Pokémon: President Haltmann
Origin: Kirby Planey Robobot
Intended Tier: OU
Type: Electric/Steel
Abilities: Battle Armor/Analytic/Electric Surge
Notable moves: Gyro Ball, Heavy Slam (weighs 201.6 kg), Make It Rain, Volt Switch, Wild Charge, Shift Gear, Rapid Spin, Taunt, Ice Spinner, Self-Destruct, Stomping Tantrum, All universal TMs from Gen VI-IX
Custom element: Restructuring Shock (Electric-type Hyper Beam clone, flavor move only because Hyper Beam might as well kill you lol)
Stats: 100/125/115/70/100/60 [570]
Reasoning: President Haltmann, the main antagonist of Planet Robobot, is the one leading the mechanization of Planet Popstar and, much like Susie, uses a battle suit that shoots projectiles that give the Spark ability when inhaled, hence the typing. Stats also reflect his boss status, which have him mostly as a bulky physical attacker but with some decent special properties. Battle Armor is for his suit, Analytic since he tends to telegraph his powerful attacks, and Electric Surge because he creates conflagrations with his explosive rubies. His movepool is also similar to his boss fight moves, which includes rapidly spinning, shooting electric projectiles, and shooting the aforementioned rubies. Make It Rain references his cash attack (and his name, Gains Income) and his signature move, Restructuring Shock, is based on his most powerful move (a giant cube he summons and shoots a powerful beam, but is left vulnerable at the end).
Competitive Niche: Basically just a more utility-based physical Magnezone, able to summon Electric Terrain while also spinning away hazards and Terrains other than his own. He can also run Analytic Choice Band as a useful set.

You clearly need every blade you can find, and my pockets have been feeling awfully light lately. Whaddya say?

Name: Shez
Series: Fire Emblem (Three Hopes)
Type: Dark/Steel
Ability: Sharpness and *Asura Blades*
New Ability: *Asura Blades*; Sharpness + Parental Bond without the Power increase from Sharpness (Only affects the moves Sharpness does).
Stats: 80/100/90/95/80/90 (535)
Moves: Air Cutter, Aerial Ace, Air Slash, Fury Cutter, Leaf Blade, Night Slash, Psycho Cut, Slash, X-Scissor, Comuppance, Dark Pulse, Feint Attack, Flatter, Hone Claws, Lash Out, Psycho-Cut, Amnesia, Parting Shot, Taunt, Quick Attack, Metal Claw, Smart Strike, Brick Break, Teleport, Chip Away, Double Hit, Endeavor, Endure, Facade, Feint, Razor Wind, Retaliate, Swords Dance, Strength, Flamethrower and Thunderbolt.

New Move: Shadow Slide (Dark type U-turn Clone)

Reasonings: Shez is mostly a Dark/Steel type for the same reason Bisharp is one, not neccessarily a Evil, but most of the darkness comes from Arval/Ephimedes, whom grants Shez his power, mostly the ability to Warp to a Stronghold, however you can do it at any moment like in the middle of fighting a boss and need that mid battle Swap that you can do at anywhere or time as long as you are not in the middle of a special animation so it is more of a U-turn than it is a Teleport even though it can be both in function, also Shez has 2 unique classes where they are able to dual wield, hence the ability, mostly named after Shez's unique Master Class, which can hit opponents twice like the move Double Hit, and while a Asura, Shez can also utilize Magic, although I am conflicted on adding Dark Spikes T to Shez's move pool and I think hitting Normal Super effectively is neat, but it would just be better to also hit steel and rock at the same time.

also Lash out and Amnesia as a flavor move from when Arval took control and tried to kill Byleth, and Amnesia also cause of Arval, but also the neat thing is that when brinigng up the Ashen Devil's name, the Default name will always be one of the names you chose for Byleth if you played FE Three Houses before, which is kinda neat even though Pokemon did the same for the Sinnoh Remakes and Scarlet and Violet.

