Abilities: Ice Body / Refrigerate / Wonder Skin
Base Stats: 50 / 45 / 45 / 35 / 35 / 50 (260 BST)
Height: 0.4 m
Weight: 12.0 kg
Notable Moves: Skitty's movepool + Banana Split, Hail, Aurora Veil, Powder Snow, Freeze-Dry, Ice Shard, Mist, Haze, Moonblast, Psychic, U-Turn, Quick Attack, Skitter Smack (Solar Beam, Sunny Day, Sucker Punch, Payback, Fake Tears, Feint Attack, Rollout removed)
Flavor/Design: WIP (Instead of having a cat's tail that looks like a cattail, it's now shaped like sugar cane and Skitty/Delcatty/Glucatty can create ice cream out of it. Skitties evolved to mimic local sugar cane crops and cooled down their internal temperatures in order to create ice cream to help cool off their owners in the Lorian heat.)
Potential Competitive Role: still has skitty's stats oops

Name: Lorian Delcatty
Evolution: Evolves into Glucatty when exposed to an Ice Stone
Counterpart(s): Delcatty

Skitties evolved to mimic local sugar cane crops and cooled down their internal temperatures in order to create ice cream to help cool off their owners in the Lorian heat.)
Potential Competitive Role: still has delcatty's stats oops. at least you can use it in NFE now

Name: Glucatty (Glucose + Cat)
Typing:

Abilities: Ice Body / Refrigerate / Wonder Skin
Base Stats: 80 / 95 / 95 / 70 / 70 / 110 (520 BST)
Height: 1.5 m
Weight: 67.7 kg
Notable Moves: Lorian Delcatty's movepool + Giga Impact, Hyper Beam, Surf, Sheer Cold, Super Fang, Body Slam, Energy Ball, Seed Bomb
Potential Competitive Role: While it's likely too weak for OU, Refrigerate with Fake Out, Double-Edge, and Quick Attack makes Glucatty hit hard with high powered Ice STAB, Fairy STAB exists, and it can pivot out with U-Turn or use Stomping Tantrum to deal with Steel-types, making it a fun to use pivot, especially if you can keep Rocks away from it and invest in a boosting item

Name: Banana Split
Power: 50
Accuracy: 100
PP: 10
Category:

Type:

Effect: Hits twice. Tries to hit each foe once in Doubles (Dragon Darts clone).
Priority: 0
Flags (ex: Contact, Sound): Protect, Mirror
Distribution: Skitty-Loria line, Vanillite line, Tropius, Snover line
Justification: Cool ice cream flavor move. The Lorian Skitty line doesn't have much use for it because of Refrigerate, but it gives Vanilluxe a better physical Ice move for its random 95 Attack, gives Abomasnow a better physical STAB, and gives Tropius a neat flavor coverage move.

:sm/slakoth:
Name: Lorian Levipilosa - Levipilosa is a Pokemon from the Brazdo Region of Generation X
Counterpart(s): Levipilosa
Typing:

Abilities: Drag Down / Long Reach
Base Stats: 120 / 90 / 80 / 55 / 80 / 20 (445 BST)
Height: 1.6 m
Weight: 58.0 kg
Notable Moves: Levipilosa's movepool + Earthquake, Earth Power, Dragon Claw, Slash, Bulk Up, Rock Slide, Stone Edge, Power-Up Punch, Spikes, Thrash, Switcheroo, Rototiller, Sandstorm, Close Combat, Rock Slide, Stone Edge, Drain Punch, Brick Break, Rock Smash, Poison Jab, Circle Throw (Removed Moves: Confusion, Telekinesis, Psybeam, Swift, Hypnosis, Extrasensory, Future Sight, Heal Pulse, Ally Switch, Charge Beam, Psyshock, Calm Mind, Light Screen, Rain Dance, Safeguard, Thunder, Thunderbolt, Psychic, Shadow Ball, Reflect, Shock Wave, Skill Swap, Flash, Thunder Wave, Trick Room, Imprison, Magic Coat, Trick)
Flavor/Design: Based on ground sloths, which are extinct kind of sloth that inhabited North America. Levipilosas in Brazdo use their psychic abilities in order to float up to trees and enjoy their leafy greens. However, while still lazy, Levipilosas in Loria take a much different approach. Using their much bigger bodies and much MUCH longer arms, Levipilosas can obtain their favorite treats from the ground just by pulling an entire tree down to their level. Lorian Levipilosas are much more aggressive than their Brazdan counterparts, though it isn't hard to escape an enraged Levipilosa because of their slow movements.
Potential Competitive Role: Brazdan Levipilosa has perma-Telekinesis, so Lorian Levipilosa has perma-Graivty. I am so creative. Anyway, perma-Gravity on Ground-type is super nice, removing one of the most common ways to wall their attacks, while also giving it an accuracy boost on Stone Edge. While it has pretty low stats, it has a lot of neat tricks up its sleeve like Slack Off, Bulk Up, Sucker Punch, Switcheroo, and Spikes. I can't imagine Lorian-pilosa being an OU threat or anything, but I'm sure it'll have a use somehwere. Heck, Gravity + Hypnosis got banned from Gen 8 Doubles when Dynamax was around, so maybe try this out in VGC?

Name: Drag Down
Effect: While this Pokémon is active, the effects of Gravity are active. The effects are removed when the user switches out.
Permanent (Yes or No): No
Mold Breaker (Yes or No): No
Distribution: Exclusive to Levipilosa-Loria
Justification: It's perma Gravity on a Ground-type. It's kinda nice.

:sm/bunnelby:
Name: Haresay (Hare + Hearsay)
Evolution: Evolves into Dashare at Level 30, Evolves into Haunthare when exposed to a Dusk Stone
Typing:

Abilities: Forewarn / Limber / Infiltrator
Base Stats: 60 / 45 / 50 / 45 / 50 / 70 (320 BST)
Height: 0.3 m
Weight: 10.5 kg
Notable Moves: Play Rough, Dazzling Gleam, Dig, Rollout, Charm, Covet, Ancient Power, Psychic, Zen Headbutt, Super Fang, Parting Shot, Quick Attack, Bounce, Double Kick, Jump Kick, Role Play, Mimic, Trick, Calm Mind, Taunt, Iron Tail, Tail Whip, Misty Terrain, Light Screen, Reflect
Flavor/Design: Based on cottontail rabbits and the concept of Fairy Tales. Haresays are small, round, and cute Pokémon, being extremely common as pets in Loria. Part of their popularity may be a result of their appearances in local legends, usually as mischievous but lovable companions to the main character. In the present, however, Haresays are easy to take care of
Potential Competitive Role: There are better LC Fairies

Name: Dashare (Dash/Dasher + Hare)
Counterpart: Haunthare
Typing:

Abilities: Quick Feet / Competitive / Truant
Base Stats: 80 / 90 / 60 / 100 / 60 / 120 (510 BST)
Height: 0.7 m
Weight: 17.6 kg
Notable Moves: Haresay's movepool + Thunderbolt, Wild Charge, Thunder Punch, Fire Punch, Brick Break, U-Turn, Volt Switch, Thunder Wave, Magnet Rise, Agility, Electric Terrain, Extreme Speed
Flavor/Design: Based on cottontail rabbits and the Fairy Tale The Tortoise and The Hare. Dashares are known worldwide for their blistering Speed, as they can literally zip around like lightning. Dashares are notable for being featured in the popular fairy tale, The Torkoal and The Dashare, a story about a legendary race between the titular animals where the Dashare manages to lose. While the story explains this loss as a result of the Dashare using Rest during the middle of the race, some people theorize that the Torkoal had the move Shell Smash, as the Dashare should've still won otherwise.
Potential Competitive Role: It's a lower tier Tapu Koko that has the great combination of Competitive + Electric STAB that makes it terrifying against common Defoggers. While fast, it's weak without a boost and lacks bulk, however, and like Koko, its best Fairy STAB is just Gleam.

Name: Haunthare (Haunt + Hare)
Counterpart: Dashare
Typing:

Abilities: Power Virus / Cursed Body / Weak Armor
Base Stats: 80 / 85 / 95 / 70 / 95 / 85 (510 BST)
Height: 0.5 m
Weight: 5.5 kg
Notable Moves: Haresay's movepool + Poltergeist, Shadow Ball, Shadow Sneak, Horn Leech, Horn Attack, Smart Strike, Giga Drain, Will-O-Wisp, Torment, Pain Split, Spite, Hyper Voice, Toxic, Sludge Bomb, Gunk Shot, Hex, Leech Life, Double-Edge
Flavor/Design: Based on cottontail rabbits, the cryptid jackalope (a rabbit with antelope horns), and how rabbits afflicted with the Shope papilloma virus sometimes look like they have horns. Legend has it that a mythical rabbit Pokémon that looks just like a Haunthare roamed Lorian forests long ago. It had wispy, black horns like a Sawsbuck, and while it still possessed the cutesy-ness you expect from a Haresay, it was extremely aggressive, attacking anything in sight with its horns. Haunthares are fairly similar to this legend, though its noted that is constantly in pain, especially whenever it uses its horns to attack.
Potential Competitive Role: Power Virus is a super interesting ability for this, giving it nuclear power on all of its moves at the cost of longevity. Should make for a terrifying Scarfer with a good Speed tier for it, Trick, and a pivoting move that won't damage it in Parting Shot. Also, this technically has Life Orb-boosted Z-Moves, which is ridiculous and ridiculously funny.

Name: Power Virus
Effect: This Pokémon's moves deal 1.3x damage, but successfully hitting the opponent with a move causes this Pokémon to lose 10% of its max HP
Permanent (Yes or No): No
Mold Breaker (Yes or No): No
Distribution: Exclusive to Haunthare
Justification: It's Alternatium Life Gem, which is a sus af ability if given improperly considering how big of a power boost a free Life Orb is, but with Haunthare's middling Speed tier and only decent power, it should be okay. Plus, the flavor fits perfectly with the real life inspiration of how rabbits afflicted by a virus look like the legendary jackalope.

