I honestly don't like the new EXP Share, that being said, I don't enjoy grinding the Elite 4, because from my perspective, I can't beat with just two Pokemon. So, what is some decent post game training? From low level (1-30) and Mid levels?

Is Dedenne super rare (<1%) on Route 11?

I don't think it is that rare... But it probably is 5% or so. I've only ran into one on that route so far.

Does the stone emporium in Lumiose City sell anything other than Fire, Water and Leaf stones? If so, how do I unlock them?

No, it only sells the default stones. There is at least one of all the others dotted around Kalos, but the most reliable way is the super secret training which can drop stones if you do well. Each enemy corresponds to a stone (Defeating Aegislash has a chance for Dusk Stones etc).

There is no guide to breeding yet this gen. Basic mechanics are the same, Mums can breed egg moves (Meaning no illegalities), Power Items work exactly how they did before, and Destiny Knot can improve your chances of passing higher IVs down.

The Move Relearner is in Dendemille Town, the house directly inline with the western entrance to the town (North East of the Pokemon Center)

EDIT: There are no "Move Tutors" unless you mean Pledges, Elemental Hyper Beams or Draco Meteor.

You might be able to thief them from the wild Goletts on route 10... I am not 100% on that though.

In previous generations, you could always get the Pokedex entry for the legendary that was not in your game by interacting with an NPC. Is that not the case in this generation?

Are there any Pokemon prior to the box legendary encounter that have Synchronize that are easily accessible? In Gen 3, you could catch Abras en masse for this. In Gen 5, Munnas were very common.

I can breed Ralts as a last resort, but I'm looking for a bunch of Synchronizers in the wild.

Ralts are found in route 4. If your post game diantha will trade you a modest ralts with sync

Where exactly is the Destiny Knot? On Serebii it says Cyllage City but I'm having trouble finding it.

Try the hotel top floor and speak to the maid. It's where I found mine.

Abra & Ralts are your best options. If you breed a Synchronize female of either one then the baby has a 80% chance of having it.

If you want something surefire, there's also breeding Eevee into Espeons, but that takes a lot longer.
