Mega Toxapex
Ability
: Merciless
HP: 50
Atk: 63 —> 188 (+125)
Def: 152 —> 137 (-15)
SpA: 53 —> 78 (+25)
SpD: 142 —> 127 (-15)
Spe: 35 —> 15 (-20)

New Moves: Earthquake
Description: Toxapex can now use its massive bulk from pre evolution to spread Toxic and Toxic Spikes in order to help itself wallbreak once its checks are whittled down. Water and Poison coverage is great, and with such high Attack stat alongside Merciless, Toxapex’s moves will really hurt. That being said, it is still very slow and loses some of its massive bulk upon mega evolving, which is far from ideal specially when it can’t afford defensive investment by going Adamant. Ironically enough, it’s also walled by opposing Toxapex unless it packs Earthquake, but that means giving up one of Toxic, Toxic Spikes, or Recover, which is also far from ideal.

Mega Tentacruel

Ability:
Simple
HP: 80
Atk: 120 (+40)
Def: 85 (+20)
SpA: 80 (+0)
SpD: 135 (+15)
Spe: 125 (+25)
New Moves: Aqua Jet, Liquidation, Earthquake
Description: Semi-bulky Simple Swords Dance breaker. Pretty simple, not much more to say. No way is it competing with pex without outclassing it!

Mega Qwilfish

Ability:
Stakeout
HP: 65
Atk: 145 (+50)
Def: 95 (+10)
SpA: 35 (-20)
SpA: 65 (+10)
Spe: 135 (+50)
New Moves: Earthquake, Slack Off, Aqua Jet
Description: Taunt-based mega stallbreaker that preys on stuff like Chansey.

Mega Toxapex

Ability: Unaware
HP: 50
Atk: 43 (-20)
Def: 202 (+50)
SpA: 73 (+20)
SpD: 192 (+50)
Spe: 35 (+0)
New Moves: Metal Burst, Flash Cannon

Description: The defensive Swellow counter we've all wanted(?)! Functions exactly as usual while in base form and can then transition into a late-game super-wall for stall teams when necessary (when Swellow starts clicking Calm Mind). Hits marginally harder with Scald as a bonus.

Mega Qwilfish
Typing:
Water/Steel
Ability: Iron Barbs
Stats: 65/130/145/80/85/35 (+35 Atk, +60 Def, +25 SpA, +30 SpD, -50 Spe)
New Moves: Recover, Wild Charge
Competitive: A fantastic pre-Mega ability in Intimidate, great physical stats, and a new Steel typing plus Iron Barbs allow Mega Qwilfish to act as the end-all physical wall. With access to Curse and Recover, it can stall out teams and clean w/ Gyro Ball, or it can be a strong TR sweeper w/ SD, Liquidation, Gyro Ball, and Wild Charge for bulky waters.

Mega Tentacruel
Typing:
Water/Poison
Ability: Volt Absorb
Stats: 80/85/90/95/135/130 (+15 Atk, +25 Def, +15 SpA, +15 SpD, +30 Spe)
New Moves: Recover, Nasty Plot
Competitive: A unique combination of great Speed, great Special bulk, a great defensive typing, and an immunity to one of its only 3 weaknesses, Mega Tentacruel would be a huge threat in the OU tier. It provides a fantastic check to any Magearna set (and special Mega Magearna, though with P-Don dominating the tier I doubt it’d have any shred of viability in Ubers). It can even try a Nasty Plot sweeping set w/ its great bulk allowing for easy setup.

Mega Qwlfish
New type:

New ability
: Water Absorb
Mega Stone: Qwilfite

Def: 85 -> 135 (+ 50)
SpA: 55 -> 55 (+ 0)
SpD: 55 -> 95 (+ 40)
Spe: 85 -> 85 (+ 0)
New Moves: Spike Cannon, Aqua Ring
Description: Qwilfish improves its defences a lot, and with the addition f Aqua Ring and Water Absorb, it can more easily keep itself healthy. It also gets an improvement to its attack stat to hit back.

