This slate is for characters who overcome death itself, whether it be by coming back from the dead or bringing someone else back. You can show your character fits the slate by putting asterisks around their name, like so - **Jean Grey**
brace yourselves for the tidal wave of goku submissions lads

Pokémon: **Majin Buu**
Type: Fairy/Fighting
Ability: Regenerator / Magic Bounce / Gluttony
Moves: All of Mew's TM/Tutor moves, Nasty Plot, Play Rough, Aura Sphere, Close Combat, Vacuum Wave, Mach Punch, Amnesia, Barrier, Play Nice, Copycat, Mirror Move, Stockpile, Spit Up, Swallow, Belly Drum, Chocolate Beam
Signature Move: Chocolate Beam - (Status | Fairy | Inflicts Chocolate volatile status condition on opponent.)
Chocolate status: Contact against Pokémon with the Chocolate status condition drains 50% of damage dealt to them. If the attacker has Gluttony, drains 75% of damage dealt instead. Removable by switching out.
Stats: 160/105/50/115/100/100 (630)

Reasoning: Fairy/Fighting because it's a magical playful genie... made to fight and anihilate worlds. As for its moveset, Majin Buu can copy another fighter's technique after seeing it used only once, so that was convenient.

Pokémon: **Heisei Godzilla**
Type:

Abilities: Bulletproof, Regenerator, Radioactive Heart*
*Radioactive Heart
: Every Poison move has an added 30% percent chance to burn the target. This Pokemon is immune to Fire and Poison-type moves and restores 1/4 of its maximum HP, rounded down, when hit by a Fire or Poison-type move. If this Pokemon's HP drops to 1/4 of its maximum HP or less or it's hit by a Poison or Fire-type attack 7 times or more, it changes to Burning Form at the end of the turn.
Moves: Atomic Breath*, Nuclear Pulse*, Poison Jab, Recover, Surf, Dragon Pulse, Draco Meteor, Outrage, Dragon Claw, Earthquake, Flamethrower, Fire Blast, Overheat, Heat Crash, Heavy Slam, Discharge, Wild Charge, Elemental Punches, Drain Punch, Superpower, Elemental Fangs, Poison Fang, Crunch, Aqua Tail, Dragon Tail, Calm Mind, Healing Wish, Rest, Toxic, Will-o-Wisp, Explosion, Retaliate, Hyper Beam, Focus Blast, Seismic Toss, Roar, Noble Roar.
*Atomic Breath |
|
| 110 BP | 8 PP | 100% | Has a 10% chance to burn the target. This move's type effectiveness against Steel is changed to be super effective no matter what this move's type is.
*Nuclear Pulse |
|
| 70 BP | 16 PP | 100% | If this move is successful and the user has not fainted, the effects of Leech Seed and binding moves end for the user, and all hazards are removed from the user's side of the field. Acid Downpour from Nuclear Pulse does not have any secondary effect.
Stats: 130 HP/130 Atk/100 Def/140 SpA/100 SpD/70 Spe

Reasoning: Poison/Dragon because he's a massive reptile/dinosaur thing that consumes and fire deadly radioactive matter. His signature moves and abilities are all based on how Godzilla uses radioactivity as a source of power for attacking, Bulletproof based on the whole "conventional weapons cannot hurt him" thing, Regenerator (and also Recover and Rest) are based on his accelerated healing abilities. Most physical moves are either filler or based on him being a huge guy. Kind of the same for the Special moves, except that instead of the huge guy thing, its based on his constant beam spamming. Healing Wish, Explosion and part of the effects of Radioactive Heart are based on his death
Pokémon: Burning Godzilla
Type:

Abilities: Radioactive Heart*
Moves: Same as above +
*Spiral Heat Ray |
|
| 110 BP | 8 PP | 100% | Has a 10% chance to burn the target. Power rises 30 BP with each successful hit. The power is reset if this move misses or another move is used and becomes confused afterwards.
*Infernal Waves |
|
| 30 BP | 16 PP | 100% | Hits 3 times both foes and ally in Doubles matches. If this move is successful and the user has not fainted, the effects of Leech Seed and binding moves end for the user, and all hazards are removed from the user's side of the field. Inferno Overdrive from Infernal Waves does not have any secondary effect.
Stats: 130 HP/150 Atk/100 Def/170 SpA/100 SpD/70 Spe

Reasoning: So this is what the big G turned into before dying, what a fancy way to go. Most of the changes made to him in this form are due to tan overload of energy, causing him to literally start burning, ence why the Fire type. This also caused him to lose conrrol of his atomic powers, which are now even deadlier, justifying the changes of his stats, Atomic Breath and Nuclear Pulse

Pokémon: **Rose Biollante**
Type:

Abilities: Effect Spore, Flower Veil, Regenerator
Moves: Giga Drain, Power Whip, Bind, Leech Seed, Acid, Shadow Sneak, Shadow Ball, Will-O-Wisp, Spore, Recover, Synthesis, Stunning Spore, Earthquake, Earth Power, Acid Spray, Gastro Acid, Elemental Fangs, Poison Fang, Crunch, Bite, Coil, Energy Ball, Grass Knot, Wrap, Toxic, Aromatherapy, Attract, Petal Blizzard, Petal Dance, Solar Beam, Floral Healing, Growth, Natural Gift, Nature Power, Grassy Terrain, Hex, Wide Guard, Rototiller, Ingrain, Acid Armor.
Stats: 140 HP/80 Atk/120 Def/100 SpA/100 SpD/30 Spe

