Since we're in discussion phase, lemme ask a question: colourcodedchaos Does Chillax's ability prevent damage from Explosion? The description says "This Pokémon is unaffected by debuffs and damage from its own moves", but you put Giga Impact as opposed to Explosion in Notable Moves (it learns both).

Iirc, she said that it doesn't affect explosion back when it was submited since someone asked the same question. I may be wrong tho

Also, Yahooboo since you're the one who submited Passadust, I gotta ask; Which of these two do you like more: Gray face or Purple face? (I'm almost finished with them but couldn't decide which one to use so, up to you)

I'd personally go for gray face, but damn those are awesome. thanks.

This next slate is open! Also, since it’s been a while, it’s special slate time! Before you all blow me back to shadow realm, there is more room here, based on other special slates and something new. Here’s how it works.

You must follow at least one of these rules which each of your individual fusions.
- Each of the parents have to have been used a maximum of two times (or three, I forget lel. Someone remind me).
- The fusion has to be monotyped.
- the fusion’s type must have been featured a maximum of three times.

For example, you can have an underused fusion, a monotyped fusion, and four fusions with underused types. Yes, underused monotyped fusions are allowed.

Also, is there a list or anything? Having to scroll though the whole spreadsheet just to check the type combos is a bit annoying

Parents: Exploud/Ampharos
Shared egg group: Field/Monster
Offspring name: Mordo
New type:

New base stats:
107 Hp/93 Atk/84 Def/113 SpA/91 SpD/71 Spe
New ability and desc: Tesla's Aftermath (Scrappy + Static) - This Pokemon's Normal, Fighting and Electric type moves are able to deal damage to Ghost and Ground targets and to paralize them.
Notable moves:
-Physical:
Return, Wild Charge, Double Edge, Elemental Punches, Earthquake, Rock Slide, Brick Break, Elemental Fangs, Hammer Arm, Outrage, Power-Up Punch, Zen Headbutt.
-Special: BOO0MBURST, Thunderbolt, Flametrower, Fire Blast, Focus Blast, Ice Beam, Dragon Pulse, Signal Beam, Discharge, Power Gem.
-Status: Agility, Thunder Wave, Taunt, Roar, Cotton Guard (?).
Role Identification: Well, its typing and stats aren't the best by far, but give it Choce Specs and Boomburt, and enjoy how almost everything dies to its Boombursts without having to fear about incoming ghosts. But that's not all: as almost every specially oriented Electric mon, it has access to Volt Switch, but thanks to its ability, this screaming boi can spam those and Thunderbolt to almost every existing mon in case it is in trouble. It's a bit slow, yeah, but it has access to Agility, so being slow isn't a problem anymore :]

Brainlesss Boomburst spam shenanigans 2.0 (now with extra fluff)
Parents: Exploud/Ampharos-Mega
Shared egg group: Field/Monster
Offspring name: Mordo-Mega
New type:

New base stats:
107 Hp/113 Atk/104 Def/163 SpA/111 SpD/61 Spe
New ability and desc: Mold Breaker
Notable moves: Same as above, focus on Dragon, Dark and Ghost-type moves.
Role Indentification:

eXtRa ThIcC
Parents: Mamoswine/Walrein
Shared egg group: Field
Offspring name: Marlene
New type:

New base stats: 125 Hp/120 Atk/100 Def/97 SpA/90 SpD/87 Spe
New ability and desc: THICC Thick Fat
Notable moves:
-Physical:
Earthquake, Icicle Crash, Ice Shard, Icicle Spear, Superpower, Knock Off, Stone Edge, Waterfall, Aqua Tail, Crunch, Iron Head, Ice Fang, Super Fang, Bulldoze, Rock Tomb, Avalanche, Stomping Tantrum.
-Special: Freezy-Dry, Earth Power, Ice Beam, Signal Beam.
-Status: BELLY DRUM (+Z), Stealth Rock, Taunt, Roar, Light Screen, Reflect.
Role Identification: Slow, bulky, THICC, it may seem an odd version of regular Mamoswine, it has some tools over it, like much better overall bulk, a bit higher speed, an actual special attack and, the most important thing, Belly Drum, which makes this FE a really difficult sweeper to switch into. Oh, another thing, this guy's STAB combination is in base almost unresisted, and while there're things like Azumarill/Rotom-W or Dragalge/Mantine that can take those, it has access to a decent variety of neutral coverage to face those pieces of annoying sh*t, so be aware :]