:sm/deerling:
Name: Feer (Fear + Deer)
Evolution: Evolves into Phantelope at Level 27
Typing:

Abilities: Run Away / Clear Body / Unaware
Base Stats: 43 / 72 / 41 / 42 / 51 / 66 (315 BST)
Height: 0.6 m
Weight: 12.3 kg
Notable Moves: Poltergeist, Jump Kick, Shadow Ball, Wild Charge, Swords Dance, Stomping Tantrum, Shadow Sneak, Double-Edge, Will-O-Wisp, Hex, Thunder Wave, Scary Face, Camouflage
Flavor/Design: A deer that can phase through walls so it can safely cross the road.
Potential Competitive Role: Probably the best physical Ghost-type in LC, but your competition is stuff like Shuppet, Phantump, and Duskull (and Honedge might be better actually), so it's not exactly an accomplishment

Name: Phantelope (Phantom + Antelope)
Typing:

Abilities: Run Away / Clear Body / Unaware
Base Stats: 83 / 114 / 61 / 62 / 78 / 97 (495 BST)
Height: 1.8 m
Weight: 30.8 kg
Notable Moves: Feer's movepool + High Horsepower, Punishment
Flavor/Design: An antelope (actually TIL American antelopes are called pronghorns) that can phase through walls so it can safely cross the road. Made this because i thought of the name "Phantelope" when making Haunthare and decided it needed to be used on an actual antelope.
Potential Competitive Role: offensive unaware is neat

:sm/tropius:
Name: Tropitano (Tropical + Plantain/Plantano (Banana in Spanish))
Evolution: Evolves into Tropius at Level 25
Typing:

Abilities: Chlorophyll / Solar Power / Harvest
Base Stats: 69 / 48 / 53 / 52 / 57 / 31 (310 BST)
Height: 0.5 m
Weight: 25.0 kg
Notable Moves: Tropius' movepool except for Dragon Pulse, Earthquake, Outrage, Roar, Captivate, Fury Cutter, Hyper Beam, Giga Impact, Mud-Slap, Ominous Wind, Silver Wind, Twister, + Grassy Glide, Hurricane, Weather Ball (Tropius now also learns Grassy Glide, Weather Ball, and Hurricane)
Flavor/Design: it's a little baby tropius aw
Potential Competitive Role: it exists to allow Tropius to be an early game mon so I can give it an evo this slate, a much better contribution than anything it could be in LC

Name: Tropiconti (Tropical + Continuar (Dragon in Spanish))
Evolution: Evolves from Tropius at Level 40
Typing:

Abilities: Chlorophyll / Solar Power / Thick Fat
Base Stats: 114 / 78 / 93 / 92 / 92 / 76 (545 BST)
Height: 2.3 m
Weight: 200.0 kg
Notable Moves: Tropius' movepool + Draco Meteor, Calm Mind, Earth Power, Scale Shot, Iron Head
Flavor/Design: A larger Tropius with a wide assortment of tree fruits growing on its neck, particularly dragon fruits. Tropicontis are a common sight at grocery stores, as you can be 100% certain that the fruits and berries from its neck are fresh and organic.
Potential Competitive Role: Look, I know this isn't the most creative thing in the world, but there's a reason why everyone does Thick Fat Grass/Dragon Tropius, it just makes sense. Anyway, Tropiconti still has Tropius' very unfocused stat spread, but with 114/93/92 bulk, Thick Fat, and, new options in Calm Mind and Earth Power, Tropiconti is a fat, versatile threat, similar to that of Hoenn Gaiden Tropius, which I based this on. It'll likely mostly run defensive sets with any of Calm Mind, Leech Seed, Roost, Defog, and Whirlwind, plus its STAB and/or Earth Power, but with its balanced stat spread, it could feasibly run a more offensive Calm Mind set, Dragon Dance, Chlorophyll, Specs Solar Power, or even Curse.

Also, here's a reminder that if any of your subs are voted in, you are allowed to create a full movepool for it, including Level-Up moves, Egg moves (including Egg Group if you didn't already give your mon one), TM, and Tutor Moves (TMs and Tutor Moves are listed on the spreadsheet). Movepools do tend to follow certain trends based on generation or type, but we won't be too strict about these. Consider it a reward for having your sub voted in, with the extra benefit of making the mon's movepool look nice in teambuilder.

Creating a full movepool is never required for any of your mons that get voted in, it's just a bonus. We'll just use every move you listed in its notable moves section + all universal moves when coding.