“You're packing some heavy artillery for your size, boy! I'm surprised you could still put two strings together!"
Name: Adam Smasher
Series: Cyberpunk 2077
Type: Electric/Steel
Abilities: Filter, Heavy Metal, and Rock Head
Stats: 120/110/90/70/80/100 (570)
Moves: Heavy Slam (1020 lbs), Lock-on, Bullet Seed, Bullet Punch, Thunder Punch, Taunt, Mega Punch, Mega Kick, Magnet Bomb, Missiles, Charge, Take Down, Double Edge, Giga Impact, Jump Kick, High Jump Kick, Volt Switch, Camofluage, Magnet Rise, Wild Charge, Plasma Fists

New Moves: Bullet Storm (Steel type Population Bomb Clone )

Reasonings: Adam Smasher is a absolute unit of Arasaka Technology and is as dangerous and well known as Darth Vader in terms of Lore, however, like some unfortunate boss fights, Adam smasher doesn't do a whole lot, unless you count him in Edgerunners, but even then, a player could easily beat him just by punching him. Electric/Steel due to being more machine than man, and you can't be a machine without having any metal. or electricity.

“That is a Cohozuna. Now, don't get squished by it, or that's going in your file. Oh, and it'll splat you too." - Mr. Grizz when a Cohozuna spawns in.
Name: Cohozuna
Series: Splatoon
Type: Poison/Water
Ability: Feeding Extravaganza
New Ability: Feeding Extravaganza; Sets the Terrain to Inky Terrain, and increases ATK by 1 stage
Stats: 140/110/95/80/80/65 (600)
Moves: Body Slam, Dragon Rush, Outrage, Mud Bomb, Stomping Trantrum, Heavy Slam (801 lbs), Noble Roar, Roar, Body Press, Bulldoze, Earthquake, Gunk Shot, Facade, Feint Attack, Liquidation, Payback, Smack Down, Acid Armor, Clangorus Soul, Curse, Howl, Mist, Stockpile, Swallow, Spit out, Yawn, Belch, Clear Smog, Sludge Bomb, Whirlwind, Dragon Rush, Mud Bomb, Surf, Muddy Water, and Strength

Reasonings: The First King Salmonid revealed and released in Splatoon 3, it is a big chonky boi with reasonable water coverage, and not as dragony as the more recently revealed Horrorboros, and it gets Clangorous Soul because it is a Sound based move, and when Cohozuna Spawns in, it'll Summon multiple Boss Salmonids.

"I AM A ALPHA GAMER, AND YOU ARE A B MINUS AT BEST!!!!"- Berdly (Smart Race with lyrics by Man on the internet. Original Song by Toby Fox. 2021.)
Name: Berdly
Series: Deltarune
Type: Flying
Abilities: Battle Armor, Analytic, and Aerilate
Stats: 95/90/105/80/105/85 [BST: 550]
Moves: Slash, Cut, Whirlwind, Twister, Air Slash, Air Cutter, Hurricane, Power Whip, Pin Missile, Calm Mind, Defog, Feather Dance, Work Up, Amnesia, Taunt, Razor Leaf, and Swagger.

Reasonings: He is flying because of his wind based attacks and he is birb. Battle armor due to his armor, Analytic because of his 'smart' and analytic personality, and Aerilate because his attacks hit harder in the Weird Route. All of his flying type attacks come from the wind attacks he does (including the normal type move Razor wind). Razor Leaf comes from his A+ paper storm, and from one of his attacks, both Power Whipe and Pin Missle (The one where he swings his halberd and it travels along a line before shooting needles). Calm Mind, Amnesia and Work up because he has a level head (rarely, sometimes for a calm mind).

*laughs in red bell pepper*
Name: Pepperman
Series: Pizza Tower
Type: Grass/Fighting
Abilities: Reckless and Regenerator
Stats: 100/110/120/80/64/90 [564]
Moves: Take Down, Double Edge, Head Charge, Head Smash, Close Combat, Super Power, Submission, Wood Hammer, Flare Blitz, Grav Apple, Earthquake, Bulldoze, Bounce, Doodle, Grassy Glide, Trailblaze, Decorate, Stone Edge, Rock Slide, Rock Smash, Flame Charge, Slack Off, Agility, Work up, Body Press, Bulk Up, Spicy Extract, Stealth Rock, Flatter.

Reasonings: Most of his moves comes from his attacks in his boss fight with Doodle and Decorate being a reference towards Pepperman's artistic hobbies with Head Smash, Stone Edge, Rock Slide and Rock Smash being for the Statues, and along with Bounce and Earthquake giving him great coverage towards his weaknesses and Agility, Work Up, and Bulk Up being the Phase 2 stuff where his attacks get faster, but like Cuphead bosses, I think it's safe to assume stronger because every damage is 1 hit regardless of it's strength and quality. He gets Reckless due to most of his attacks being very risky shoudler charges where he'll prompty charge into a wall until he is at 4 Hp where he'll literally bounce off the walls and floors in order to Ground Pound you, and then, in the next phase Statues start to appear and then again from the sky that he can break unless it's the knight variant, hence Rock Smash and Rock Slide.

