Pokémon: Creation
Franchise/Origin: The Joy of Creation
Type
: Dark/Ghost
Ability: Sheer Force HA: C.R.E.A.T.I.O.N: This Pokémon has the abilities Strong Jaw, Infiltrator, Iron Fist, and Static
Notable moves: Roar, Howl, Strength, Crunch, Bulldoze, Earthquake, Flare Blitz, Signature Moves and the Move sets of Ignited Freddy, Bonnie, Chica, and Foxy
Signature Z-move:
Obstacle Smash: This Pokémon charges full force at the opponent. removing all stat boost, Status Conditions, and Items off the opponent. it removes hazards on this Pokémon's side and removes field effects all together (except weather). | Type: Steel, Damage: 150, Accuracy: -, Attack Type: Physical, Uses Hook Slash or Steel Fist for this move and needs Creatium-Z
Stats: 100/160/70/40/120/60 BST: 550
Reasoning: So, this thing is an amalgamation of the 4 Ignited Animatronics. so it makes sense that it would have their move sets and its Signature ability, which combines all of their abilities
Creatium-Z: used for Creation’s Z-Move

"You've been a great help. FOOLS!!"
Pokémon: Dark Lord
Franchise/Origin: Miitopia
Type:

Ability: Bad Dreams
Notable moves: Hypnosis, Body Slam, Rock Slide, Force Palm, Instruct, Shadow Sneak, Teleport, Sucker Punch, Shadow Ball
Signature move: Steal Faces (
| Status | 100% Accuracy | Lowers attack or special attack depending on their greater stat and gives a boost to the user depending on what happens)
Stats: 100/125/75/85/100/115 (BST: 600)

Reasoning: The Dark Lord is a major antagonist that appears in Miitopia. As a custom character, the Dark Lord does not have a predetermined facial appearance. Like other pre-established characters, however, he has his own appearance and personality. He has a lot of attacks that point to Pokemon moves, so why not submit this.

List of moves (and the ability) to point to Dark Lord's animations:
Bad Dreams, Hypnosis: Miitopia heroes can get hurt when they are affected by the Nightmare attack. I thought this was suitable for him.
Body Slam: This points to the death animation.
Rock Slide: The Dark Lord has a Rockslide attack in his actions list.
Force Palm: Points to the regular attack of the Dark Lord.
Instruct: This attack is supposed to be "One More Time!"
Teleport: We see the Dark Lord teleporting a few times during the plot of Miitopia.
Shadow Sneak, Sucker Punch: These were added because I though that the Dark Lord needed at least some STAB.
Shadow Ball: If you look on the Miitopia wiki, you can see an image about the Dark Lord attacking the protagonist with a orb of dark magic.

"I'd say break a leg but I might end up breaking yours literally and I'm gonna make this as painful as possible for you...And your little girlfriend."
Pokémon: Ruv/Ruvyzvat
Franchise/Origin: Friday Night Funkin (mod)
Type:

Ability: Mold Breaker / Punk Rock / Wonder Guard
Notable moves: Earthquake, Toxic, Boomburst, High Horsepower, Close Combat, Slack Off, Agility, Stomping Tantrum, Protect, Flame Charge
G-Max Move, Z-Move, Mega Evolution, etc.: G-Max Bone Breaker (
| Physical | 10 BP | Power is equal to the base move's Max Move power. If this move is successful the Defense and Special Attack of all Pokemon on the field are lowered by 1 stage.)
Stats: 75/105/70/60/120/130 (BST: 560)

Reasoning: Ruvyzvat, Ruv for short, is a runaway criminal and trusted friend of Sarvente's in Mid-Fight Masses. He steps in when things get hairy in the 3rd song, Zavodila. A lot about him is shrouded in mystery, other than that, his singing is so powerful that it makes the church shake. Most of these moves and the abilities were inspired by the abilities of Ruv and Slack Off and Toxic were inspired by the dialogue. Protect and Wonder Guard due to Ruv's Immortality (he cannot age lol,) Earthquake, Boomburst, High Horsepower, and Stomping Tantrum are because of the fact that Ruv has a voice that can shake the church, Flame Charge and Agility because Ruv is confirmed to have high-speed reflexes, and Close Combat was also inspired by dialogue saying that Ruv will break Boyfriend's bones. The G-Max move also references this.

For the typing, Ground because of what was said earlier (ruv can shake crap,) and Fighting type because of the dialogue. For the ability Mold Breaker, refer to the first paragraph. For additional info go read the wiki page for Ruv by clicking here (not my fault if you see disturbing language.)

Fun Fact: I was originally going to do a Selever sub, but that would have gotten too chaotic lol, and I replaced it with Ruv.

"You remember fighting by my side before? I don't remember... fighting for justice is my job, after all."
Pokémon: FEater
Franchise/Origin: Arknights
Type:

Abilities: Iron Fist (HA: Chi Cloak)
Signature ability - Chi Cloak – The accuracy of any physical move used against the user with the ability is modified by a factor of 4/5.
Other Moves:
: Counter, Low Kick, Karate Chop, Jump Kick, High Jump Kick, Dynamic Punch, Mach Punch, Rock Smash, Arm Thrust, Brick Break, Focus Punch, Superpower, Close Combat, Drain Punch, Force Palm, Hammer Arm, Low Sweep, Power-Up Punch, Pursuit, Knock Off, Assurance, Payback, Sucker Punch, Power Trip, Darkest Lariat, Dual Chop, Thunder Punch, Acrobatics, Bulldoze, Ice Punch, Comet Punch, Dizzy Punch, Mega Punch, Mega Kick, Strength, Fake Out, Rock Slide, Rock Tomb, Stone Edge, Smack Down, Meteor Mash
: Focus Blast, Vacuum Wave, Final Gambit, Shadow Ball, Earth Power, Swift, Terrain Pulse, Surf
: Detect, Bulk Up, Quick Guard, Flatter, Taunt, Embargo, Sweet Kiss, Sunny Day, Sand Attack, Double Team, Focus Energy, Metronome, Swords Dance, Foresight, Psych Up, Swagger, Follow Me, Helping Hand, Me First, Work Up, Confide, Meditate, Calm Mind, Role Play, Sandstorm, Metal Sound, Rain Dance
Signature move:
Raging Knuckle –
– 90 BP – 10 PP – 90% – Forces target to switch out. -6 priority. Punching move.
Stats: 86/114/88/80/40/92 (BST: 500)

Reasoning: Pure-Fighting type due to the type being shared with panda realmons, Pancham and Pangoro. Iron Fist as primary ability due to being the phrase seen in both of her skills as seen in Arknights and providing various reasons to use her gauntlet’s power. Chi Cloak became her signature Hidden Ability to reference both her Kung Fu talent in Arknights avoiding various physical attacks and her homage to Kung Fu Panda, where Po is known for his use of chi to power his martial arts. Raging Knuckle, a signature move, was created as a phazing move that forces the target out of battle like Circle Throw, this references FEater’s behavior as a Push Specialist Operator with her Skills that knock backs her targets like how phasing moves knocks away targets from the battlefield. Her stats are likewise calculated from fellow Operators in their Elite 2 promotion stats minus trust bonuses. There are select choices in her massive movepool that require extra reasoning: Dynamic Punch and Meteor Mash due to her gauntlet being oversized and made of some sort of lithe metal; support moves like Helping Hand and Quick Guard to make sure her ties to her tower defense gacha game are still present in such a unique unit like her.

Smooth as Honey
Pokémon: Hornet Man
Franchise/Origin: Mega Man (Classic)
Type:
/

Abilities: Honey Gather (HA: Swarm)
Other Moves:
: Megahorn, Attack Order, U-Turn, Lunge, Skitter Smack, Iron Head, Magnet Bomb, Smart Strike, Reversal, Superpower, Fly, Grassy Glide, Horn Attack, Endeavor, Natural Gift, Rock Slide, Smack Down
: Silver Wind, Bug Buzz, Struggle Bug, Infestation, Pollen Puff, Flash Cannon, Steel Beam, Gust, Hurricane, Energy Ball, Grass Knot, Tri Attack, Weather Ball, Terrain Pulse, Water Pulse
: Defend Order, Heal Order, Iron Defense, Shift Gear, Flatter, Sunny Day, Defog, Tailwind, Stun Spore, Sleep Powder, Aromatherapy, Grassy Terrain, Encore, Morning Sun, Sweet Scent, Nature Power, Bestow, Teleport, Calm Mind, Rain Dance, Life Dew
Signature move:
Hornet Chaser –
– 80 BP – 20 PP – —% – Perfect accuracy. Will steal the target’s held item if the target has one and the user does not.
Stats: 90/122/97/91/60/75 (BST: 535)

Reasoning: Bug-type due to being the only Robot Master to be based on an insect. Steel-type as secondary-type as an android/robot. Honey Gather as primary ability due to being partially being based on bees because of his job of pollination which results in him learning Pollen Puff. His love of gardening and his pollination work results in him learning Grass moves, mainly support ones including Sleep Powder and Stun Spore, which are learned by Butterfree due to being known to collect pollen more than Beedrill and Vespiquen (Combee slightly), which is an outlier for Hornet Man compared to wasp/hornet/bee realmons. Swarm as his Hidden Ability was chosen to allude to his use of hornets as his minions during battle (to swarm his foes). Along with Hornet Chaser being his own signature move based on his hornets, he gets Attack Order, Defend Order, and Heal Order to justify more use of his hornet henchmen to help him in battle. Shift Gear’s effect works as a substitute to the Double Gear system introduced into Classic Mega Man with Mega Man 11. His base stats are unique and contain bee/wasp/hornet-related shoutouts: his HP stat and BST are shared with Galaxy Man, another fellow Light Number; his Attack stat is 122, the numeric ID of the Bee in Minecraft (Bedrock Edition); his Defense stat is 97, the number of employees (as of 2020) of Cave, the video game company behind the DonPachi series, centered around a bee-themed entity known as Hibachi/Inbachi/Hina; his Sp. Atk stat is 91, the runtime of the Bee Movie, where the protagonist is a bee named Barry; his Sp. Def stat is 60, the amount of damage Terraria’s Moss Hornets do with their stingers (on Normal difficulty); and his Speed stat is 75, the same Speed base stat as Beedrill, also serving as a reference to the Asian giant hornet’s wingspan of 75mm.

Code:
Hornet Man (M) @ Occa Berry

Code:

I know you have bugs...

Pokemon: Agitha
Franchise:
Legend of Zelda
Type:

Ability: Swarm, Queenly Majesty, Insect Invite
Insect Invite: Opponent must switch in Bug-type Pokemon when switching Pokemon if available.

Notable Moves: All Bug-type moves, most notably Bug Buzz, Quiver Dance, Tail Glow, U-Turn, Heal Order and Sticky Web, Moonblast, Dazzling Gleam, Hurricane, Covet, Pay Day, Diamond Storm, Power Gem and universal moves such as Substitute.

