whatever is banned from OU is banned from this tournament.
Lando-I is not banned from this round, but if it is banned according to the suspect results, it will be banned next round.
 
Someone asked about whether or not Therian forms are allowed. Since apparently you can only get those from the dream world, it would make sense for them to be banned as well. I added that to the ban list in the first post. Still, if games in the first round happen where someone doesn't notice this post or have happened before this clarification, I don't think it's fair to force a rematch or anything. For later rounds though, expect that to be a rule.