Mega Toxapex
New type:

Water/Poison

New ability
: Stone Absorb: Absorbs Rock moves and Stealth Rock to heal HP (Clone of Water Absorb/Volt Absorb)
Mega Stone: Toxapite
Stats:
HP: 50
Atk: 63 -> 103 (+ 40)

Def: 152 -> 162 (+ 10)
SpA: 53 -> 83 (+ 30)
SpD: 142 -> 162 (+ 20)
Spe: 35 -> 35 (+ 0)
New Moves: Wrap, Giga Drain
Description: Toxapex loses Regenerator, but gains an immunity that heals and which clears Stealth Rock, while gaining the stats to do more than just sit and take punishment. It can now hit back, and its defences boost and become even.

Mega Tentacruel
New type:

Water/Poison

New ability
: Stun Touch: May paralyse opponent upon contact (Poison Touch clone)
Mega Stone: Tentacrite
Stats:
HP: 80
Atk: 70 -> 110 (+ 40)
Def: 65 -> 65 (+ 0)
SpA: 80 ->100 (+ 20)
SpD: 120 -> 150 (+ 30)
Spe: 100 -> 110 (+ 10)
New Moves: Power Whip, Crunch
Description: Tentacruel becomes a status spreader with its new ability and it not only becomes a better special wall, but its offenses massively improve to hit back and to take advantage of its new ability.

Heavyweapons Mann Thanks. And just for future reference I think to figure ability limits you’ve just gotta think logically. For less viable Pkmn like Raticate or Mightyena, their bad stats could allow them access to tier 4.5 or 5, which would be balanced provided there be no excessive min-maxing. On the other hand, something like Smeargle would need to have a much lower limit, like 3.5 or lower, despite having worse stats, cuz of his gimmick. For any regular Pkmn a good baseline is usually 4.

Mega Tentacruel
type: Water/Poison => Water/Poison
ability: Neurotoxin (Special moves have a 30% chance to poison, and attacks are crits if opponent is poisoned. Merciless + special version of Poison Touch Clone. If this is broken, remove the Poison Touch clone part.)
Stats:
HP: 80
Atk: 70
Def: 65 => 85 (+20)
SpA: 80 => 145 (+65)
SpD: 120
Spe: 100 => 115 (+15)
New Moves: Psychic Quiver Dance
Description:
Tentacruel becomes a frightening special sweeper, with the fantastic Quiver Dance as a setup move, plus a garenteed crit on poisoned opponents.

ATK 70 (-10)=> 60
DEF 65 (+45)=> 110
SPA 80 (+45)=> 125
SPD 120 (+20)=> 140
SPE 100
New Moves: Clear Smog, Water Spout

Mega Qwilfish
Type
:

Ability: *Volatile
*Volatile - when this pokemon's health falls below 33%, it immediately uses the move Explosion.
Stats:
HP: 65
Atk: 95 -> 125 (+30)
Def: 85 -> 115 (+30)
SpA: 55
SpD: 55 -> 85 (+30)
Spe: 85 -> 95 (+10)
New Moves: Iron Head, Fire Fang, Magnet Rise
Descritpion: Mega Qwilfish would be a rather mediocre Swords Dance wallbreaker, if not for its ability, which should be, if nothing else, very exciting. Ideally, you can use it to smash a hole in someone's team, by landing a +2 attack followed by a +2 Explosion on the same target. In addition, if it stays in base form until it's below 33%, it will be able to Explode in a high priority bracket (not sure exactly how it will work). It's definitely a meme, but it should be a fun one.

Mega Toxapex
Type
:

Ability: Water Absorb
Stats:
HP: 50
Atk: 63 -> 83 (+30)
Def: 152 -> 192 (+40)
SpA: 53 -> 93 (+30)
SpD: 142 -> 152 (+10)
Spe: 35 -> 25 (-10)
New Moves: Dark Pulse, Gunk Shot, Foul Play
Descritpion: Although losing Regenerator hurts a lot, switching up its typing provides some interesting tactical options, as well as a seperate niche for Mega Toxapex. Its defensive typing arguably improves, especially with an added immunity thrown in. Knock Off and Sludge Bomb are still pretty good utility attacks, and its Scald still does more than in base form anyway, meaning you can run a set that functions in both forms and save the Mega for when you are facing a Psychic type.