Stats: 73/ 54 / 51 / 111 / 139 / 67 (495 BST)

Reasoning: The dainty and almost disturbing Princess Agitha is one of the many enigmatic characters from Twilight Princess. The self-proclaimed Princess of the Bug Kingdom is in fact the titular princess of Twilight Princess since she is a princess and catches bugs in the twilight... it's been a while since I played TP.

Her fairytale-esque home is always swarmed with bugs and she has a dream of inviting couples of golden bugs into her home so she can host a grand ball for all of her bugs. Because of this she is of course Bug-type and can learn all Bug-type moves. If she herself cannot perform a particular move, one of her bug friends will gladly perform it for her. Her signature ability, Insect Invite, pays homage to her role in TP where she invites bugs to her home (via Link) and will creepily stalk Link until he relinquishes every bug that is in his inventory. Covet, Pay Day Switcheroo, Diamond Storm and Power Gem relate to how she gives plenty of rupees in exchange for bugs and can use rupees in her attacks in Hyrule Warriors. Hurricane is also a move from HW.

Dhalsim - Wikipedia

"I will meditate and then destroy you."
Pokémon: Dhalism
Franchise/Origin: Street Fighter 2
Type: Fighting/Fire
Abilities: Long Reach/Levitate (HA)
Notable moves: Flamethrower, Fire Blast, Fireball, Big Fireball, Bind, Drill Run, Teleport, Flame Burst, Inferno, Power Whip, Mach Punch, Superpower, Vital Throw, Zen Headbutt, Rolling Kick, Meditate, Detect, Calm Mind, Force Palm, High Jump Kick, Counter, Fake Out, Focus Blast, Fire Punch, Sky Uppercut, Taunt, Slap, Reversal
Stats: 90/100/70/115/70/105 (550)
Reasoning: Dhalism here is not a war guy, but instead the opposite: a pacifist. So, he technically gets an anti-slate bonus. Whatever, he's a Yoga Master from India who has the ability to belch fire and stretch his limbs. Fittingly, he's a Fighting/Fire type because of this. He has Long Reach mainly to describe his stretchy limbs, and also Levitate for his ability to float. His stats are sorted into a Special Attacking role because of this, but his Attack is still decent. Fire-type moves for all of his fire-elemental moves: Yoga Fire, Yoga Flame, Yoga Inferno, Yoga Stream, Yoga Gale, and all the others. Bind and Power Whip reference his ability to stretch his limbs as well, Drill Run for Yoga Spear (it had drill in the name), Teleport for the ability to warp. Meditate, Detect, and Calm Mind for the yoga doings, Vital Throw for his stretchy throw, and a bunch of other generic moves that are fitting for a Fighting-type character and also to flesh out the movepool a bit more, mainly from Medicham.

87 Asgore Dreemurr ideas | undertale, undertale art, asgore undertale
(This was the most decent image that wasn't from Fandom.)
Pokémon: Asgore
Franchise/Origin: Undertale
Type: Normal/Fire
Abilities: Flame Body/Rivalry/No Mercy (Permanent Taunt effect for both players) (HA)
Notable moves: Heartache (from Toriel), Flamethrower, Fire Blast, Flare Blitz, Flame Charge, Fire Lash, Sacred Fire, Sizzly Slide, Heat Crash, Will-O-Wisp, Fiery Dance, Eruption, Heat Wave, Earthquake, Earth Power, Play Rough, Hyper Beam, Giga Impact, Wish, Thunderbolt, Thunder, Calm Mind, Discharge, Rest, Slash, Night Slash, Sucker Punch, Speed Slice, Fury Attack, Superpower, Final Gambit, Tearful Look, Swords Dance, Hot Cup of Tea (from Iroh)
Stats: 120/115/100/115/100/80 (630)
Reasoning: The former husband of Toriel and king of the Underground. Fittingly, he has the same typing as her as well as her Heartache move because of his unwillingness to kill the protagonist, despite his dearest intentions. This also applies to his movepool, although it has a few things removed in favor for slicing and stabbing moves for his trident, as well as Hot Cup of Tea because he does like a bit of tea. Fittingly his stats are high for being an end boss of sorts, being mixed due to his spear arsenal. Sucker Punch can also reference his color-changing trident slash. Flame Body because he was the former husband of Toriel and thus can also be seen as a father figure, Rivalry to reference their divorce, and No Mercy disables all status moves (i.e. a Taunt effect on both sides) because his fight disables the Mercy command.

"Someday... when I'm bigger... I wanna fight that Mario again!"
Pokémon: Bowser Jr.
Franchise/Origin: Mario
Type: Steel / Dragon
Abilities: Prankster / Sheer Force / Technician
Notable moves: Body Slam, Body Press, Steel Beam, Flamethrower, Air Cutter, Iron Defense, Flash Cannon, Brick Break, Close Combat, Discharge, Draco Meteor, Dragon Dance, Dragon Pulse, Fire Blast, Hydro Pump
Stats: 76 / 71 / 105 / 117 / 105 / 87 = 561 BST

G-Max Bowser Jr.
1200px-MechaJr.png

G-Max Move: G-Max Mecha Hammer:
/ Burns opponents.