Once you get him to 0 HP for the firs time, Phase 2 will begin with him healing and getting faster, and persumably getting stronger because he looks like he's charging his power level up a bit. also added Grav Apple, since Pepper is somewhat like an Apple in terms of what is happening, and slack off kinda fits best with what Pepperman does. I think. Flatter is also there because in one of the mentioned phases, he'll only stop once you make a Statue from one of the stones he spawns. Also Flame body because he is a Spicy pepper.

And additional thanks to the discord for helping make Pepperman actually looking decent for a Bulky and Fast attacker.

Abilities: Skulk Sensory
Base Stats: 160/150/90/100/85/70 (655 BST)
Prevo: [None]

Moves: Taunt, Torment, Snarl, Dark Void (if it can be coded to work on other mons), Pursuit, Payback, Beat Up, Snarl, Thief, Feint Attack, Brutal Swing, Knock Off, Sucker Punch, Lash Out, Throat Chop, Dark Pulse, Darkest Lariat, Foul Play, Punishment, Spite, Grudge, Astonish, Ominous Wind, Hex, Shadow Ball, Phantom Force, Night Shade, Supersonic, Sonic Boom, Roar, Noble Roar, Boomburst, Odor Sleuth, Work Up, Scary Face, Growl, Growth, Focus Energy, Foresight, Rest, Sleep Talk, Toxic, Double Team, Double-Edge, Rage, Round, Frustration, Confide, Attract, Captivate, Tackle, Double Hit, Return, Echoed Voice, Pound, Bide, Curse, Facade, Protect, Secret Power, Snore, Tera Blast, Horn Attack, Chip Away, Strength, Slam, Body Slam, Skull Bash, Giga Impact, Arm Thrust, Rock Smash, Revenge, Wake-Up Slap, Brick Break, Submission, Body Press, Superpower, Close Combat, Heavy Slam, Dig, Earthquake, Bulldoze, Stomping Tantrum, High Horsepower, Confusion, Psybeam, Zen Headbutt, Extrasensory, Psychic, Synchronoise, Psywave, Hammer Arm, Absorb, Mega Drain, Giga Drain, Energy Ball, Grass Knot.

Skulk Sensory- The user cannot use damaging moves until it is hit by an attack.

Reasonings: The Warden is native (technically) to the Deep Dark biome in some Minecraft caves, and therefore is the Dark type. The Warden's primary form of attack is thrashing its arms down at you with incredible force (2HKOing someone with FULL NETHERITE ON.) The Warden is completely blind and can only move when prompted to by noises and vibrations. This led to me making it a Slaking-esque mon, albeit not as extreme. The Warden is made of Skulk, a fungus-esque material, explaining the grass coverage. Mixed bc of its ranged attack when it cannot reach its target.

Name: Wall-nut
Franchise: Plants vs. Zombies

1682720104248.png

Ability: Sturdy | Shell Armor
Stats: 100 HP/72 Atk/80 Def/52 SpA/52 SpD/52 Spe (408 BST)

Moves: Grassy Glide, Gyro Ball, Body Press, Rollout, Iron Head, Rapid Spin, Double-Edge, Body Slam, Synthesis, Ingrain, Leech Seed, Iron Defense, Recover
Reasoning: Wall-nut is a defensive plant designed solely to protect other plants. With Wall-nut First Aid, a Wall-nut can be planted over another Wall-nut to regenerate it (Recover). With Plant Food, Wall-nut heals fully and gains metal armor (Iron Defense, Iron Head). Wall-nut Bowling is a minigame where Wall-nuts are used as bowling balls, giving Wall-nut its physical attacks.

Wall-nut evolves into Tall-nut or Explode-o-nut.

Name: Tall-nut
Franchise: Plants vs. Zombies

Moves: Grassy Glide, Gyro Ball, Body Press, Rollout, Smack Down, Iron Head, Rapid Spin, Double-Edge, Body Slam, Synthesis, Ingrain, Leech Seed, Iron Defense, Recover
Reasoning: Tall-nut is another defensive plant who is even tougher than the Wall-nut. In some cases, Wall-nut can be upgraded into Tall-nut. Tall-nut blocks flying zombies (Smack Down).

