Is it? I don't really remember Jalmont doing this before. And daytalk is very common on Smogon.

Okay I've decided against claiming. I'm going to rand my vote between whoever Larry, Carrotman, and Tsuki are voting for when I return in about 6 hours. thx

despite a mini crash out I'm on a fairy's side here in that I don't particularly care for jalmont saying what he said about leaving the thread for a few days... though I think this has to be related to a town-leaning role. jalmont has been around long enough to know that saying something like that would draw attention to him, and also knows that voting off inactives is something that We Do Here a lot of the time (especially early game), so unless this is a one million IQ play from him I think this is something to do with a town role, not a scum role.

as for who I might vote for, anyone who wants to no vote D1 is on my radar. I really think we need info and halting that kind of progress is scummy to me

I didn't get the impression this had to do with his role at all. I think hes just trolling. Context clues: he said he was going to impersonate Des. I wouldnt read into his not-claim.

I think its kind of odd that Realiti is agreeing with Jalmont about just sheeping one of 3 players. Highly open and noncommital play which has an appearance of being more thoughtful than it actually is. And leaves open multiple votes options in the future.

AirC and Tsuki seem towny to me. Larry could be maf, dunno if/why Jal and Realiti are town on him. DBD gth town read on vibes.

I think there is a maf in Miyami/Jal/Realiti somewhere but I dont know where. Fairy posting is pretty NAI for me so far, I think shed say things like this as town or maf.

actually I have had some success with afking day 1 the one time I did it I was immediately NK'd night 2. this feels like a low talking game though and I've already posted more than once and I don't want to half commit to the afk.

I do not actually think that that is a great reason
I think if you have an investigative you should not claim it right now but you should at least submit checks and claim any scum/bad results if you get them

Not a bad idea, I unironically townlean all 4 of you guys. Granted I haven't seen your scum game in years but every town game you play blunt and honest. The other three give newbie town energy, they are just posting, pretty genuine gamespec convo

Feel like fairy and Miyami have been present but not really having much content relative to my expectations so I'd ship them out first (even if my read on them isn't too strong) and then everyone else is NAI

i have seen zero reason to sheep a newbie slot's opinions right now. i have positive opinions of all of them as people (tho i know carrotman way less) but like none of them have really stood out to me as prodigies of the game. i like tsuki's posting the most but they def aren't worth turning into a d1 follow the leader vote

Which is still not great but it doesn't really give me scumvibes? I think scum either just fakeclaims if they want to or they just aren't very insistent on claiming