Reasoning: In this form, Biollante is a giant flower controlled by the soul of a dead girl, ence the Grass/Ghost-type. Effect Spore and Spore related moves are based on her way of moving when in this form. Flower Veil is a mistery. Regenerator because of her apparent inmortality. Her main way of attacking (aside from filler Grass and Ghost moves) are her many mouthed tendrils and vines, which justify bite and constrict-based moves. She even makes defensive use of these (yes, this is my excuse for Coil). Earthquake, Earth Power, Rototiller and Grassy Terrain are based on her ability to modify the landscape around her with her vines.
Pokémon: Plant Beast Biollante
Type:

Abilities: Effect Spore, Strong Jaw, Regenerator.
Moves: Everything as before + Atomic Sap*, Outrage, Poison Jab, Drill Run, Smart Strike, Sucker Punch, Cross Poison, Venoshock.
Stats: 140 HP/140 Atk/100 Def/140 SpA/100 SpD/50 Spe
*Atomic Sap |
|
| 130 BP | 8 PP | 90% | 30% chance to either burn or badly poison the target. This move's type effectiveness against Steel is changed to be super effective no matter what this move's type is.
Reasoning: In this form, the Godzilla DNA used to create Biollante takes over the soul of Biollante, turning her into the Plant Beast form, reasoning of why Ghost changes to Poison. Flower Veil is changed to Strong Jaw because of her rose head being replaced by a giant croc-like head. Atomic Sap is based on the corrosive attack she's able to vomit when in this form. She's also able to impale her enemies and make surprise attacks in the Plant Beast form, reasoning of some of the new filler movepool added.

Pokémon: **Kiryu**
Type:

Abilities: Skill Link, Download, Berserk
Moves: Absolute Zero Cannon*, Triple Maser Cannon*, Type-4 Railguns*, Meteor Mash, Smart Strike, Heavy Slam, Anchor Shot, Flash Cannon, Iron Head, Iron Tail, Dragon Pulse, Draco Meteor, Outrage, Dragon Claw, Dragon Tail, Earthquake, Drill Run, Thunderbolt, Volt Switch, Techno Blast, Sacred Sword, Night Slash, Sword Dance, Hyper Beam, Ice Beam, Fly, Charge Beam, Wild Charge, Discharge, Autotomize, Iron Defense, Tri Attack., Arm Thrust, Close Combat, Seismic Toss, Elemental Punches.
*Abslute Zero Cannon |
|
| 140 BP | 8 PP | 100% | Has a 40% chance to freeze the target. This attack charges on the first turn and executes on the second. The move completes in one turn if the user is holding a Power Herb, a Chill Drive or the target is frozen. If this is the case, the latter will thaw.
*Triple Maser Cannon |
|
| 40 BP | 16 PP | 100% | Each hit has a 20% chance to paralyze the target. Has a 1/3 chance to hit three times.
*Type-4 Railguns |
|
| 20 BP | 16 PP | 100% | Hits two to five times. Has a 1/3 chance to hit two or three times, and a 1/6 chance to hit four or five times. If one of the hits breaks the target's substitute, it will take damage for the remaining hits. If the user has the Skill Link Ability, this move will always hit five times. +1 Priority.
Stats: 100 HP/130 Atk/100 Def/140 SpA/80 SpD/120 Spe

Reasoning: Yep, Kiryu, not Mechagodzilla, Kiryu. Built from the bones, the soul and the DNA from the og 1954 Godzilla, Kiryu possesses the Steel/Dragon-type, also due to the translation of his name literally meaning "machine dragon". Ability-wise, Skill Link is based on his two railguns, Download because he's a robot and Berserk because when he hears Godzilla's roars he undergoes a "Berserrk" mode, which makes his pilots to lose control over him. His signature moves Absolute Zero Cannon, Triple Maser Cannon and Type-4 Railguns are all based on Kiryu's weaponry.

Pokémon: **Melisandre (a.k.a. The Red Woman)** (from Game of Thrones)
Type: Fire/Psychic
Ability: Illusion / Immunity (Dazzling)
Moves: Psychic, Psyshock, Heal Pulse, Fire Blast, Flamethrower, Will-O-Wisp, Shadow Ball, Shadow Claw, Dark Pulse, Reflect, Light Screen, Recover, Mind Reader, Focus Blast, Overheat, Calm Mind, Facade, Shadow Sneak, Attract, Inferno, Dazzling Gleam, Zen Headbutt, Glare, Future Sight, Final Gambit, Memento, Healing Wish, Demon Baby
Demon Baby
: 140 BP | Ghost Type | 100% Accuracy | Special | Strikes 2 turns later (a la Future Sight)
Z-Move: Lord of Light (Base move: Psychic) 180BP | Special | Psychic | Revives a fainted teammate back to full health.
Stats: 80/70/70/130/70/120 (BST: 540)

Reasoning: With the Lord of Light on her side, Melisandre has the power to bring the dead back to life. Fire-typing because she has been known to burn heretics (and being a priestess of the Fire God), while Psychic because... magic powers. Illusion is the primary ability because her younger image is just a facade (she's actually very old) while Immunity is there because she can't be poisoned. Dazzling because her fire gives brightness when the night is dark and full of terrors. Dark and Ghost moves in movepool because she is also known for using dark magic. Her Z-Move's side effect is a bit too powerful, but it perfectly fits her flavour-wise.

