What about an inverse regenerator? Instead of healing itself, the next target heals 1/3 of either it's total health of megaJ's depending on who has more.

Call it... Healing Root... or haulistics. Would go great with Uturn.
 
Too unnecessarily complex. I support intimidate on it, with a bit of a good buff to Attack, at least 40., with the rest spread onto its other stats.
 
You can always do an Auto Wish on the turn you come out.
When mega Jirachi likely gets a similar ability, it will outclass the stealth rock and quad ice weak Jumpluff and have more health. Honestly it'd be great on something with lots of health. Jumpy only has 75. Feels too outclassable.
 
I've been thinking. Jumpluff would be awesome with an ability that let none of its Flying or Grass type moves miss (including going through substitutes) if we gave it Hurricane and coverage.

If you guys try to make an offensive Umbreon I will mail you the fingers of a loved one

Give it some slight buffs yeah, but it already learns Curse. And Foul Play. Foul Play is great. Make him bulky enough and he can kill off almost all setup sweepers with Foul Play before they can KO him.

But a massive offensive stat buff is rediculous, save that for Espeon (who also needs to be discussed, let's not forget)
