Parents: Slaking / Smeargle
Shared Egg Group: Field
Offspring Name: Smearking
New Type: Normal
New Base Stats: 112 / 100 / 77 / 67 / 65 / 97 (518 BST)
New Ability and Desc: Temperamental Artist. 50% chance of moving each turn. [Truant + Moody]
Notable Moves: All of them!
Role Identification: The most unreliable pokemon ever, maybe it'll do it's job or maybe it won't! You never know. Will Belly Drum + Bottom Pass work? What about Shell Smash & Extreme Speed? Any set that you can think of Smearking can sketch it! However it's a coin toss every turn. Probably not competitive enough for this meta, but If anyone actually manages to make it work it would be just hilarious.
I could be wrong here, but I'm pretty sure there was some agreement that Smeargle fusions could only inherit Sketch once, and therefore could only Sketch one move. Perhaps SpartanMalice or Eevee General could clarify if that is a rule or if I'm just remembering incorrectly?

EDIT: Also, Moody is also a Hidden Ability that can't be used

Yeah it can only inherit Sketch once. This was decided early on in the thread, no one paid attention to it much as people rarely ever used Smeargle in this.

All of my fusions:

DNA Donors: Charizard + Magnezone
Shared Egg Group: [DNA FUSION]
Offspring Name: Magnezard
New Typing: Steel / Fire
New Base Stats: 74 / 87 / 96 / 129 / 87 / 100 (+10 Atk, +10 SpA, +20 Spe)
New Ability: Magnet Pull + Blaze = Magnetic Flames (10/10 needs better name, open to suggestions) : Traps steel type pokemon and boosts steel type attacks by 1.33x in a pinch.
Notable Moves: Dragon Dance, Dragon Claw, Dragon Tail, Earthquake, Fire Blast, Flare Blitz, Focus Blast, Outrage, Overheat, Rock Slide, Swords Dance, Will-O-Wisp, Toxic, Thunder, Thunderbolt, Thunder Wave, Volt Switch, Wild Charge, Charge Beam, Roost, Belly Drum
Role Description: Magnezard is a very interesting pokemon with a seemingly average statline. But then you realize it nearly has the same SpA as Volcarona, and it has hands down the best typing a steel trapper could ask for, plus ok-ish bulk. That's not all though. It can use the trap to steal a turn of set up, gain momentum with Volt Switch, maybe even try a risky Belly Drum strategy if it completely walls the opposing pokemon in question, but what it mainly does is pave the way for its two deadly megas...

DNA Donors: Charizard + Magnezone
Shared Egg Group: [DNA FUSION]
Offspring Name: Magnezard
New Typing: Steel / Fire
New Base Stats: 74/107/96/179/117/100 (+10 Atk, +10 SpA, +20 Spe)
New Ability: Drought
Notable Moves: Dragon Dance, Dragon Claw, Dragon Tail, Earthquake, Fire Blast, Flare Blitz, Focus Blast, Outrage, Overheat, Rock Slide, Swords Dance, Will-O-Wisp, Toxic, Thunder, Thunderbolt, Thunder Wave, Iron Head, Flash Cannon, Volt Switch, Wild Charge, Charge Beam, Roost, Belly Drum
Role Description: This is where it gets fun. this is basically a superior version of Zard-Y, with so many more resistances and an SR neutrality it may not even need to run Roost. It can however punish steel types that unfortunately managed to get in its way. Charge Beam is an average move but its Magnezard's best chance of boosting SpA, and it provides coverage at any rate. It can also run Thunder-Wave for speed control, Will-O-Wisp to tighten its defenses, etc, but mostly it's a wrecking ball.

DNA Donors: Charizard + Magnezone
Shared Egg Group: [DNA FUSION]
Offspring Name: Magnezard
New Typing: Steel / Dragon
New Base Stats: 74/133/129/150/87/100 (+10 Atk, +10 SpA, +20 Spe)
New Ability: Tough Claws
Notable Moves: Dragon Dance, Dragon Claw, Dragon Tail, Earthquake, Fire Blast, Flare Blitz, Focus Blast, Outrage, Overheat, Rock Slide, Swords Dance, Will-O-Wisp, Toxic, Thunder, Thunderbolt, Thunder Wave, Volt Switch, Wild Charge, Charge Beam, Roost, Belly Drum
Role Description: I'm kind of on the fence about this. I gave it Steel / Dragon because Fire / Dragon is getting increasingly common with or without the zard fusions running around, and there are two ways to go about this: Steel / Dragon still resists mosts Steel types but risks getting trapped itself by an oncoming steel type a'la Magnezone, and it doesn't get stab on Flare Blitz, but can still nab super effective hits vs steels. It can set up on some of them though. Fire / Dragon on the other hand... well, take a look at that statline and with the exception of defense and SpA its just a slightly improved Zard X. Adding to this I submitted Aggrizard very early on in Fusion Evolution and many people thought it was horrendously powerful. This seems like a balanced Steel type that can bridge the gap between Mega Metagross and Mega Charizard X, while having the niche of trapping opposing steels pre mega. It just loses Zard-X's niche of not being able to get burned.

