All aboard the Herman Cain train!! Why vote for this guy you ask? Good question. It all happened last Thursday during the republican debate in Iowa, while watching, I didn't even catch this little gem that he threw our way until reading the news.

"A poet once said 'life can be a challenge, life can seem impossible, but it's never easy when there's so much on the line'"

What does this mean, I don't know, but the poet Herman Cain heard this quote from is none other than Donna Summer who sang this line for Pokemon The Movie: The Power of one.

All I can say is about time a politician will shamelessly pander to the pokemon community, we have too long been a silent majority.

How does this sort of thing even happen on accident?

Where did he even hear the song at? Why did he fuck up its source so badly? How could he remember the lyrics so specifically without knowing where they came from?

Everything about this just blew my mind when I first heard about it. Incredibly funny.
 
I agree with Swaggersaurus. Unless she's never written a song in her life, then she IS a poet; songs are just poems put to a rhythm and tune.

I think after reading the OP, I've become a Republican.

EDIT: Randomly asking, Shiny Tyranitar, but are you Greek? I only ask because you used a semicolon as a question mark in the thread title, and as far as I know, only the Greek language does that.
