Details and proof

I caught this Pokémon with a Master Ball at the Ilex Forest shrine on my Pokémon Crystal version for the Virtual Console.
This Pokémon was soft-reset manually: no tools (such as e.g. PKMN-NTR bots or Lua scripts) or glitches were involved in the hunt for this Pokémon.
I started soft-resetting on January 28, 2018.
I finally encountered the shiny Celebi on February 7, 2018 at 1:18 p.m after soft-resetting for 11 days.
The odds of encountering a shiny Pokémon are 1/8192 in Gen 2 games.
I referred to this ❝Exp. Points ↔ Nature❞ table (courtesy of TheMantyke) to assure a Bold nature for it.

Sakiko (written: 咲子 or 紗己子) is a Japanese feminine name, meaning ❝blossom child❞.

Note: In Gen 7 this Pokémon is nicknamed ❝카산드라❞, whereas it is nicknamed ❝Cassandra❞ in Gen 8+.
Because of a bug, Pokémon HOME assigned this Pokémon the new OT ❝HOME❞ in Gen 8+, as opposed to the OT ❝❤사토미❤❞ from Gen 7.
Since this Pokémon was bred on my English savegame, I was able to nickname an unnamed copy on my English Sword savegame.