And now, reposting Mampharos and Camerupterior:

[Mampharos]

Parents: Manectric + Ampharos
Shared egg group: Field
Offspring Name: Mampharos
New type: Electric
New base stats: 95/90/87/125/90/95 (BST 552)
New ability and desc: Static
Notable Moves: Thunderbolt, Volt Switch, Flamethrower, Overheat, Hidden Power, Signal Beam, Power Gem, Focus Blast, Heal Bell, Discharge, Agility, Light Screen, Reflect, Toxic
Role identification: As it turns out, Mampharos has odd niches over its original parents. It's slightly bulkier than Ampharos in retaliation to being 10 points slower than Manectric. That being said, it's quite bulkier than Manectric and Mega Manectric's main role was pivoting using Intimidate. So while this is mainly a stepping stone to its Mega Evolution it's quite a solid stepping stone, even though it lacks Lightningrod (static has good uses - the slightly slower speed helps with the possible paralysis chance).

Mega Manpharos (Manectite)
Offspring Name:
Mega Manpharos M
New type: Electric
New base stats: 95/90/107/155/110/125 (BST 652)
New ability and desc: Intimidate
Notable Moves: Thunderbolt, Volt Switch, Flamethrower, Overheat, Hidden Power, Signal Beam, Power Gem, Focus Blast, Heal Bell, Discharge, Agility, Light Screen, Reflect, Toxic
Role identification: The surprising part is that Manectite Mampharos gains the same defensive boosts as Ampharosite Mampharos, with a few tradeoffs. This one hits less harder, but has usable speed - slower than Mega Manectric and Lopunny, but with that bulk - well, 125 is still a great speed tier. The loss of Lightningrod pre mega is significant but it can still do a pivoting role - now with odd moves such has Heal Bell (think of it as similar to Choice Scarf Aromatherapy Xern in Ubers - a last call). It has way more bulk for pivoting though, so that will come in handy. Interesting coverage helps.

Mega Manpharos (Ampharosite)
Offspring Name:
Mega Manpharos A
New type: Electric/Dragon
New base stats: 95/110/107/175/110/85 (BST 652)
New ability and desc: Mold Breaker
Notable Moves: Thunderbolt, Volt Switch, Flamethrower, Overheat, Hidden Power, Signal Beam, Power Gem, Focus Blast, Rest, Sleep Talk, Dragon Pulse, Agility, Light Screen, Reflect, Toxic, Outrage
Role identification: Offensively, this is slower than its base form but not that slow. 85 is a decent speed tier for breaking walls - which is exactly what this 80s bad boy does. Fueled by the totally rad haircuts of Manectric and Ampharos, Ampharosite Mampharos has all the stats it needs to break down walls - Mold Breaker for abilities like Unaware and Magic Bounce, and 110 attack is not bad at all to abuse some of its physical moves - but 175 special attack is just so good with that bulk. That being said, Manectite's access to Intimidate should make it better suited for speedy support/pivot/speedy attacker while Ampharosite can go the mixed attacker/tank/wallbreaker role.

[Camerupterior]

Parents: Camerupt / Rhyperior
Shared Egg Group: Field
Offspring Name: Camerupterior
New Typing: Ground
New Base Stats: 107 / 135 / 115 / 95 / 80 / 55 (BST: 587)
New Ability: Solid Rock
Notable Moves: AncientPower, Blizzard, Crunch, Earth Power, Earthquake, Fire Blast, Fire Punch, Flamethrower, Flash Cannon, Focus Blast, Hammer Arm, Ice Beam, Ice Punch, Iron Head, Poison Jab, Rock Slide, Stealth Rock, Superpower, Swords Dance, Thunder, Thunder Punch, Thunderbolt, Bulldoze (only for more PP), Eruption, Explosion, Lava Plume, Toxic, Will-O-Wisp
Role Description: BULK. Camerupterior is quite a versatile pokemon - backed by its ability, typing, access to Stealth Rock and status moves it is quite a tank. That's not all. Camerupterior inherits a lot of its moves from Rhyperior, whose pre-evolution was one of the Gen 1 kings. Meaning it gets a lot of random moves. How are they useful, you ask? Well, take a look at its mega...

[MEGA CAMERUPTERIOR]

Parents: Camerupt / Rhyperior
Shared Egg Group: [MEGA]
Offspring Name: Mega Camerupterior
New Typing: Ground
New Base Stats: 107 / 155 / 145 / 135 / 110 / 35 (BST: 687)
New Ability: Sheer Force
Notable Moves: AncientPower, Blizzard, Crunch, Earth Power, Earthquake, Fire Blast, Fire Punch, Flamethrower, Flash Cannon, Focus Blast, Hammer Arm, Ice Beam, Ice Punch, Iron Head, Poison Jab, Rock Slide, Stealth Rock, Superpower, Swords Dance, Thunder, Thunder Punch, Thunderbolt, Bulldoze (only for more PP), Eruption, Explosion, Lava Plume, Toxic, Will-O-Wisp
Role Description: EVEN MOREBULK. Mega Camerupterior is truly terrifying - while it would have been even more powerful if it was backed by a Fire or Rock subtyping as it would have had a proper physical STAB Sheer Force abusable move, I feel that two things cut Mega Camerupt's viability in OU: It's typing - due to the plethora of water types in the tier. But here in Fusion Evolution? There are even more. The other thing was its low speed, and since it's still slow I felt that the only way to fix it is the solo ground typing. It can still abuse Special STAB with Earth Power (although actually weaker than Mega Camerupt specially). That being said, it has access to Swords Dance (even Rock Polish but ehh), several Sheer Force boosted coverage moves, on both ends (physical and special). It hits like a wrecking ball and it has insane bulk to boot. This will definitely be an option to consider. The best part is, it can still run a tank set like its Pre-Evolution - sacrificing Solid Rock for better bulk and the ability to hit hard.

Reserving Gyarados + Altaria and Swampert + Feraligator.

Parents : Feraligatr and Swampert
Shared Egg Group : Water 1
Offspring : Swampegator
New Typing : Water / Ground
Stats : 107/ 122 / 110 / 97 / 101 / 84
New Ability and Desc : Torrent
Notable Moves : Ancient Power, Aqua Tail, Earth Power, Earthquake, Facade, Focus Blast, Hammer Arm, Hydro Pump, Ice Beam, Ice Punch, Icy Wind, Iron Tail, Low Kick, Power-Up Punch, Protect, Rain Dance, Refresh, Roar, Rock Slide, Scald, Sludge Wave, Stealth Rock, Stone Edge, Superpower, Surf, Toxic, Waterfall, Wide Guard, Yawn, Aerial Ace, Agility, Aqua Jet, Crunch, Dragon Dance, Swords Dance
Role Description : A complement of sorts of Manatar. With access to a typing that's offensively and defensively neutral, this pokemon is only seemingly average compared to Sheer Force Feraligator. Its main gimmick lies in its mega...

Parents : Feraligatr and Swampert
Shared Egg Group : Water 1
Offspring : Swampegator
New Typing : Water / Ground
Stats : 107 / 162 / 130 / 107 / 121 / 94
New Ability and Desc : Swift Swim
Notable Moves : Ancient Power, Aqua Tail, Earth Power, Earthquake, Facade, Focus Blast, Hammer Arm, Hydro Pump, Ice Beam, Ice Punch, Icy Wind, Iron Tail, Low Kick, Power-Up Punch, Protect, Rain Dance, Refresh, Roar, Rock Slide, Scald, Sludge Wave, Stealth Rock, Stone Edge, Superpower, Surf, Toxic, Waterfall, Wide Guard, Yawn, Aerial Ace, Agility, Aqua Jet, Crunch, Dragon Dance, Swords Dance
Role Description : So here's the lowdown. 162 base Attack. 107/130/121 bulk - at first glance it appears to be a superior Mega Swampert statistically - then you notice it access to: Dragon Dance, Swords Dance, and Aqua Jet. Couple that with its firepower and speed in Rain - 94 base speed is high for a speed doubler, more so than Excadrill. This is an offensive Juggernaut - however while it does need rain support (as it either needs Manatar or needs to set up Rain Dance for a turn) to abuse Swift Swim, Dragon Dance for a Water / Ground type with 94 speed is still impressive and can run Sub DD sets akin to Gyarados but with a different typing. Enough to give it a different niche over Gyarados / Swampert / Feraligator.

Parents : Gyarados and Altaria
Shared Egg Group : Dragon
Offspring : Gyaraltar
New Typing : Water / Flying
Stats : 95 / 107 / 94 / 75 / 112 / 90
New Ability and Desc : Natural Cure + Intimidate = On switch in, it afflicts the opponent with any status that was previously inflicted on it, lowers opponent's attack switching out.
Notable Moves : Dragon Dance, Double Edge, Earthquake, Fire Blast, Facade, Heal Bell, Hyper Voice, Ice Beam, Moonblast, Perish Song, Pursuit, Protect, Return, Roost, Roar, Tailwind, Toxic, Waterfall, Avalanche, Crunch, Dark Pulse, Dragon Tail, Flamethrower, Hydro Pump, Ice Beam, Ice Fang, Iron Head, Scald, Stone Edge, Surf, Taunt, Thunderbolt, Thunder, Thunder-Wave, Waterfall
Role Description : Mostly average alternative to Gyarados - I wanted to make the ability a little creative - adjust if necessary during discussion phase. I submitted this due to the Altarianite version.

Parents : Gyarados and Altaria
Shared Egg Group : Dragon
Offspring : Gyaraltar
New Typing : Water / Fairy
Stats : 95/147/114/115/112/90
New Ability and Desc : Pixilate
Notable Moves : Dragon Dance, Double Edge, Earthquake, Fire Blast, Facade, Heal Bell, Hyper Voice, Ice Beam, Moonblast, Perish Song, Pursuit, Protect, Return, Roost, Roar, Tailwind, Toxic, Waterfall, Avalanche, Crunch, Dark Pulse, Dragon Tail, Flamethrower, Hydro Pump, Ice Beam, Ice Fang, Iron Head, Scald, Stone Edge, Surf, Taunt, Thunderbolt, Thunder, Thunder-Wave, Waterfall
Role Description : A bulky Pixilate abuser. Water / Fairy is a coveted typing and every submission phase I see someone submit one of those. I thought I'd give it a shot. What makes this interesting is that it can run both tank, bulky and speedy offense sets, and support sets effectively due to the useful typing and bulk. Dragon Dance / Waterfall / Double Edge / Roost seems to be the way to go, though. It does have options such as Taunt, phazing, T-Wave, Heal Bell etc.

Parents : Gyarados and Altaria
Shared Egg Group : Dragon
Offspring : Gyaraltar
New Typing : Water / Dark
Stats : 95 / 137 / 124 / 85 / 142 / 90
New Ability and Desc : Mold Breaker
Notable Moves : Dragon Dance, Double Edge, Earthquake, Fire Blast, Facade, Heal Bell, Hyper Voice, Ice Beam, Moonblast, Perish Song, Pursuit, Protect, Return, Roost, Roar, Tailwind, Toxic, Waterfall, Avalanche, Crunch, Dark Pulse, Dragon Tail, Flamethrower, Hydro Pump, Ice Beam, Ice Fang, Iron Head, Scald, Stone Edge, Surf, Taunt, Thunderbolt, Thunder, Thunder-Wave, Waterfall
Role Description : Just a slightly better version of Mega Gyarados statistically. Makes up for the loss of Intimidate pre mega with access to Roost. Pursuit is an interesting additional though.

Offspring name: Shot
New Type: Grass / Flying
Base Stats: 103 / 100 / 75 / 105 / 75 / 120 (+ 9 HP, +9 Atk, +5 SpA, +3 SpD, +6 Speed)
New ability and desc: Serene Eyes - Moves with secondary effect chances have their accuracy doubled.
Notable Moves: Seed Flare, Hurricane, Heat Wave, Roost, Swords Dance, Aromatherapy, Giga Drain, Seed Bomb, Leech Seed, Toxic, Brave Bird, U-turn
Role Identification: Shot appears to be an average pokemon with a great ability, at first. Its mega is where it really shines. However it does have a nifty typing and ability, and a great speed tier of 120 to start with in its base form. Choice Specs 100 SpA hits a little harder than 165 SpA, and its attacking moves all have one-sided No Guard. So it doesn't have to eat up your mega slot. It can also justify having to run a physical set with Swords Dance, and has nifty utility with U-turn. The mega does have its benefits though.

Offspring name: Shot
New Type: Grass / Flying
Base Stats: 103 / 100 / 80 / 170 / 85 / 140 (+ 12 HP, +9 Atk, +10 SpA, +3 SpD, +6 Speed)
New ability and desc: No Guard
Notable Moves: Seed Flare, Hurricane, Heat Wave, Roost, Swords Dance, Aromatherapy, Giga Drain, Leech Seed, Toxic, Brave Bird, U-turn, Grasswhistle
Role Identification:
Remember how annoying Whimsicott was in No Guard Galaxy? This doesn't have Prankster, but it has 140 speed (fast but not fast enough to beat Magmozam, Archedactyl and the like who can easily dispatch it) - in addition to that it has a whopping 165 SpA, which is impressive in its own right (Gorecanion without a mega stone has 140 SpA, Porylure has 148, Shaymizard Mega Y has 164 with Drought, and most of all Magmozam has 180 SpA and 141 Spe and is not 4x weak to priority - so this fits right in with all the powerful things in the meta) - when you combine that with the fact that it can abuse Seed Flare and Hurricane, it is amazing. This works quite similarly to Darkrai - frail (for a mega) but not too frail, speed, has a sleep move lacking in immunities (apart from Soundproof - and yes Insomnia/Vital Spirit block it too, but they also block Dark Void), and has two powerful attacks. So what does it lack that Darkrai had? Nasty Plot. Shot's only boosting moves are Swords Dance and Work Up, one of which boost its weaker stat - something maybe its base form could appreciate more and Work Up is... well, would you use Work Up? Apart from this Shot also has a 4x weaknesses to Ice Shard and is vulnerable to stealth rock. I believe all these along with the fact that there are several powerful pokemon in this meta (listed above in brackets) should balance it out.

Parents : Zoroak and Jolteon Shared Egg Group : Field Offspring : Zorojolt New Typing : Electric/Dark Stats : 72/95/70/125/87/127 New Ability and Desc : (Illusion + Volt Absorb)= Masquarade: This Pokemon castsan Illusion upon switch in. This Illusion can't be broken, however, unless it gets hit by an electric type move. Notable Moves : Taunt, Nasty Plot, Sucker Punch, Focus Blast, Thunder, Thunderbolt, Low Kick, Dark Pulse, Memento, Grass Knot, Volt Switch, Extrasensory, Shadow Ball, Discharge, Night Daze, Flamethrower Role Identification : Zorojolt has an interesting ability, giving it an unbreakable Illusion if it doesn't get hit by an electric move. This creates SERIOUS mindgames with the opponents, like giving the illusion of a ground type to prevent electric attacks + luring out water ànd flying types. Its versatility cannot be ignored. 127 Speed is nothing to scoff at, allowing it to outpace an substancial amount of the meta. 125 SpA might sound weak, but pair it up with Specs and watch it fly! It also has a usuable 95 Atk stats, allowing it to fire off STAB Sucker Punches and Knock Offs. Its most viable sets range from Stallbreaking, being a blàzing fast pivot ( it gets U-Turn AND Volt Switch) Choice Sets and a Powerful Nasty Plot set. While it might not seem immediately powerful, Zorojolt isn't anything to scoff at.

I will edit them 1 by 1.

Voting is open!

As usual, choose 10 of the submissions listed below. When choosing your 10, just copy+paste as I have them in the hide tags below. No need to give the name of the fusion nor list stats or anything like that. You may choose your own submissions.

Due to a few concerns, please try to focus on the competitive merits before any "wish fulfillment" and silly fusion submissions. Pretend you have to draw from these Pokemon to battle on the simulator. Do you want a fusion because it's funny or because it will help you win?

Now, I had some extra time to kill so I included a link to each of the fusions posted in the thread. Took quite a well and some links aren't optimal, but hey, it will hopefully have better influence during voting.

Editing shouldn't be a problem but at this point I would keep it down since it's easier to tally the votes then.

So this has been open since Friday my time. I'll probably close by Wednesday or Thursday, depending on the number of posts.

I might as well contribute.

Emboar/Rhyperior (One of my own 'mons)
Gliscor/Golurk (I like this one, a lot)
Toxicroak/Cacturne (This one seems very fun, Cacturne being one of my favorite 'mons)
Entei/Altaria (Anybody who's ever played Mix-and-Mega knows how dangerous this is)
Electivire/Machamp (Much like Toxicroak/Cacturne, this seems very fun)
Seismitoad/Omastar (This seems VERY strong, especially after a Shell Smash boost)
Bisharp/Hitmontop (Its Ability seems very useful, as does 120 base Attack and dual STAB priority)
Zapdos/Exeggutor (Nice and offensive)
Blastoise/Masquerain (Seems like a very cool 'mon)
Tyranitar/Torterra (Welcome to Weather Wars: The Metagame)

Winners will be posted shortly by Blumenwitz. Everyone else, don't post till then. I'm not locking the thread because otherwise he won't be able to post.
