Flavor/Design: WIP (Instead of having a cat's tail that looks like a cattail, it's now shaped like sugar cane and Skitty/Delcatty/Glucatty can create ice cream out of it. Potential Competitive Role: While it's likely too weak for OU, Refrigerate with Fake Out, Double-Edge, and Quick Attack makes Glucatty hit hard with high powered Ice STAB, Fairy STAB exists, and it can pivot out with U-Turn or use Stomping Tantrum to deal with Steel-types, making it a fun to use pivot, especially if you can keep Rocks away from it and invest in a boosting item

Effect: Hits twice. Tries to hit each foe once in Doubles (Dragon Darts clone).
Priority: 0
Flags (ex: Contact, Sound): Protect, Mirror
Distribution: Skitty-Loria line, Vanillite line, Tropius, Snover line
Justification: Cool ice cream flavor move. The Lorian Skitty line doesn't have much use for it because of Refrigerate, but it gives Vanilluxe a better physical Ice move for its random 95 Attack, gives Abomasnow a better physical STAB, and gives Tropius a neat flavor coverage move.

Name: Lorian Levipilosa - Levipilosa is a Pokemon from the Brazdo Region of Generation X
Counterpart(s): Levipilosa
Typing:
Abilities: Drag Down / Long Reach
Base Stats: 120 / 90 / 80 / 55 / 80 / 20 (445 BST)
Height: 1.6 m
Weight: 58.0 kg
Notable Moves: Levipilosa's movepool + Earthquake, Earth Power, Dragon Claw, Slash, Bulk Up, Rock Slide, Stone Edge, Power-Up Punch, Spikes, Thrash, Switcheroo, Rototiller, Sandstorm, Close Combat, Rock Slide, Stone Edge, Drain Punch, Brick Break, Rock Smash, Poison Jab, Circle Throw (Removed Moves: Confusion, Telekinesis, Psybeam, Swift, Hypnosis, Extrasensory, Future Sight, Heal Pulse, Ally Switch, Charge Beam, Psyshock, Calm Mind, Light Screen, Rain Dance, Safeguard, Thunder, Thunderbolt, Psychic, Shadow Ball, Reflect, Shock Wave, Skill Swap, Flash, Thunder Wave, Trick Room, Imprison, Magic Coat, Trick)
Flavor/Design: Based on ground sloths, which are extinct kind of sloth that inhabited North America. Levipilosas in Brazdo use their psychic abilities in order to float up to trees and enjoy their leafy greens. However, while still lazy, Levipilosas in Loria take a much different approach. Using their much bigger bodies and much MUCH longer arms, Levipilosas can obtain their favorite treats from the ground just by pulling an entire tree down to their level. Lorian Levipilosas are much more aggressive than their Brazdan counterparts, though it isn't hard to escape an enraged Levipilosa because of their slow movements.
Potential Competitive Role: Brazdan Levipilosa has perma-Telekinesis, so Lorian Levipilosa has perma-Graivty. I am so creative. Anyway, perma-Gravity on Ground-type is super nice, removing one of the most common ways to wall their attacks, while also giving it an accuracy boost on Stone Edge. While it has pretty low stats, it has a lot of neat tricks up its sleeve like Slack Off, Bulk Up, Sucker Punch, Switcheroo, and Spikes. I can't imagine Lorian-pilosa being an OU threat or anything, but I'm sure it'll have a use somehwere. Heck, Gravity + Hypnosis got banned from Gen 8 Doubles when Dynamax was around, so maybe try this out in VGC?

Name: Haresay (Hare + Hearsay)
Evolution: Evolves into Dashare at Level 30, Evolves into Haunthare when exposed to a Dusk Stone
Typing:
Abilities: Forewarn / Limber / Infiltrator
Base Stats: 60 / 45 / 50 / 45 / 50 / 70 (320 BST)
Height: 0.3 m
Weight: 10.5 kg
Notable Moves: Play Rough, Dazzling Gleam, Dig, Rollout, Charm, Covet, Ancient Power, Psychic, Zen Headbutt, Super Fang, Parting Shot, Quick Attack, Bounce, Double Kick, Jump Kick, Role Play, Mimic, Trick, Calm Mind, Taunt, Iron Tail, Tail Whip, Misty Terrain, Light Screen, Reflect
Flavor/Design: Based on cottontail rabbits and the concept of Fairy Tales. Haresays are small, round, and cute Pokémon, being extremely common as pets in Loria. Part of their popularity may be a result of their appearances in local legends, usually as mischievous but lovable companions to the main character. In the present, however, Haresays are easy to take care of
Potential Competitive Role: There are better LC Fairies
Name: Dashare (Dash/Dasher + Hare)
Counterpart: Haunthare
Typing:
Abilities: Quick Feet / Competitive / Truant
Base Stats: 80 / 90 / 60 / 100 / 60 / 120 (510 BST)
Height: 0.7 m
Weight: 17.6 kg
Notable Moves: Haresay's movepool + Thunderbolt, Wild Charge, Thunder Punch, Fire Punch, Brick Break, U-Turn, Volt Switch, Thunder Wave, Magnet Rise, Agility, Electric Terrain, Extreme Speed
Flavor/Design: Based on cottontail rabbits and the Fairy Tale The Tortoise and The Hare. Dashares are known worldwide for their blistering Speed, as they can literally zip around like lightning. Dashares are notable for being featured in the popular fairy tale, The Torkoal and The Dashare, a story about a legendary race between the titular animals where the Dashare manages to lose. While the story explains this loss as a result of the Dashare using Rest during the middle of the race, some people theorize that the Torkoal had the move Shell Smash, as the Dashare should've still won otherwise.
Potential Competitive Role: It's a lower tier Tapu Koko that has the great combination of Competitive + Electric STAB that makes it terrifying against common Defoggers. While fast, it's weak without a boost and lacks bulk, however, and like Koko, its best Fairy STAB is just Gleam.
Name: Haunthare (Haunt + Hare)
Counterpart: Dashare
Typing:
Abilities: Power Virus / Cursed Body / Weak Armor
Base Stats: 80 / 85 / 95 / 70 / 95 / 85 (510 BST)
Height: 0.5 m