Pokémon: **The Undertaker a.k.a. The Deadman**
*The Undertaker is a WWE character performed by Mark Callaway.
Type: Dark/Fighting
Ability: Guts / Intimidate (Dark Aura)
Moves: Close Combat, Glare, Knock Off, Sucker Punch, Sky Uppercut, Mega Punch, Fire Punch, Ice Punch, Thunder Punch, Poison Jab, Headbutt, Zen Headbutt, Iron Head, Dark Pulse, Shadow Ball, Aura Sphere, Taunt, Torment, Old School, Chokeslam, Last Ride, Tombstone Piledriver

Old School
: 80BP 100% accuracy | Fighting-type | Physical | 30% chance to flinch the opponent.
Chokeslam: 50BP 100% accuracy | Fighting-type | Physical | Raises the user's Attack stat by 1 stage
Last Ride: 95BP 100% accuracy | Fighting-type | Physical | High critical hit ratio
Tombstone Piledriver: 120 BP 85% accuracy | Dark-type | 20% chance to paralyze the opponent

Stats: 80 / 130 / 115 / 50 / 50 / 105

Reasoning: The Deadman! His initial gimmick is that he has risen back from the dead, though now he is known for being the most respected superstar in WWE. His moveset consists of physical moves used for fighting such as punches and jabs. Guts because of his resilience in the WWE, Indimidate because a lot of other WWE superstars are afraid of him (storyline), while Dark Aura is something you feel during his entrance. His signature moves are now part of his moveset.

| 10 (16) PP | IDamage based on foe's Special Defence stat | does not make contact

Stats: 80 / 104 / 90 / 30 / 80 / 130 (515 BST)

Reasoning: Despite having regular moments of cheating death thanks to a bit of luck and bad aiming of stormtroopers, Han Solo's most notable case of cheating death was when he was frozen in carbonite only to be rescued by being popular with fans Princess Leia. He's a great shot with a blaster and has a penchant for shooting first before he can get killed giving him the ability, Sharp Shooter, and the signature move, Blaster Shot. Though his skills with a blaster are impressive, his skills as a pilot are next to none, especially when flying the Millennium Falcon, giving him the ability Ace Pilot. Moves such as Swagger and Parting Shot are based on his personality while his access to a variety of Flying type moves are derived from his skills as a pilot. As for his stats he has somewhat rounded stats except for Speed and Special Attack. He has high speed due to being able to do the Kessel Run in 12 parsecs and low Special Attack for not believing in that Force mumbo-jumbo.

Isn't a parsec a measurement of distance?

Make his exclusive z-move this

"Even if this hero society comes crashing down... even if I rise to rule the underworld... that weight in my heart is never gonna go away. It's why I hate everything. Every living, breathing thing just rubs me the wrong way. So why not destroy it all? Why not destroy everything?"
Villain

Pokémon: Tomura Shigaraki
Type: Dark/Ghost
Ability: Technician/Intimidate
H. Ability: Unstable - All attacks have 1.5 Base Power, but he’s confused all the time.
Moves: Knock Off, Taunt, Lunge, Nasty Plot, Swords Dance, Foul Play, Sucker Punch, Switcheroo, Dark Pulse, Shadow Punch, Shadow Ball, Destiny Bond, Curse, Toxic, Confuse Ray, Outrage, Protect, Double Team,
Sig Move: Decay | Dark | Physical | 150 Base Power | 30PP | 60% accuracy | OHKO if it gets a crit.
Sig Move: Decay Wave | Dark | Physical | 120 Base Power | 30PP | 75% accuracy | Hits all opponents. OHKO if it gets a crit.
Stats: 110/90/75/80/85/115
Reasoning: Dark comes from him being the main villain of the story and generally a psychotic monster. Ghost comes his disheveled zombie look and in particular his early design. Technician because in spite of his mental instability, he is actually quite intelligent. He was able to deduce the flaw of Aizawa’s quirk very quickly and pulled a fast one on Chisaki, despite the latter being...reasonably more stable, and having a mind reader as a right hand man. Intimidate because he simply looks like a terrifying villain, even without the severed hands of his family on him. Unstable as he is insane from his accidental murder of his family. Also his goal is to literally destroy the world. Decay is his quirk, arguably one of the most deadly quirks in the series, and also one he can’t control, thus the poor accuracy. Decay wave is the recent extension of that quirk. Stats are via his lanky frame and only being rather fast being his greatest feat. High HP from his determination, which is almost as great as Izuku’s. Best demonstrated in the fight with Gigantomachia, who has been hunting and continuously fighting him for 48 hours straight with only three hours for Tomura to rest. For over a month no less.

“I’m going to live normally, love normally, and die normally. I wanna be even more like the people I love. I will fall in love more and more!”

