Ok voting has closed and the winner by one vote is Chinchou!
Chinchou @ Berry Juice
Level: 5
Ability: Volt Absorb
EVs: 76 HP / 212 Def / 152 SpA / 60 Spe
Bold Nature
- Scald
- Volt Switch
- Ice Beam / Hydro Pump / Hidden Power Ground
- Heal Bell

Chinch helps remedy a lot of issues for the team, it gives us a another flying resist which is important for a team based on scarf scraggy when fletch is so common Volt switch gives us a way to grab momentum and get scraggy in safely in certain situations e.g on a ferroseed switch. Gives us a pony switch in which is important for a team that so far loses to it. Heal bell makes scraggy still useful if it were used early game and got burned or paralysed. Last move is filler. Of course scald needs no explanation most annoying move in the game the burn chance is good support for any team

Scraggy @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Moxie

So now we can add to the previous list of stuff we need a ground type counter. This is important, and also keep in mind that BJ chinchou can be trapped by Diglett without overly much difficulty.

We still need (stuff that we can easily do right now):

A fighting type counter
Hazard support
A better pawniard counter

More stuff's going to come up, but a fighting type answer should really be a big priority.

Foongus @ Eviolite
Level: 5
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 124 HP / 160 Def / 160 SpD
Bold Nature
- Spore
- Giga Drain
- Sludge Bomb
- Hidden Power Fighting

Foongus alleviates problems with Diglett as well as supporting the (to be added) hazard support by pressuring spinners like Staryu, Shellder and Drilbur. Besides that, his incredible bulk, regenerator healing along with his poison typing makes it an ongoing blanket fighting check, as even without Eviolite it can take basically any attack from the tier's common fighting type and put them to sleep with spore or deal significant chip damage. HP Fighting also deters Pawniard switchins. As a good pivot generally Foon doesn't lose that much momentum, the the sleep turns and forced switches can give free turns to scraggy.

Whilst writing this I was thinking about of using Archen instead, since Foongus compiles weaknesses to Ponyta which Archen cares less about whilst also having a secondary Fletch counter and providing hazard support. I'm just worried about it being less of a fighting counter and more of a one time switch check, and I'm disliking Archen right now, hence me going for Foon. Just food for thought.

Ponyta @ Eviolite

Ability: Flame Body
Level: 5
EVs: 76 Atk / 156 Def / 76 SpD / 196 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Flare Blitz
- Will-O-Wisp
- Toxic / Sunny Day / Double-Edge
- Morning Sun

Larvesta @ Eviolite
Ability: Flame Body
Level: 5
EVs: 76 HP / 236 Def / 156 SpD / 36 Spe
Impish Nature
- U-turn
- Flare Blitz
- Will-O-Wisp
- Morning Sun

Larvesta provides both a good fighting check, with flame body burning 100% of the time (don't listen to the SmogDex, it's a lie!). It can also threaten Pawn fairly well Ban Flame Body! , as well as switch into Snivy as well- which sweeps with hp fire atm- and annoy some things like Ferro (You really don't want Scraggy to be T-waved.)

What a beautiful face, I have found in this place
reserving skrelp again

Skrelp @ Eviolite
Level: 5
Ability: Adaptability
EVs: 36 HP / 116 Def / 200 SpA / 116 SpD / 40 Spe
Modest Nature
- Sludge Wave
- Hydro Pump
- Toxic Spikes
- Scald

A different set from last time. So Skrelp is an amazing fight absorber that dishes out tons of damage and forces out a lot of switches too. This set here takes advantage of those forced switches and sets up toxic spikes for the rest of the team to have fun with. Toxic is one of the more annoying conditions out there and really helps the late game scraggy sweep. Its also cute as hell so you better fucking vote for it.

Celesteela is Life

Porygon @ Eviolite
Ability: Trace
EVs: 236 HP / 196 Def / 76 SpD
Calm Nature
- Thunder Wave
- Psychic
- Hidden Power Fighting
- Recover

Makes the Fighting weakness even bigger sadly, but defensive Trace Porygon adds a revenge killer to Diglett, with HP Fighting it can check Pawniard, and is just a great overall check to a lot of things like Chinchou and other special attackers.

Timburr @ Eviolite
Level: 5
Ability: Guts
EVs: 116 Atk / 156 Def / 236 SpD
Careful Nature
- Drain Punch
- Mach Punch
- Knock Off
- Bulk Up

Ugh i feel the need to step in and try to fix this team before some of the suggestions really get out of hand

Timburr has nigh perfect synergy with Chinchou / Honedge / Scraggy, as Scraggy can easily wallbreak and wear down things like Spritzee or Snubbull, there are two seperate Fletchling checks, we have an excellent trapper for Abra and Gothita, and Timburr 1v1s Mienfoo fairly well. This also gives us a status absorber so we aren't forced to run Shed Skin on Scraggy. If we go Timburr imo it would be wise to forgoe defense EVs on Honedge and try to invest enough speed to hit 12 if at possible, as otherwise we really do need a more solid check to Fire Punch / Earthquake Snubbull

Because lots of people are testing and stuff (including me!) I'm going to be extending the deadline for submissions this round to Sunday, May 8. It's not a ton more time but hopefully it'll get us a few more submissions to choose from.

Good work so far guys.

Pancham @ Eviolite
Level: 5
Ability: Mold Breaker
EVs: 180 Atk / 100 Def / 212 SpD / 12 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Parting Shot
- Drain Punch
- Knock Off
- Swords Dance

Pancham provides an answer to Dark types (barring Vullaby), and wins 1v1 against most fighting types. Parting Shot grabs momentum for the team while neutering predicted switch ins, allowing Scraggy more "set up" opportunities, and giving Honedge the chance to trap certain foes that it could not if they were at full strength. Swords Dance is in the last slot to Wallbreak for Scraggy and to set up for a sweep if Scraggy has broken/weakened its normal counters or an opportunity has arisen. Pancham also makes a pseudo voltturn core with Chinchou.

Vullaby @ Eviolite
Ability: Overcoat
Level: 5
EVs: 116 HP / 156 Atk / 76 SpD / 116 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Brave Bird
- Knock Off
- Roost
- U-turn / Heat Wave

Offensive Vullaby lures in Dark checks like Spritzee/Snubbull and Knocks off their Eviolites or U-turns to the appropriate counter. It beats Fighting-types for Honedge and Scraggy, weakens bulky stuff with Knock Off for Scraggy to clean, is immune to Ground and Spore / Sleep Powder, and is just generally awesome at taking hits and punching holes. Makes a cute little VoltTurn core with Chinchou, as it resists both of Chinchou's weaknesses and lures in Ice / Electric attacks for it.

Alternatively run Heat Wave for Pawniard in the last slot. Or Defog.
