16, but I'm offended to be considered in the same group as the 13 year olds. Should be 10-14 and 15-17 or something.

Why not just chuck all new initiates into #smogon? If they survive, then they get to register. Now, just out of curiosity - what is this #smogon? I'm vaguely curious.

#smogon is an IRC channel, where people can talk about random blabber, like a mass MSN chat basically, without the need for adding adresses.