Fat Rat + Evil Genie = Cannibal Psycopath...mAkEs SeNsE f0R mE :D
DNA Donors: Raticate-Alola/Hoopa-Unbound
Offspring name: Hannibal Lectr
New Type:

Base Stats: 80 Hp/130 Atk/80 Def/105 SpA/110 SpD/80 Spe (+3 HP, +15 Atk, +15 Def, +5 SpD, +2 Spe)
New ability and desc: The Silence of the Lambs (Magician + Hustle) - This Pokemon's Attack is 1.5x and the accuracy of physical attacks is 0.8x, but never fails if the target is using an item and deals 1.5x more damage to it.
Notable Moves:
-Physical:
Sucker Punch, Hyperspace Fury, Knock Off, Pursuit, Gunk Shot, U-Turn, Drain Punch, Zen Headbutt, Elemental Punches, Stomping Tantrum, Super Fang, Power-Up Punch.
-Special: Dark Pulse, Focus Blast, Sludge Bomb, Sludge Wave, Psyshock, Psychic, Ice Beam, Grass Knot, Final Gambit.
-Status: Swords Dance, Bulk Up, Trick, Taunt, Nasty Plot, Destiny Bond, Trick Room, Roar, Calm Mind, Reflect, Light Screen.
Role Identification: For some reason I needed to to do this, so lets make a competitive analysis as an excuse: well, hHustle is such a cool ability, but it was g-iven to shitty mons and has a really bad secondary effect for the user. And the we have Magician which is... meh. Well, this fusion combines a shitty mon with agreat ability (Faticate-Alola) with a great mon with shitty ability (Hoopa-U) and we get...this guy. In a meta were items are almost a must, the awful chance of miss is patched and switched by a nasty 1.5x power boost, letting it to wallbreak even with its shitty offensive typing. It also has access to the best Dark moves in competitive: all Sucker Punch, Hyperspace Fury, Pursuit and Knock Off, with coverage options as Gunk Shot (for fairies), Drain Punch and U-Turn (for other Dark mons), Zen Headbutt (for Fighting mons) and the Elemental Punches and Stomping Tantrum for those Steel/Fairy mons an other shit.

Because Pidgeotite Darkrai was totally balanced at MnM =]
DNA Donors: Darkrai/Pidgeot
Offspring name: Drake
New Type:

Base Stats: 80 Hp/85 Atk/82 Def/120 SpA/80 SpD/131 Spe (+4 HP, +0 Def, +18 SpA, +18 Spe)
New ability and desc: Dream Procastinater (Bad Dreams + Big Pecks) - Every foe with any stat boost falls asleep. This ability only works if any other foe hasn't been induced into sleep already by the user or a teammate.
Notable Moves:
-Physical:
Knock Off, Brave Bird, Pursuit, Sucker Punch, U-Turn, Drain Punch, Poison Jab.
-Special: Hurricane, Dark Pulse, Focus Blast, Sludge Bomb, Air Slash, Heat Wave, Ice Beam, Thunderbolt, Spacial Rend, Dream Eater.
-Status: Nasty Plot, Roost, Taunt, Defog, Trick, Haze, Will-O-Wisp, Thunder Wave, Calm Mind, Swords Dance, Disable.
Role Identification: Great revenge killer that fucks any kind of set-up sweeper when using Choice Scarf. It can also abuse its ability to click either Haze, Will-O-Wisp to boosted targets OR using that free turn to set-up with Nasy Plot or even to mega evolve...

DNA Donors: Darkrai/Pidgeot
Offspring name: Drake-Mega
New Type:

Base Stats: 80 Hp/85 Atk/87 Def/185 SpA/90 SpD/151 Spe (+5 Def, +65 SpA, +10 SpD, +20 Spe)
New ability and desc: NO GUARD
Notable Moves: Same as above, focus on Hurricane and Focus Blast + Dark Void and Hypnosis
Role Identification: Ok, i'm still thinking why the hell I thought this was ok, but anyways. Say hi to one of the strongest special set up sweepers in FE, with an almost unresisted STAB combination, huge 185 base SpA, great 151 speed and 100% accuracy Hurricanes, Focus Blasts and Dark Voids, this monster is almost unstopable after a Nasty Plot boost. Oh, and if it wins, it would be the first winning Dark/Flying FE.
RESECONDWARSUBMARINES

Don't even try to compare it to other multi weather setter, Ok?

