#dreamworld Tournament

Hey guys, we'll be hosting a new tournament, advocating the #dreamworld IRC channel. The idea of this tournament was thought out by Aldaron. The main idea of this tournament is to encourage fairness, where the problem of scouting and counter-teaming are suppressed, and at the same time, encourage users to take part of our community Pokemon IRC channel. The idea of this tournament is very straightforward, there will be a compilation of 20 standard BW OU teams; all submitted by #dreamworld channel users. All the teams will be good, meaning we will exclude any team that we find uncompetitive or just doesn't meet the standards of a decent, well-to-do team.
Before Round 1 of the tournament begins, a Pre-Round will be held. The pre-round is the round where we will be compiling up the list of 16 teams. The teams we choose will be chosen from users of the #dreamworld channel. If you wish to submit one of your teams, you must be there during the Pre-Round. We will be discussing all viable teams that should and will be added to the list. So you must also take part of the discussions on #dreamworld channel if you wish to take part in this tournament. You will be given credit for submitting teams, if your team is good enough to make it to the list.
Once we have compiled a list of the 20 teams, every round, you will be provided with two teams randomly chosen from the pool of 20 teams. The two teams provided to you will be publicly displayed on the OP of the thread. You must decide which team to you wish to use against your opponent (who also knows your two given teams). Obviously you would have to decide on which the best one for you to use. So you must also take part of the discussions on the #dreamworld channel, to decide which team is best for you to use.
Getting involved with the discussions in #dreamworld is very crucial for this tournament. So it is highly recommended that you do take part in our IRC channel. We will also be keeping track of your activity on the channel, meaning if you're never on, there's a chance that your opponent will get the activity win over you. This is a Standard 5th Gen OU tournament. We will be following the standard rules:
- Sleep Clause
- Evasion Clause
- Species Clause
- Self-KO Clause
- Wifi Clause
- NO JOHNS Clause (If you're found johning and / or attempting to John we reserve the right to terminate you from the tournament)
- Timed Battle

All moves that increase Evasion only (Double Team, Minimize)
All instant OHKO moves (Fissure, Guillotine, Horn Drill, Sheer Cold)

- Logs should be saved on the basis that a dispute occurs for whatever reason, and evidence is required. You do NOT need to send you battle log, only if you are asked to.
- We are hoping to cap the tournament at 128. So first 62.5% (80) of the participants are in, and the 37.5% (48) others will be randomly chosen.
Aldaron's edit: Just to clarify, there will be a #dreamworld reward both for the winner and for the user whose team has the most wins at the end of the tournament...so try your best and submit good teams!
Post SERIOUS teams here in this thread and they'll be reviewed and considered for use in the tournament. Remember if your team has the most wins you will be rewarded. (You don't have to be in this tournament to submit a team; Inversely, If you're in this tournament you don't have to submit a team)
