotates, centering the hex nut in its chest, and then strikes with its arms twice in a row." I don't see any hex nuts, so the Iron Giant can't perform Double Iron Bash as defined. Also, needing a Z-Crystal to do a non-STAB move that makes you faint is a little... really shit.

PET SHOP - Type and signature ability revision proposal
Type: Dark/Flying -> Ice/Flying
"Horus" Ice move boost reduced to 1.2x, but damage on miss is boosted to 1/8th

but why tho

THANOS - Stat revision proposal
Stats (Complete Gauntlet): 160/170/140/120/130/130 (850) -> 110/140/130/140/130/130 (780)

Two big things bothered me about this spread. Why was HP boosted when none of his other forms boost HP? Why was this form physical when the Infinity Gauntlet's main attribute is its ability to alter the fabric of the universe?

SAKI NIKAIDO - Stat and movepool revision proposal
Stats: 120/120/60/100/90/110 (600) -> 120/120/60/100/60/110 (570)
- Dragon Dance, High Jump Kick
+ Jump Kick, Brave Bird, Sing

I'm still keeping her in legendary BST range because she is literally defined as "legendary" as in "legendary biker boss", but uhh... her special bulk may have been a tad excessive. Sorta forgot how little distrubution outside of dragons Dragon Dance gets, and High Jump Kick was also sort of excessive, but

Sayaka Miki - Proposal
Typing: Sayaka Miki only: Fighting/Water
Abilities: + Interpid Sword (Sayaka Miki only)/ + Water Absorb (Oktavia only)
Moves: (General) +Agility, Quick Attack, Aqua Jet, Life Dew, Mental Brakedown (Dark-type, Status, 10 PP, Inflicts the user with the "Insane" status condition, causing them to select random moves for 3 turns, but Attack and Speed are increased by 50%.)
(Oktavia only): +Aqua Tail, Iron Tail, Spear Thrust (Fighting-type, Physical, 100 BP, 80% Acc, 5 PP, Has a increased critical hit ratio.(Basically a renamed Cross Chop)), Sing, Round, Boomburst, Sparkling Aria,
Stats: (Sayaka Miki only): 100/80/105/50/70/80
Oktavia has a tail, why no tail moves. Same goes for Sayaka not having a Water-type by having water magic. Interpid Sword is for her being Heroic before her breakdown, and Water Absorb since I can only think of anything for a normal ability. Speedy moves for her ability to goes to her quick movements, Life Dew for Water-type Healing Move, and Mental Brakedown for what it says. Oktavia also has some sound moves thanks to her orchestra, and a giant version of Kyoko's spear (which will be used for Kyoko in the near future if this wins). Also, Sayaka also has a more defensive role in Magia Record, so mixing around some stats helped.

Creati - Proposal
Stats: 80/80/105/80/90/85 (520)
A downgrade for something that has a really powerful ability and a pretty good moveset.
SAYAKA MIKI - Stuff proposal
literally just Ticktock's proposal above but without the new abilities, Spear Thrust, or Mental Brakedown

I'd rather not be handing out Zacian's broke-ass signature ability like candy (especially not to a complete lunatic), and I think it may be a little reckless to make Kyoko Sakura's signature move before we've even subbed her. also Mental Breakdown's kinda pointless other than that the proposal above's really good

MICKEY MOUSE - Stat revision proposal
Stats: 78/135/63/135/75/118 (604) -> 78/100/63/100/75/118 (534)

But why tho?

UNREGISTERED HYPERCAM 2 - Movepool revision proposal
+ Buzzsaw Charge (see Gigan), Taunt

Buzzsaw Charge because it's got a saw. Taunt because of "haha dont like lose again or anything" (it didn't get it before because it wasn't really the trash-talking type during its time as a competitor.)

JONATHAN JOESTAR and JOSEPH JOESTAR - Signature ability revision proposal
Hamon Master: When used against undead or sunlight-vulnerable targets, contact moves and Water-type moves have 1.5x power, bypass immunities, and have a 30% chance to burn. User's Water attacks are not reduced in power by harsh sunlight. Fire-type moves, Solar Beam, Solar Blade, Growth, and Morning Sun are boosted as if the user is in harsh sunlight, regardless of weather (Fire-type boost stacks with that provided by actual Harsh Sunlight). User heals 1/16th per turn. Suspended by the effects of Throat Chop. -> User's moves have 1.5x power, bypass immunities, and have a 30% burn chance against anything classed as "undead or sunlight vulnerable" (largely Ghost-types and Dry Skin users with a handful of exceptions). User's moves that are affected by harsh sunlight (with the exception of Weather Ball) are treated as if the user is in harsh sunlight regardless of weather. User's Water-type moves are not reduced in power by harsh sunlight.