Pokémon: Toga Himiko
Type: Dark
Ability: Competitive/Unstable - All attacks have 1.5 Base Power, but she’s confused all the time.
H. Ability: Transform - Toga can copy the abilities and highest base stat of those she deals damage to. The amount of time the copy is in effect is directly proportional to how much damage she herself dealt. If she deals damage to a pokemon while copied, she stores the copy of that pokemon to be used when the first run out. If she deals damage to two or more pokemon at once, she can choose who to copy first who to store the copy. She can only store 1 pokemon at once.
10% damage = 1 turn
20% damage = 2 turns
30% damage = 3 turns
40% damage = 4 turns
50% damage = 5 turns
60% damage = 6 turns
70% damage = 7 turns
80% damage = 8 turns
90% damage = 9 turns
100% damage = 10 turns
Moves:Bite, Crunch, Knock Off, Taunt, Lunge, Nasty Plot, Swords Dance, Foul Play, Sucker Punch, Night Slash, Dark Pulse, Snarl, Air Slash, Earthquake, Shadow Claw, Leaf Blade, Psycho Cut, Play Rough, Attract, Stockpile, Swallow, Fire Fang, Thunder Fang, Ice Fang, Hyper Voice, Giga Drain, Sketch.
Stats: 90/115/80/70/80/120
Reasoning: Dark because she’s a evil violent psychopath due to her quirk and upbringing. Also because she’s the closest thing the series has to a vampire. Competitive because of the twisted love triangle she’s in with Ochaco and Izuku. Unstable as she’s a yandere that drinks the blood of those she falls in love. Transform, her quirk, is easily the most complicated quirk I've made. In the canon manga, she has the ability to copy her appearance, and most recently, quirks of those she drinks the blood of. The duration of the transformation is directly proportional to the amount of blood she takes. She can also hide an appearance under another one if her first use of it in the provisional license arc. Movepool is mostly Dark moves, Bite and Crunch adding to the vampire motif. Swords dance and cutting moves represent her love of stabbing things. Play Rough and Attract are from her sexual tones. Fang attacks also fit her vampire motif. Giga Drain is her blood drinking Sketch comes from her recent ability to copy quirks. In stats, she’s frail, but capable of fighting without her quirk.

Pokemon: Orochimaru
Type: Poison\Dark
Ability: Sturdy/Protean
Mega Ability: White Snake: Contact with this pokemon results in Badly Poison.
Moves: Night Slash, Knock Off, Taunt, Lunge, Nasty Plot, Dark Pulse, Swords Dance, Snatch, Snarl, Acid, Acid Spray, Gastro Acid, Sludge, Sludge Bomb, Toxic, Cross Poison, Gunk Shot, Poison Jab, Thunder Punch, Ice Punch, Fire Punch, Low Kick, High Jump Kick, Jump Kick, Drain Punch, Return, Facade, Quick Attack, Fake Out, Stockpile, Swallow, Spit Up, Knock Off, Substitute, Flamethrower, Shadow Ball, Hyper Voice, U-Turn, Play Rough, Calm Mind, Focus Blast, Thunderbolt, Thunder, Flare Blitz, Flame Charge, Fire Lash, Earthquake, Earth Power, Spikes, Toxic Spikes, Stealth Rock, Moonblast, Dazzling Gleam, Air Slash, Sacred Sword, Secret Sword.
Sig. Move: Curse Mark | Dark | Status | 5PP | 80% Accuracy | 90% of badly poisoning the target. 10% of giving the Curse Mark status.
Curse Mark
  • Afflicted get 1.2x to all stats.
  • Orochimaru drains 10% of the afflicted health each turn.
Stats: 135/80/100/125/110/70
Stats(Mega): 135/90/120/150/135/90
Reasoning: Poison because of his snake motif. Dark for being one of the most straightforwardly evil characters in Naruto. Sturdy for his extreme durability and unwillingness to die. Protean for being one of the only characters to master all 5 basic nature transformations without kekkai genkai, and aims to master all jutsu in the world. His mega's ability references his ability in the white snake form, his blood vaporizes upon contact with the air, and becomes poison. His movepool represents the vast quantity of jutsu he has. The Curse Mark is how he has immortality. While I couldn't put that in without making him broken, the other effects work nicely in pokemon. His stats reflect that of a special tank. His taijutsu and speed aren't that extreme, but he can take great damage and deal damage right back.

"Tremble! Be afraid! Recoil and despair! COWER IN AWE! And cry your heart out! Because MY ART. IS AN EXPLOSION!!"

Pokemon: Deidara
Type: Ground/Electric
Ability: Aftermath
H. Ability: Explosion Release: Electric types are resistant to his ground attacks, but his ground moves base power are multiplied by 1.5x.
Moves: Earthquake, Earth Power, Bulldoze, Fissure, Magnitude, Mud Bomb, Mud Shot, Mud Sport, Mud-Slap, Shore Up, Spikes, Stealth Rock, Stone Edge, Rock Slide, Power Gem, Charge Beam, Discharge, Thunderbolt, Thunder, Thunder Punch, Shock Wave, Volt-turn, Flamethrower, Fire Blast, Boomburst, Sonic Boom, Self-destruct, Explosion, Air Slash, Brave Bird, Fly, Focus Blast, Substitute
Sig. Move:
C1 | Ground | Special | 60 Base Power | 40PP | 100% Accuracy | 30% chance of flinching. Sets Land Mines on target's side.
C2 | Ground | Special | 90 Base Power | 30PP | 100% Accuracy | 20% chance of setting Land Mines on target's side.
C3 | Ground | Special | 150 Base Power | 10PP | 80% Accuracy | Recharge needed after.
Land Mines
  • One time use.
  • Takes ⅓ of the health of pokemon that are released on that side.
Z moves:
C4 - Converted from Substitute using Karurium | Ground | Status | Creates an Substitute. If destroyed, the attacker that destroyed it is
C0 - Converted from Explosion using Artium | Ground | Special | 500 Base Power | 5PP | 100% Accuracy | KO's Deidara as well.
Stats: 120/45/95/130/105/120
Reasoning: Ground as Deidara is from the Hidden Stone village and Earth is confirmed to be one of his chakra nature transformations. Electric as his main power is his Explosion Release. We know that Explosion Release has Earth as one of its components in Deidara’s fight with Sasuke and Earth had been paired with all the other natures (Earth + Fire = Lava, Earth + Water = Wood, and Earth + Wind = Magnet). So by process of elimination, that leaves Lightning, a.k.a. Electric. Aftermath because the specifics of Aftermath is that the user explodes upon fainting, which is fitting considering his death in canon. Explosion Release reflects the chakra nature's properties in canon. His movepool is mostly STAB attacks with explosive like attacks on top, Self-destruct and Explosion in particular. His Signature Moves all reflect jutsu he uses in the show. C1 creates various small animals out of clay. C2 creates a giant flying explosive dragon with more bombs packed into it. C3 is a giant nuke. C4 makes a clone filled with microscopic bombs that disintegrate the attacker on a cellular level. C0 is a Self-destruct move. While C0's Base Power is high, C0’s power is comparable to a Juubi bijūdama. His represent his ranged combat skills and notable speed feats.