Notable Moves: Haresay's movepool + Poltergeist, Shadow Ball, Shadow Sneak, Horn Leech, Horn Attack, Smart Strike, Giga Drain, Will-O-Wisp, Torment, Pain Split, Spite, Hyper Voice, Toxic, Sludge Bomb, Gunk Shot, Hex, Leech Life, Double-Edge
Flavor/Design: Based on cottontail rabbits, the cryptid jackalope (a rabbit with antelope horns), and how rabbits afflicted with the Shope papilloma virus sometimes look like they have horns. Legend has it that a mythical rabbit Pokémon that looks just like a Haunthare roamed Lorian forests long ago. It had wispy, black horns like a Sawsbuck, and while it still possessed the cutesy-ness you expect from a Haresay, it was extremely aggressive, attacking anything in sight with its horns. Haunthares are fairly similar to this legend, though its noted that is constantly in pain, especially whenever it uses its horns to attack.
Potential Competitive Role: Power Virus is a super interesting ability for this, giving it nuclear power on all of its moves at the cost of longevity. Should make for a terrifying Scarfer with a good Speed tier for it, Trick, and a pivoting move that won't damage it in Parting Shot. Also, this technically has Life Orb-boosted Z-Moves, which is ridiculous and ridiculously funny.

Permanent (Yes or No): No
Mold Breaker (Yes or No): No
Distribution: Exclusive to Haunthare
Justification: It's Alternatium Life Gem, which is a sus af ability if given improperly considering how big of a power boost a free Life Orb is, but with Haunthare's middling Speed tier and only decent power, it should be okay. Plus, the flavor fits perfectly with the real life inspiration of how rabbits afflicted by a virus look like the legendary jackalope.

Weight: 12.3 kg
Notable Moves: Poltergeist, Jump Kick, Shadow Ball, Wild Charge, Swords Dance, Stomping Tantrum, Shadow Sneak, Double-Edge, Will-O-Wisp, Hex, Thunder Wave, Scary Face, Camouflage
Flavor/Design: A deer that can phase through walls so it can safely cross the road.
Potential Competitive Role: Probably the best physical Ghost-type in LC, but your competition is stuff like Shuppet, Phantump, and Duskull (and Honedge might be better actually), so it's not exactly an accomplishment
Name: Phantelope (Phantom + Antelope)
Typing:

Notable Moves: Feer's movepool + High Horsepower, Punishment
Flavor/Design: An antelope (actually TIL American antelopes are called pronghorns) that can phase through walls so it can safely cross the road. Made this because i thought of the name "Phantelope" when making Haunthare and decided it needed to be used on an actual antelope.

Notable Moves: Tropius' movepool except for Dragon Pulse, Earthquake, Outrage, Roar, Captivate, Fury Cutter, Hyper Beam, Giga Impact, Mud-Slap, Ominous Wind, Silver Wind, Twister, + Grassy Glide, Hurricane, Weather Ball (Tropius now also learns Grassy Glide, Weather Ball, and Hurricane)
Flavor/Design: it's a little baby tropius aw
Potential Competitive Role: it exists to allow Tropius to be an early game mon so I can give it an evo this slate, a much better contribution than anything it could be in LC
Name: Tropiconti (Tropical + Continuar (Dragon in Spanish))
Evolution: Evolves from Tropius at Level 40
Typing:
Abilities: Chlorophyll / Solar Power / Thick Fat
Base Stats: 114 / 78 / 93 / 92 / 92 / 76 (545 BST)
Height: 2.3 m
Weight: 200.0 kg
Notable Moves: Tropius' movepool + Draco Meteor, Calm Mind, Earth Power, Scale Shot, Iron Head
Flavor/Design: A larger Tropius with a wide assortment of tree fruits growing on its neck, particularly dragon fruits. Tropicontis are a common sight at grocery stores, as you can be 100% certain that the fruits and berries from its neck are fresh and organic.
Potential Competitive Role: Look, I know this isn't the most creative thing in the world, but there's a reason why everyone does Thick Fat Grass/Dragon Tropius, it just makes sense. Anyway, Tropiconti still has Tropius' very unfocused stat spread, but with 114/93/92 bulk, Thick Fat, and, new options in Calm Mind and Earth Power, Tropiconti is a fat, versatile threat, similar to that of Hoenn Gaiden Tropius, which I based this on. It'll likely mostly run defensive sets with any of Calm Mind, Leech Seed, Roost, Defog, and Whirlwind, plus its STAB and/or Earth Power, but with its balanced stat spread, it could feasibly run a more offensive Calm Mind set, Dragon Dance, Chlorophyll, Specs Solar Power, or even Curse.

Also, here's a reminder that if any of your subs are voted in, you are allowed to create a full movepool for it, including Level-Up moves, Egg moves (including Egg Group if you didn't already give your mon one), TM, and Tutor Moves (TMs and Tutor Moves are listed on the spreadsheet). Movepools do tend to follow certain trends based on generation or type, but we won't be too strict about these. Consider it a reward for having your sub voted in, with the extra benefit of making the mon's movepool look nice in teambuilder.
Creating a full movepool is never required for any of your mons that get voted in, it's just a bonus. We'll just use every move you listed in its notable moves section + all universal moves when coding.
PokePoindexter has a great example of a full movepool in their post, but if you want another example, then here's the full movepool for my Perocotton line since they got in last slate