Moves: Mind Blown, Flame Charge, Flare Blitz, Grassy Glide, Seed Bomb, Energy Ball, Gyro Ball, Body Press, Rollout, Iron Head, Explosion, Rapid Spin, Double-Edge, Body Slam, Synthesis, Ingrain, Leech Seed, Iron Defense, Recover
Reasoning: Explode-o-nut debuted as an alternate Wall-nut in Wall-nut Bowling, exploding on contact. It is full of nitroglycerin. It then became a defensive plant like Wall-nut, but with less health, that explodes when fully eaten.

Narmaya starts in Dawnfly Stance, but can switch to Freeflutter Stance with her signature move (works like Relic Song).

Stats (Freeflutter): 70 HP/97 Atk/62 Def/80 SpA/62 SpD/125 Spe (496 BST)

Moves: Butterfly Effect, Sacred Sword, Brick Break, Close Combat, Counter, X-Scissor, Lunge, Megahorn, First Impression, Bug Buzz, Night Slash, Dark Pulse, Air Slash, Aerial Ace, Smart Strike, Psycho Cut, Slash, Cut, Quiver Dance, Calm Mind, Swords Dance

|
1682727051414.png
| 24 PP | Switches the user from Dawnfly to Freeflutter, or vise versa, and raises their Attack by 1 stage.

Reasoning: Narmaya can create and become butterflies (Bug, Tinted Lens, Quiver Dance). She fights with a katana, which she wields in two different stances. Butterfly Effect is her skill that switches her stance, also giving her a slight Attack boost. In Relink, Freeflutter is shown to use rapid slashes, so that stance was given higher Speed here. Her element is dark (Dark Pulse).

|
| 60 BP | 8 PP | 100% | Creates a substitute using 25% of the user's HP.

Reasoning: Chizuru, the Swift Shamaness, is a priestess with some ability to see the future. She wields the Yata Mirror, one of the three Sacred Treasures. It can reflect projectiles and has the abilities of telepathy and teleportation. Chizuru also uses it to fight, by creating clones that run out and hit. She can create energy orbs (Aura Sphere, Focus Blast, Energy Ball) and shadowy versions of other characters (shadow moves, Copycat, Mimic), and she can seal someone's techniques (Disable, Taunt).
Magic Bounce is here cause its Japanese name is "Magic Mirror".

Reasoning: Sol is the goddess of the sun (Drought). Her real body is running from Skoll, but she uses an avatar body that is made of fire (Flame Body) and floats everywhere (Levitate). Sol's abilities have her use fire in different ways, though some of her skins give them different effects.

Stats: 90/110/110/110/110/70 (BST: 600)

Reasoning: Pure Normal-type due to Kirby’s Signature Ability behaving similarly to Silvally and Arcecus’s abiltieis which have the Normal-type as default. This is also the same type as Ditto, another cartoonish creature with a simple design. Copy Abilities are a pivotal part of many Kirby games, thus its presence here as his only ability. Each of the seventeen other Pokémon types are represented by a Copy Ability seen at least in these six (seven w/ RtDLDX) Kirby games: Nightmare in Dream Land, Amazing Mirror, Return to Dream Land (Deluxe), Triple Deluxe, Planet Robobot, and Star Allies (because reasons, lol). This also serves to represent the form change concepts but to a higher degree than Silvally and Arceus. Most of his massive movepool is full of machine moves as a homage to Mew, but unlike Mew, cannot learn any tutor moves or otherwise because tutor moves didn’t exist in Generation I - he existed for four years before Red and Green released in Japan in 1996. Most of the machine moves he cannot learn were once exclusive to certain kinds of users or require the use of a tail, claws, or horns. Inhale and Star Spit serve as his signature moves to showcase the modus operandi of his gameplay seen since Kirby’s Dream Land in 1992. Inhale also pays more respect to his Copy Abilities by giving him a damaging version of Reflect Type that allows him to have a non-Normal type while holding non-Copy Essence items, which serve in a similar behaviour to Arceus’s Plate. And like Arceus, he can hold Z-Crystals to achieve the same type-changing effect. Non-machine moves he can learn include Stockpile and Swallow, which goes with Star Spit’s nature as a Physical Spit Up clone, and Victory Dance because of the Kirby Dance. His non-HP and non-Speed base stats are all equal (110) to reflect Mew’s base stats (and has the same BST as Mew as well with a BST of 600). His HP stat is 90, exactly six-tenths of King Dedede’s, as in their first fight in Kirby’s Dream Land Kirby had 6 energy points while Dedede had 10. While in the west we know him as a jolly boy, in Japan, he’s treated with a more gender-neutral approach, which is why he might end up as a genderless mon in Crossover Chaos.