PokePoindexter has a great example of a full movepool in their post, but if you want another example, then here's the full movepool for my Perocotton line since they got in last slate

Height: 0.7 m
Weight: 19.3 kg
Notable Moves: Belch, Bug Bite, Bullet Seed, Covet, Draining Kiss, Embargo, Flamethrower, Fire Blast, Giga Drain, Grass Knot, Incinerate, Leech Life, Leech Seed, Natural Gift, Pluck, Poison Jab, Recycle, Sludge Bomb, Stuff Cheeks, Thief, Thunder, Thunderbolt
Flavor/Design: My head is too empty to come up with a specific design, but Fruvour would be a ravenous frugivore, being a menace to fruit farms. I thought it'd be neat if Fruvour could only be encountered by interacting with trees, whether it'd be using Headbutt, slathering honey, or shaking the berries off of trees.
Potential Competitive Role:
  • Berry abuser, using the combination of Stuff Cheeks + Unburden + Petaya Berry to sweep, packing Belch as its STAB while Giga Drain keeps it healthy.
  • Ripen is an alternative, either for more breaking power (doubled Petaya Berry) at the cost of no Speed boosts, or for bulkier sets with Sitrus Berry and Recycle. Hard to beat Unburden though.
  • Really only useful after a Stuff Cheeks, physical bulk is mediocre, Speed is average without Unburden, and it lacks utility.

Notable Moves: Scratch, Dragon Tail, Dragon Dance, Bite, Double Kick, Tail Whip, Poison Tail, Tail Slap, Aqua Tail
Flavour/Design: Based of the rainbow whiptail, a small lizard introduced in Florida and originated of South America and the Caribbean. Blue small lizard Pokémon with a rainbow-colored tail, from purple on the tip to the red near the legs. It’s often use it’s tail to whip out potential threats, and such tail is long and durable enough to ignore hurtful spikes and other harmful contacts.
Evolution: Evolves into Whipintow at level 21.

Notable Moves: Outrage, Dragon Claw, Scale Shot, Dragon Dance, Power Whip, Fire Lash, Aqua Tail, Scale Shot, Shock Tail*, Close Combat, Gunk Shot, Triple Axel, Psychic Fangs, Yawn, U-Turn, Substitute, Taunt, Hone Claws
Name: Shock Tail
Type:

Category: Physical
Base Points: 85
Power Points: 16
Accuracy: 100%
Effect: If target have positive stat stages, paralyze that target. Contact.
Distribution: Shrinbow line, a few Pokémon with at least one physical tail, especially physical oriented Electric-type.
Flavour/Design: Longer tail and can stand on two foot, but prefers to run on four legs. Body is also longer, but the limbs are somewhat thicker to utilize their longer tail as a defensive and offensive weapon. Their tail alone reaches a 1.2 meters on average.
Height + Weight: 2 meters | 39.3 kilograms
Potential Competitive Role: Moreso meant as an in-game early game common Dragon-type to show the player what a Dragon-type can do, but in a tier where it could perform decently in RU / NU / PU, it can be a set-up sweeper with Dragon Dance alongside impressive coverage and utilize Long Reach to ignore Rough Skin, Static, Flame Body, Rocky Helmet, and other contact deterring mechanics; especially important if you run Triple Axel for some reason (BoltBeam coverage). Taunt also helps for stallbreaking.

Name: Glucatty (Glucose + Cat)
Typing:

Abilities: Ice Body / Refrigerate / Wonder Skin
Base Stats: 80 / 95 / 95 / 70 / 70 / 110 (520 BST)
Height: 1.5 m
Weight: 67.7 kg
Notable Moves: Lorian Delcatty's movepool + Giga Impact, Hyper Beam, Surf, Sheer Cold, Super Fang, Body Slam, Energy Ball, Seed Bomb

Skitties evolved to mimic local sugar cane crops and cooled down their internal temperatures in order to create ice cream to help cool off their owners in the Lorian heat.)

Move - Banana Split Name: Banana Split

Name: Hoglet (Hog + Piglet)
Evolution: Evolves into Hogtide(HP), Hogcules(Atk), Hogyron(Def), Hoggnid(SpA), Hogoblin(SpD), Hogust(Spe), or Hogven(All Stats Equal) at level 30 based on the highest stat.
Counterpart(s): N/A
Typing:

Abilities: Thick Fat/Adaptability
Base Stats: 60 / 60 / 60 / 60 / 60 / 60 (BST 360)
Height: 0.7m
Weight: 38 Kg
Flavor/Design: Design wise it's pretty simple. It's a feral piglet with brown fur. No tusks yet but if you've seen baby boars you know that they can be pretty damn cute.

In the Lorian Lore Hoglet is a pokemon from another region that was sent to Loria centuries ago as explorers were first settling the lands. However Loria was a prime romping grounds for the pokemon and so they began to spread like wildfire! They are often used by trainers who are just starting out and trying to find their style, much like Hoglet is trying to find its own style.

Also side note, ideally Hoglet is the one being found in the grassy plains where as its evolutions may be found elsewhere. Part of my idea is that similar to Eevee this pokemon adapts to its environment by using what stat suits the environment the best.
Potential Competitive Role: I'm sure this'll end up being a menace in LC or something.