Prevents a held Weather Rock or Plate from being removed.

-Special: Judgement, Hyper Voice, Fire Blast, Flamethrower, Focus Blast, Earth Power, Ice Beam, Hydro Pump ,Surf, Thunderbolt, Shadow Ball, Psychic, Psyshock, Sludge Bomb, Dragon Pulse, Draco Meteor, Energy Ball, Grass Knot, Hurricane, Giga Drain.
-Status: Swords Dance, Stealth Rock, Calm Mind, Recover, Will-O-Wisp, Thunder Wave, Rock Polish, Defog, Trick, Tailwind, Roar, Refresh.
Role Identification: Hold a weather rock (or a Plate in case you're using them at FE Monotype or something):

Parents: Mienshao / Skuntank
Shared egg group: Field
Offspring name: Killer Queen
New type: Fighting / Poison
New base stats: 94 / 119 / 73 / 93 / 70 / 104 (553)
New ability and desc: Bites The Dust (Reckless + Aftermath) - Contact moves have a 20% chance of doing an extra 25% flat damage to the opponent. When this Pokemon gets KOed by a damaging move, opponent who KOed it also does.
Notable moves: Taunt, Protect, Pursuit, Sucker Punch, Fake Out, U-Turn, Knock Off, High Jump Kick, Poison Jab, Toxic, Defog, Haze, Roar
Role Identification: Offensive attacker that has a wide array of utility moves, and an ability that lets it do damage with those weak utility moves. The buffed Aftermath helps against set-up sweepers and the like.

DNA Donors: Reuniclus / Blacephalon
Offspring name: Reclusion
New Type: Fire/Psychic
Base Stats: 81 / 96 / 64 / 158 / 82 / 88 (+20 SpA, +20 Spe) (569)
New ability and desc: Beast Guard (Telepathy + Beast Boost) - The user is impervious to indirect damage. In situations where it would normally take indirect damage, its highest non-HP stat is boosted by one stage.
Notable Moves: Mind Blown, Energy Ball, Psychock, Psychic, Focus Blast, Calm Mind, Recover
Role Identification: By Gamefreak standards, Mind Blown counts as indirect damage. This means that with Beast Guard, Reclusion gets STAB Mind Blown with no downsides, that also raises its SpA by 1 when used. The only reason this isn't completely broken is because it's a bit slow.

DNA Donors: Darmanitan / Meloetta
Offspring name: Nirttama-Base
New Type: Psychic/Fire
Base Stats: 102 / 108 / 86 / 79 / 111 / 92 (+20 Def, +20 SpD) (578)
New ability and desc: Absolutely Zen Allure (Zen Mode + Serene Grace) - Changes form permanently when the Pokemon uses a move with secondary effect. Doubles chance of secondary effects.
Notable Moves: Flare Blitz, Zen Headbutt, Close Combat, Drain Punch, Ice Punch, Knock Off, U-Turn, Stone Edge, Rock Slide, Earthquake, Belly Drum
Role Identification: This form is alright but you shouldn't be using it for long.

Base -> Pirouette -> Zen
DNA Donors: Darmanitan / Meloetta
Offspring name: Nirttama-Priest
New Type: Psychic
Base Stats: 102 / 108 / 142 / 79 / 136 / 71 (638)
Notable Moves: Relic Song + Flare Blitz, Zen Headbutt, Close Combat, Drain Punch, Ice Punch, Knock Off, U-Turn, Stone Edge, Rock Slide, Earthquake, Belly Drum
Role Identification: 102/142/136 bulk, coupled with great coverage and an average Atk stat. It can undo the Pirouette form change with Relic Song, so think of it as the Aegislash-Shield of this form.