- 180 BP - Hits both opponents in a Double Battle. Raises user’s Attack, Defense, Sp. Atk, Sp. Def, and Speed stats by 1 stage each after dealing damage.
Stats: 72/93/63/135/93/114 (BST: 570)

Reasoning: Dual-Psychic/Flying-type due to being a humanoid crested ibis bird that was able to wield the Book of Thoth, the Egyptian god of wisdom and knowledge, thus her primary Psychic-type. This is the same typing as Lugia (whose Aeroblast she is able to learn), the version counterpart of Ho-oh, which is another bird that can cause its feathers to glow rainbow colours like Horou can. Keen Eye as her primary ability references the ability being shared by many other birds, realmons or not, and additionally serves as an allusion to the Eye of Horus, the falcon-like Egyptian god given name is derived from. Natural Cure is her Hidden Ability, as the Eye of Horus symbolises well-being, health, and protection as Natural Cure removes any status ailments she may have when switching out — this ability is the same one Celebi has, which can manipulate time by time travelling similar to how Horou stopped time in Gensokyo with the Book of Thoth in the incident of Hollow Song of Birds. Her signature move, Hollow Arrow Raid, is a Z-Move that is named after one of her Lunatic mode spell cards, it even has the word “zenryoku” in its original, non-translated Japanese name, the same word that stands for the Z in Z-Move in Japanese Pokémon media. It has the additional effect of raising her Attack, Defense, Speed, Sp. Atk, and Sp. Def by 1 stage each like Clangorous Soulblaze. This also ties to her ability to learn Ancient Power and its pre-Gen VIII (excluding Legends: Arceus) variants Silver Wind and Ominous Wind, which raises all five of those same stats in a similar manner to her Z-Move, except only 10% of the time. These three moves (along with Hollow Arrow Raid) are often dubbed “rainbow” moves for the way Ancient Power’s stat-raising effects are depicted in Pokémon Stadium 2, with rainbow colours. Aurora Beam is another rainbow-themed move she can additionally learn, despite being Ice-type which is something Flying-types avoid learning. Flying-type obligatory coverage move Heat Wave along with Ground coverage moves Earth Power and Scorching Sands fit her loose ties to the Egyptian theming Hollow Song of Birds has. Along with rainbow moves come light-based coverage moves such as Dazzling Gleam and Power Gem. She can additionally tap into nature with Nature Power and Energy Ball, due to how often Egyptian mythology taps into nature themes. Her base stats are all multiples of 3, because of Thoth’s epithet as the “thrice-great god of wisdom”. Her highest base stat is her Sp. Atk stat of 135, which has the number 13 in it, which its superstitious nature goes as back as the Egyptian mythology she’s inspired by. Her base Speed stat is 114, which includes the number 14, the exact number of pieces Set, who was backing the conflict seen in Hollow Song of Birds, tore Osiris, Horus’s father, into when he was first killed.

Stats: 86/78/52/130/110/38 (BST: 494)

Reasoning: Flying/Dark type due to a mixing of Sankta and Sarkaz traits as a fallen angel. Time Dilation is a name shortening of one of her talents in Arknights, Subjective Time Dilation, in which enemies within her vicinity have their movement slowed down, thus the reduction in her enemies' speed. Her constant connection to time powers results in her being able to learn Roar of Time and Teleport. As a Caster, she sports many coverage options on the Special side as a Caster. Along with Wide Guard and Barrier to support the origin of her being from a tower defense game, her status moves consist of terrain and room options due to having moves that manipulate speed and movement, Trick Room to reverse speed in turn order and Psychic Terrain to have her ignore priority moves done unto her. Another good chunk of her status moves all depend on priority/priority brackets and prevent other from pulling of moves before she does despite the slow ASPD and Speed for both her own stats in Arknights and with Pokémon mechanics, respectively. Her very low speed stats gives her an incentive to use Trick Room during a battle, which is already connection to her manipulation of time and how movement goes around her. Teleport is also very useful with such a slow Speed stat, so she can turn that low Speed into an advantage in more than one way.