Name: Hogtide (Hog + Tide + Hogtied)
Counterpart(s): Hogcules, Hogyron, Hoggnid, Hogoblin, Hogust, or Hogven
Typing:

Abilities: Poison Point/Water Absorb
Base Stats: 115 / 60 / 95 / 105 / 70 / 65 (BST 510)
Height: 0.7m
Weight: 49.5 Kg
Notable Moves: Scald, Surf, Ice Beam, Sludge Bomb, Thunderbolt, Fire Blast, Shadow Ball, Flip Turn, Knock Off, Fake Out, Haze, Nasty Plot, Toxic Spikes, Toxic, Thunder Wave, Slack Off, Roar
Flavor/Design: Design wise it's based on both the typical feral hog but also the sea pig. As a result it's hairless and pale as opposed to it's fluffier pre-evolution. Also sea pigs apparently have poisonous skin which is the main reason I gave it poison point.

In the Lorian Lore it is said that a Hoglet with a high constitution will end up becoming a Hogtide. Rather than be a talented swimmer this pokemon scuttles around riverbeds and seafloors scavenging for food. It tends to fit more levelheaded patient trainers to match its more patient style.
Potential Competitive Role: Oh boy a bulky water type, how yummy. It's basically diet vaporeon except geared moreso for physical bulk and with better recovery. Honestly this won't do much in OU but it may have a niche in the lower tiers as a bulk water.

Name: Hogcules (Hog + Hercules)
Counterpart(s): Hogtide, Hogyron, Hoggnid, Hogoblin, Hogust, or Hogven
Typing:

Abilities: Moxie/Defiant
Base Stats: 95 / 115 / 70 / 60 / 65 / 105 (BST 510)
Height: 1.3m
Weight: 99.5 Kg
Notable Moves: Close Combat, Superpower, Earthquake, Stone Edge, Body Slam, Knock Off, Crunch, U-Turn, Fake Out, Swords Dance, Bulk Up, Thunder Wave
Flavor/Design: Design wise it's an oddly swole feral hog with some warthog elements in there as well, however to tie it into hercules a bit, it could have the pelt of a male Pyroar on its back.

In the Lorian Lore it is said that a Hoglet with immense strength becomes Hogcules. These pokemon are known for causing trouble as their strength allows them to burst through even the toughest of buildings. It is said that only a trainer as strong or as stubborn as it can even have a chance to train it.
Potential Competitive Role: A decently fast fighting type could be quite the potent little piggy in the meta. With its high attack and speed in addition to its decent HP, it can honestly have a niche in UU, especially since Defiant turns intimidate into a free attack boost.

Name: Hogyron (Hog + Iron)
Counterpart(s): Hogtide, Hogcules, Hoggnid, Hogoblin, Hogust, or Hogven
Typing:

Abilities: Heavy Metal/Pressure
Base Stats: 95 / 105 / 115 / 65 / 70 / 60 (BST 510)
Height: 1.3m
Weight: 480 Kg
Notable Moves: Heavy Slam, Iron Head, Gyro Ball, Earthquake, Superpower, Body Slam, Stone Edge, Knock Off, Fake Out, Haze, Stealth Rock, Toxic, Thunder Wave, Slack Off, Roar, Steel Roller, Steel Beam
Flavor/Design: Design wise it's based on not only feral hog, but also on something called pig iron otherwise known as crude iron. It plays a large part in the formation of steel. Likewise since it is a heavier hog, it should probably be on the fatter side of things, resembling some of the heavier domestic pig breeds as well.

In the Lorian Lore it is said that a Hoglet with an iron will become Hogyron. These pokemon are seen as the most helpful of Hoglet's evolutions as they are some of the most calm. Due to their weight they are often used to flatten or crush various objects. It is said that their slower nature and sturdier bodies make them great partners for trainers who prefer a safer style of battling.
Potential Competitive Role: It's a defensive steel type that has access to recovery on top of decent bulk and due to heavy metal some pretty powerful slams. It's going to be quite the worthwhile member in UU or heck maybe even OU for that alone.

Name: Hoggnid (Hog + Nidhogg)
Counterpart(s): Hogtide, Hogcules, Hogyron, Hogoblin, Hogust, or Hogven
Typing:

Abilities: Sap Sipper/Berserk
Base Stats: 70 / 105 / 65 / 115 / 60 / 95 (BST 510)
Height: 0.8m
Weight: 77.1 Kg
Notable Moves: Draco Meteor, Surf, Thunderbolt, Fire Blast, Ice Beam, Sludge Bomb, Outrage, Scale Shot, Dragon Claw, Fake Out, Earthquake, Superpower, Knock Off, Crunch, Body Slam, U-Turn, Dragon Dance, Swords Dance, Nasty Plot
Flavor/Design: Design wise it's based on not only feral hog, but also on the mythical dragon Nidhogg that eats the root of the world tree Yggdrasil, hence why it has Sap Sipper.

In the Lorian Lore it is said that a Hoglet with mystic cunning will become Hoggnid. These pokemon are often seen as the most dangerous of the Hoglet evolutions as not only are they quite intelligent but also destructive to the region itself. Due to their diet consisting of tree roots a lot of times Hoggnid may overturn trees causing them to both damage the landscape and inconvenience the populous of the region.
Potential Competitive Role: A fairly powerful dragon type that has no bulk to speak of, unlike it's physical counterpart. It's main power lies in its devastating meteors along side its ability to plot, or perhaps even go physical due to its dancing. Sounds like it could do some major damage in the lower tiers but I'm not certain about OU material.

