Just gonna call out Don Eduardo. They are probably just bad at organising but it comes across as really snakey.

I messaged him Monday saying the times I can do.

I don't hear from him all week, then he suggests a time I've already told him I can't do. I obviously don't show up and then he's contacted my team demanding a sub. Funnily enough the times I can't do, are also the times I can't respond.

Fortunately he lost to our sub. But if he's doing this on a regular basis, something needs to be done, because it's snakey af.