Pokemon: Beholder (Dungeons and Dragons)
Type:

Abilities:
Eye Tyrant - Levitate+Insomnia+Anticipation effects combined
Moves: Crunch, Night Daze, Nasty Plot, Charm, Attract, Glare, Scary Face, Icy Wind, Giga Drain, Psychic, Hypnosis, Petrify, Disintegration Ray, Death Ray
Petrify-
|
| 60 Acc | 5 PP | Freezes the opponent. | Z-Move: +1 Speed
Disintegration Ray-
|
| 100 BP | 85 Acc | 5 PP | If the opponent is below 50% of their max HP, they are instantly KO'd. | Z-Move: 180 BP Breakneck Blitz
Death Ray-
|
| 130 BP | 85 Acc | 5 PP | The user blasts the opponent with a ray of necrotic energy. | Z-Move: 200 BP Black Hole Eclipse

Stats: 115 / 50 / 105 / 110 / 100 / 90 (570 BST)

Justification: One of the most iconic D&D enemies, the Beholder proved to be an easy choice for a character to adapt into a Pokemon. Pure Dark-type comes from Beholders being evil creatures. While they possess a wide range of elemental abilities, none of them are dominant enough over the others to become a secondary type. The ability combines the Beholder's 3 main traits- Levitation, the ability to never fall fully asleep (11 eyes tend to do that), and constant paranoia. The Beholder's movepool first consists of basic traits- It can bite, Night Daze represents the anti-magic cone of the main eye, and is constantly (nasty) plots. The rest of the moves match their eye beams- Charm/Attract for charm ray, Glare for paralyzing ray, Scary Face for fear ray, Icy Wind for slowing ray, Giga Drain for enervation ray, Psychic for telekinetic ray, Hypnosis for sleep ray, and the last 3 are custom made in order to match the last 3 rays. Lastly, the stats are a close match to how the Beholder's stats look in D&D. Basically just 1 RPG system into another.

Stats: 95 / 50 / 105 / 130 / 120 / 100 (600 BST)

Justification: heheh it's literally just a beholder that was so afraid of death that it became undead through sheer force of will. Only big differences are that Heal Block replaced Night Daze (as his main eye disables healing instead of being antimagic) and their stats are boosted and adjusted to match that of an in-game Death Tyrant.

Ability: Reckless / Intimidate
Stats: 120/120/60/100/90/110 (600)
Notable Moves: Suicide Ride*, High Jump Kick, Throat Chop, Flare Blitz, Explosion, Recover, Glare, Wild Charge, Dark Pulse, Shadow Ball, Thunderbolt, Flash Cannon, Fire Blast, Boomburst, Swords Dance, Dragon Dance, Nasty Plot
*Suicide Ride: Physical Ghost-type, 120 BP, 100% Acc, 15/24 PP, user takes 33% in recoil, 190 BP Never-Ending Nightmare
Saki Nikaido @ Life Orb
Ability: Reckless
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Suicide Ride
- High Jump Kick
- Throat Chop
- Swords Dance / Dragon Dance / Glare / Explosion

Reasoning: Former legendary biker captain, present zombie idol singer. Dark because (former) gangster, Ghost because zombie. Her signature move, Suicide Ride, as well as Reckless, Flare Blitz, Explosion, and Fire Blast, all originate from how she died - "winning" a game of chicken by driving her motorcycle straight off a cliff, said motorcycle promptly exploding in a giant fireball. The reason Suicide Ride is a recoil move instead of a self-fainting move is because she's able to survive replicating that stunt as a zombie, though it still hurts a lot. Intimidate and Glare because she's threatening enough to freeze up present-day gangsters with a glance (something she abuses quite liberally in Episode 9, because she's not allowed to actually get violent due to her current occupation). High Jump Kick due to how she KOs Lily's dad in Episode 8. Throat Chop, Dark Pulse, and Shadow Ball because STAB. Recover because she can just pop things back into place if she gets hurt. Electric moves and Flash Cannon because she, and apparently all other zombies in this series, can absorb lightning and gain the ability to shoot lasers from it. (I'm not kidding.) Boomburst because her group's first performance was just them screaming into megaphones. Swords Dance and Dragon Dance because she's perfectly capable of dancing. Nasty Plot comes from her ambition of taking over Japan.

