I am declaring the Slate Break and Discussion that
SteelixPrismGX mentioned has officially begun.
This, and future Slate Breaks and Discussions on Nerfs / Buffs will henceforth be known as Nominations, and has 2 stages:
Stage 1:

Reasoning: [Insert purpose of changes proposed. This can be short, but be clear on why you believe this will benefit the Pokémon and the metagame overall.]
*Categories include - Typing, Stat, Ability, Move, Signature Z-Move, Signature Item, and/or General New Item (If Introduced for any Pokémon to use like how my Room Key for +3 Turns on Room field effects was added).
These Nominations will last until 11:59 PM PST Sunday, so people have time to submit their ideas and so it fits in the newly updated 4 days max per slate phase (see the above post for a special note at the bottom).
Tip - *Basically, if there is good reason to Nominate the change, it’s explained well, and it benefits the metagame overall you will probably get enough votes to see it change.
Stage 2:
Once the Nominations close, we will have a Nominations Vote to decide which ones will be implemented, (we will increase beyond the 5 winners maximum - depending on how many voted Nominations we receive).
In keeping with the 4 day rule, this voting for the community’s most wanted Nominations
will end on that Thursday at 11:59 pm PST.

P.S. If you want to actually discuss the other user’s change Nominations, please use
Discord. We want to keep the thread focused on the nominations themselves.
If you feel someone is Nominating your Winning submission, and you disagree, bear in mind that they may have valid points, and try to be open minded.
Things may have changed since that Winner’s original slate finished, and we have to consider how all of the winners factor into Ubers as a tier.
Lastly: After these changes are voted on and the winners are declared - then we will edit the Spreadsheet. Updating it now up to Slate 7 would be unnecessary until we actually decide on the slate buffs/nerfs.
