Even without Mach Punch, it functions as an excellent slow, bulky wallbreaker, using Close Combat as its primary STAB, with Megahorn as a secondary STAB and Stone Edge as coverage.

Defog, Stealth Rock, and Will-O-Wisp are all excellent utility moves, Volt Switch allows it to get out of sticky situations (except if said sticky situation is a ground-type), Roost is effectively Recover here, due to a lack of being airborne, and Discharge is just a good move.