Did you heard the tragedy that reach the man? I think to be too is not. I think that the hopeless situation elder also can't. That is a legend... Reaching the Man Cloth Space is the emperor. He is so strong and big. He even can use the original dint to create life. He is very deep to black influence understanding.
Pokémon: Reach the Man
Type: Steel/Dark
Ability: Regenerator
Stats: 90/70/100/150/120/70 (600)
Notable Moves: Flash Cannon, Dark Pulse, Thunderbolt, Flamethrower, Sludge Wave, Psychic, Psyshock, Aura Sphere, Recover, Thunder Wave
Reach The Man @ Assault Vest
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 SpD
Nature
- Flash Cannon
- Dark Pulse
- Aura Sphere
- Psyshock

Reasoning: A a poorly translated version of Star Wars Episode III's version of Darth Plagueis... who, due to oddities in the translation, is the same character as R2. Steel because he's a robot, Dark because his power over the Black Influence. Regenerator and Recover because he can come back from the brink of death. His incredible SpA is because his power with the Black Influence is apparently equivalent to many Supermans. Flash Cannon and Dark Pulse because STAB. Thunderbolt and Thunder Wave because robot with some sort of shocky implement. Flamethrower and Sludge Wave because he can spray oil on enemies and light them on fire. Because the Black Influence is analogous to the Dark Side of the Force, he gets Psychic, Psyshock, and Aura Sphere.

kept meaning to post Natsuki Subaru considering his whole thing is dying. Guess I was too late.

CB’s Majin Buu
BMWs Tomura
Pika Xreme’s Saki Nikaido (gonna add that to my watch list, thanks)

Still no idea who most of the subs are in the pet mod.
isn't that half the fun though?

Surprised there were no Goku subs
So was Yung Dramps, apparently.

Pika Xreme’s Saki Nikaido
Bmw6446's Orochimaru
Bmw6446's Tomura
You can only vote for one of your own subs. Change either Tomura or Orochimaru to someone else.

dont worry there's always next slate. also about the whole "watching Zombie Land SAGA" thing: you won't regret it. stupidest shit i've ever watched and i mean it in a good way. don't expect any more accidental anime suggestions though, i've already exhausted basically my whole list. (excluding anything made by studio ghibli and also pokemon but cmon)

Slate #9

Congratulations to myself, Cookie Butter, and ToadBrigade for winning with Saki Nikaido, Majin Buu, and Han Solo! I gained the title Who Framed Roger Rabbit.

This is another Anything Goes slate, with no bonus theme.

This slate ends on June 9th.
Have fun!

Pokémon: Orga
Type:

Abilities: Regeneration, Mega Launcher, Tough Claws
Moves: Destructive Motion Attack*, Psychic Fangs, Psychic, Psyshock, Dragon Pulse, Aura Sphere, Dark Pulse, Flash Cannon, Zap Cannon, Sludge Bomb, Giga Drain, Charge Beam, Solar Beam, Overheat, Outrage, Dragon Claw, Dual Chop, Shadow Claw, Metal Claw, Crush Claw, Leech Life, Knock Off, Bounce, Seismic Toss, Fling, Crunch, Poison Jab, Poison Fang, Elemental Fangs, Elemental Punches, Drain Punch, Earthquake, Fury Cutter, Superpower, Heavy Slam, Take Down, Toxic, Trick, Hone Claws, Role Play, Cosmic Power, Nasty Plot, Calm Mind, Recover, Morning Sun, Swallow.
*Destructive Motion Attack |
|
| 100 BP | 16 PP | 90% | 40% chance to cause the target flinch. Boosted by Mega Launcher.

Stats: 120 HP/170 Atk/90 Def/120 SpA/70 SpD/100 Spe

Reasoning: O r g a i s i n t h e h o u s e. This thing with slightly big fingers is the result of a bodyless colony of aliens with telepathic abilities who absorbed Godzilla's DNA to become that, reasoning of the Psychic/Dragon type. The abilities come from his extreme regenerative properties, his shoulder cannon and his already mentioned kinda big fingers. These fingers justify his massive physical attack and physical movepool. The Destructive Motion Attack is his signature weapon, which is fired out of his Shoulder Cannon, and knocked out Godzilla several times, justification of the high flinch chance. Oh and Swallow comes from this. Other noteworthy stuff are Morning Sun and Solar Beam, due to Orga waking up in the first place because of some random submarine pointing at his spaceship with a beam of light and later on absorbing radiation from the sun. Giga Drain, Leech Life and Drain Punch are all based on his ability to steal DNA from his foes.
In case I forgot stuff here's more info.

Pokémon: Dagahra
Type:

Abilitiy: Barem Host: The power of Poison-type attacks used by this Pokemon is multiplied by 1.5. The user is inmune to Poison-type attacks and
if this Pokemon is poisoned, it restores 1/8 of its maximum HP, rounded down, at the end of each turn instead of losing HP.
Moves: Irabushan Beams*, Hydro Pump, Scald, Surf, Water Gun, Water Pulse, Waterfall, Aqua Jet, Dive, Whirlpool, Hurricane, Air Slash, Fly, Aerial Ace, Defog, Roost, Tailwind, Sludge Bomb, Sludge Wave, Venoshock, Gunk Shot, Toxic, Toxic Spikes, Blizzard, Ice Beam, Haze, Dragon Pulse, Dragon Breath, Twister, Focus Blast, Rapid Spin, Gyro Ball, Infestation, Electro Ball, Discharge, Thunder Wave.
*Irabushan Beams |
|
| 60 BP | 16 PP | 90% | Hits Twice. Boosted by Barem Host.

Stats: 90 HP/50 Atk/90 Def/150 SpA/100 SpD/120 Spe

Reasoning: Water/Flying because Dagahra's a genetically engineered god fish that can fly. Barem Host is based on Dagahra's main ability to grow and weaponize massive amounts of a mutated poisonous starfish (bacteria in the anime) called Barem, which also provide him the ability to boost his main weapon, the Irabushan Beams, and to consume pollution. Most of his movepool is Water/Flying/Poison filler. Moves like Whirlpool, Gyro Ball, Twister and others are based on his abiliy to attack with spins and whirlpools.