Basically just streamlined the ability somewhat. It mostly functions the same, but now effects all moves, no longer heals the user, and is no longer affected by Throat Chop.

JONATHAN JOESTAR and JOSEPH JOESTAR - movepool revision proposal
+ Thunder Punch, Heal Pulse, Life Dew
(Joseph only): + Discharge

Sure, Hamon only resembles electricity rather than actually being electric (to my knowledge), but I gave Morpho Knight Fire-type moves for similar reasons. Also since Hamon was originally a healing power and shit they get the Heals

also i'd like to say that goku and vegeta should absolutely get gigantamaxes based on the oozaru but idk what the corresponding g-max move would look like
Last edited:
Goku: As ridiculous as it seems to give Goku more forms, a Gigantamax based on the Oozaru is pretty much a given for him. The Oozaru form is a form that amplifies a user’s power by ten, but relies on a primal power to do so. Therefore, I elect that Goku’s G-Max move would be G-Max Oozaru Frenzy, a move that replaces Max Knuckle for Fighting type moves, and its effect is increasing the user’s higher attack stat by one stage. This allows Goku to run special sets with more of a benefit than Dynamax alone. Plus, now that Goku has access to Oozaru, it might be possible to add another form to his repertoire... (The possibility is there, at least, but I would need some time to think about what it would do)

Vegeta: Same deal as Goku, but with a twist: his Oozaru form provides the G-Max move of G-Max Oozaru Fury. It still replaces Max Knuckle, but it now also makes Vegeta the center of attention, so long as he moves before the foe. With doubled health, Vegeta can attack foes and draw in their hits while his teammate has some time to rest, relax, eat a sandwich, and perhaps set up a bit, no big deal (I have a backup effect if this sounds too broken) Also, Vegeta might be in the same boat as Goku here, where this could potentially lead into another form, but it’s not guaranteed.
ORGA - Stats and ability revision proposal
Stats: 120/170/90/120/70/100 (670) -> 110/150/80/110/60/90 (600)
Abilities: Regenerator/Tough Claws/Mega Launcher -> Regenerator/Telepathy/Mega Launcher

Orga may be copying Godzilla's strength, but it isn't copying a version of Godzilla that would be especially stronger than a certain green rocky doppelganger. Also Tough Claws is busted with that attack stat, so have Telepathy instead because telepathy.

ANGUIRUS - Stats revision proposal
Stats: 140/110/150/40/70/90 (600) -> 100/100/140/40/70/90 (540)

not every city-destroyer needs 600, gyarados gets by fine with 540

ROHAN KISHIBE - Stats revision proposal
Stats: 99/100/77/80/97/127 (580) -> 99/70/77/70/97/117 (530)

Destructive Power: D.

KARS - Type and ability revision proposal
Type (Base): Dark/Rock -> Psychic/Rock
Type (Ultimate): Dark/Flying -> Psychic/Flying
Ability (Base): Tough Claws/Regenerator/Corrosive Skin -> Corrosive Skin / Regenerator
Ability (Ultimate): Color Change/Regenerator/Protean -> Hamon Master / Protean / Regenerator

I mean, his blades are considered "Light Mode", and he's a super-genius even compared to the other Pillar Men. Both extremely high intelligence and light (see: Photon Geyser) are associated with the Psychic-type, so uh...

Also he doesn't have claws, I don't recall his color scheme changing much in his ultimate form, and his ultimate form has Hamon literally comparable to the sun itself, so...

KARS - Signature ability revision proposal
Corrosive Skin, in addition to its current effects, grants Ghost resistance

Tying into the above proposal to not have Kars be actively weak to the type his signature move makes things. I made it a separate proposal because I wasn't entirely sure whether or not to include it.

