gonna review winners (and my thoughts on the eras/mod as a whole) here:

Industrial Revolution:
- this one looks pretty good, not too much overlap between mons and they synergize pretty well for the most part. probably gonna be focused on breaking teams with volcanion, rotom-h, or melm alongside the sticky web support from leavanny. looks like a solid bulky offense core so far
:volcanion:its just volcanion with ice beam. volcanion honestly is an extremely fun mon to use imo so im fine with this even if its a bit lame.
:melmetal:this ones alright, legit just a nerfed melm. pretty lame but it will still be good so i have similar thoughts on it as i do for volcanion.
:weezing-galar:great defensive cornerstone for this team, fantastic physical wall that also provides defog support. cm sets are also pretty neat, though im not sure how good they'll actually be. nice mon
:rotom-heat:probably the best winner of the whole slate, this thing is very cool. sap + cage + plume is a very cool combo and can shut down passive mons very well while also deterring physical attackers, though honestly this thing has a lot of set variety with the additions. awesome mon
:leavanny:my sub. honestly I think it works quite well with this team overall, giving it some strong priority and webs since none of the mons here exceed 100 speed currently, making the speed support pretty notable. don't think it's a great sub tbh but it works quite well with the rest of the team on paper
:flygon:this one's okay. i don't think it synergizes very well with the team bar melm as of current but it could get better when more pokemon are added that work with it more. i think it's kinda weak when compared to the rest of the additions here as well, although it does provide the team a setup sweeper and sr user. one question though. why would you remove FImp? could've been useful on some sets here and definitely wouldn't be too strong

Apocalypse:
- the subs here were pretty lacking especially when compared to Indus Rev, they do not synergize very well (quite a bit of type overlap with dragon, ice, and especially dark) and some seem pretty mediocre, which i will be getting to... not really sure what the team style really is gonna be here. team needs more defensive options and type variety, honestly im not sure what kind of playstyle this team would have just looking at the winners
:Guzzlord:this one's alright, do think it could've used a bit more coverage on the physical side to make that more justifiable to run alongside sucker punch. guzz's physical coverage is pretty solid but against heavier targets in particular it falls behind, making special generally optimal. yeah it hits hard due to adaptability but you have to remember that the power level of this mod is somewhat around ou (probably a bit lower but still), so its likely gonna have quite a few issues here.
:kyurem:one of the better ones here. specs and all out attacker kyurem are very fun and losing roost means that the sub roost sets are gone (thank god). not a ton has changed for it, but what has is pretty noteworthy and i like it quite a lot, honestly shouldve voted for it ngl. defog is also neat even if im doubtful that it'd use it
:absol:not a fan, magic bounce seems very tacked on to this solely because of its mega, doesnt seem to synergize with the mon itself well at all, i guess its a good antilead since you prevent rocks and just click sd? idk other than that it seems pretty useless to it. otherwise its just a pretty generic sd mon, hits hard with sucker and has solid coverage, not much to say.
:xurkitree:pretty unique, not sure how to feel about this one. seems pretty crazy on paper. i like the idea but im a bit worried about how this will function once it gets in, not sure if teams are gonna be able to answer this consistently. cool mon tho
:wo-chien:probably the worst winner here, sorry. gets around its bad typing via having extremely over-the-top bulk, pivoting, and reliable recovery. gonna likely be extremely unfun to face if you dont have the 4x since the bulk is so absurdly high that even moves its weak to are gonna struggle to wear it down, not to mention it being able to bring in mons super well with parting shot. just not a fan at all.
:calyrex-ice:best apoc winner imo. otr sets are going to be risky due to its typing but very rewarding if pulled off, drain punch is a great addition as well, makes it much more sustainable, pretty cool overall.
edit: nvm this doesn’t have tr I like it significantly less now, can’t read for shit

outside of the subs themselves though, i think this mod has quite a few issues as of current (namely the subbing and winners process leading to type overlap, role overlap, etc.) that i've been far too slow to address, and i apologize for that, we’ve been discussing internally how to improve the process more (which is part of the reason why stuff was so slow) and we will be keeping you posted, so expect some changes in following slates. next slate is coming soon dw

Designing an Eramons let you change a Pokemon much more drastically, such as:
  • Can change one of or both types
  • Can freely redistribute stats as long as BST stays the same
  • Can swap out and replace any of its abilities
  • Can freely change its movepool
  • Can add one custom element, in the form of either one new move or one new ability (no new field effects or the like, and make it reasonable to code)

Also, we will only be having 3 winners this slate. Next slate, we will have another Eramon slate, still making 6 Eramons total.

The offensive presence is way too much with high stats and high power STABs in Diamond Storm and Precipice Blades, along with finding many setup opportunities with its two immunities.. Remove Precipice Blades and Water Absorb please.
