The arrows are bestowed upon the winners by an Elder woman who is allegedly over 130 years old thanks to the flesh of a mermaid she consumed.
When Saori, Naoko, and Toshimi failed to win the Dugong Arrow lottery, they got drunk and burned her alive in one of the warehouses to see if she was truly immortal.

The nickname is a reference to Tae Aizawa from the ❝Megure's Sealed Secret❞ murder case in Gosho Ayoama's ❝Detective Conan❞ manga series.
In this case, the women Tae Aizawa, Ryouko Mizutani, Hitomi Endou, and Michiko Ishiguro are used to make a reference to the Japanese Gyaru (ギャル) fashion subculture.
Jynx's design is a parody of the Ganguro (ガングロ) and Yamanba (やまんば) gyaru styles, characterized by an artificial deep tan, bleached hair, white makeup around the eyes and on the lips, and darker shades on the eyes.
The reference is also interesting for Jynx, since the label of ❝Yamanaba❞, related to the Yamanba (やまんば) gyaru style, also means ❝old mountain hag❞.

The nickname is a reference to the eponymous male Syrian brown bear that was bought by Polish II Corps soldiers in Hamadan, Iran.
The bear was drafted into the Polish army as a Private and even took part in the Battle of Monte Cassino in 1944, carrying artillery ammunition.
The bear had also learned how to march on its hind legs and enjoyed wrestling with the other soldiers.

I started soft-resetting on November 20, 2020.
I finally received the shiny Regieleki on December 5, 2020 at 9:36 p.m after soft-resetting for 16 days.
Synchronizers do not work on Regieleki.

The nickname is a reference to the eponymous drone from Iain M. Bank's ❝The Culture❞ science fiction book series.

The strategy requires you to use a weak Volt Switch into your partner holding a Weakness Policy.
