That said I think the stat spread is fine. Tatsugiri doesn't have a very strong move pool, so leaning super far into the offensive spectrum would be whatever and they were likely never going to minmax the defenses such that it'd be like +40 each or just go all in on special attack.

Unless Mega Heatran has an incredibly good Ability when it comes to Pokemon Champions, it won't be used over base Heatran given how reliant Heatran is on its item.

Into the trash it goes. Imagine getting 2 (Two) Megas and both are worse than the base form. It's like how Volcarona is better than Slither Wing and Iron Moth.
