Okay, Doug and I are almost done with the formula for the Hidden Requirement, it's taken a while because I've tried to make it as fair and objective as advertised (and I actually needed the Latios data before I could get much done). Here is a preliminary list of the accounts that met the Hidden Requirement for the Latios Suspect Test:
I have purposely refrained from removing from this list the accounts that have already met the Upper Requirement because, well, there's no real reason to take them off. (There was, however, an obvious reason to list this alphabetically, lol.) I want everyone on this list to know, literally, that the way that they approached this Suspect Test directly aligned with the aim of the test. This will stick in your minds when approaching future tests for OU or UU, regardless of you not knowing the exact reason *why* you made it.
As far as action is concerned, here is what I want. If your name is on this list and you did not meet either requirement, you can start working on your paragraphs that you'll send to me and Aeolus. I want these by Tuesday, March 17, at 11:59pm EDT. If you made the Lower Requirement and you're on this list I still need your paragraph by the end of today (Friday).
There is a chance that some of you on this list will not have made the finalized Hidden Requirement. Don't worry about that, though, since if so, that's obviously my "fault" and you will get a chance to tell me why you're qualified for voting anyway.

If you didn't meet the hidden requirement but did meet the ratings are you still allowed to vote? Because If not then I won't bothering finishing my paragraphs. I'm pretty sure I didn't meet the hidden requirement because the account I qualified with got all it's experience on the last day or something to that effect.
