OK people I always wanted to build a team around my fave Houndoom!
So here it is:

Crobat is a great lead. Lum for Zong's without Gyro Ball. Taunt to stop SR, Hypnosis and status. AA if I could do damage or U-turn to hurt Azelf and switch to a countor.

Breloom the awesome mushroom-ish kangaroo fighter thing. ES>Poison Heal because Lefties has same HP gain. Thunder Punch Gyrados that think I can't do anything to them and DD. SD 'cause it's awesome. Takes out Houndoom's ground, rock and water weakness.

Meta is awesome. His 1st three moves hits everything for nuetrual damage. He is meant to take hits and KO back. This thing is a monster mid game.

I run a special set due to the mgority of my team physical. Nasty Plot on a switch then sweep. Says hi to dragons then kills them. It's speed is: 317. low but I don't care. He is awesome. Comes out end game after special wall is gone and team is weakened.

Threat List:

SD Lucario: It set's up then sweeps.

Resttalk Cressilia: That fuckin' bitch. It PP stalls me and I die.

Poison Heal over Effect Spore for Breloom since, when Toxic Orb is active, Breloom will get twice the HP recovery of Leftovers (1/8 against 1/16), will still recover a little in Sandstorm and Hail, and will become immune to Burn, Paralysis and Sleep. Focus Punch over Brick Break and Spore over Thunder Punch.

Mamoswine can be put to sleep (Oblivious prevents Attract, not sleep). Adamant for Mamoswine's nature (not using Special Attacks).

Adamant for Metagross (not using Special Attacks). EVs for him are 252 HP/ 252 Atk/ 4 Spe. Explosion as a suicide move, Stealth Rock doesnt fit with the offensive set.

Milotic wants Rest-Talk over Hypnosis-Recover so it can activate Marvel Scale and be a real sleep absorber (Hypnosis is overkill with Crobat and Breloom).

Overall, this team doesn't have any HUGE defensive weakness, but its lack of offensive power will give Houndoom a hard time to sweep. Its to defensively weak to be a stall team and lacks offensive power to be an offensive team.

You got 4 EVs to spare for Breloom and Mamoswine.

Should I replace Crobat for this?

I see a slight DD Tyranitar weakness. Basically it sets up on Houndoom then proceeds to OHKO everything on your team except Breloom...

+1 Attack LO Stone Edge against Milotic = 107.86% - 127.10% damage.
+1 Attack LO Stone Edge against Breloom = 75.48% - 88.89% damage. (Make sure you'd get a free switch-in or else you're dead meat)

Simply add Mach Punch over Brick Break and you got yourself a decent kill on Tyranitar and possibly a revenge killer for the likes of Aerial Ace Dugtrio or even SD Cario if it decides to Close Combat instead of Extremespeed unaware of Mach Punch.

Add Ice Fang over Avalanche on Mamoswine, and LO over Leftovers for that extra kick.

I don't see Meteor Mash on Metagross. You'll need it against Cresselia, I'd replace Ice Punch for Meteor Mash. Mamoswine already takes care of Dragons with Ice Shard.

I'm not even sure why HP Ice is valuable on Houndoom, I guess for Dragons, but there are better pokemon on your team suited for taking them out, mainly Mamo. HP Fighting is just so much better for taking out Heatran and also Tyranitar whom I mentioned before.

Leftovers over Lum Berry on Crobat. It's probably the fastest sleep inducer in the game, except Yanmega after a Speed Boost, so I don't see the need for it, you already have Taunt to block status inducing moves so yeah.

You really should bulk up that Milotics defensive stats. Mainly to actually be able to take on Infernape. But Vaporeon is far superior for that role. With no recovery move or Rapid Spin support, Crobat will need all the recovery it can get in order to at least switch-in agaisnt Heracross or SD Cario.

No other HUGE weaknesses I sense. Like the Houndoom concept, and give props to using SD Breloom. Ironically it could save your ass from a sweep.

Go with flash fire>early bird on houndoom, it allows it to switch in on fire moves, and you have 3 fire weaks to lure with.
 
Vaporeon can't learn Calm Mind.

Another thing, keep Crobat as the combo of Crobat+Houndoom+Breloom is effective.

The only other thing I have to say is look at the standard EV spreads on the smogon analysis page, as those are rather lackluster and Milotic is practically OHKOed by everything this gen so maybe a Resttalk Suicune or atleast put defense EVs.
 
Thank you people's! Especially Stalefish and everybody that told me to switch Thunder Punch for Spore. I swept a Sandstorm team with it. SDloom pwns SS teams.
 
I don't see why you say you have problems with resttalk cressy. resttalk doesn't usually carry thunderwave, so houndoom can set up and smash her with +6 STAB supereffective dark pulse. this is a pretty offensive team, so I'll try to treat it like one, and not talk too much about threats, but 3 fire weaknesses trouble me, even if you're trying to bait houndoom. because if milotic is caught asleep and picks rest once or twice, suddenly you're dead against scarftran. you also lack sr, which is gonna help you ko things like heatran after a boost with houndoom. so I suggest replacing mamoswine, as he seems kinda filler. but what to replace him with? I'd say something like gliscor, as he makes a pretty good wall when paired with milotic, also giving you some insurance against lucario, as with brelooms frailty, and possibly mach punch / scarf sets, the smart player would choose bullet punch / extremespeed. he also gets down the sr, and even can be a backup counter to garchomp. I'd go jolly, just because jolly gliscor is the coolest thing ever, stopping those hp ice lucarios cold, provided you switch in safely. now, with ice fang, he can "counter" with ice fang, but at the moment you have some gyarados issues, so I'd probably switch ice beam for hp electric on milotic, as now your garchomp issues are not as big as your gyarados issues, as gyarados can hurt this team.