Reasoning: Bowser Jr., Bowser's similarly evil son. Who's his mama? ...Uh, we'll get back to you on that. Bowser Jr. is very clearly a reptilian creature, so Dragon-type. He can breathe fire, just like his dad, but he rarely uses it. Instead, Bowser Jr. has become more and more tied to his Koopa Clown Car. For this reason, Bowser Jr. makes sense as a Steel / Dragon-type. He has Prankster because of his childlike nature ( and because he is possibly the thief known as Nabbit), Sheer Force because of the power of his mechs and machines, and Technician because of his connection to and expertise on machines. Many of his moves can be explained as modifications that he has made to his Koopa Clown Car to allow him to shoot things like fire. G-Max Bowser Jr. is based on Mecha Jr. from Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle. In that game, Mecha Jr.'s hammer can burn players hit, so that's what it does here.

"Full Scream Ahead!"
Pokémon: Sonic Boom
Franchise/Origin: Skylanders
Type: Dark / Flying
Abilities: Loudmouth (Punk Rock clone) / Aerilate
Notable moves: Boomburst, Egg Bomb, Acrobatics, Air Slash, Dark Pulse, Brave Bird, Defog, Roost, Drill Peck, Head Charge, Glare, Hyper Voice, Hurricane, Body Slam, Fake Out, Quick Attack, Crunch
Signature move: Cursed Egg:
/ Physical / 80 BP / 80% Acc / 10 PP / If this move hits, the opposing Pokemon will take equal to 1/8 of their max health for 3 turns.
Stats: 89 / 92 / 98 / 108 / 89 / 94 = 570 BST

Reasoning: Sonic Boom fits this slate because she fights with her children in battle. She is Flying-type because she is a griffin, and Dark-type because her eggs and she are cursed, as her children are forever stuck in a cycle of rebirth, hatching and then turning back into eggs after a few minutes. Loudmouth is a Punk Rock clone because of Sonic Boom's powerful roar, and "Punk Rock" doesn't really fit Sonic Boom's aesthetic. Because Sonic Boom's children can only fight for a limited amount of time, Cursed Egg would emulate the child attacking the opponent, but then having to retreat back into their eggs.
250px-Pyro.png

"I fear no man, but that...thing...it scares me." - Heavy Weapons Guy, about Pyro
Pokémon: Pyro
Franchise/Origin: Team Fortress 2
Type: Fire
Ability: Flash Fire
Notable moves: Fire Blast, Flamethrower, Heat Wave, Air Slash, Pyro Ball, Clear Smog, Defog, Eruption, Facade, Fake Out, Flash Cannon, Lava Plume, Fleur Cannon, Dark Pulse, Moonblast, Will-o-Wisp
Signature move: Axe-stinguisher:
/ Physical / 60 BP / 100% Acc / 15 PP / Deals double damage if the target is Burned. Removes Burned Status on hit.
Stats: 70 / 86 / 79 / 118 / 73 / 92 = 518 BST

Reasoning: The Pyro fits this slate because of the childish view of the world in his mind. His ability is Flash Fire because Pyro is actually immune to the afterburn effect in TF2. Tons of Fire-type moves because of course, and other special moves. The Fairy attacks make reference to the Rainblower, the thing that his flamethrower turns into in his mind. The Axe-stinguisher is an equipable weapon that would work exactly as it does in TF2, dealing more damage on a burned target, while also removing that burn.

Looks like a child in human form, and acts the part

Pokémon: Neptune
Type: Electric/Fairy
Ability: Own Tempo / Oblivious / Truant
Signature Moves:
  • Cross Combo - Fairy, Physical, 25 BP, 100% Acc, 20 PP | Hits 2-5 times.
  • Victory Slash - Fairy, Physical, 50 BP, 90% Acc, 10 PP | Hits 2 times.
  • Stat Multiplier - Fairy, Other, 15 PP | Raises the Defense, Special Defense, and Speed of the user or an adjacent ally.
Other Moves: Zing Zap, Spark, Sacred Sword, Leaf Blade, Night Slash, Psycho Cut, Slash, Thunderbolt, Dazzling Gleam, Flamethrower, Ice Beam, Air Slash, Incinerate, Swords Dance, Teleport
Z-Move: EXE Drive: Neptune Break - Fairy, Physical, 180 BP | Requires Cross Combo and Neptunium Z
Stats: 80/120/75/65/80/100 | 520 BST

Form: Neptune-Purple-Heart (Ultra Burst form with Purple CPU Memory)
Ability: Levitate
Z-Move: EXE Drive: HDD Neptune - Fairy, Physical, 210 BP | Has combined efficacy with Electric, except against Ground-types. | Requires Victory Slash
Stats: 80/135/105/80/100/120 (+15 Atk, +30 Def, +15 SpA, +20 SpD, +20 Spe) | 620 BST

Reasoning: Tiny, toony, and more than a little loony, Neptune is the most prominent CPU (Console Patron Unit) of Planeptune, as well as the titular character and series protagonist. She specializes in lightning attacks and is a mischievous pudding fanatic, hence Electric/Fairy. She gets Own Tempo (JP: My Pace) from her tendency to boast about her protagonist status, Oblivious as an airhead, and Truant as a slacker by nature.
In-game, she is a physical DPS character with a unique supporting skill, although unfortunately most of her elemental coverage is on the special side.