Yung Dramps

awesome gaming
gokubase.jpg

Pokemon: Goku
Type:

Stats: 90 / 100 / 90 / 100 / 90 / 100 (570)
Abilities: Gluttony, Competitive
Learnset:
: Bite, Blaze Kick, Circle Throw, Close Combat, Dragon Hammer, Drain Punch, Double-Edge, Extreme Speed, Fire Punch, Fly, Focus Punch, Headbutt, Ice Punch, Karate Chop, Mach Punch, Outrage, Play Rough, Seismic Toss, Sky Attack, Throat Chop, Thunder Punch, Zen Headbutt
: Air Slash, Aura Sphere, Dazzling Gleam, Discharge, Dragon Pulse, Focus Blast, Hidden Power, Hyper Beam, Kamehameha, Vacuum Wave
: Bulk Up, Calm Mind, Defog, Double Team, Dragon Dance, Instant Transmission, Light Screen, Meditate, Protect, Reflect, Thunder Wave, Toxic

Instant Transmission: Normal type, 64 PP, switches user out
Kamehameha: 100 BP, 16 PP, 90% accurate, type changes to user's secondary typing

Competitive Use: It may come as a surprise that a DB fanboy like me made the main character so painfully average, but there's a good reason for this. Much like Goku himself in the latter half of Z and Super, you're not supposed to stay in base form during serious fights. This is where his transformations come into play.

"Mega Evolutions":
gokuss.jpg

Mega Name: Goku-Super-Saiyan
Mega Stone: Gokunite S
Stats: 90 / 120 (+20) / 110 (+20) / 120 (+20) / 110 (+20) / 120 (+20) (670)
Type:
/

Ability: Levitate
Competitive Use: The first of 4(!) distinct "mega evolutions". Super Saiyan is the most balanced of the 4: it can hit for good damage, take hits and pivot, much like Landorus-Therian in a way.

gokussg.jpg

Mega Name: Goku-Super-Saiyan-God
Mega Stone: Gokunite G
Stats: 90 / 100 / 135 (+45) / 100 / 135 (+45) / 110 (+10) (670)
Type:

Ability: Regenerator
Competitive Use: The most defensive of the four. Much like how interviews for Dragon Ball Super: Broly described this form, it is based on technique rather than brute strength.

gokussb.jpg

Mega Name: Goku-Super-Saiyan-Blue
Mega Stone: Gokunite B
Stats: 90 / 140 (+40) / 90 / 135 (+35) / 90 / 125 (+25) (670)
Type:

Ability: Iron Fist
Competitive Use: The all-out attacker. Great typing and offensive stats make this form hard to take on defensively.

Mega Name: Goku-Ultra-Instinct
Mega Stone: Gokunite U
Stats: 90 / 115 (+15) / 100 (+10) / 100 / 100 (+10) / 165 (+65) (670)
Type:

Ability: Divine Instinct
Divine Instinct: 0.75x Evasion in Misty Terrain (Sand Veil clone)
Competitive Use: Not overly powerful, but it can outspeed everything so who cares lol

Pokémon: Poison Ivy
Type: Grass/Poison
Ability: Poison Touch / Serene Grace (Femme Fatale)
Femme Fatale:
the power of user's moves are boosted by 30% when used against male opponents.
Moves: Lovely Kiss, Sweet Kiss, Glare, Leaf Storm, Poison Jab, Leaf Blade, Sludge Bomb, Power Whip, Vine Whip, Razor Leaf, Energy Ball, Giga Drain, Glare, Trop Kick, Attract, Taunt, Knock Off, Torment, Aromatherapy, Synthesis, Leech Seed, Strength Sap, Earth Power
Stats: 70/115/75/115/75/120 (BST: 570)

Reasoning: Poison Ivy is known for her beautiful face and poisonous lips. Grass and Poison define Poison Ivy. It also learns Dark-type moves because she is evil. Moves such as Lovely Kiss and Strength Sap come from her captivating prescence which she uses to lure and trap men.

Pokémon: The Rock (WWE)
*The Rock is a character portrayed by Dwayne Johnson.
Type: Rock/Fighting
Ability: No Guard / Sheer Force (Stamina)
Moves: Rock Polish, Rock Slide, Rock Blast, Rock Throw, Stone Edge, Close Combat, Cross Chop, Drain Punch, Knock Off, Taunt, Torment, Double-Edge, Bulk Up, Stealth Rock, Spikes, Rock Bottom
Rock Bottom
: 90 BP | 95% Accuracy | Physical | 10 PP | 20% chance to flinch the opponent
Z-Move: People's Elbow: 190 BP | Rock-type | Physical | Sharply high critical hit ratio (+2)

Stats: 105/130/120/45/100/40 (BST: 540)

Reasoning: Rock because of the name, and Fighting because he is a pro wrestler. Though slow, it has an incredible bulk which is enough for setting up a Rock Polish or two.