MOON KNIGHT - Stat revision and signature ability addition proposal
Stats: 105/135/95/60/80/99 (574) -> 105/100/95/60/80/99 (539)
New Ability: "Lunar Power" - multiplies Attack by 1.3x (Hidden Ability slot)

Moon Moon's 574 BST felt really off to me from a flavor perspective, but I didn't want to murder him. Lunar Power, his new ability, reflect his strength getting higher at night... depending on the writer, and also makes sure he doesn't become too shit or anything.

SHREK - Stat revision proposal
Stats: 115/130/110/45/100/77 (577) -> 108/125/105/45/90/67 (540)

but why does shrek have 577 bst with that low a special attack tho

SHAGGY ROGERS - Stat and ability revision proposal
Stats: 80/95/95/60/70/124 (524)
Gains Rattled (Ability 2 slot)
sorry i'm just weirded out that canon!shaggy is stronger than gyarados don't mind me

And one more thing... remember the vague reference to "Elmer's Lent" I made back during the first slate?

"This is a happy day. Can you feel it? Are you losing yourselves?"

ELMER APE - Signature ability and new form addition proposal
New Ability: "Sublime Lent Accident" - User takes 25% damage each turn. Upon falling below 33% health, user instantly faints. Upon fainting for any reason, user is replaced with Every Living Monkey Exacts Revenge (preferably showing the fainting animation). (special Ability slot, ability banned to Ubers)
EVERY LIVING MONKEY EXACTS REVENGE: Type is Grass/Psychic, stats are 101/113/61/163/131/109 (680), ability is Happy Day
New Ability: "Happy Day" - Everything on the field except for the user (including allies) takes 1/16th of their max HP in damage at the end of each turn.

Okay, this'll probably take explaining. On February 15th, 2018, Elmer Ape gave up his body for Lent, returning to his original state as E.L.M.E.R.. (I'm pretty sure that's not how Lent works in real life.) The events have since been deleted from his blog, but there's an archive of them I can link to if you wish. I ended up leaving this form out of the original sub due to having no clue how it would work... but as you can tell, circumstances have changed.

The form's properties reflect being an unfathomable entity that slowly, for lack of a better word, "kills" all life on Earth by existing too hard and altering their souls into something else in the process, and is also responsible for the concepts of "life" and "change". (You know, normal meme monkey stuff!)

KARS - Signature Item Effects addition proposal
Ultimate Aja now protects Ultimate Kars from Attract on top of original effects
Reasoning: SEX: USELESS

Additionally, in response to Pika's Psychic/Rock sub, well... If that goes through, I say Stone Mask makes the target's Ghost moves NVE against Psychic.

I also propose his first ability slot (Tough Claws) replaces itself with a new ability: Light Mode, which +1s crit ratio on his Light-based moves.

"DEVIL" - movepool addition proposal
Deadly Sin, Apocalypse, Doom Desire, Sucker Punch, Shadow Force, Punishment, Foul Play, Dark Pulse, Knock Off, Crunch, Power Trip, Pursuit, Flatter, Fake Tears, Hone Claws, Taunt, Nasty Plot, Coil, Glare, Lovely Kiss, Follow Me, Slack Off, Poison Fang, Infestation, Earthquake, Inferno, Hurricane, Thunder, Blizzard, Draco Meteor, U-Turn, Spirit Break, Ice Fang, Thunder Fang, Fire Fang
Beelzebub only: Leech Life, Attack Order, Bug Buzz, Oblivion Wing
Satan only: Overheat, Burn Up, Fiery Dance, Fire Lash
Asmodeus only: Sludge Wave, Sludge Bomb, Sweet Kiss, Play Rough
Lucifer only: Noble Roar, Sky Attack, Feather Dance, Dazzling Gleam
Leviathan only: Liquidation, Rain Dance, Water Spout, Mirror Move
Mammon only: Outrage, Thrash, Pay Day, Thief
Belphegor only: Stuff Cheeks, Psychic Fangs, Hyper Fang

Now they have larger movepools but also separate movepools.
ANGUIRUS (on top of Pika Xreme's changes): +Body Press
Reasoning: he's seen using his shell as a weapon in Godzilla vs Gigan against Ghidorah

GIGAN: +Sacred Sword
Reasoning: Look at him
TAMA/STRAY CAT - Type and movepool revision proposal
Type: Grass -> Ghost/Grass
+Shadow Ball

If a dead kid in a log is Ghost/Grass, a dead cat in a flower should be too.

(Not part of the revision, but just to clarify: Stray Cat stops Sunlight from dropping the power of Bubble and BubbleBeam.)