Mega Tentacruel
Type
:

Ability: Intimidate
Stats:
HP: 80
Atk: 70 -> 80 (+10)
Def: 65 -> 75 (+10)
SpA: 80 ->130 (+50)
SpD: 120 -> 140 (+20)
Spe: 100 -> 110 (+10)
New Moves: Taunt, Clear Smog, Extrasensory
Descritpion: Tentacruel has recently seen use in OU as on offensive spinner due to its speed, SpD, and offensive coverage. This Mega Tentacruel aims to take that niche and expand it into an A-tier mon by giving it a sizeable boost across the board in terms of bulk, power, and speed. Mega Tentacruel can now threaten more bulky pokemon thanks to good SpA alongside Taunt to stop recovery. Overall it offers a lot of role compression.

Was thinking of submitting something for this for the first time, do we have to include sprites? Because I think my thing is broken and can’t do sprites.

Mega Qwilfish
Type
: Poison/Steel
Ability: Bottom Feeder (Volt Absorb clone, eats ground type moves and hazards to restore HP)
HP: 65
Atk: 95 -> 120 (+25)
Def: 85 -> 115 (+30)
SpA: 55 -> 35 (-20)
SpD: 55 -> 110 (+55)
Spe: 85 -> 95 (+10)

New Moves: Iron Head, Iron Defense, Stealth Rock

With low HP, you rely on your defensive type combo and spinning health to get shit done and heal up as well on predicted quakes. 95 speed without an item isn’t very stellar and beyond fairy busting the STAB combo is weak. Watch out for fire types that resist your STAB as you might not even have room for a water move any more.

You copy image address and then insert the image using the picture button on the editor
I don’t understand what you mean, but if anyone else can edit my post, please add in the sprites.
Mega Toxapex
Type: Dark / Poison
Ability: Super Scare (Dark type physical attacks have 20% paralysis chance)
Stats:
HP: 50
Atk: 63 -> 113 (+50)
Def: 152 -> 177 (+25)
SpA: 53 -> 73 (+20)
SpD: 142 -> 157 (+15)
Spe: 35 -> 25 (-10)
New Moves: Swords Dance, Gunk Shot, Foul Play
Descritpion: Defensive/offensive. It’s ability provides neat speed control, while Knocck Off And Foul Play are both good tools for both defensive and offensive play. Swords Dance makes it a bulky wall breaker, while a perfectly accurate Toxic, Tspikes and Recover makes it a defensive wall. Very good pokemon.

More to come.

Something I haven't seen discussed a lot in this thread is MNMFA, or Mix and Megas For All. I think this meta has a lot of potential, because obviously lots of new mega stones have been added in this Pet Mod, giving great potential for a diverse MnM metagame. Here are some stones which I think are worth an immediate ban.

Possibly Banworthy stones:
Araquanite: +20 Atk / +10 Def / -20 SpA / +90 SpD / +0 Spe | Bubble Guard (Fur Coat Clone)
Blank Memory: +20 Atk / +20 Def / +20 SpA / +20 SpD / +20 Spe | Protean
Sudowoodite: +25 Atk / +5 Def / +10 SpA / +30 SpD / +20 Spe | Protean
Crawdauntite: +30 Atk / +15 Def / +5 SpA / +20 SpD / +30 Spe | Stakeout
Breloomite: +35 Atk / +17 Def / +10 SpA / +17 SpD / +21 Spe | Dashing Fists (If the Pokémon uses a move with 80 or less BP, that move gets +1 priority.)
Volcaronite: +50 Atk / +25 Def / +0 SpA / +0 SpD / +15 Spe | Tinted Lens
Naganadite: +40 Atk / +0 Def / +40 SpA / +0 SpD / +20 Spe | Contrary

I think most of those are self-explanatory. If you have questions about why I think they should be banned, just ask. There are also a few No Guard and Speed Boost stones which might be ban worthy. There is also an initial banlist in the spreadsheet with a few stones. I would appreciate if a spreadsheet editor would put these in the banlist, unless you have an objection. If you do, contact me.

Articunite: +20 Atk / +50 Def / +25 SpA / +5 SpD / +0 Spe | Absolute Zero (Freezes opposing Pokemon when hit by contact)

Articunite might also be worth a ban, it's a pretty cancer ability on something without a terrible typing. Cripples lots of physical attackers.