Base -> Pirouette -> Zen -> Aria
DNA Donors: Darmanitan / Meloetta
Offspring name: Nirttama-Statue
New Type: Psychic
Base Stats: 102 / 79 / 136 / 108 / 71 / 142 (638)
Notable Moves: Relic Song, Psychic, Psyshock, Focus Blast, Thunderbolt, Fire Blast, Grass Knot, Shadow Ball, Calm Mind
Role Identification: Now we're talking. 102/136/71 bulk, an average SpA stat which can be fixed with Calm Mind, coupled with great coverage and great 142 Speed.

Base -> Zen
DNA Donors: Darmanitan / Meloetta
Offspring name: Nirttama-Monk
New Type: Psychic
Base Stats: 102 / 79 / 136 / 108 / 161 / 52 (638)
Notable Moves: Relic Song, Psychic, Psyshock, Focus Blast, Thunderbolt, Fire Blast, Grass Knot, Shadow Ball, Calm Mind
Role Identification: 102/136/161 bulk, coupled with great coverage and an average SpA stat. It can change into the Pirouette form with Relic Song, so think of it as the Aegislash-Shield of this form.

Base -> Zen -> Pirouette
DNA Donors: Darmanitan-Zen / Meloetta
Offspring name: Nirttama-Buddha
New Type: Psychic/Fighting
Base Stats: 102 / 108 / 52 / 79 / 136 / 161 (638)
Notable Moves: Relic Song + Flare Blitz, Zen Headbutt, Close Combat, Drain Punch, Ice Punch, Knock Off, U-Turn, Stone Edge, Rock Slide, Earthquake, Belly Drum
Role Identification: Incredibly fast form, with an average Attack stat that can be fixed with Belly Drum.

Parents: Kirlia / Ralts
Shared egg group: lol
Offspring name: Kars
New type: Fairy
New base stats: 43 / 40 / 40 / 65 / 55 / 55 (298)
New ability and desc: Ultimate Lifeform (Trace + Telepathy) - Traces all of its teammates' abilities at once.
List of untraceable abilities:
  1. Trace's list of untraceable abilities.
  2. Any ability that traces the opponent's ability.
  3. Wonder Guard and variants that give immunities to non-super-effective moves.
  4. Any ability that changes the user's form.
Notable moves: Dazzling Gleam, Psychic, Thunderbolt, Shadow Ball, Grass Knot, Draining Kiss, Calm Mind, Destiny Bond, Memento, Hypnosis, Will-o-Wisp, Trick Room
Role Identification: This fusion has a lot of roles. There are at least two different "double Special Attack" abilities, and Cosmill's ability doubles all stats, so that'll make it hit pretty hard. As for Speed, you can use a Rain setter combined with one of those Swift Swim clones. You can also use Trick Room, but keep in mind Cosmill's ability doubles Speed if you're using him.
If Bunny is the ultimate 'form' fusion, then Kars is the ultimate 'ability' fusion. And since Wonder Guard is untraceable, all crazy combinations are beatable (probably).

DNA Donors: Regirock / Minior
Offspring name: Regicore
New Type: Rock
Base Stats: 80 / 80 / 160 / 55 / 100 / 75 (+10 HP, +10 Def, +20 Spe) (550)
New ability and desc: Shields Clear (Shields Down + Clear Body) - Immunity to stat drops of all kinds. Turns Regicore into Regicore-Meteor if something attempts to drop its stats.
Notable Moves: Shell Smash, Stone Edge, Superpower, Earthquake
Role Identification: Use Shell Smash.

DNA Donors: Regirock / Minior-Meteor
Offspring name: Regicore-Meteor
New Type: Rock
Base Stats: 80 / 160 / 80 / 100 / 55 / 135 (550)
New ability and desc: Shields Clear (Shields Down + Clear Body) - Immunity to stat drops of all kinds. Turns Regicore into Regicore-Meteor if something attempts to drop its stats.
Notable Moves: Shell Smash, Stone Edge, Superpower
Role Identification: 160 Attack, 135 Speed, access to Shell Smash and STAB Stone Edge. Also it doesn't get stat drops from Shell Smash or Superpower.

