Ok guys, for the record, I am Mr. Happy, and I urge you not to lynch me. I never survive a mafia game, and I wish this to be a first. Note that I am not against the village in any way, but I am being lynched because Brain wants more information than I am willing to provide. However, the longer I live, the more I will be willing to share.
 
Here's a log that might help you understand the situation:

<Toothache> see that gives me no incentive to give up anything, since you said you'd probably lynch me anyway

Up to this point I've been assuming Toothache is mafia and I was trying to get some info out of him, like what his role is. Then he suggests that he might be a neutral:

<Brain> obviously, I need to kill you to win
<Toothache> no you do not
<Brain> then you are retarded
<Toothache> my role only requires me to survive
<Brain> then you will give me full disclosure
<Toothache> I've already give you my terms
<Brain> ok - if you give me full disclosure of your whole role pm AND that it is a neutral claim, neither rra nor kcc, I will not lynch you
<Toothache> no dice, my terms are non-negotiable
<Brain> so you are a neutral, only requiring to survive
<Brain> and you risk losing the game instead of giving me reason to spare you
<Brain> that is impossible to understand
<Toothache> I'm a pretty impossible guy to understand in general
<Brain> that's a bad excuse :)
<Toothache> it is the truth
<Brain> if I am bullying you that is because I am convinced you are mafia
<Brain> and your behavior is absolutely consistent with that
<Toothache> you can believe what you like, however I have my reasons for being cagey, and its nothing to do with my role or alleigance

In a nutshell, Toothache is saying he's neutral and that if we spare him he can feed us information. But when I ask him to prove it, which would probably make me pick another lynch target, he doesn't bulge. You can read that I proposed to spare him should he produce proof that he is not mafia. To no avail.

Conclusion: if Mr. Happy is not mafia, he brought this upon himself and I shall have no regrets.
 
If he gives in now then in future when he plays mafia everyone will know he is a pushover.. He will only bring more threats on himself.

He is willing to stand by his principles even in the face of pretend death. A true hero.
