Mario Kart Wii

Ctrainer, your times are all really slow on the mario kart channel :/

I think there's something about the mario kart channel I don't know...about it updating, because:

a.) SCs times are slower than he says
b.) ctrainer too
c.) loads of people such as 0ma, andeby, ctrainer, and steeler didn't show up when we had both added each other and steeler still hasn't shown up
 
well most of my times are really slow, the only levels that I have TTed trying to get a decent time are Luigi Circuit and Yoshi Falls. everything else was to unlock toadette, and I can beat all of them by a shitload.

however, my yoshi falls time should show up as I said it is. if it doesn't that's weird o_O

Will break into 55:xxx by the end of the week.

Just need to not do my usual 'fuck up the 2nd lap'

Lol, I got 56:669 >.< I just keep making too much mistakes. I mean, it's not too hard to get + .2 on the first lap, but then I just keep crashing into things. I really hate it. I will continue this tomorrow.
 
Yep ctrainer yoshi falls time didn't show up last time I checked

Also I should easily be able to get 0:55:xxx tommorow I was so close today (using a new route that cut off 0.2 or something from the first lap) when I had to finish -_-

Gl. I just can't stand it, I can't get below 56 secs. Stupid mistakes >.<
 
They don't update unless you are both online at the time IIRC.

Currently Mark on mine has his 56 sec one, I've just left it.

Anyways was some good racing earlier mark, shame it couldn't have been on RR eh?
 
Oh that would explain why omas updates but ctrainers doesn't, seeing as he is in america and I'm UK :/

heh ghandi the last time we raced I was so far out in front xD I lapped loads of people, it was on bowsers castle? heh

3rd in australia with .050 seperating me from 1st place.

Hey, is there a list for friend codes anywhere? I am interested in playing with you guys but can't find anything :[ My FC is 3823-8928-0080, by the way. Also, I'm not that great and have some pretty terrible Time Trail scores :/
 
American dream, just go find the request a race thread and put it there, although its a little dead. I'm not so great at time trials, I only got all the expert ghosts so I could unlock things. I'm more interested in racing friends.
 
Hmm, although this is a bit dead due to the brawl threads, I still think it deserves to be moved into the competitive subforum.

On a different note, is there a way to not take such a big hit from Pow Blocks? I notice online people and CPUs recover WAY too quickly compared to me.
 
I don't know if there's another way to do it, but what I do is try to wheelie just as the POW block goes off. It really helps on Wifi races, since everyone else will still be recovering while you're speeding off (:
