I voted for Sub + SD Chomp because it's so dam awesome. No one really expects it coming, they usually assume you have a scarfchomp.
Just switch Garchomp into a poke it can counter, sub up on the switch and SD. If they send out a faster poke like weavile you can just go ahead and attack, the sub will take your damage and you get to live another turn. I've had a lot of fun with this thing and I've found it very effective. It can sweep decently and is easy to set up against a wall.
