I can't get it to work....I downloaded python 2.7 and sendpkm but it doesn't work...

you may need to turn your firewall off. sometimes (alot of the time) it can block it, also turn off MSN or AIM or SKYPE!
Are you using 4G or 5G because sendpkm is for 4G. use IR-GTS-BW i think its better!
What is happening when you try to use it?

I think the problem might be the pokemon file in this thread is a 4th gen file which doesnt work with gen v games

no that is not the problem. litwick is from 5G and the cresselia has 4G and 5G files there for you to download!