"I'm very excited now. The anticipation. Ooh. I always learn so much... from a live dissection."

Pokémon: Tyl Regor
Franchise/Origin: Warframe
Intended Tier: OU
Type: Water/Steel
Ability: Knux (Mix of Iron Fist and Long Reach. This Pokemon’s Punch Attacks have their power multiplied by 1.2 and do not make contact with the target), Sharpness
Notable moves:

Physical:
Wave Crash, Jet Punch, Bullet Punch, Meteor Mash, Ice Punch, Sacred Sword, Aqua Cutter, Flip Turn, Liquidation, Smart Strike, Thunder Punch, Earthquake

Special: Chilling Water, Discharge, Secret Sword, Surf

Status: Teleport, Swords Dance, Thunder Wave, Rain Dance, Soak

Stats: 80/130/90/60/70/115 (BST 545)

Reasoning: Water-Typing because his labs are underneath the oceans of Uranus and the fact he tries to drown you out repeatedly during his boss battle. Steel because he has a bunch of cybernetic body parts. His fists (Knux) in particular can detach and launch, hence his first ability. He uses an axe in battle therefore Sharpness (thought about putting in Stone Axe but it doesn’t really fit his flavor).

"Blacker than a moonless night, hotter and more bitter than hell itself... that is coffee."

Pokémon: Godot
Franchise/Origin: Ace Attorney
Intended Tier: OU
Type: Normal/Fire
Ability: Thermal Exchange, Flame Body, Justified
Notable moves:

Physical:
Sacred Sword, Retaliate, Bitter Blade, Night Slash, Fire Lash

Special: Scald, Burning Jealousy, Searing Shot, Hydro Steam, Steam Eruption, Hyper Voice, Heat Wave

Status: Coffee Drink, Will-O-Wisp, Swords Dance, Nasty Plot, Foresight

Signature move: Coffee Drink (Milk Drink Clone)

Stats: 95/115/70/120/70/70 (BST 540)

Reasoning: Normal-typing because he's just a dude. Fire-typing because he likes his coffee and he likes it hot. Mostly heat/burn based moved. A few sword references which reference the last case of Trials and Tribulations.

"My name is Dahlia Hawthorne. I'm a junior in Literature at Ivy University. I just want to say... It's an honor for me to be here in your noble presence."

Pokémon: Dahlia Hawthorne
Franchise/Origin: Ace Attorney
Intended Tier: OU
Type: Fairy/Poison
Ability: Merciless, Poison Touch, Corrosion
Notable moves:

Physical:
Cross Poison, Play Rough, Poison Jab, Mortal Spin, False Surrender, Spirit Break, Noxious Torque, Lash Out, Gunk Shot, Knock Off, Sucker Punch

Special: Sludge Bomb, Sludge Wave, Dazzling Gleam, Moonblast, Venoshock, Burning Jealousy, Dark Pulse, Bitter Malice

Status: Toxic, Nasty Plot, Parting Shot, Taunt, Memento, Venom Drench

Stats: 80/110/65/120/70/100 (BST 545)

Reasoning: Fairy represents the woman she pretends to be, while Poison represents the woman she actually is. The moves also reflect this.

Sorry for the kinda shoddy image, but that's what I get from pulling from obscure games.

Pokémon: Pengel
Franchise/Origin: Magic Pengel: The Quest for Color
Intended Tier: UU
Type: Flying/Fairy
Ability: Cute Charm, Technician, Overcoat
Notable moves: Sketch, Doodle. Via Sketch, mostly any move a Pokemon could learn.
Stats:
65/40/60/40/60/95 (BST 360)

Reasoning: The Pengel is a creature that looks like a combination of a fairy and a paintbrush and allows the protagonist to draw Doodles (basically Pokemon but if you drew the Pokemon yourself, kinda). Therefore, what better Pokemon to look to than Smeargle for inspiration. Although Pengel's stats are better than Smeargle's, it still was made to fill Smeargle's niche in the metagame, hazards and then dying.

I'm back with a new idea. There are gonna be spoilers regarding this character's game in my sub, so uh... you've been warned.

"I am guided by the Emblems."

