GOOD BYE STALL!
Hello again smogonites. In this time i make a team who's very prepared for attack the stall. we begin the RMT with the At to Glance. I wait that you like it ^^
AT A GLANCE
Scrafty_NB.gif

Scrafty is the best choice for break Gliscor, and Blissey/chansey. With one DD maked he outspeed Latios Cspecs, Make OHKO with Hi Jump Kick at Ferrothorn, and outspeed pokemons overused with a lot of speed how: Thundrus, gengar, espeon, latias, and virizion. Her much important counters are Skarmory, and Conkeldurr. Because of it i decided to put Gliscor with taunt in the team.
Scrafty_NB.gif
Gliscor_NB.gif

Gliscor it was of curse the best Physichal wall, in my opinion is better than skarmory, he can to met taunt, and kill a lot of OU pokemons with one SD. EQ for stab, and ice fang for the flying type pokemons ( he make OHKO at thundurus, damaged with rocks). After i need a counter for Rotom-W, the best threat of Gliscor, i decided to met Chansey.

Chansey_NB.gif

Chansey in this tier is best than Blissey. Lefties not are necessary, if you have a def.esp of more of 400. Chansey stop all of the special side, and it is my choice to stop to pokemons special as: Latios, Politoed, Rotom-W, ninetales, thundurus, Starmie, etc..... It was the moment to put a pokemon that was stopping to pokemons that they do boost up how as Volcarona and scrafty. My choice BulkyGyarados

Gyarados_NB.gif

This gyarados is my bulkywater in these team. He stop volcarona, scrafty, heatran, infernape, CB scizor, and the standart Ttar lead. Gyarados with Dragon Tail is better than roar, because he make damage for the pokemon, but dont can switch out the pokemon when he is in substitute. After i need a lead for met and stop the entry hazards. I select deoxys-s.

Deoxys_forma_velocidad_NB.gif

Deoxys, is a great lead. He have taunt 4 the entry hazards leads, and stealth rock. He ever put rocks in exception of a Prankster taunter. I decide met Psycho Boost 4 stab, and after superpower for surprise the lead Ttars. and finally i need a revnge killer for to finsih the team. Scizor!

Scizor its the best revenge killer in my opinion. Bullet punch with priority and stab, make some hits, that kill a lot of damaged Pokemons. u-turn is her best attack, Superpower 4 heatrans, and finally pursuit, her best surprise.

After of the construction of the team start the team Pokemon 4 pokemon.
THE TEAM
sdp4qw.png

Adn (Deoxys-S) @ Focus Sash
Trait: Pressure
EVs: 68 Atk / 188 SAtk / 252 Spd
Rash Nature (+SAtk, -SDef)
- Psycho Boost
- Stealth Rock
- Superpower
- Taunt
Everyone know that Pokemon it was really awesome how lead. Taunt make impossible that pokemons how Swampert, hippowdon, and others entry hazards leads make her attack of status. Superpower with this evs make OHKO at all off the ttars. and finally Psycho Boost for stab for the fighting dangerous pokemons how Machamp, and conkeldurr.
Scrafty.png

Spanish (Scrafty) (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Shed Skin
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Hi Jump Kick
- Crunch
- Dragon Dance
- Ice Punch
Scrafty is the best sweeper of the team. I prefer Ddance than bulk up. Why? Because after of he make a DD he have 354 of speed, and he outspeed a lot of OU pokemons, and with her 418 in attack make OHKO and 2OHKO at all off the metagame (except skarmory). Hi jump kick, and crunch for stab, and ICe punch for Nite, mence and gliscor. And with her base stat off the two defenses, they do that very difficult of defeat this pokemon.
Gliscor.png

Dr. Death (Gliscor) (M) @ Toxic Orb
Trait: Poison Heal
EVs: 196 HP / 100 Def / 212 Spd
Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Earthquake
- Taunt
- Swords Dance
- Ice Fang
Gliscor is a great choice in this team, because its a great Phisychall wall, and a great sweeper with Ice fang and EQ for stab. He restored 13% of her life with poison heal. I decide put taunt instead of Protect, because he kill Ferrothron, Foretress, and Skarmory.
Chansey.png

Lt. Nurse (Chansey) (F) @ Eviolite
Trait: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 HP / 104 Def / 148 SDef / 4 Spd
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Seismic Toss
- Softboiled
- Aromatherapy
- Thunder Wave
Awhh Chansey.... is better than Blissey or not? Well i supose that if. Chansey only need seismic toss for attack, Ice Beam or flamethrower it was stupid because he have a little special atack stat. Softbiled for ristored her health, aromatherapy it was imprescindible in this Pokemon and finally thunder wave for paralyse the oponents.he stop latios, and hydreigon dmeteor. He stop Latias subcm, and a all off the OU special attackers pokemons how Starmie.
Scizor_2_by_HearthFire.jpg

Red Beam (Scizor) (M) @ Choice Band
Trait: Technician
EVs: 156 HP / 252 Atk / 40 SDef / 60 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- U-turn
- Superpower
- Bullet Punch
- Pursuit
The best Revenge killer. U-turn for change the pokemon and put a counter of the enemy pokemon, bullet punch for stab, and technichian raises her power, Superpower for the steel pokemons, for example Heatran, and finally Pursuit is the surprise of the team.
gyarados.png

Big Fish (Gyarados) (F) @ Leftovers
Trait: Intimidate
EVs: 252 HP / 244 Def / 12 Spd
Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Waterfall
- Dragon Tail
- Rest
- Sleep Talk
And finally my bulky water. In this team is necessary Gyarados before a jellicent. He stop a lot off boost up pokemons, Sweppers and others. I need to are very commit for the Electrick attacks, and make gliscor, or Chansey.