Notable Moves: Hyper Voice, Aura Sphere, Earth Power, Shadow Ball, Flamethrower, Fire Blast, Energy Ball, Thunderbolt, Psychic, Dragon Pulse, Dark Pulse, Roost, Taunt, Thunder Wave, Will-O-Wisp, U-Turn, Calm Mind, Defog, Roar, Tailwind

What the...?
I personally think Starclay is creepier tbh. That staring eye and the black body are terrifying

Underused Type Combos

Marramosla
Parents: Carracosta & Malamar

Ability: Reverse Rock (Solid Rock & Contrary) - Super Effective damage against this Pokémon becomes Not-Very-Effective. This Pokémon takes 1/4 damage from Not-Very-Effective hits and 3/4 from everything else
Stats: 90 HP (±0) / 110 Atk (±0) / 120 Def (±0) / 85 SpA (±0) / 80 SpD (±0) / 62 Spe (±0) - 547 BST

Notable Moves:

Physical: Knock Off, Psycho Cut, Aqua Jet, Stone Edge, Earthquake, Iron Head, Liquidation, Zen Headbutt

Status: Trick Room, Shell Smash, Taunt, Topsy-Turvy

Role Identification: Resisting a total of 12 types, and by taking only 25% of their original damage, Marramosla is pretty good at sponging hits (Which is ironic considering it's a rock). Shell Smash is a set-up option, tho you can use it to manually set up Trick Room as well (62 is pretty low for FE standards). It will also take slightly less damage from neutral attcks, so it's bulk of 90 / 120 / 80 is pretty good. It also has priority in Aqua Jet, has Knock Off for utility and Taunt / Topsy-Turvy to be annoying.

Sylviken.png

Sylviken
Parents: Sylveon & Blaziken

Ability: Flame Pixie (Pixilate & Blaze) - This Pokemon's Normal-Type moves become Fairy-Type. Fire-Type and Fairy-Type moves deal 1.8x damage
Stats: 97 HP (±0) / 102 Atk (±0) / 77 Def (±0) / 120 SpA (±0) / 110 SpD (±0) / 80 Spe (±0) - 586 BST

Notable Moves:

Physical: Quick Attack

Special: Fire Blast, Flamethrower, Focus Blast, Vacuum Wave, Hyper Voice, Moonblast, Psyshock, Shadow Ball

Status: Defog, WoW, Calm Mind, Wish, Yawn

Role Identification: Not gonna lie, made this mainly because I had a design concept for the megavthat I wanted to do. Either way, Sylviken has pretty good stats overall, with an okay special bulk, great Special Attack and even somewhat usable Attack. Speed and Def are a let down tho. It makes up for that by having a pretty good offensive type, backed up by a strong ability that makes Fairy moves nukes and allows for usage of Fire-Type moves. Can be used under Trick Room too, since 80 base speed is enough for that in FE.

Sylviken-Mega.png

Sylviken (Mega form)
Parents: Sylveon & Blaziken-Mega

Ability: Speed Boost (Blazikenite) - This Pokemon's Speed is raised by 1 stage at the end of each full turn it has been on the field.
Stats: 97 HP (±0) / 142 Atk (+40) / 87 Def (+10) / 140 SpA (+20) / 120 SpD (+10) / 100 Spe (+20) - 686 BST

Notable Moves:

Physical: Quick Attack, Brave Bird, Earthquake, Flare Blitz, HJK, Knock Off, Poison Jab, Stone Edge, Thunder Punch

Special: Fire Blast, Flamethrower, Focus Blast, Vacuum Wave, Hyper Voice, Moonblast, Psyshock, Shadow Ball

Status: Defog, WoW, Calm Mind, Wish, Yawn, Protect, Substitute, Swords Dance

Role Identification: Much more of a mixed mon, Mega Sylviken solves most issues with the base: Defense is passable, has Speed Boost and a better Speed stat, can make more use of it's amazing Physical movepool. It loses Fairy Nukes, and unfortunatly has no physical Fairy move (Hopefully Fusion Moves can fix that), but it is much more of a threat than the base form.

