3) When you Freeze a skymin, will it revert to land form? (low level blissey w/ Serene Grace using Ice Beam on High Level Skymin)
4) What happens when you remove a special move from Rotom? (i.e. Can you have a Heat Rotom that does not know Overheat, I see it as a way of playing mindgames with people)
5) Diamond/Pearl vs. Platinum. If Diamond uses Hypnosis, what is the chance it works? If Platinum uses Hypnosis, what is the chance it works?
6) (got this from another forum) What happens if you change Rotom's form when it only has its special move? (i.e. Cut Forme knows only Leaf Storm, then is changed back to "normal" form)
7) I wonder if Platinum Orb has its 20% effect still when fighting Diamond......
8) what will happen when A Diamond Frisker is sent out when Origin-tina is out.......

You have Platinum, correct? if so I can test this with you.

Unfortunately no. Trust me, if i did, i would be posting the results of the tests and be working on the move tutor compatibility list.
Figured, but asked to be sure.. I'll check if Syberia is online and accepts.
EDIT: neither Syberia nor thetorsoboy are online now. I might test with them later if they accept or with someone else now (though not sure who has Platinum..).

RB-Golbat asked me to verify that Platinum Orb's boost does multiply the base power of Giratina's Ghost and Dragon attacks by 1.2.

I used Serious, 31 IVs, and no EVs.
Giratina Vs. Meganium

Expected damage if the boost was 1.2:
Damage: 123 - 144

I got both min and max using Shadow Ball and Dragon Claw, so I can verify that Platinum Orb boosts Giratina's Ghost and Dragon attacks by 1.2.

Metronome: Does Metronome increase the damage of moves selected through other moves (for instance, using Sleep Talk)? Does it increase if it selects the same move twice, (Sleep Talk->Rock Slide, Sleep Talk->Rock Slide), or can it pick anything and still ramp up (Sleep Talk->Earthquake, Sleep Talk->Rock Slide)?

I tested this using a Snorlax with a Metronome that knows only Sleep Talk, Earthquake, and Surf. The NPCs "Zac and Jen" in the foggy part of Route 210 engage the player in a double battle with their Raichu and Gyarados. Incapacitating this Gyarados allows Snorlax to test multiple Sleep Talks against his partner, a Breloom, without defeating the other team.

Snorlax is level 39 with 103 attack and 62 special attack. Breloom has 131 defense and 104 special defense. Snorlax was switched in after Gyarados' Intimidate.

Expected Earthquake damage: 8-10
Expected Surf damage: 6-8
Rounds 1-2: Gyarados put to sleep, Raichu fainted, Snorlax switched in.
Round 3: Breloom uses Spore on Snorlax, Snorlax Sleep Talks Surf, Breloom takes 7 damage.
Round 4: Snorlax wakes up.
Round 5: Breloom uses Spore on Snorlax, Snorlax Sleep Talks Surf, Breloom takes 9 damage.
Round 6: Snorlax Sleep Talks Surf, Breloom takes 10 damage.
Round 7: Snorlax Sleep Talks Earthquake, Breloom takes 14 damage.
Round 8: Snorlax wakes up.
Round 9: Breloom uses Spore on Snorlax, Snorlax Sleep Talks Surf, Breloom takes 12 damage.
Round10: Snorlax wakes up.
Round11: Snorlax uses Surf directly, Breloom takes 6 damage.
Round12: Snorlax uses Earthquake directly, Breloom takes 9 damage.
Clearly Metronome is powering up Snorlax's attacks regardless of which one Sleep Talk selects. It also seems to power up on the turns Snorlax wakes up. In round 7 Snorlax does 14 damage with Earthquake. With a 1.3 multiplier Earthquake would do 11-13 damage. The multiplier must therefore be at least 1.4 going into Round 7, which means that the multiplier must have increased to 1.2 after Round 4 in spite of nothing happening.