Pokémon: Alear
Franchise/Origin: Fire Emblem Engage
Type: Dragon/Fighting
Abilities: Rattled/Justified
Moves: Sacred Sword, Dragon Energy, Triple Arrows, Slash, Smart Strike, Close Combat, Dragon Dance, Ancient Power, Metronome, Mystical Fire, Heal Pulse, Extreme Speed, Fire Lash, Calm Mind, Zing Zap, Hurricane, Thunderbolt, Flamethrower, Counter, Dragon Pulse, Dragon Claw.
Intended Tier: OU
Z-Moves
Lodestar Rush
: Fighting-type. Upgrades from Alear's Sacred Sword with Ring of the Hero-King. 40 Base Power, Physical. Hits 5 times. Target's the enemy's lower defense.
Blazing Lion: Fire-type. Upgrades from Alear's Fire Lash with Ring of the Young Lion. Base 180 Power, Physical. Creates a wildfire underneath the opposing team for 4 turns, damaging all opposing non-Fire-type targets for 1/8 of their maximum HP.
Stats: 80 HP/100 Atk/70 Def/90 SpA/80 SpD/100 Spe (BST: 520)
Reasoning: Here we have Alear, the main protagonist of the newest Fire Emblem title, Fire Emblem Engage. First up comes Alear's typing. The fighting-typing comes from Alear's focus on Body Arts (basically martial arts techniques, a dead ringer for the Fighting-type) in their default promoted class, Divine Dragon. As Alear is a Divine Dragon originally a Fell Dragon, there's also no reason Alear wouldn't be a Dragon-type. Alear's stats are well-rounded but not particularly high, reflecting Alear's status as a solid, but otherwise not outstanding unit.

Many of Alear's moves are based on the proficiencies they can get when equipped with specific Emblem Rings or their own moves (or weapons they can wield). In particular, Dragon Energy and Dragon Pulse are based on Alear's critical hit animation where Alear's two Z-Moves are based on Engage Attacks, powerful super moves that Alear can use when Engaged with an Emblem. Specifically, they have been given the Engage Attacks of Marth and Roy. There's also a third Emblem Ring they can use, though that one behaves a bit differently...

Can use Engage+ (akin to Ultra Burst) with Ring of the Connector to transform into Alear-Emblem during battle. Alear cannot Terastalize when holding Ring of the Connector.

"And of course, the final Emblem... Connect us, Fire Emblem-- Alear!"

Pokémon: Alear-Emblem
Franchise/Origin: Fire Emblem Engage
Type: Dragon/Fighting
Abilities: The Fire Emblem
Signature Ability- The Fire Emblem- This ability cannot be copied, disabled or removed. In a Double Battle, the user's ally also gains the effects of this ability. The user takes 1/4 less damage from Super effective attacks. If the user scores a KO, all their stats are boosted by 1 stage, up to a maximum of +1.
Signature Z-Move: Dragon Blast- Dragon-type, Special. Upgrades from Alear-Emblem's Dragon Energy with Ring of the Connector. Base 200 Power. Attack Category is based on Alear's higher offensive stat. Super effective against Dark- and Ghost-types.
Stats: 80 HP/120 Atk/90 Def/110 SpA/100 SpD/120 Spe (BST: 620)
Intended Tier: Uber
Reasoning: To cut a long story short and not go into too much detail, at a certain point in the story Engage, Alear dies and is resurrected as a thirteenth Emblem, becoming the titular Fire Emblem. Alear's stats all rise noticably as the Fire Emblem, rather fittingly, similarly to their "Attuned" skill, which also serves as a partial basis for their ability, allowing them to Omniboost to +1 upon scoring a KO. The other skill represented is "Holy Shield", which in Alear's home game removed effective damage, which I opted to convert into the effect of Filter/Solid Rock. This ability also empowers the user's ally with the same effects in a Double Battle, as when using Engage+, Alear grants the benefits to the ally they choose to Engage with, giving them all the same abilities.

Emblem Alear's Z-move is Dragon Blast, named for Emblem Alear's Engage Attack. It has the third and final of Emblem Alear's core skills (that can be applied in a Pokémon sense, anyway) built into it, Holy Aura, which in the home game granted Alear and their partner effective damage against Fell Dragons (read: Sombron), hence why it is super-effective against Dark- and Ghost-types.