Haunky (Smoke form)
DNA Donors: Haunter & Kyurem-White

Ability: Floating Flame (Levitate & Turboblaze) - This Pokemon ignores the foe's ability and immunities. The ability is active all time, meaning even when taking hits the foe's ability has no effect
Stats: 85 HP (±0) / 85 Atk (±0) / 67 Def (±0) / 162 SpA (+20) / 77 SpD (±0) / 115 Spe (+20) - 591 BST

Notable Moves:

Special: Earth Power, Flash Cannon, Focus Blast, Fusion Flare, Ice Beam, Psychic, Shadow Ball, Dark Pulse, Dazzling Gleam, Energy Ball, Sludge Wave, Thunderbolt

Status: Confuse Ray, Destiny Bond, Taunt

Role Identification: Haunky-Smoke is able to punish many mons in the tier due to it's ability. With Floating Flame, it punishes Ghost / Normal, the most common Type Combo (Currently), and simply ignores the amazing abilities created in the mod. Ghost / Ice hits 6 types supper-effectively (Dragon, Flying, Ghost, Grass, Ground, Psychic), and it has tons of coverage for the rest, such as Fusion Flare, Sludge Wave, Thunderbolt and Focus Blast. BoltBeam is here too if you want that. Being able to safely spam Shadow Ball without having to worry about Normal-Types, and with a 115 Base Speed, Scarf is a rather appreciated option to run

Phat Bowser
DNA Donors: Pheromosa & tSwoobat

Ability: Simple Beast (Beast Boost & Simple) - This Pokemon's Stat Raises are doubled. Upon knocking a foe out, boosts the two highest non-HP stats by one stage
Stats: 69 HP (±0) / 97 Atk (±0) / 46 Def (±0) / 127 SpA (+20) / 46 SpD (±0) / 152 Spe (+20) - 537 BST

Notable Moves:

Physical: U-Turn

Special: Charge Beam, Energy Ball, Heat Wave, Psychic, Psyshock, Shadow Ball, Signal Beam, Stored Power, Bug Buzz, Ice Beam

Status: Quiver Dance

Role Identification: Sash Quiver Dance sweeper. With Simple Beast, Quiver Dance is essentially Geomancy that doesn't need to charge. Unlike regular Beast Boost, Phat Bowser doesn't need to pick a stat to raise - It will raise both Speed and offense of choice (Most likely Special) by two stages (Desc says it raises by one, and that's because it does raise by just one, then the other part of the ability kicks in and makes the boost doubled). Needless to say, Stored Power is marvelous.

Lunadew
DNA Donors: Lunala & Dewott

Ability: Shadow Current (Shadow Shield & Torrent) - At 100% HP or less, this Pokémon takes halved damage from attacks, and has it's own Water-Type moves boosted by 1.5x
Stats: 106 HP (±0) / 94 Atk (±0) / 94 Def (+20) / 120 SpA (+10) / 93 SpD (+10) / 78 Spe (±0) - 585 BST

Notable Moves: Scald, Roost, Taunt, Calm Mind, Magic Coat, Night Shade, Thunder Wave, WoW, Cosmic Power, Confuse Ray, Moongeist Beam
Role Identification: Yain't taking this down. Your only hope to defeat it is passive damage, because damn is it bulky. And if you think you can just be there wearing it down until it dies with no worries, it shoots a really powerful Water move at you (Which may very well be Scald and burn you). Not only as it can also set up freely, it can use things like Roost and Night Shade.

Underused Mons

(Totem)
Gumsby (Totem form)
Parents: Diggersby & Gumshoos-Totem

Ability: Adaptable Power (Huge Power & Adaptability) - This Pokemon's STAB is 2.5x instead of 1.5x and it's Attack is multiplied by 2.5x
Stats: 96 HP (±0) / 93 Atk (±0) / 78 Def (±0) / 62 SpA (±0) / 78 SpD (±0) / 71 Spe (±0) - 478 BST

Notable Moves:

Physical: Quick Attack, Earthquake, Fire Punch, Gunk Shot, Hammer Arm, Ice Punch, Knock Off, PuP, Stone Edge, U-Turn, Crunch, Last Resort, Pursuit, Thunder Punch

Status: Swords Dance

Role Identification: This thing is kinda like Diggersby, but on heavy drugs. It hits 712 Attack without a beneficial nature and has a stronger version of Adaptability to boot, making it's Quick Attack have 100 Base Power (After STAB). It is also a Trick Room beast, as that's probably the only canche it will ever have to use it's other devastating moves, but you can also give it a sash, or some team support, to make it work.

DNA Donors: One & two