Completely looks like a child

Pokémon: Blanc
Type: Ice/Fighting
Ability: Anger Point / Analytic
Signature Moves:
  • Tanzerin Trombe - Fighting, Physical, 25 BP, 95% Acc, 20 PP | Hits 2-5 times.
  • Getter Ravine - Ice, Physical, 110 BP, 85% Acc, 5 PP | Has a 10% chance to freeze the target.
  • Metzelei Schlag - Fighting, Physical, 120 BP, 85% Acc, 5 PP
Other Moves: Ice Hammer, Icicle Crash, Icicle Spear, Brick Break, Circle Throw, Zing Zap, Drill Peck, Poison Jab, Strength, Feint, Stomping Tantrum, Blizzard, Ice Beam, Focus Blast, Thunderbolt, Air Slash, Bulk Up, Iron Defense, Amnesia, Teleport
Stats: 110/90/100/70/90/60 | 520 BST

Form: Blanc-White-Heart (Ultra Burst form with White CPU Memory)
Ability: Levitate
Z-Move: EXE Drive: Hard Break - Fighting, Physical, 200 BP | Has combined efficacy with Ice. Next turn, the target moves last in its priority bracket. | Requires Tanzerin Trombe
Stats: 110/110/130/80/115/75 (+20 Atk, +30 Def, +10 SpA, +25 SpD, +15 Spe) | 620 BST

Reasoning: A laconic yet short-tempered bookworm, Blanc is the CPU (Console Patron Unit) of Lowee. She specializes in ice attacks (plus she rules over a land where it often snows) and is especially belligerent at her worst, hence Ice/Fighting. She gets Anger Point (and Stomping Tantrum) because of her temper and Analytic as the slow and steady type on a good day.
In-game, she is particularly tanky, especially on the physical side, and favors physical attacks over the magical kind. This is supported by the boosting moves at her disposal.

Died as a child

Pokémon: Revenant Grace
Type: Ghost/Steel
Ability: Guardian Spirit - When the user takes direct damage, its Soul Smash, Soul Blaster, or Soul Cannon (randomly chosen per occasion) regains 1 PP if it can.
Signature Moves
  • Soul Smash - Ghost, Physical, 80 BP, 100% Acc, 20 PP
  • Soul Blaster - Ghost, Physical, 80 BP, 100% Acc, 15 PP | Hits all adjacent foes.
  • Soul Cannon - Ghost, Physical, 120 BP, 85% Acc, 5 PP
  • Possession - Ghost, Other, 5 PP | The user's soul leaves its body to possess another. | The user switches out. It and its replacement are cured of status conditions, and its replacement is affected by Safeguard and Trick-or-Treat, which both wear off at the same time: in five turns or if the replacement switches out.
  • Possessed - Ghost, Other, 10 PP | A portion of the target's soul is transferred to the user. | Deals half the target's remaining HP in damage. The user regains HP equal to the damage dealt. Also cures status conditions of the target and user.
Other Moves: Gyro Ball, Heavy Slam, Iron Head, Smart Strike, Brick Break, Low Kick, Low Sweep, Rock Smash, Mega Punch, Strength, Foul Play, Night Slash, Feint Attack, Stomping Tantrum, Night Shade, Protect, Taunt, Torment, Block
Stats: 120/80/120/50/120/50 | 540 BST
Reasoning: Revenant, holder of the Guardian asterisk, is a juvenile spirit (Ghost) who uses a suit of armor (Steel) as a physical form. His signature moves are Guardian skills (while other moves are based on physical capabilities and personality traits), and his Ability is the specialty of the job. Speaking of which, Guardians have S-rank HP, vitality (Def), and mind (SpD) with B-rank strength (Atk) and E-rank everything else—thus the stat spread.

Pokemon: Yinu (can use Eviolite)
Franchise: No Straight Roads
Type: Normal
Stats: 40/30/30/80/50/50
Abilities: Skill Link / Golden Maestro
Golden Maestro: This Pokemon's sound-based moves have 1.5x power.
New Move: Music Notes: Normal Type | Special | BP: 30 | Acc: 100% | PP: 15 (max 24) | hits 2-5 times; becomes physical if the user's Attack stat is higher than their Special Attack stat; sound-based move
Other Moves: Bomb Blast
Reasoning: Yinu is one of the NSR artists that you have to fight in the game. Skill Link comes from how talented Yinu is at the piano. Golden Maestro comes from the fact that she is also referred to as the Golden Maestro of Vinyl City. Normal typing because nothing else really fits. The less-than-impressive stats because she is not very strong, especially without her piano (she's just a child), but she can still do a lot of damage in her boss fight. Music Notes is her only move because her attacks in the boss fight consist nigh-exclusively of music notes. Bomb Blast comes from an attack that first shows crosshairs that travel slowly to you character and then detonate to the beat of the music. She isn't alone in her boss battle, however.

Pokemon: Yinu's Mother
Franchise: No Straight Roads
Type: Dark/Grass
Stats: 120/140/100/80/90/70
Abilities: Anger Point / Parental Bond
Moves: same as Yinu plus Power Whip, Knock Off, Wood Hammer, Earthquake, Bulldoze, Hammer Arm, Rock Slide, Stone Edge, Magnitude, Rage, Outrage, Thrash, Payback, Revenge, Retaliate, Seed Bomb, Darkest Lariat, Work Up, Head Smash, Rock Tomb, Spikes, Ingrain, universal moves
Reasoning: Parental Bond because you have to fight Yinu and her mom at the same time in the boss fight Dark typing and the moves from Rage to Retaliate, along with Work Up and Anger Point because she has anger issues. Grass, Vine Whip, Power Whip, and Spikes because in the final phase of the boss fight before Yinu's Frenzy, one of Yinu's mother's attacks has her slam three thorny vines at you. Seed Bomb, Knock Off and Darkest Lariat because STAB. Wood Hammer because one of her attacks in the final (real) phase of the boss fight has her slam many piano hammers onto the stage. Earthquake, Bulldoze, Magnitude, and Hammer Arm because one of her attacks in the boss fight has her slam her hand onto the battlefield, creating a highly damaging shockwave. Head Smash because one of her attacks in the final (legitimate) phase of the battle has her slam her head into the ground multiple times. The other Rock-type moves are because she slams a ton of rubble onto all but the center of the stage as one of her attacks. Ingrain because in the transition into the final (real) phase of the fight, she turns into what appears to be a bunch of roots.