MnMFA is currently being coded and will be available soon™ on dragonheaven.psim.us. I'll post some sets later!

Hey that’s a really neat idea MNMFA, and there are plenty of new stones! I really love this idea, and was going to edit in a new Pokemon but I wanted to comment on this so..

Mega Tentacruel
Type: Water / Poison
Ability: Poison Touch
Stats:
HP: 80
Atk: 70 -> 80 (+10)
Def: 65 -> 85 (+20)
SpA: 80 ->110 (+30)
SpD: 120 -> 140 (+20)
Spe: 100 -> 110 (+10)
New Moves: Taunt, Clear Smog, Heal Bell
Descritpion: Tentacruel is reasonably good in OU, due to it’s good SpD and access to Rapid Spin. It’s Mega Evolution really lets it shine due to it’s access to decent defensive tools like Taunt, Clear Smog And Heal Bell. Clear Smog actually hits reasonably hard due to its newfound SpA, and Heal Bell allows it to stop any Status that may be threatening the team. A very good defensive Pokemon that provides Hazard control, status removal, and cleric stuff.

Mega Qwilfish
Type: Water / Electric
Ability: Supercharge
*Supercharge - This Pokemon’s first electric move has 20% more damage and a certain paralysis.
Stats:
HP: 65
Atk: 95 -> 135 (+40)
Def: 85 -> 105 (+20)
SpA: 55
SpD: 55 -> 70 (+15)
Spe: 85 -> 110 (+25)
New Moves: Wild Charge / Volt Switch / Magnet Rise
Description: A fast offensive sweeper, or can function as a fast revenge killer. It’s bulk is made better, and Supercharge makes it compulsory for teams to run aground types to avoid the first electric move. A very good Pokemon which I don’t like so I made really good.

New Moves: Fake Out, Liquidation
Description: Part of the reason he went to Electric is mostly because there are no Mega stones that add the Electric typing. Kinda funny, but also it gives pretty good STAB coverage. Access to Throat Chop and Poison Jab gives it unresisted moves. A little much, but it will work. I made this thing so it can become something that will break most Steel types and most Specially Defensive 'mons.

Description: One of the fastest unboosted pokemon in the game, Mega Qwilfish can use its high attack and Adaptability boosted stabs to break through neutral walls, however it is kind of lacking in the coverage department. There are very few situations where Poison Jab and Throat Chop, the only coverage moves of note, are not out powered by your choice of STABs

New Moves: Light Screen, Recover
Description: What if Toxapex traded the ability to recover while doing something else for a bit more bulk and a lot more speed and firepower? You'd get Mega Tentacruel. It's noticeably better at taking special attacks over Toxapex and the little bit of extra bulk could make the difference when fcing down a powerful physical attacker. Unfortunately it also uses up your Mega Slot.

Mega Qwilfish: Steel/Poison
New Ability: Sheer Force
Stats: 65/135/105/55/55/125
New Moves: Iron Head, Bulk Up
Qwilfish is a very powerful wallbreaker with its Sheer Force-boosted Iron Heads and Poison Jabs combined with its high Attack and fast Speed tier. Additionally, its okay physical bulk and nice defensive typing gives it some merit on HO teams. However, its special bulk is very lacking, and Steel and Poison has a very bad STAB synergy.

Mega Toxapex: Poison/Electric
New Ability: Corrosion
Stats: 50/93/182/63/172/35
New Moves: Thunderbolt, Volt Switch
Toxapex becomes a formidable, sporting a great defensive typing along with the ability to stall out opposing Poison and Steel types. However, Toxapex also gains a 4x weakness to Ground and loses its useful resistances to Fire, Water, and Ice, which somewhat reduces its walling capabilities.

Mega Tentacruel: Water/Poison
Ability: (Ground-type Water Absorb clone)
Stats: 80/90/75/90/170/110
Mega Tentacruel is a fantastic special wall, tanking even some supereffective attacks. Its immunity to Ground, a common attack type, gives it a unreliable recovery source but one nonetheless. Although it is immune to a mostly physical attack type, its Defense is still subpar, and it finds itself worn down as the match goes on.