Pokémon: Dawn
Franchise: Total Drama
Type:

Ability: Aura Read (Opponents with the same nature as Dawn can't target her with any moves. Every opponent has their nature revealed when Dawn switches in, or when they switch in.) | [HA] Levitate
Moves: Aura Surprise, Psychic, Psyshock, Calm Mind, Quiver Dance, Cosmic Power, Moonblast, Moonlight, Dazzling Gleam, Aura Sphere, Leaf Storm, Glare, Future Sight, Shadow Ball, Meditate, Trick Room, Bug Buzz, Signal Beam, Reflect, Light Screen
Stats: 113 HP/50 Atk/50 Def/107 SpA/117 SpD/75 Spe (512 BST)

Aura Surprise |
| Special | 75 BP | 16 PP | 100% | Bypasses Substitute, Protect, and variations of Protect.
Dawn @ Psychium Z / Fightinium Z
Ability: Aura Read
EVs: 252 SpA / 192 SpA / 64 Spe
Any Nature (whichever one you want to disable)
- Quiver Dance
- Aura Surprise
- Aura Sphere
- Bug Buzz / Leaf Storm

Dawn @ Light Clay
Ability: Aura Read
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpD
Any Nature (whichever one you want to disable)
- Light Screen
- Reflect
- Aura Surprise / Future Sight
- Glare

Reasoning: Dawn has the ability to read anyone's aura, which makes her unique out of the Total Drama cast. This is where she gets Aura Sphere, and her move Aura Surprise (which follows the idea of reading someone's aura and telling them about it). She also has other various psychic abilities, like feeling positive or negative energy. Or floating in one occasion, represented by her Hidden Ability. She is labeled as the Moonchild, so she has Moonblast, Moonlight, and Cosmic Power. She likes all animals, and she has shown connection with bugs specifically a couple times, giving her Quiver Dance and Bug Buzz. She meditates all the time, so Meditate. Leaf Storm is from the tea leaves she likes to read. Glare comes from the look of disapproval she gave Scott.

"My heart resonates... heat enough to burn... my blood is razor sharp! SUNLIGHT YELLOW OVERDRIVE!"
Pokémon: Jonathan Joestar
Type: Fighting
Ability: Hamon Master*
*Hamon Master: When used against undead or sunlight-vulnerable targets, contact moves and Water-type moves have 1.5x power, bypass immunities, and have a 30% chance to burn. User's Water attacks are not reduced in power by harsh sunlight. Fire-type moves, Solar Beam, Solar Blade, Growth, and Morning Sun are boosted as if the user is in harsh sunlight, regardless of weather (Fire-type boost stacks with that provided by actual Harsh Sunlight). User heals 1/16th per turn. Suspended by the effects of Throat Chop.
Stats: 130/150/110/70/70/70 (600)
Notable Moves: My Final Hamon*, Sacred Sword, Hammer Arm, Close Combat, Solar Blade, Fire Punch, Morning Sun, Swords Dance, Agility, Outrage, Liquidation, Mach Punch
*My Final Hamon: Fighting-type Status, 10/16 PP. +4 Priority. The user will survive attacks made by other Pokemon during this turn with at least 1 HP. Upon surviving otherwise-fatal damage with this method, returns to 100% HP - but cannot heal by any means, and faints in 3 turns or upon attempting to switch. User's ability is brought back if disabled (and, if Hamon Master, can no longer be suspended by Throat Chop). Bypasses Heal Block. When upgraded by a Z-Crystal, boosts all stats by 1.
Jonathan Joestar @ Leftovers / Fightinium Z
Ability: Hamon Master
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Def
Adamant Nature
- Sacred Sword
- Solar Blade
- Fire Punch
- Morning Sun / My Final Hamon

Reasoning: The original JoJo - the kind, honorable, insanely muscular Hamon progidy that Joseph, Jotaro, Josuke, Giorno (sorta), and Jolyne are all descended from. He's Fighting-type because he's a ridiculously buff martial artist. His ability, Hamon Master, is based on his Hamon abilities - a special breathing technique that allows the user to generate solar power and harness it to destroy undead, heal the living, revive dead plants, walk on water, and turn some pretty ridiculous items into deadly weapons, among other things (a few of which sunlight actually does in real life!) His stats reflect his status as an absurdly muscular beefcake who's possibly the physically strongest character in the series (and that includes Stands). His signature move, My Final Hamon, reflects his final move (and final actions before death) - using the last of his stored Hamon to survive and keep fighting after a fatal wound, but perishing shortly afterwards. Hammer Arm and Close Combat because martial arts, Fire Punch was his finishing move to bypass Dio's Evaporating Freeze, Sacred Sword and Swords Dance due to his sword, Solar Blade because of he can charge that sword with Hamon, Agility because Hamon can be used to boost your athletic ability and stuff, Outrage because of that time he went completely berserk on Dio when they were younger, Liquidation because Underwater Turquoise Blue Overdrive, and Mach Punch because Zoom Punch.

"I'm the giant rat that makes all of the rules!"
Pokémon: Giant Rat
Type: Normal
Ability: Makes All Of The Rules*
*Makes All Of The Rules: Has no effect until the user faints. When the user faints, and there is at least one non-fainted rat or mouse with less than 500 BST on the user's team, the ability triggers. The teammate in question gains +50 to its base HP and Attack, has its height doubled and weight multiplied by 8, and changes its ability to Makes All Of The Rules. This ability only affects one teammate each time it triggers (going in party order).
Stats: 115/125/70/45/80/90 (525)
Notable Moves: as Raticate
Giant Rat @ Leftovers
Ability: Makes All Of The Rules
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Def
Adamant Nature
- Swords Dance
- Double-Edge
- Crunch
- Stomping Tantrum

Reasoning: He's the giant rat that makes all of the rules. His ability reflects a certain property of his - when he dies, a new rat spontaneously grows and becomes the giant rat that makes all of the rules in his place. Everything else is just normal giant rat stuff.