Pokemon: Chunky Kong
Franchise: Donkey Kong
Type: Fighting
Stats: 140/160/100/40/80/30
Abilities: Guts / Own Tempo / Sheer Force
Moves: Wind-Up Punch, Banana Toss, Pitstrike (all from Donkey Kong), Close Combat, Drain Punch, Mach Punch, Superpower, Stomping Tantrum, Earthquake, Revenge, Rock Slide, Rock Tomb, Rock Blast, Rock Throw, Strength, Bulk Up, Stone Edge, Smack Down, Mega Punch, Fire Punch, Thunder Punch, Ice Punch, Retaliate, Rock Smash, Slam, Body Slam, Body Press, Heavy Slam, Heat Crash (453 kg), Wide Guard, Power-Up Punch, High Horsepower, Hammer Arm, Giga Impact, Focus Punch, Facade, Dynamic Punch, Brick Break, Brutal Swing, Bulldoze, Poison Jab, Knock Off, Belly Drum, Amnesia, Seed Bomb, Dizzy Punch, universal moves
Reasoning: Chunky Kong is somewhat similar to Donkey Kong and Conkeldurr in several ways, which is why I gave him a lot of the moves that they learn, and it's also why I gave him Guts, Sheer Force, and a similar stat spread. Heavy Slam because of his immense size and weight (his actual weight is 907 kg, but I halved it for balance's sake), and Heat Crash because Rhydon and Snorlax get it, so why not? Own Tempo and Amnesia come from the fact that he isn't the brightest banana in the bunch. Also Dizzy Punch ties into him not being the brightest.

"Let us lead everyone to victory."
Pokémon: M4A1 (Base Form)
Franchise/Origin: Girls' Frontline
Type:
/

Abilities: Friend Guard (HA: Rattled)
Other Moves:
: Quick Attack, Strength, Metal Burst, Counter, U-Turn, Pound, Endeavor, Return, Hold Back, Last Resort, Reversal, Acrobatics
: Sonic Boom
: After You, Baton Pass, Follow Me, Lock-On, Mist, Focus Energy, Ally Switch, Detect
Signature move:
Bullet Burst –
– 25 BP – 20 PP - 85% - Hits 2 to 5 times. Each strike has a 10% chance to lower the target's Defense by 1 stage.
Stats: 55/107/94/69/61/85 (BST: 471)

Reasoning: Steel-type due to being a T-Doll, a humanoid android. The Normal typing reflects her "ordinary" and publicly moral and polite behavior pre-MOD 3. Friend Guard reflects her amicable, pre-MOD3 personality while Rattled signifies the part where her personality takes the turn for the worse. A good chunk of her stats was calculated using her own stats as seen in-game. Most moves picked were chosen to either provide STAB options or being suitable for her more passive actions during battle compared to her Neural Upgrade. A good amount of Status moves was chosen for utility purpose as the de-facto leader of Anti-Rain. Ally Switch was also chosen due to the in-game mechanics of battles within GFL.

Evolves to M4A1 (Mod3) at Level 44 when she is the only party member alive (she is the only 1 party member in a team or all other Pokémon except her have fainted).

Pokémon: M4A1 (MOD3)

: After You, Baton Pass, Follow Me, Lock-On, Mist, Focus Energy, Ally Switch, Agility, Wide Guard, Safeguard, Spite, Taunt, Torment, Parting Shot, Destiny Bond, Barrier, Detect
Signature move:
Avenger's Seal –
– 100 BP – 10 PP - 100% - Flame Burst clone but deals 1/8 damage to adjacent Pokémon instead of 1/16.
Stats: 65/115/119/95/61/85 (BST: 540)

Reasoning: Steel-type due to being a T-Doll, a humanoid android. Her MOD3's drastic personality change resulting in the Dark typing to surface. Defiant and Anger Point really hammer this new personality of hers in due to her increased irritability and ruinous anger once provoked to the limit. Carrying a good chunk of moves from her base form to this form, she is packing various Dark and Ghost moves due to her newly found used of suspicious pragmatic and somewhat ruthless tactics. Her new stats also reflect that fact that her unique equipment in-game gives her armor points, which factor into her Defense stat as such. Barrier, Agility, and Wide Guard reference her skills during the eventful battle with a certain Touhou wannabe in Shattered Connexion. She has unusually high BST for a 5-star T-Doll for being the de-facto main heroine of Girls' Fronline and being especially powerful as such. Fire type moves were given for coverage and for thematic purpose… and for the fact she has a new cannon that can launch such "magic-based" moves at her disposal, increasing her Special movepool tenfold.