Name: Hogoblin (Hog + Hobgoblin)
Counterpart(s): Hogtide, Hogcules, Hogyron, Hoggnid, Hogust, or Hogven
Typing:

Abilities: Prankster/Pixilate
Base Stats: 70 / 105 / 65 / 60 / 115 / 95 (BST 510)
Height: 0.8m
Weight: 77.1 Kg
Notable Moves: Body Slam, Fake Out, Quick Attack, Play Rough, Knock Off, Crunch, Superpower, Earthquake, U-Turn, Toxic, Taunt, Swords Dance, Bulk Up, Light Screen, Reflect, Thunder Wave, Slack Off, Roar
Flavor/Design: Design wise it's based on not only feral hog, but also on the fey creature known as a hobgoblin. They're often seen as mischievous pranksters, who are ultimately still good natured if not angered. Also of all the Hoglet evolutions this is the one that would be the most likely to be bipedal.

In the Lorian Lore it is said that a Hoglet with fey-like whimsy will become Hogoblin. These pokemon are generally seen as little pranksters that are quite playful. However some of them work with their trainers to mess with the annoying tourists who tend to not really care for Loria as a whole and only wish to see the amusement parks in Rolan City.
Potential Competitive Role: This is probably the strongest evolution by far. Prankster allows it to have priority Slack Off among other things while Pixilate does something wild for it. It gives Hogoblin actual physical STAB outside of Play Rough and it lacks the chance of missing! This is gonna be in OU for those reasons alone.

Name: Hogust (Hog + Gust)
Counterpart(s): Hogtide, Hogyron, Hogcules, Hoggnid, Hogoblin, or Hogven
Typing:

Abilities: Steadfast/Speed Boost
Base Stats: 60 / 65 / 95 / 105 / 70 / 115 (BST 510)
Height: 0.7m
Weight: 38.6 Kg
Notable Moves: Air Slash, Hurricane, Fire Blast, Heat Wave, Thunderbolt, Shadow Ball, Sludge Bomb, Ice Beam, Icy Wind, Fake Out, Knock Off, U-Turn, Nasty Plot, Slack Off, Roost, Defog, Extreme Speed, Ominous Wind, Silver Wind, Razor Wind
Flavor/Design: Design wise it's based on a feral hog, however unlike the other Hoglet evolutions I don't really have a specific other half for it. As a result I'll leave this up to whoever ends up having to design the sprite for it. Feel free to take inspirations from various wind spirits or the phrase "When Pigs Fly" for inspiration.

In the Lorian Lore it is said that a Hoglet that can run like the wind, will become Hogust. These pokemon are known for their speed above all else both on the land and on the air. They're considered a hot commodity by trainers in the region as they have the ability to control the temperature of the air around them, making them quite desirable in the hot hellish lands of Loria.
Potential Competitive Role: This is an interesting one to be sure. Speed boost makes it an interesting beast when you consider its already high speed, on top of its vast special movepool that gives it some interesting moves to mess around with. I'm not sure where this special sweeper would fit in, but I would not be surprised if it ends up in OU.

Name: Hogven (Hog + Even)
Counterpart(s): Hogtide, Hogyron, Hogcules, Hoggnid, Hogoblin, or Hogust
Typing:

Abilities: Thick Fat/Adaptability
Base Stats: 85 / 85 / 85 / 85 / 85 / 85 (BST 510)
Height: 1.4m
Weight: 76 Kg
Notable Moves: It has all moves listed in the previous entries. Yes I said ALL MOVES!
Flavor/Design: Design wise it's based on a feral hog however I feel as though this should have traits from all sorts of pigs thrown in the mix as well, to make it the sussiest of the sus.

In the Lorian Lore it is said that a Hoglet that never finds its true path become Hogven. Hogven are seen as lesser when compared with the other hogs as it doesn't excel at anything really. However if a wild Hogven is spotted it is noted as the leader of the local Hoglet population. Their generalist approach to things make them surprisingly good leaders in the wild, even if to trainers they are less than useful.
Potential Competitive Role: Despite its added resistances with thick fat and a more powerful STAB with adaptability along with a huge movepool, Hogven does not amount to much. The main gimmicks it has are adaptability STAB and having the largest movepool of the bunch as its movepool is practically all the other movepools combined. That said this mon is going to be making it to RU at best since its stats and typing are going to hold it back majorly.
However, if you're good at counting, you may notice that those are only 4 winners instead of the promised 5+. That's because we have a 3-way tie between Nandere, Rascoon, and Lorian Yanma. Thus, we will take these to a tiebreaker.
Nandina berry tree + Indiana Jones inspired explorer (Standalone / Single-staged)
Name: Nandare (Nandina + dare)
Typing:

Abilities: Precision* / Cute Charm | Poison Touch Precision Name: Precision
Effect: Boost accuracy of this Pokémon’s moves by 1.3x. (Compound Eyes flavor-based clone)
Permanent: No
Mold Breaker: No
Distribution: Nandare, Oranguru (over Inner Focus), Magby line as 2nd Ability (Elekid line gains Sheer Force), Rotom (Hidden Ability for all)
Base Stats: 62 HP / 90 Atk / 62 Def / 63 SpA / 62 SpD / 116 Spe (455 BST)
Notable Moves: Poison Jab, Gunk Shot, Power Whip, High Jump Kick, Triple Axel, Rock Slide, Play Rough, Leech Seed, Stun Powder, Spikes, Toxic Spikes, Taunt, Spiky Shield, Sucker Punch, Toxic, Knock Off, Swords Dance, U-Turn
Flavour/Design: Smol red living berry Pokémon, with a long thorned vine whip serving as, well, a whip. It can be mistaken for a small serpentine Pokémon because of bringing the vine on the ground. Highly daring and adventurous, it is willing to challenge the likes of [TO BE DETERMINED] with precise Power Whips.
Height + Weight: 0.1 meters | 0.1 kilograms
Potential Competitive Role: An early mid-game standalone Pokémon that, while not immediately powerful when obtained, can make great usage of Power Whip, Gunk Shot, Triple Axel, High Jump Kick, Stun Powder and the likes thanks to Precision if you are willing to keep it with you. For competitive usage, it’s a fast sweeper with powerful moves on it’s arsenal alongside near perfect accuracy of Stun Powder, crippling otherwise potential threats.

Flavor/Design: An even skeevier racoon with fur covering its eyes, it's the classic "racoons are robbers" trope. Loosely inspired by Sly Cooper.
Potential Competitive Role:
  • Speedy physical breaker, packing a ton of coverage and able to sweep with SD + Sucker Punch.
  • Signature move is a Trick clone that also switches out the user, combining pivoting and anti-defense in one move.
  • Has trouble entering the field due to its frailty and typing.

Flavour/Design: Adapts a bright blue body and sleeker wings. Lorian Yanma lives near ponds and forests with high humidity as it hunts various pests such as [To be determined]. Their wings are waterproof, so it can dive underwater for several minutes to dodge predators.
Evolution: Evolves into Yanmazure at level 33.

Name: Yanmazure (Yanma (large dragonfly) + azure)

New Moves: Giga Impact, Hyper Beam, Hurricane, Focus Blast, Taunt, Agility, Whirlpool, Aqua Tail, Belch, Megahorn, Calm Mind
Flavour/Design: Develop a short horn that can be used to fetch Berries and other objects, and the wings become larger and even more sleeker, allowing it to fly and glide without being interrupted by wind. The compound eyes are more developed as well, gaining the capability of seeing their pray even at long distance.
Height + Weight: 1.5 meters | 32.2 kilograms
Potential Competitive Role: Yanmazure specializes in less than accurate moves like Nandare above, but with emphasis on Special moves to make it more distinct than the other fully evolved Bug / Water Pokémon, Araquanid and Golisopod. Taunt and Whirlpool can be used to trap stall-based Pokémon for stallbreaking as well. Heatproof and Levitate are alternatives for various purposes; Heatproof to pressure Fire-type mons more at cost of accuracy from not using Compound Eyes, and Levitate to safely swtich into Ground-type moves.

You may vote for 2 of the above 3 options, with the top 2 being added to Dex. The tiebreaker will last for 24 hours, or longer if needed.

With that, on to the next slate!
----------------------------------------------------------------------
- Cave Pokémon + Electric Rodent -
:sm/crobat::sm/aggron::sm/ferrothorn::sm/togedemaru:

This slate combines two iconic aspects of Pokemon in one: caves and Pikachu clones. Caves are often a marquee area in Pokemon games, usually being tough to traverse and filled to the brim with trainers wielding Rock and Ground-types. While annoying, they are super useful as a source of early or mid game Pokemon of typically rare typings outside of them, like Rock, Steel, Fighting, and Dragon.

As for Pikachu clones, these Pokemon have been a staple since Generation 3's Plusle & Minun, being cutesy, Electric-type, rodent-based Pokemon. By design, these Pokemon often become some of the most popular Pokemon of their generation because, well, they look like Pikachu and everyone loves Pikachu.
Cave Pokemon Rules
- This slate is kind of a free slate, but any flavor you make for you submissions must be cave-related. You can still be quite flexible with this (ex: Joltik living in Chargestone Cave), but make sure to address it.
- You may sub up to 4 unique evolutionary lines of cave Pokemon. These lines can include split evolutions.
- There is no hard BST limit for this slate, though you should stay reasonable unless you have a good flavor justification like Slaking.
- As for what's typical for a standard Pokémon, final evolutions tend to peak around the 520-530 range, sometimes going into the 540s for stuff like cross gen evolutions or Gyarados. Florges and Arcanine are the only two non-flavor exceptions to this, being over 550, with the others (Slaking and Archeops) having flavor reasons. Standalone Pokémon tend to stay below 500, especially for early-to-midgame mons, though there are a lot of exceptions for later game mons like Duraludon or Dhelmise.
- Pokémon that live in caves are usually Rock, Ground, Steel, or Fighting-type, but you can be flexible with it (ex: Bat Pokémon that live in caves have been Poison, Psychic, and Dragon and all of them are Flying).
- You can sub regional forms for this slate.
- Mega Evolutions will NOT be part of this slate. Any Pokémon voted in can be given a Mega Evolution later, however.