Movepool: Hydro Pump, Hydro Steam, Scald, Surf, Water Pulse, Chilling Water, Liquidation, Flip Turn, Aqua Jet, Strange Steam, Dazzling Gleam, Play Rough, Ice Beam, Blizzard, Icy Wind, Powder Snow, Ice Spinner, Triple Axel, Ice Shard, Thunder, Thunderbolt, Discharge, Volt Switch, Heat Wave, Air Slash, Hurricane, Earthquake, Magnitude, Earth Power, Body Slam, Weather Ball, Terrain Pulse, Recover, Whirlwind, Life Dew, Aqua Ring, Water Sport, Rain Dance, Sunny Day, Snowscape, Haze, Mist, Baby-Doll Eyes, Misty Terrain, Grassy Terrain, Electric Terrain, Magnet Rise, Charge, Thunder Wave, Defog, Tailwind, Acid Armor, Purify
Overview: Dewy is a guardian nature spirit in the form a dewdrop, who fights against pollution to save the world. In terms of his competitive role, he serves as a bulky Water/Fairy with enough in his offensive stats to pressure offensive Pokemon with them. His access to Scald, Discharge, TWave, Whirlwind, Haze, Defog, and Recover means he can serve as a solid utility mon. Water Absorb means he can usually come in on offensive Waters to threaten them with Discharge, while Air Lock can help him to fight against some Sun archetypes.

Dewy-Ice
Type: Ice/Fairy
Abilities: Ice Body/Snow Warning
Stats: 90/110/108/65/73/115
Movepool: Base Dewy's movepool
Overview: The form Dewy takes by cooling the surrounding area. He slides faster and attacks through spinning his icy body with homing strikes. Thus, he serves as a decently fast physical attacker. The moves he uses in this form include Ice Spinner or Triple Axel for his main Ice STAB, Play Rough for his Fairy STAB, and Earthquake/Liquidation for coverage. He also still has his utility options, but these four attacks form a quite respectable kit that's honestly hard to deviate from without losing quite a bit in the process.

Dewy-Mist
Type: Electric/Fairy
Abilities: Cloud Nine/Drought
Stats: 90/88/95/128/105/55
Movepool: Base Dewy's movepool
Overview: The form Dewy takes by warming the surrounding area. Despite being a cloud, in the game Dewy attacks exclusively with lightning in this form; though he does have wind powers they are not connected to this form at all. While suspended in the air Dewy is immobile but will avoid grounded enemy attacks. Attacks this form could consider using include Thunderbolt, Discharge, Strange Steam, Weather Ball, Heat Wave, Hydro Steam, Ice Beam, and Earth Power. Recover and TWave are also utility options to help this form take foes down.

Stats: 92 / 92 / 86 / 84 / 74 / 114 (552 BST)

Reasoning: Zagreus, Prince of the Underworld, emerges from the Temple of Styx to partake in Pokemon battles. The young prince brings with him his infernal arms to exact violence on those who stand before him as he did to those who stood in his way while fleeing the underworld while his family on Olympus lend him their aid, still thinking the princeling is attempting to escape the Realm of the Dead once more. No doubt the hot-headed prince will once again meet his end and return to the blood-red Pool of Styx multiple times in various violent ways.

In Hades, Zagreus has access to five weapons: a sword, spear, shield, bow, fists and a rail gun. These are represented by Sacred Sword, Icicle Spear, King's Shield, Spirit Shackle, punching moves and Flash Cannon. His physical STAB moves, Flare Blitz and Darkest Lariat come from his dash attack and Dark Pulse from his cast attack. Each time he enters a chamber Zagreus is prone to taunting his enemies, particularly bosses, before the fight begins and then leaves the chamber with a quip, giving him the moves Taunt and Parting Shot (these moves show up a lot in my subs don't they). His signature move, Dash Strike, is one of the more valuable techniques in his arsenal, allowing Zagreus to get a quick attack off on an opponent while letting him retreat to a safe distance.

Throughout his many attempts to escape the Underworld, he receives boons from the Gods on Olympus, who hope he will eventually escape his father's realm and join them as one, big, happy family. These boons are re-imagined by his vast array of coverage moves: electric coverage from Zeus, water coverage from Posiedon, Counter/Mirror Coat from Athena, fairy coverage from Aphrodite, steel from Ares, Triple Arrows from Artemis (despite being a signature move, it has the exact effect from Artemis' boons), poison from Dionysus, Extremespeed from Hermes, ice from Demeter.

Each time Zagreus defeats a room of enemies, he has the opportunity to get stronger. This is represented by Moxie, an ability that makes the user stronger when enemies are defeated. He also has the Sturdy ability, which mimics the Death Defiance mechanic, and Solar Power, which references what happens when he does finally escape the Underworld.