PET SHOP - Stat revision proposal
Stats: 70/125/60/60/110/125 (550) -> 70/125/60/60/110/115 (540)

...if we kept 120 Speed for Stand Users with B-Rank Speed, that would put a lot of pressure on those with Stands with A-Rank speed to be faster.

SUPERMAN - Ability and movepool revision proposal
Ability: Solar Power/Bulletproof -> Bulletproof/Justified/Solar Power
Moves: +Morning Sun, -Synthesis

...how did he not have Justified? Switched his existing abilities because I'm pretty sure he's better known for being bulletproof than for being solar-powered, and Morning Sun over Synthesis because he isn't a plant.

ROHAN KISHIBE - ability, signature move proposals
Gains Scrappy, loses Steelworker
Quick Drawing nerfed to 10 BP, loses chance to paralyze, but keeps priority.

Rohan isn't going to use Scrappy. Rohan wasn't going to use Steelworker either. Scrappy is the more flavorful one of the two. In fact, Steelworker makes absolutely no sense.

His signature move combined with his ability made him extremely uncompetitive. Priority paralysis chance + guaranteed priority Torment + guaranteed priority Disable all in one move with no restrictions? Anything with less than 3 attacking moves can do jackshit against revenge-killer Rohan. Even if they're bulky enough to survive Rohan's attacks, they're left with Struggle as their only attack option. They can use a status move or something to circumvent Torment but Rohan gets Protect, so it doesn't matter. Plus, against stall and walls, Rohan can just disable their recovery move. This move might as well make the other player autolose. It also has higher power than regular priority moves. but the move doesn't even do damagein the source material. To nerf it, I made it just a untauntable priority Heaven's Door activation move instead of a powerful priority move that also activates a broken ability and has haxx chance.

TAMA/STRAY CAT - ability revision proposal
Gains Scrappy

Useless competitively but fits JoJo lore.

PET SHOP - ability revision proposal
Gains Scrappy

Useless competitively but fits JoJo lore.

OLD JOSEPH JOESTAR - ability revision proposal
Gains Scrappy, loses Prankster

Useless competitively but fits JoJo lore.

Because I haven't actually announced it in this thread yet, here's the new thread for making new subs.

ROHAN - Ability revision proposal
Loses Steelworker, gains Defiant

"But I refuse. One of the things I, Rohan Kishibe, like the most is to find someone who thinks they're some hot shit, and say 'No' right to their faces."

JONATHAN JOESTAR - Stat revision proposal A
Stats: 130/150/110/70/70/70 (600) -> 120/140/90/70/70/80 (570)

JONATHAN JOESTAR - Stat revision proposal B
Stats: 130/150/110/70/70/70 (600) -> 115/135/90/70/70/70 (550)

To this day I'm still not sure why I made Jonathan Joestar have the exact same stats as King Dedede. I'm ultimately unsure if the Joestars belong in "Legendary BST range" so I made two versions.

JOSEPH JOESTAR - Stat revision proposal
Stats (Young): 100/110/70/110/70/110 (570) -> 90/110/70/100/70/110 (550)
Stats (Old): 110/70/110/70/110/100 (570) -> 110/70/100/70/110/90 (550)

See above about my unsureness about having the Joestars in "Legendary BST range".

SAKI NIKAIDO - Stat revision proposal B
Stats: 120/120/60/100/90/110 (600) -> 120/120/60/80/60/110 (550)

I sorta forgot Arcanine existed. As for why I'm making a second proposal for her stats rather than editing my original proposal... see Jonathan Joestar again, just replace "the Joestars" with "Franchouchou" as well as "characters probably who hold the position of strongest-to-second-strongest character in the series".

AI MIZUNO - Stat revision proposal
Stats: 150/80/60/120/60/100 (570) -> 150/60/50/120/50/100 (530)

See Saki Nikaido B, just cut everything after "Franchouchou"

ROHAN KISHIBE - Signature ability revision proposal
"Heaven's Door" - Fails against various targets, namely ones that can't see or are mindless (E.X. Deino for the former, Nihilego for the latter)

A major weakness of Heaven's Door in canon is that you have to see Rohan's artwork in order to fall victim to it. The ability could end up pretty frustrating as defined, so having a more reliable way around it than "try to use Outrage before Rohan moves" would be nice.
