Well, now that the pre-orders have started (at least at Gamestop), post your game choices here as you pre-order them, or if you've already decided for sure which game you're going to get.

I just pre-ordered Pearl today (: Can't wait to get the stylus to match with my not-black-anymore DS.

Oh, and put your vote in the poll so we can have a final tally of the Diamond vs. Pearl players.
 
Kind of a tough decision for me. I want a dialga (i know Palkia is better competitively, but he's also a pink schlong) but i'd also like the ability to catch wild Misdreavi. Fossil pokes don't matter this gen IMO. I'm 90% sure i'll get diamond.
 
Pearl because I feel like it. My brother is getting Diamond so w/e. Also, the GTS almost eliminates the version exclusives.

I'm getting Pearl, mostly because between my friend and I, we decided that since he "controls time," he's going to get Diamond (Dialga being the "Time Pokemon" and all that).

I still get Houndoom from Pearl, though, so that's a plus in my book. It may be UU, but it's awesome in-game (Crunch/Flamethrower FTW).

Plus, it doesn't really matter in the end what game one gets, since the GTS allows one to get anything and everything, including Pokes from RSE that are kinda hard to get (like the Johto starters). The only thing that game choice affects is your in-game experience (important, yes, but not end-all).
 
I pre-ordered Diamond at Best Buy just the other day. I already have a Japanese Pearl (with the Elite Four Surf glitch intact), so I'm not hurtin' for any legendairies. I actually got a decent legit Lv48 Dialga off GTS after a month of waiting and trading back hacked junk (for an XD Salamence, of all things).
 
I'm going to be gettin pearl due to having a jap. diamond and my brother getting diamond. I prefer pearl due to the water type side and due to palkia being really rare in trading boards. And because I got a modest Dialga with a 31 in attack. How much does that suck? But it gots a decent sp. attack so not that much of a problem.
 
I pre-ordered Diamond on Sunday. Very nice version exclusives, and well...Dialga is cool.

I'll get both eventually.

Judging on version exclusives, I will be getting Diamond. Salamence and Houndoom, which are likely the only Pearl exclusives that will see play, are both obtainable in Emerald, meaning I will be able to get them elsewhere. Of course, Wi-Fi trading makes this less significant.

I just borrow my sister's friend's brother's DS and trade with myself. I used to trade with people over at Bulbagarden; that is, until that place went back to being dead.

Smogon has that nifty Criag's List, too, so.
