I guess I can't vote :( I had appointments all over up state NJ for the last 2 weeks (physical therapies, going to the chiropractor, neurologist, all for my damn nerve injured left hand :( ). I had it almost up to the point where I could reach then my internet went down, and the hand stuff came up so yeah :/ You guys better do the right thing.
The list of players that met the requirements at the time data was gathered is as follows:

I really don't know were my vote is going.... I like both metagames, for different reasons.
Depends on when it starts. Monday is the earliest possible time for that (we have to wait for any people that need applications to get their PMs in), so probably 2 or 3 days after voting begins.
And there will probably be more than 50 eligible voters once all the applications have been processed.

IMO, we've had way too many "Garchomp Discussion Threads". I really don't think there's any need for another one, since it's just going to keep going around in circles just like the other Garchomp Discussion threads we've had.

Well. Because we are only Smogon, not the Pokemon Police, we can only apply the rules to our own server. If others want to follow, fine.