"With my companions, I am never alone. After all, we are... Arknights."
Pokémon: Amiya (Caster)
Franchise/Origin: Arknights
Type:
/

Abilities: Emotion Drain (HA: Keen Eye)
Signature ability Emotion Drain – A combination of Pressure and Shield Dust; ability is immune to Mold Breaker, Teravolt, Turboblaze, etc. Announced on switch-in via message "<Pokémon> is siphoning emotional energy!"
Other Moves:
: Bounce, Pound, Pursuit, Payback, Assurance, Astonish, Shadow Sneak, Retaliate, Reversal, Counter
: Swift, Wring Out, Dark Pulse, Shadow Ball, Night Shade, Mirror Coat, Smog, Psyshock, Flash Cannon, Tri Attack, Mystical Fire
: Smokescreen, Reflect, Light Screen, Spite, Calm Mind, Fake Tears, Swords Dance, Torment, Moonlight, Work Up, Reflect Type
Stats: 77/95/50/95/100/69 (BST: 486)

Reasoning: Normal-type due to being both Cautus and Chimera. Both have been depicted by Normal types before with Type: Null and Silvally taking up the latter. Emotion Drain as an ability is based on both gameplay and story-based evidence, the ability to manipulate emotion and draining away the life force of enemies via obtaining Skill Points upon their death, with PP and prohibiting enemies from triggered secondary effects of moves following suit. Keen Eye as a Hidden Ability is mainly based on her Sarkaz heritage as also revealed with her secondary Dark-typing. Like most of her fellow Operators, her stats are calculated mostly from what her maximum stats look like when promoted to Elite 2 without the trust values being added. Dual screens among other status moves are an attempt to blend two things together: her excellence in Originium Arts and her status as a tower defense game character.

Evolves to Amiya (Guard) when leveled up at night while knowing Swords Dance.

"...thank you for always supporting me. Our battles will only get harder from here, but we can't give up."
Pokémon: Amiya (Guard)
Franchise/Origin: Arknights
Type:

Abilities: Emotion Drain (HA: Battle Armor)
Signature ability Emotion Drain – A combination of Pressure and Shield Dust; ability is immune to Mold Breaker, Teravolt, Turboblaze, etc. Announced on switch-in via message "<Pokémon> is siphoning emotional energy!"
Other Moves:
: Bounce, Pound, Pursuit, Payback, Assurance, Astonish, Shadow Sneak, Retaliate, Reversal, Counter, Dual Chop, Outrage, Rage, Slash, Night Slash, Sacred Sword, Take Down, Double-Edge, Psycho Cut
: Swift, Wring Out, Dark Pulse, Shadow Ball, Night Shade, Mirror Coat, Smog, Psyshock, Flash Cannon, Tri Attack, Mystical Fire, Dragon Pulse, Draco Meteor, Dragon Energy, Twister
: Smokescreen, Reflect, Light Screen, Spite, Calm Mind, Fake Tears, Torment, Moonlight, Work Up, Reflect Type, Swords Dance, Focus Energy, Iron Defense, Wide Guard, Quick Guard, Crafty Shield
Stats: 103/95/87/95/100/88 (BST: 568)

Reasoning: Her Normal-type is replaced with Dragon-type due to the apparent eastern dragon-influence in her art and skills in Arknights itself. Keen Eye is replaced with Battle Armor to better fit her class change to Guard. Emotion Drain remains the same due to being her signature ability carried over from her pre-evolved form. Her newly obtained sword as a Guard Operator brings her various aslhing moves and Swords Dance. She does not have a large movepool compare to Ch'en due to not carrying true dragon heritage but carrying similar powers due to more of her latent powers (Originium and other similar factors) rising. She sports a near-legendary tier BST (close to a base stat total of 570), as fitting for the de facto heroine of Arknights. Usually, her stats are calculated from Elite 2 promotion stats like most Operators, but the +3 stat-boost to her Attack and Special Attack was too minute to include, supported by the fact that her lithe state more visible in her regular Caster form not changing much. This is why most of her movepool is supplemented from her base form while newer moves are added to support her new Guard class and newly swapped set of skills (in Arknights itself). She gets all three Wide Guard variants due to trying to cement down part of her tower defense heritage while carrying the burden of gacha game protagonist.

Theme Slate Reasoning: Due to one of the slate criteria being that such submissions must have been physically shown in a child form, Amiya fits the slate due to being shown in a child form in one cutscene of the story (https://i.redd.it/g4ooujtfse461.jpg). It may be a single portrait that has her eyes covered up, but it tells a thousand words on Amiya's origin. I don't really have much to go on with this section since the linked image already does a good amount of the talking.

"Time to even the odds!"
Pokémon: Morgan
Franchise: Fire Emblem
Type: Normal
Ability: Analytic / Adaptability / Anathema
Notable moves: Slash, Body Slam, Facade, Feint, Drain Punch, Close Combat, Counter, Aerial Ace, Spirit Shackle, Smart Strike, Leaf Blade, Wood Hammer, Psycho Cut, Dual Chop, Assurance, Beat Up, Night Slash, Fling, Knock Off, Play Rough, Swords Dance, Work Up, Block, Disable, Encore, Helping Hand, Coaching, Calm Mind, Amnesia, Heal Pulse, Nasty Plot, Taunt, Tri Attack, Air Slash, Hurricane, Shadow Ball, Hex, Flamethrower, Fire Blast, Giga Drain, Thunderbolt, Thunder, Future Sight, Dragon Pulse, Dark Pulse, Dazzling Gleam
Signature Ability: Anathema(Increases Critical Hit ratio by +1, inflicts -1 Evasion on both opponents upon entering the field)
Stats: 80/100/90/100/90/100 (560 BST)

Reasoning: Morgan is the son/daughter of Robin in Fire Emblem Awakening. Their gender is the opposite of Robin's, M!Robin is the father of F!Morgan, and vice-versa. Like their Robin parent, Morgan can reclass into any non-character or gender exclusive class, making them extremely versatile, so that's why they're Normal type with a big movepool, referencing the weapons, tomes and staves available, the Pair Up mechanic, plus some flavor moves such as Future Sight(they're from the future) and Amnesia(they're amnesiac like Robin). Their abilities come from the fact that they aspire to be Tacticians like Robin, their ingame versatility and Anathema comes from the Future Past DLC, where both Morgans share the skill when faced as enemies. Their stats are influenced by both parents, so the rounded spread comes from their base stats and Tactician/Grandmaster growths.

