first tournament and I'm still learning how this works and accidentally clicked "download replay" rather than "upload replay" on the first game, but this replay (from the third game) does contain confirmation that that it was game three and we were at 1-1 beforehand. I can also provide the html downloaded version of the replay from the first game, but smogon won't let me add it as an attachment

As per Smogon tour guidelines (linked in the OP), if you make a good-faith effort to schedule (which I can see you've done) and your opp never replies, you'll get an act ("activity") win at the end of the week, and proceed to round 2.
