Dragon claw is weak and not useful in that regard unless you REALLY want neutral coverage. But with mold breaker EQ and brick break for coverage, outrage is probably the best option, to just go on a rampage after you've taken out anything that resists outrage.

Dragon claw is used mainly for the fact that Haxorus doesn't like to be stuck in outrage, and then revenge killed, while still providing plenty powerful stab.
Although it is fairly useless, but haxorus's movepool is rather pathetic, if this where any other pokemon, brick break would not be even considered as an option either.

I'd say Dragon Claw, i haven't used Dual Chop yet, so i can't judge it at all. It really doesn't matter in my opinion, Haxorus have high enough attack already, so i see no reason not to use Dragon Claw over Outrage
So, what can you send in to wall this guy (apart from the bulky steels of skarmory and ferrothorn)??
Not much man, Gliscor can handle it to an extent. Cressila can also take an outrage and KO it with ice beam, but Cressila is non existent in the current OU metagame.
Depends on the set Haxorus is running, obviously. I'm a CB Rivalry Outrage fan, so I can only talk about that.
Other than the two you said, Forretress isn't a bad bet. He can take a hit from Outrage just like Skarm does and then hit back with Gyro Ball. Really, any defensive Steel is probably going to be able to survive a hit from Outrage and then hit back hard. EQ's also a concern for other steels, but (for me at least) Outrage is pretty much the only move used.
But walling? Nothing really "walls" Haxorus that much. He just hits too hard. Tank a hit and then KO back is the best way to deal.

Dual Chop is just so much more useful than Dragon Claw. Same power with granted a bit less accuracy. But hits those Sub users hard.
You would be surprised how much 90% accuracy will disapoint you. And these days there aren't many physical sub pokemon (because you would be stupid to attempt it against a Latias or some thing), maybe like Toxicroak and the occasional phazing dragonite, and salamence, the later 2 are rather uncommon.

Guys, 90% may seem like alot, but this means 10% of the time it will miss and probably screw you over. Go with DClaw, it's MUCH more reliable, and all you have to do to ruin sashes/sturdy is setup rocks. And if you're running scarf, chances are the opponent won't be able to get a substitute in without prankster.
Dual Chop has never missed for me, and if we're saying a sub breaker move on haxorus that is better than Dclaw isnt worth noting due to 90% accuracy, you might as well say Focus Blast is 100% not needed on anything, which would be a lie. Sometimes Subs can come up and need breaking or they can wreck entire set ups/sweeps like SubDisable Gengar, who is fast as holy shit. Dual Chop/Outrage/DDance/Earthquake is a well rounded set with the "Lem Berry" Cherry on top. Hits like a freight train and has decent coverage with great STABs. The crit possibilities on Dual Chop happen quite often for me as well

My Haxorus has been defeated countless of times by this little guy. In the middle of an Outrage sweep, he comes in, transforms into a Haxorus, then outspeeds me with Choice Scarf, revenge killing me with Outrage

Not true, what makes Ditto such a good counter (sorry, CHECK) to haxorus is that Haxorus is locked into Outrage, thus cannot be switched out. Ditto can easily revenge kill Haxorus with Outrage. Any team that has a Haxorus will not have as much freedom to attack due to this important factor
isn't a jolly haxorus with dragon dance, earthquake, brick break and outrage/dragon claw with a yache berry a good haxorus? because brick break can counter haxorus's ice weakness, and you know why he must have outrage/dragon claw...
Problem is there are virtually no ice types in OU. That is a standard set, however I doubt Yache berry is the option for item, as Haxorus doesn't have very good bulk anyway. It needs life orb to hit hard right of the bat.
yes, but brick break can hit many types hard, especially steel(except for skarmory since it's flying, so it can still set-up spikes...)

ditto can use imposter scarf to outspeed anything under the sun that isn't scarf'd. very useful against guys like Heatran(who usually run Earth Power), or Haxorus(OUTRAGE)
Lol haga kind of. And to the other post(the smeargle one, I'm too lazy to quote again), ditto outclasses smeargle in it's ability to transform into the opponent instantly, unlike smeargle who has to transform first
Although Eccentric ditto is unreleased... Ditto can't switch in either, it has to come in after a poke dies.