Curious as to whether Metronome powers up any time Sleep Talk is selected even if no attack results I conducted another test in which the same Snorlax knows only Sleep Talk, Earthquake, and Rest.
Rounds 1-2: Gyarados put to sleep, Raichu fainted, Snorlax switched in.
Round 3: Breloom uses Spore on Snorlax, Snorlax Sleep Talks Earthquake. Breloom takes 9 damage.
Round 4: Snorlax Sleep Talks Rest.
Round 5: Snorlax Sleep Talks Rest.
Round 6: Snorlax Sleep Talks Earthquake, Breloom takes 9 damage.
Round 7: Snorlax wakes up.
Round 8: Breloom uses Spore on Snorlax, Snorlax Sleep Talks Rest.
Round 9: Snorlax Sleep Talks Rest.
Round10: Snorlax Sleep Talks Rest.
Round11: Snorlax wakes up.
Round12: Breloom uses Spore on Snorlax, Snorlax Sleep Talks Rest.
Round13: Snorlax wakes up.
Round14: Breloom uses Spore on Snorlax, Snorlax Sleep Talks Rest.
Round15: Snorlax Sleep Talks Rest.
Round16: Snorlax wakes up.
Round17: Breloom uses Spore on Snorlax, Snorlax Sleep Talks Rest.
Round18: Snorlax Sleep Talks Rest.
Round19: Snorlax is out of PP and uses the turn to recover with an item.
Round20: Snorlax Sleep Talks Earthquake, Breloom takes 12 damage.
Round21: Snorlax Sleep Talks Rest.
Round22: Snorlax wakes up.
Round23: Breloom uses Spore on Snorlax, Snorlax Sleep Talks Earthquake, Breloom takes 12 damage.
Round24: Snorlax wakes up.
Round25: Breloom uses Spore on Snorlax, Snorlax Sleep Talks Rest.
Round26: Snorlax Sleep Talks Rest.
Round27: Snorlax Sleep Talks Rest.
Round28: Snorlax Sleep Talks Earthquake, Breloom takes 13 damage.
With a 2.0 Metronome multiplier Earthquake's damage would be 17-21. After two dozen rounds of Sleep Talking Earthquake only does 13 damage. It is apparent that the many Sleep Talks that selected Rest are neither contributing to nor resetting the Metronome bonus.

Ergo: The Metronome item increases its damage bonus when a move that selects other moves selects an attack. Directly selecting a move other than the move that selects other moves resets the bonus.

If a Pokemon uses Outrage, then another Pokemon sends it to sleep (before Outrage wears off) can the Pokemon that used Outrage switch, or is it still trapped by Outrage?
And if it stays in, when it wakes up will it be locked into Outrage?

Sorry if this is already known, I could not work it out from the moves description.

If a Pokemon is asleep at the end of the turn they cease to be locked into the Thrash clones. If they are not confused, they will not be confused. I am uncertain as to how Shed Skin works with this.

smogon desc of magic coat does not include taunt but taunt is remagic coated on shoddy (with a handy priority +1). is this true ingame as well?

After a couple of tests I have to say that Shoddy is wrong. Taunt goes through Magic Coat so Smogon's desc is fine.

Thanks have a nice day ^^.

It may sound a bit stupid, but I had an idea.
If you delete heat wave from rotom-h and teach it again using TM50(?) and then you change it back to it's orginal form, would it still have heat wave?

Do you mean overheat?

I don't think it learns overheat by TM.

Well, I can answer those two questions, which I tested on Heat Rotom.

4. You just delete it. I taught my Heat Rotom a TM in place of Overheat. It forgot Overheat and retained its form.

6. Overheat is replaced by Thundershock.

And I'm sad that the Rotom forms can't be used on WiFi.

In Platinum, Hypnosis's accuracy was pushed back down to 60%. What I'd really like to know is if there are any other changes to base power or accuracy. I'd check these myself, but I do not have access to Platinum. Some other things I'd like to know include:

Has Air Slash's flinch rate been reduced from 30%?
Was Tailwind's duration increased?

Does subbing down to less than 50% health activate Oran Berry?
I would assume yes, but some people on the LCF have told me that sub does not activate Oran (maybe shoddy is wrong?).

If a Pokemon is brought down to less than 50% health part was through a multi hit attack will Berrys activate during or after the attack?

Again sorry if this is already known, I could not work it out for certain from the info on site.

2) What happens when you use Trick/Covet/Snatch on Origintina?

The move fails. In the case of Thief and Covet, the item cannot be stolen. Snatch does not still items so that has no bearing on the matter.

What about Embargo? Does it at least override the 20% boost?

I accidentally left that off when I was enumerating "moves with a charge-up turn"

If a Pokemon is brought down to less than 50% health part was through a multi hit attack will Berrys activate during or after the attack?

They will activate during the attack. In fact, lots of checks are made after each hit. If you use a multi-hit attack against a Pokémon with Poison Point, Static, Flame Body, etc., each hit has a chance to poison/paralyze/burn you (and presumably the Attack drop of a burn takes effect immediately, though I have not tested this). If the user holds a King's Rock or Razor Fang, each hit has a chance to flinch the target.
