Moves
Name: Meteor Assault / Prismatic Laser / Rock Wrecker
Effect: Old effects + 100% acc instead of 90%. If this move KOs the opponent, no Recharge.
Justification: Bringing back the Gen 1 Effect makes for an interesting high risk high reward move. Immensely powerful but a massive momentum sink if you miss the KO. Limited to two signatures and a rare move because otherwise could be a bit centralising (Stater moves would be dumb on stuff like Gren and Giga Impact/Hyper Beam beibg on every mon is a reciepe for disaster)
Name: Bonemerang
Power: 50
Accuracy: 100%
PP: 16
Category:
Type:
Effect: Hits twice.
Priority: First hit +1 priority, last hit -1 priority.
Potential Pokémon With This Move:

Justification: Promptly stolen from OptiMons, this rework turns it into an utility move that can be used for the Wak cousins as means of Speed control. Other than them though, distribution would be rather limited. I listed lucario and Mandibuzz since they're the only other mons to get Bone Rush, and Houndoom for its visible bones.
Name: Mud Spike
Power: 85
Accuracy: 100%
PP: 16
Category:
Type:
Effect: 10% Poison chance. 30% if used by a Poison-Type.
Priority: 0
Potential Pokémon With This Move:

Justification: Ground coverage designed to be given to Poisons and Bugs so they can deal with Steel better. Conceptually though should go mostly to Poisons, Sludgy/Gooey stuff, Amphibians and other mud-dwelling or swamp-dwelling mons, with the eventual Ground STAB user. Can look at Mud Bomb and Mud Shot distrib for reference.
Name: Aggravate
Power: 70
Accuracy: 100%
PP: 16
Category:
Type:
Effect: If target is Statused, applies Taunt and Heal Block to it. (Counts as a Secondary Effect like Throat Chop)
Flags: Contact
Priority: 0
Potential Pokémon With This Move:

Justification: Based on the saying of "To Add Insult To Injury", this move is a wallbreaking and stallbreaking tool. It contributes to the Status Spam strat that has been going on thanks to the Merciless buff, and is otherwise a decent Utility move.
Items
Name: Adrenaline Orb
Effect: This Pokemon's Speed is raised by 1 if any of its stats that is lowered by a foe. Consumeable.
Can Be Knocked Off: Yes
Ignored by Klutz: Yes
Fling Power & Effect: 30, raises target's Speed
Justification: Slight buff so it has more chances to activate
Name: Iron Ball
Effect: Extends the duration of Gravity to 8 turns. Holder is grounded, if Flying type, takes neutral Ground damage.
Can Be Knocked Off: Yes
Ignored By Klutz: Yes
Fling Power & Effect: 130
Justification: Paired with Gravitas, allows for better usage of Gravity teams. Best OU Gravitas mon rn is a Mega though so you'd need to find other setters for Iron Ball.
Adjustments

Type:
Abilities:
Sticky Hold / Hydration / Gooey
New Moves: Corrosive Gas
Justification: Simple buff that goes miles. Dragon/Poison is a very good defensive typing and they have the fatness to back it up. Now also got the new Life Dew. Not much else to say here really.

Type:
Abilities: Early Bird / Scrappy /
Natural Cure --
--> Parental Bond
Removed Moves: Seismic Toss
New Moves: Milk Drink, Slash, Crush Claw, Play Rough, Play Nice, Bulk Up, Poison Jab
Justification: Mega Kanga no longer has the busted move that 2HKOs everything. This should by all means make it fine to drop to OU, as its otherwise a pretty tame mon, it faces some compoetition from Mega Lop and the multiple Contact punish in this gen help keep it in check.
Type:
Abilities: Beast Boost /
Grassy Surge
New Moves: Synthesis, Mega Drain, Giga Drain, Grassy Glide, Leech Seed, Overheat, Swords Dance
Justification: Gives Xurk a cool second ability option, giving it pseudostab on Grass, weakening Earthquake and otherwise some cool utility with its moves.
Abilities:
Tough Claws /
Power of Alchemy / Magic Bounce
New Moves: Sucker Punch, Knock Off, First Impression, Superpower, Grass Knot, Throat Chop, Curse
Justification: Allows for some mix ups in its sets, letting it run ocasional Mixed coverage. Tough Claws Draining Kiss does sound pretty interesting, and it gets First Impression and Sucker Punch for utility. Physical sets actually hit slightly harder with TC Play Rough than Special with Dazzling Gleam. Lastly, Curse is really interesting for physical TR sets.