Pokémon: Kae
Origin: SUGURI
Type: Fire
Ability: I'm On Fire!* / Rattled / Unaware
*I'm On Fire!: Whenever Kae loses a stage of Defense, including self-inflicted drops, she gains a stage of Attack.
Stats: 70/115/60/95/55/115 (510)
Notable Moves: Blazing!*, Overheat, Blaze Kick, Flare Blitz, Close Combat, Extreme Speed, Slash, Psycho Cut, Rapid Spin, Rollout, Double-Edge
*Blazing!: Fire-type, Status. 5/8 PP. The user and all adjacent targets gain +1 Attack and -1 Defense stages.
Reasoning: Kae is the strongest (but also stupidest) of the Shifu Brands, a group of modified humans sent to wipe out everyone on Earth. (She's really a pretty nice girl, she's just... literally unable to go against orders.) Kae can control fire to some extent, and is known for literally bursting into flames (making her stronger) when she heats up enough - in the SUGURI and Acceleration of SUGURI games, letting Heat build up makes you take more damage when you're hit, and 100% Orange Juice also gives her a passive that adds the reverse value of her Defense to her Attack. It's a pretty consistent trait of hers to get stronger when her defenses get weaker, so that's why that's a custom ability.

Her stats are modeled after the ones she has in 100% Orange Juice, but I bumped up her Speed a bit because she's the fastest character in Acceleration of SUGURI 2. I would have skewed her offenses more physically, but with Close Combat her ability is very powerful so I decided not. Speaking of Close Combat, she's really the most dedicated melee fighter of the Shifu Brands... and of every named character in the series. So that's why she gets that.

"Blazing!" is the name of a move she has in both Acceleration of SUGURI 2 and 100% Orange Juice, though it is primarily based on its effects in the latter game (where it applies a +1 Attack, -1 Defense modifier for a few turns to units close to Kae, including Kae herself), though its effects in the former game (sending Kae into her "high heat mode" instantly and for a longer duration than normal) aren't far off either.

She also uses fire with her melee attacks, including kciks, hence Blaze Kick and Flare Blitz. In her boss fight in SUGURI she dashes around at VERY high speeds, and she's described as "approach[ing] at an incredible speed", hence Extreme Speed. Slash and Psycho Cut because of the slash beams (i don't know how to described them right) she releases as her... main ranged attack. Rapid Spin, Rollout, and Double-Edge because she's first introduced to Suguri when she literally destroys a midboss by spinning wildly into it.

Rattled is because she's afraid of the dark, and Unaware because she's dumb (JP name of Unaware translates to "Airhead")

For slate bonus: While seemingly not an actual child, in Star Breaker's campaign in 100% Orange Juice Tomomo uses her as a "child" alongside Nanako in an attempt to awaken Star Breaker's maternal instinct, citing her childlike personality as a reason she thinks this will work.

Our story begins a very, very long time ago with a young girl. One day, this girl spotted a rusted spaceship holding a small star child.
Pokemon: Baby Rosalina
Franchise:
Super Mario
Type:

Ability: Levitate, Telepathy
Notable Moves: Star Bits, Psychic, Moonblast, Light Screen, Reflect, Psyshock, Minimize, Moonlight, Protect, Telekinesis, Gravity, Rapid Spin, Double-Team, Teleport, Calm Mind, U-Turn, Fake Tears, Play Rough, Wish, Recover, Heal Bell, universal moves such as Substitute.
Stats: 45 / 40 / 40 / 85 / 70 / 60 (340 BST)

Reasoning: Turns out I wasn't joking about subbing Baby Rosalina. She is the pre-evo of Rosalina based on Revi's winning sub from last gen. She loses Parental Bond as an ability since she does not have that relationship with Lumas yet. She also loses some coverage moves such as Fire Blast due to being related to things that occur in Super Mario Galaxy once she is in her older 'form'. Despite losing some moves, she has also gained some moves such as Fake Tears and Play Rough (for being baby-related) and a variety of healing moves (since her main appearance outside of Mario Kart is Dr Mario). As far as viability goes, Baby Rosalina should be somewhat balanced for the non-existent CCLC metagame.

Pokemon: Child Rosalina
Franchise:
Super Mario
Type:

Ability: Levitate, Telepathy, Parental Bond
Notable Moves: Same moves as Baby Rosalina + Rosalina as well as Meteor Beam, Cosmic Power, Stored Power.
Stats: 85 / 40 / 50 / 105 / 85 / 70 (435 BST)

Reasoning: This middle-evo of the Rosalina line is based on Rosalina's story from Super Mario Galaxy that tells the story of how she first met the Lumas and became their mama. Now she has access to space-related moves and powers from the Lumas giving her moves such as Cosmic Power and Stored Power. Since this is the also the part of her life where she teams up with Lumas, this is also where she gains Parental Bond as a hidden ability. As with several middle evos, Child Rosalina is surprisingly bulky with Eviolite and should be able to hold her own in some once again non-existent lower tiers.

Evolution: Baby Rosalina, Child Rosalina and Rosalina are simply just different ages so levelling up makes the most sense as far as evolution methods are concerned. Baby Rosalina will evolve at level 21 and Child Rosalina at level 39. Any additional moves the Baby Rosalina or Child Rosalina learn presumably will be added to Rosalina's move pool.
