Well, it's not a OHKO, but Sandy does have Brick Break as an option.The problem with Sandslash is that it can't deal with a Balloonuuzu, which is a very common set. Plus, it has to be specifically designed for the purpose of dealing with Doryuuzu. I would prefer the Suicune set that I posted earlier (well, not a set; more like a spread) for use as a counter, which can switch in on the set-up and easily threaten it with a guaranteed OHKO on anything but the bulkiest of Dorys (252/0).
Not to mention there aren't many things that will want to come into a STAB Hydro Pump.

Victory thru Speed. 45 base Sp.A is horrid but Dory's taking a 2hko from this or BB so it doesn't matter. Special moves have the added bonus of shocking Skarm, Scizor, and Nattorei a bit, since all will be guarding Dory's balloon and Nattorei is Slash's scariest check.
Other than scarfed Doryuuzu/Muurando/Trode/Jask/Deoxys, this Sandslash is the fastest pokemon in the metagame once the Sand's blowing with it's speed of 606. That is all.
This is all theoretical, I don't know if Slash's stats can even pull this off. If someone wants to find out, these are the stats to calc:
Priority 1: A minimum of 202 speed must be maintained. Speed should never be reduced from the 144 EVs.
Priority 2: Enough bulk to survive Jolly +2 Dory's EQ after SR
Priority 3: Enough Sp. Attack to 2hko 252/0 Dory with Focus Blast
Priority 4: Enough Attack to 1hko 252/0 Dory with EQ.
^ If this priority cannot be met, ignore priorities 3 and 4 and run enough Attack to 2hko Dory with Brick Break instead.
Priority 5: Enough bulk to survive an Adamant Banded Sand Powered Dory EQ (an EQ x2.25) after SR. This isn't actually necessary but serves as a check to make sure an anti-counter set wont ohko Sandslash. If Slash can't get enough bulk, it isn't a big deal, skip to the last step.
Last Stop: Add enough EVs to Sp. Atk to 2hko with HP Fire if possible. If not possible, add them to HP.
