I called act
Since both you and your opponent missed the scheduled time and did not successfully reschedule (unlike what you claimed in your act post, you and your opponent did not agree on a second time), you lacked grounds to be given an activity win. While your opponent should have tried to reschedule once they realized they forgot the time, I can't exactly blame them for not immediately jumping to that when you previously said you'd be busy all Sunday.
Their overall activity when scheduling was not worse to enough of an extent that you'd get an activity win, there were strong indications that an extension would not have resulted in this game being done, and so your match was flipped.