Some thing to change post here. Thanks for read!

Well I really like your team set up but I think you should run moxie over shed skin on scrafty. Only because he is very good at getting out of stats trouble but scrafty works two ways. Either the bulky rest set that gives him a chance to survive because he is half dark and a lot of mons in the metagame are fighting or have fighting type moves. The other scrafty is the all out moxie scrafty who uses his quick speed to ko with his good stab moves and then with dragon dance his atk stat goes nuts. Not that I'm opposed to finding a balance or creativity but your current scrafty might have trouble surviving if you don't fully commit to using him as a speed hitter only and letting him have moxie. But the choice is up to you, since a lot of pokemon would love to have the shed skin trait

I like the gliscor set, but just as a suggestion if you find its not working, throw substitute and protect on it so you can tank more with the 13% recovery. So you can also run EQ and keep taunt on it too. Perhaps change the ev spread to 184 DEF and 72 SPE. There's other possible sets as well if that does not suit your style

Nice team, here are a few comments:
An alternative for Deoxys-S is to put Focus Blast instead of Superpower. Tyranitar has a higher defense than a special defense, and with Focus Blast you can maximise your Special Attack, adding power for your Psycho Boost. A disadvantage is that it has a lower accuracy, so if you miss you may get KO by its Sandstorm + Crunch
Gliscor's Ice Fang could be replaced by Fire Fang, so as to revenge kill any Ice Pokemon hoping to come in for the kill. Also, after taunting the steel types you can follow up with a super-effective move, as earthquake doesn't affect Skarmory and doesn't do enough damage on forretress and ferrothorn

Tyranitar gets SpD boost from Sandstorm.

Id run only 8 speed EV's on Scizor. If your going to be using u-turn, you want to be slower than your opponent so you keep the momentum.

Try 248hp/252atk/8spd. This will leave you either slower or at a speed tie with most other Scizors, and slower than other common u-turn users.

Tyranitar gets a boost from Sandstorm, and there are almost no Ice types in OU. Most of the Pokemon using Ice-typed moves will usually be water typed, while Ice Fang helps Gliscor to take out a lot of threats.

Hey there, nice team.
On Deoxys-S though, I would recommend Spikes over Psycho Boost, as it would help Gyarados rack up phazing damage, and help Scrafty sweep, as well as support your team in general. Psycho Boost isn't used most of the time anyway. On Chansey, I would run Wish / Protect over Softboiled / Aromatherapy. Aromatherapy isn't particularly useful on your team: Gyarados has rest, Scrafty has Shed Skin, Chansey has Natural Cure, Deoxys-S is a suicide lead, and Gliscor has Toxic Orb + Poison Heal. Wish support could be useful for your team, especially Scizor. A spread of 252 HP / 252 Def Bold would benefit Chansey more than your current EV Spread. On Gliscor, the standard 252 HP / 184 Def / 72 Speed Impish EV Spread would be better as well.

Have you considered using Spikes > Stealth Rock on Deoxys and Stealth Rock > Thunder Wave on Chansey? Your team naturally abuses hazards very well with Scizor's U-turn and its solid defensive synergy constantly forcing switches, so I think it's worth a shot. If you do try this, I recommend trying a Jellicent in Gyarados's place. It's the best spin blocker around, it has similar typing to Gyarados, and it breaks stall very efficiently; your team currently struggles with stall a bit, so this would help out alot.

Jellicent @ Leftovers | Bold | EVs: 248 HP / 216 Def / 44 Spe
Scald | Toxic | Taunt | Recover

One other minor change you might want to try is Low Kick > Superpower on Deoxys; this will OHKO even Chople Berry Tyranitar, who can live Superpower thanks to the berry cutting its power. Good team, hope I helped.

I would actually rather run Deoxys-S with:

Stealth Rock
Spikes
Shadow Ball
Hidden Power Fire

Maybe with a Expert Belt.

The belief is that most all Tyranitar users are highly aware of the fact that Deoxy-s commonly carries Superpower. By the time they figure it out, you'll have your SR and a layer of Spikes out. Shadow Ball will almost never be used but it does rape the shit out of Espeon and Xatu, who will give you a lot of trouble setting down hazards in the first place. Then Scizor will always try to find prey but HPFire deals with that, prevents a Rapid Spinner in Forretress to get off it's shit, and hits Ferrothron decently. Shadow Ball helps with Starmie as well.

But yeah, Jellicent is a welcome over Gyarados if you choose. I'd also rather keep Aromatheraphy and change Scrafty to Moxie. If you end up getting statused, you're relying on a 30% chance anyways. Switching out and preserving another attempt later might be smarter in the long run of many battles IMO.
