hair loss is pretty much entirely dependent upon your mother's side of the family, from what i know (i could be wrong though)

I occasionally have a sort of muscle spasm in my chest that is apparently indistinguishable from a heart attack, so if I ever have a real heart attack, I probably won't know.

the only thing i can think of that's really a "family history" is this weird thing where like some blood vessel bursts and you die like instantly ;/ both my grandfather and his father died of it, both were around 70, and also my great uncle had it too but he survived.