Electric Rodent Rules
- You may sub up to 1 Electric Rodent evolutionary line. Be sure to clearly mark which one of your subs is your Electric Rodent or else that sub will be considered a Cave Pokémon sub.
- The above rule can be broken if you wish to sub a set of 2 Pokémon as counterparts, a la Plusle & Minun
- The Pokémon's primary type must be Electric.
- Pikachu clones are typically single-stage Pokémon, so if your sub is a single-stage Pokémon, it must have a BST between 405 and 435.
- However, I will allow you to create a 2 or 3-stage evolutionary line for this category to mimic Pichu and Raichu. If you wish to do that, the final evolution must have a BST less than or equal to 485.
- You can sub regional forms of other Pikaclones for this category, but keep in mind that no Pikaclone has been a regional form.
- Mega Evolutions will NOT be part of this slate. Any Pokémon voted in can be given a Mega Evolution later, however.

Rascoon line
Nandare (SV)

It’s a win-win to me when it comes to this tiebreaker but I want to give Nandare a place since we got no single-stage non-legend Pokémon so far, hence voting for it.

Edit: Here is the full movepool for the Srinbow line! I’ll do the submission and the movepool of whichever of my other two submissions wins in a separate post.

Prompt: Pikaclone?
Name: Gofuryu Gopher+You (Go for you)
Evolution: Single stage
Counterpart(s): None
Typing: Electric/Ground

Oh dear god I have to create seven movepools well uhh consider that a work in progress as I present to you my electric rodent

Name: Usawald (Usagi + Oswald)
Counterpart(s): N/A
Typing:

Abilities: Super Luck/Long Reach
Base Stats: 60 / 90 / 60 / 40 / 60 / 125 (435)
Height: 0.8m
Weight: 30kg
Notable Moves: Poltergeist, Sparking Leap, U-Turn, Acrobatics, High Jump Kick, Gunk Shot, Iron Head, Sucker Punch, Knock Off, Volt Switch, Swords Dance, Memento
Flavor/Design: Alright so before there was Mickey there was a young rabbit in the eyes of the terrible man known as Walt Disney, and that rabbit was Oswald. Unfortunately he was not as successful and was scrapped and thus forgotten about for most of time. Well until 2010 that is and this game called Epic Mickey came out and brought Oswald back into the limelight! As for why this isn't a reworked Mickid, well the catch to these pikachu clones is that they gotta be cute and Dizhorder is designed to be as uncute as possible to represent the terrible nature of Disney.
As for why it's ghost and not dark it's because I wanted to incorporate some revenant elements in there, plus Oswald is practically undead as a character since he was forgotten about for seventy-two years!

In the Lorian Lore Usawalds are born from the sparks of failed or forgotten ideas. They will track their creator until the ends of the earth wanting revenge for casting them out so easily. If an Usawald is replaced with an improved idea it will very well go out of its way to destroy the resulting idea in any way it can. To train one is difficult, but if a trainer has the drive to do so it can gain a powerful friend.
Potential Competitive Role: While not doing much in the upper tiers in the lower ones Usawald could be a revenge killer since it boasts a high speed and access to sucker punch. This is probably the one time where I can tie flavor into playstyle since the entire idea of Usawald is that he wants revenge akin to how Oswald wanted revenge in Epic Mickey. Regardless its speed and access to ignore contact can allow it to do some pretty neat things.

Name: Sparking Leap
Power: 80
Accuracy: 100
PP: 10
Category:

Type:

Effect: Has a high critical hit ratio
Priority: 0
Flags: Contact
Distribution: Usawald, Plusle, Minun, and any other electric types known for leaping/pouncing/hopping/bouncing
Justification: Look Phyiscal electric type moves are either sigs or shit so I decided to give pokemon a better option then wild charge. While Plusle and Minun have no use for it, Usawald should not be the only electric type to get this move. Ideally I would like to see more physical electric types get the move. Also pouncing can count as leaping. They're similar enough.

Lorian Yanma

Base Stats: 45/35/60/65/40/60 (Total: 305)
Notable Moves: Ice Beam, Air Slash, Defog, Tailwind, Hurricane, Blizzard
Flavor/Design: Myoce became an Ice-type and developed thicker fur to insulate it against the cold interior of the caves in Loria. It quickly becomes hot and exhausted when exposed to bright sunlight, so Myoce will avoid it at all costs.

Name: Viverodon (Vivid + Acerodon [another genus comprising various bats])
